KYRA PHILLIPS, CNN ANCHOR: Just moments from now, a magistrate judge in New York is expected to issue a decision for the so-called Buffalo Six. The government said the men formed a sleeper cell and they are too dangerous to be allowed to post ball.
CNN's Jeff Flock is watching for the decision in Buffalo. He joins us live.

Hi -- Jeff.

JEFF FLOCK, CNN CORRESPONDENT: Kyra, hello to you, from the federal courthouse here in Buffalo, where we've been standing on and off for the past three weeks.

No one can say there was a rush to judgment on bond for these six men. They arrived a few hours ago. We have the latest pictures of what has become a traditional arrival in a government van, driven up to the back of this courthouse and then making their way in. This judge, Federal Magistrate Kenneth Schroeder, has now been considering this for three weeks. The government makes the point that these men are dangerous. They are flight risks, according to the government, and they are potentially dangerous terrorists. They are arguing that they don't -- the judge does not set bond pending a trial, which could be months and months away.

Attorneys for these men, however, say they are members of this community, they are U.S. citizens that grew up here, they took a sort of a wild trip to the Middle East, which many of them regret. They are not members of al Qaeda. There is no evidence that they had any ongoing contact with al Qaeda or that they planned any specific terroristic plots.

So that, and the two sets of arguments. The judge set to rule on it.

Kyra, back to you.

PHILLIPS: Jeff Flock, in Buffalo, thank you.
