CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: If you are heading out to the airport for a flight, stick around for just a second, our Air Traffic Expert Rally Caparas from Travelocity Business on the phone.
Good morning -- Rally.

RALLY CAPARAS, AIR TRAFFIC SPECIALIST, TRAVELOCITY.COM: Good morning, Carol.

Well Rob showed a great picture of Philadelphia today, and that is exactly the reason why we're going to see some delays this morning. Thirty to 45-minute arrival delays as a result of those very low clouds and very dense fog, about a quarter mile visibility at the airport right now. We will see improved conditions by later on this morning for on-time schedules in the afternoon and evening, so good news in the east.

Atlanta Hartsfield, we'll see 30 to 45-minute arrival delays for just about the entire day. Low clouds, some drizzle, poor visibility will be a problem there all day long.

Chicago O'Hare saw two and three-hour delays well into the late evening hours last night. Today they'll see 45 to 60-minute arrival delays this morning because of low clouds and dense fog there also. And then later on, rain and wet runways will reduce the arrival rate into that airport; hence, you'll have some delays.

Minneapolis-St. Paul, 30 to 45-minute arrival and departure delays. There'll be snow and de-icing. And then we'll see improved conditions in the afternoon and evening for, hopefully, on-time schedules this evening.

Denver, we'll see 30 to 45-minute arrival delays early because of low clouds and very dense fog there also. They have about an eighth of a mile visibility, but they should have on-time schedules this afternoon and evening as conditions are expected to clear up nicely.

And then on the West Coast, San Francisco International will again see the marine layer fog roll in and it will create 30 to 45- minute arrival delays. Low clouds and the fog will be gone by noon Pacific Time and it should be pretty good to go after that.

I'll be back tomorrow morning with the latest 'Eye on the Sky.' Carol, have a great day.

COSTELLO: You too. Thanks, Rally.
