KATHLEEN KOCH, CNN CORRESPONDENT: Hi. I'm Kathleen Koch at the Fairfax County Courthouse in Virginia, where attorneys for suspect Lee Boyd Malvo say that they are planning tomorrow to introduce an insanity defense for their defendant, apparently claiming that he was indoctrinated by the co-suspect in the sniper case, John Allen Muhammad, to which the prosecutors respond, well, if this is insanity, it's late-blooming insanity.
