TOM KERVITSKY, LEVITTOWN, PENNSYLVANIA: I'm Tom Kervitsky from Levittown, Pennsylvania. And I had a question about the organization FEMA. And what are they responsible for?

BRUCE BAUGHMAN, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS AND PLANNING, FEMA: The primary intent of FEMA is to deal with disasters, disaster mitigation, disaster preparedness for communities across the nation. Along those lines, we have the National Fire Academy, National Flood Insurance Program. But the primary role of FEMA is disaster preparedness, mitigation and response.
