Little More Known on Guilt, Innocence of Pizza Man

JUDY WOODRUFF, CNN ANCHOR: Mike Brooks with CNN has been listening to all this. He's been following this story.
Mike, what is the police -- the police are telling us more than we knew at this point, up until this point. Do we know any more now about the guilt or innocence of the man who was killed?

MIKE BROOKS, CNN CORRESPONDENT: No, we don't, Judy. But they did point out that they are still going on three scenarios. And one of those scenarios is that he acted alone. And they said that they have no information as of right now in this juncture in the investigation to say that he might have acted alone.

So they're looking at whether he acted alone, whether he was duped into this, or whether he assisted in this as part of the dupe. And then if someone actually did force him to participate in the robbery. They're still going on those three set of circumstances -- Judy.
