DONNA KELLEY, CNN ANCHOR: We know about a lady in Latin America who's planning to pose nude at the age of 94.

CNN's Denise Dillon reveals the details.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

DENISE DILLON, CNN CORRESPONDENT (voice-over): Looking in the mirror, Dercy Goncalves sees a beautiful woman looking back. She checks out her figure and soon millions of others will be checking it out, too. The 94-year-old Brazilian actress has agreed to pose nude for the Brazilian edition of "Penthouse." But she says it must be done in good taste.

DERCY GONCALVES, POSING FOR "PENTHOUSE": I want something decent that doesn't embarrass me and that doesn't shame my contemporaries. Imagine, show our unhappiness. I am going to show a woman that is 90 years old that still has the conditions to create an artistic nude.

DILLON: Goncalves is no stranger to the camera. She launched her theater career in 1929 then jumped to fame as a comedienne with her own TV show in the 1960s. She says she can't remember how many plastic surgeries she has had over the years but that her body still has selling power.

GONCALVES: I don't want to know if it will be well received or not. I made the deal. The merchandise is theirs and if there are blots on the newsstands, that is their luck. Now, if they promote it well, then the whole world will buy it.

DILLON: "Penthouse" and Goncalves are still working out the details and how much she will be paid to pose. But the pictures are expected to run along with an article on how the elderly are poorly treated.
