DARYN KAGAN, CNN ANCHOR: It's just a given, you've got to have a fabulous dress, but a dress without the most fantastic jewels isn't going to work. So I want you to meet my new best friend, Jeffrey Rackover from Graff Jewelers in New York City.
Good morning.

JEFF RACKOVER, GRAFF MARKETING & SALES: Good morning, Daryn.

KAGAN: Firs, let's get right to the good stuff I have on. We showed this 17 karat...

RACKOVER: Fancy, vivid internally flawless, radiant cut diamond.

KAGAN: I'm loving it. We're making friends right here. Now this necklace, it goes very well this necklace and these earrings.

RACKOVER: The necklace has about 126 radiant cut and white diamonds, yellow and white and the earrings are 21 karats each, perfectly, perfectly matched.

KAGAN: Not to make me too nervous, but at this point in time, how much do I have on me?

RACKOVER: Probably about $4 to $5 million in jewelry, I would say.

KAGAN: At this particular moment?

RACKOVER: Absolutely.

KAGAN: It's a moment. Perhaps this isn't it, and I don't know why it wouldn't be, what are some other fabulous things we will see on the red carpet on Sunday?

RACKOVER: I think you may. Actually, this is another beautiful necklace of yellow and white, combination with a matching bracelet.

KAGAN: How much?

RACKOVER: This also is about a million dollars for the necklace, $600,000 for the bracelet. This is a special necklace. This is a 28 karat D flawless heart-shaped diamond, and all heart-shaped diamonds that are also D color. These are what we call our gypsy earrings, the ultimate gypsy earrings. These are also about a million dollars.

KAGAN: I don't think there's a lot of gypsies running around with those earrings.

RACKOVER: Exactly. Fancy, intense yellow, again with all, d, e, f colored white diamonds.

KAGAN: What about the friend over here.

RACKOVER: This is also a magnificent all white-diamond necklace. We call this like a princess necklace, which we would love to see on some beautiful celebs this weekend, and this also about a million dollars.

KAGAN: It leads me to the question, you mentioned how you'd like to see it on some people. A lot of people are real interested, how does this work? How do the stars end up with potentially something as beautiful as this around their neck?

RACKOVER: It's sort of a process, because we ourselves never really know. We, of course, love to see this on somebody terrific walking down the red carpet, but it's always, you know, 10 minutes to post time who's wearing what dress, what necklace goes with it, and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, but we do our best to make it happen if we can.

KAGAN: And one person you can't see, but I'll tell you, there's a nice-sized bodyguard not too far away from where I'm standing with these millions of dollars of jewels.

But that's a question I get asked a lot, too, how do you just let this stuff go? What do you for security when you let this -- I know you can't give all your secrets, but it's not just running around Beverly Hills by itself.

RACKOVER: Usually, there's always security around, but the caliber of client we're dealing with we usually trust, so we have a nice rapport and relationship with them.

KAGAN: To bring it back. The right kind of people.

RACKOVER: Exactly.

KAGAN: Jeffrey Rackover, from Graff, thank you so much.

RACKOVER: Thank you for having me.

KAGAN: It was fun to play princess just for a moment.
