EDDIE LEWIS, BOSTON, GEORGIA: Hi, my name is Eddie Lewis and I'm from Boston, Georgia, and I want to know: Are we going to get the military plane back from China?

JAMIE MCINTYRE, CNN MILITARY AFFAIRS CORRESPONDENT: Well, that's not at all clear. The United States insists that the EP-3 plane is U.S. property and has demanded that China return it and, in fact, during a series of meetings, the U.S. has presented a plan to China to physically bring the plane back by sending some engineers in first to analyze exactly what has to be done to repair it.

The U.S. ambassador to China, Admiral Joseph Prueher, is going to have to negotiate that with the Chinese. There's some thought that perhaps China will return the plane before President Bush is scheduled to make a visit to China later this year.
