KYRA PHILLIPS, CNN ANCHOR: The Iraqi National Assembly, Iraq's parliament, will meet tomorrow in what's being call an extraordinary session. The agenda for the meeting has not been announced, but there's speculation about it.
CNN's Nic Robertson now live in Baghdad.
What do you know, Nic?
NIC ROBERTSON, CNN CORRESPONDENT: Well, Kyra, I called a member of the National Assembly a little earlier. He told me he didn't know what they'd be sitting down to discuss. It's interesting that this assembly is going to meet just 2 1/2 hours before Hans Blix delivers his key report to the U.N. Security Council. And of course, Hans Blix has called on Iraq to pass legislation to outlaw weapons of mass destruction. I asked this member of the National Assembly earlier about this issue, would that be what they were sitting down to do. He said he absolutely didn't know.
Another interesting development this afternoon, the vice president here, Taha Yassin Ramadan, has said that he thinks if Hans Blix's report is 80 percent positive, and in his words, the other 20 percent representing U.S. aggression, than he said he thought that would be enough to avert any potential war with Iraq. So a calculation there by one of Iraq's senior leaders, that if Hans Blix gives them an 80 percent clean bill of health, that there will be no war -- Kyra.
PHILLIPS: All right, live from Baghdad, Nic Robertson. We'll continue to follow the story. Thank you.
