KYRA PHILLIPS, CNN ANCHOR: A former FBI...

PHILLIPS: There we go. Why don't you take it away?
O'BRIEN: OK, a former -- this is the story that sounds like a treatment, actually.
Former FBI informant, federal agent plead not guilty. Katrina Leung and FBI agent James Smith were arraigned today in Los Angeles federal court. She's accused of obtaining documents about U.S. national defense from Smith, her handler. And this is the part that gives it a Hollywood twinge, her lover. Smith is accused of gross negligence.
PHILLIPS: And the photo at the finish. Well, it's much to do about nothing. Stewards at Churchill Downs cleared jockey Jose Santos of any wrong doing over his Kentucky Derby win. A photo had raised questions of whether he held something in his hand besides a whip.
In North Carolina, a daring rescue. The Coast Guard saved an 80- year-old woman who drove her car off a pier into these deep water, eight-feet deep. The woman is in good condition now at a local hospital.
