Supporters Celebrate Anniversary of Million Mom March

It's called Project Safe Neighborhood and it focuses on tracking down and prosecuting gun offenders. Meanwhile, supporters of tougher gun control laws held marches in several cities yesterday. It was the anniversary of what organizers call the Million Mom March.

UNIDENTIFIED PROTESTER: What do we want?
UNIDENTIFIED PROTESTERS: Gun control.

DEL. ELEANOR HOLMES NORTON (D), DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA: This Mother's Day there's a million moms march. Moms are back and we never went anywhere and we're not going anywhere until you get these guns off the streets. We are here to say that guns are a danger to our children every day.
MAYOR ANTHONY WILLIAMS, WASHINGTON: Every gun in the hands of a young person has passed through the hands of one of us adults. So let's stop the flow of guns from the experienced to the innocent.
UNIDENTIFIED PROTESTERS: Let's stop the violence! Let's stop the violence! Let's stop the violence! Let's stop the violence!
UNIDENTIFIED SINGER: She lays a blanket of tender loving care.
UNIDENTIFIED PROTESTER: We are expressing our desire to have stronger gun laws to protect our children.
UNIDENTIFIED PROTESTER: We're trying to save children's lives. That's the main purpose for this. And we're trying to have more sensible gun laws.
UNIDENTIFIED PROTESTER: What do we want?
UNIDENTIFIED PROTESTERS: (unintelligible).
