CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: There may be a little tiger in the making. Guess we could call him a Tiger-tot.

Reporter Mike Shuman of our San Francisco affiliate KGO makes the introduction.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

MIKE SHUMAN, KGO-TV REPORTER (voice-over): Some say Jordan Eugenio is the next Tiger Woods even though he's only 4 years old.

(on camera): Who's your favorite golfer?

JORDAN EUGENIO, AGE 4: Tiger.

SHUMAN: Tiger...

JORDAN EUGENIO: Woods.

SHUMAN (voice-over): No surprise there, Jordan's dad, Johnny, has been working with him since he was one.

JOHNNY EUGENIO, FATHER: Can't really teach him too much because he's pretty much a natural, mostly watches like the golf channel and he pretty -- he follows instructions pretty well.

SHUMAN: Jordan is not just a one-hit wonder, he understands the game of golf.

(on camera): Do you like birdies?

JORDAN EUGENIO: Yes.

SHUMAN: Pars?

JORDAN EUGENIO: Yes.

SHUMAN: What about bogies?

JORDAN EUGENIO: No.

SHUMAN: No, you don't want to get a bogie, right?

JORDAN EUGENIO: No. SHUMAN: And you're what, 4 years old?

JORDAN EUGENIO: Eagle.

SHUMAN: Oh yes, I forgot about eagle. Yes, you know all the birds, huh?

(voice-over): Jordan also likes to play hoops.

JOHNNY EUGENIO: Well he scores a bucket a game so he's like a little -- we named him after Michael Jordan so he plays like -- I mean his name is Jordan but he plays like Tiger so it's sort of good.

SHUMAN: Jordan and his wife, Maria, are not pushing Jordan, but they are behind him all the way. So is Pebble Beach teaching pro Dan Pasquariello.

DAN PASQUARIELLO, PEBBLE BEACH TEACHING PRO: I think Jordan is outstanding. I saw him two years ago and I think he's developed more. He's got the natural swing because he doesn't realize it's supposed to be a hard game.

SHUMAN: Jordan had his sights set on my job, but I put a quick end to that.

(on camera): All right, buddy, give me five. Give me another five. A hard five. Kobe five. Laker five.

JORDAN EUGENIO: (UNINTELLIGIBLE).

(LAUGHTER)

SHUMAN (voice-over): I don't think Tiger needs to be worried yet, but Jordan did ask me if there was a golf team in kindergarten.

From Pebble Beach, Mike Shuman, ABC 7 News.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

COSTELLO: So cute.
