MILES O'BRIEN, CNN ANCHOR: Some folks in Cincinnati, Ohio, are once again questioning the actions of their city's police officers after the death of a black suspect. A coroner determined the death of Nathaniel Jones was caused mainly by his struggle with police. Angry resident are demanding some answers.
CNN's Brian Cabell is there.

BRIAN CABELL, CNN CORRESPONDENT: It's been five days now since the death of Nathaniel Jones. A number of investigations now under way, but there's a lot of anger out there. There's still some concern.
Last night, a mass meeting was held by the Human Relations Commission; 500 people attended. They were able to view the tape of the Sunday incident from beginning to end. They asked questions. They vented their frustrations. The city, of course, has a history of racial strife, problems between the police and the black community. Some people are worried that what happened on Sunday is just more of the same.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: It could have been avoided, whoever was right or wrong. If Mr. Jones was completely in the wrong, it could have been avoided. I want to get somebody to say that.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: How could he have had a chance to respond when, every time that he started to move his arms, he got hit again?
CABELL: The coroner's ruling on Jones' death has been somewhat confusing. What he said was that this was a homicide, but that does not mean it was murder. It does not mean there was any wrongdoing. It simply means that someone else was involved.
The official cause, cardiac dysrhythmia, or cardiac arrest, brought on by the struggle with the police. Contributing factors, obesity, hypertension and also drugs that Jones had used beforehand, PCP and cocaine. Still, in spite of the report, there is some suspicion. A second autopsy report has been called for by the family. And, on Sunday, there will be a rally in Jones' honor.
