PAULA ZAUN, CNN ANCHOR: Let's go now to Jeff Flock, who's been traveling all over the country to get reaction to the multiple attacks on U.S. soil.
Jeff, where are you today?
JEFF FLOCK, CNN CORRESPONDENT: Today brings me to Branson, Missouri, Paula. We're at the Veterans Memorial Museum.
You know, one of our colleagues has called this the "greatest generation," that is men and women of World War II. And we wanted to bring you their perspective this morning.
And I guess, the first question I want to ask, there's a room just a room over from here in very small type with the names of all of the men and women lost in World War II. And I want to know from your perspective, do you think America has the -- what it takes to prosecute a war effort? Let's say we're at war, what's your perspective?
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I think we got everything we need.
FLOCK: You think we're up to the task?
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Yes, I do.
FLOCK: I want to know, do you have any advice for this generation? If you're the greatest generation, what's the advice for this generation and this war effort?
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I think the generation now will become the greatest generation because you come when you're needed to protect your country. And it's this time that all the people have to be prepared.
FLOCK: There's another exhibit over there, about the room over, of a young ensign flier named George Herbert Walker Bush. His son now is commander in chief. How is he doing?
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I think he's doing great. He knows what he is doing and he's got the backing, we will win what we go after.
FLOCK: What else? Your perspective on the president? You feel good about what has happened thus far?
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: This far I think he's done a fantastic job. First of all, I think, again, that we don't know what would have happened if they hadn't have shut down the airports and things when they did because there's so many out there...
ZAUN: Jeff, excuse me one second, we wanted to break into your important interview to show you pictures of President Bush meeting with the President of Indonesia, Megawati.
