ANDERSON COOPER, CNN ANCHOR: Back to Chicago, where the home product industry is holding its biggest annual convention. Sorry I'm not there.

CNN's Jeff Flock luckily is, and he has a look at some more goodies.

What have you got there? .

JEFF FLOCK, CNN CORRESPONDENT: I bet you're sorry you're not here. Anderson, I was wondering, what would you like. What would really turn you on, and I thought fire -- that always turns people on.

Lisa Scott (ph), what have you got here? These are new mitts, but what's a regular mitt do if you touch it to thing?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Your typical household mitt -- danger, so you don't want to use that.

FLOCK: Almost burned me. What about this? Can I put this one on?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: (OFF-MIKE)

FLOCK: I don't even feel anything warm here.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: No problem. You have no problem: We are about heat, we are about safety convenience for the home.

FLOCK: You had somebody in your family who got burned seriously, correct?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Yes, our matriarch of the family was burned very badly from hot oil, so we want to try to do something to prevent that from happening to other people. So this glove has protection from grease.

FLOCK: Good deal. We are going to go ahead and fire that up. You have got a torch over there, don't you? Go ahead and fire that up. Let me see that -- go ahead and stick that under there.

Nothing even feeling hot.

Thank you. Now this fellow here, what did you invent, sir?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: This is called Fizzmo (ph), the fizz-saving gizmo, and it stops soft drinks from going flat. It's very simple to use: Just open the valve, pour out the desired amount of soft drink, close the valve, and you give it a couple of pumps. What I'm doing is pumping air back into the bottle.

FLOCK: That keeps the carbonation from rising.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: From rising while it's in storage. It fits in most refrigerators, dishwasher safe.

FLOCK: How much?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: It's $14.59 or less.

FLOCK: And going to be available very soon.

Something else that is going to be available very soon -- what is this thing here? It looks like a ferris wheel of some sort.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: This is the wheel by Betty Crocker. This product was designed to take up half the counter space and cook in half the time of popular countertop rotisseries and contact grills.

FLOCK: That is going to be available very soon.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Tuesday, on HSN, at 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.

FLOCK: One more product quickly, and that is?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: This is Bodum's new electric vacuum coffee maker, and we do the coffee in a carafe with water, put it on the electric base...

FLOCK: It percolates up through there.

(CROSSTALK)

COOPER: You have got some great products there. I especially like the pump and the vibrating glove. Really good work today.

FLOCK: We're getting those all embroidered for you guys.
