Iraqi Governing Council Members Say Al-Duri Captured

SOLEDAD O'BRIEN, CNN ANCHOR: As we reported this morning, news is coming into CNN that the Governing Council members in Iraq are getting word from U.S. officials apparently that Izzat Ibrahim al-Duri has been captured. He, of course, is a top lieutenant of Saddam Hussein, one of the most-wanted men in Iraq.
We are waiting -- in just moments we're going to have an update from Baghdad from Jane Arraf, who is standing by covering the story for us. So, we're going to get to that in just a moment.
