UNIDENTIFIED CNN CORRESPONDENT: Victor Wang from Wilmington, North Carolina asks, how many countries besides Pakistan recognize the Taliban government of Afghanistan?
MAJ. GEN. DON SHEPPERD, (RET.) CNN MILITARY ANALYST: Pakistan is the only country right now that recognizes the Taliban and quite frankly, it's important that they continue to recognize them so that we can talk to them. The Taliban is cut off - they're cut off from commerce. Their money is being cut off. Every bullet they fire has to be replaced.
