RICHARD ROTH, CNN SR. U.N. CORRESPONDENT: Well the United Nations has worked out an agreement with the State Department to send the U.N. special adviser on Iraq, special adviser to Kofi Annan, down to Washington to start the talking regarding post-war Iraq.

All this to start the ball rolling to see and if there's any common ground between the U.S., the U.N. and the critics and opponents of the war who sit on the Security Council.
Elsewhere, the Iraqi ambassador to the United Nations, Mohamed Aldouri, is expected to leave tonight. He's all but stopped being the Iraqi ambassador. He is it in name only. Wolf, back to you.
