Judge in Bryant Case Issues Decorum for Media

KYRA PHILLIPS, CNN ANCHOR: In the case against NBA star Kobe Bryant some moves from the court. A judge has issued a decorum order for media covering the case. CNN's Josie Burke live from Eagle, Colorado with more on that and other developments -- Josie.
JOSIE BURKE, CNN CORRESPONDENT: And, Kyra, the latest development within the last hour the Eagle County Board of Commissioners approved a request made by the district attorney in this, Mark Hurlbert, for more money. They set aside $150,000 to be put in a discretionary fund and it will be dispensed on an as needed basis.

Also the judge did issue a decorum order that put forth guidelines for the behavior and of the public who want to attend an August 6 hearing. That's the next time that Kobe Bryant could appear before the court.

And finally, the Colorado judicial branch should have up and running by tomorrow a Web page devoted solely to the Kobe Bryant case. According to a spokeswoman, they're designing this Web page to try to keep up with all of the demands being made by the public and the media for information. And no, Kyra, this is not something that they have ever done before. Back to you.
