KELLI ARENA, CNN JUSTICE CORRESPONDENT: Well, those four men were arrested in Dallas, Texas today. All are employees of a company called InfoCom Corporation (ph).
Now, the four, along with one other, are charged with conspiring with a senior leader of Hamas, a man by the name of Musa Abu Marzook (ph). Now, Hamas is identified by the U.S. government as a terrorist organization. Now, the five men are brothers. One happens to be the chairman of the Muslim charity Holy Land Foundation. Now, its assets have been frozen on the suspicion of terror financing.
Now, the company and the five men are charged with funneling money to Hamas and with selling computer and computer parts to Libya and Syria, that in violation of U.S. law.
