ANDY SERWER, "FORTUNE" MAGAZINE: Let's turn to AOL here quickly, though, the parent company of this network. You might remember two weeks ago it said it was yanking those pop-up ads that annoyed the heck out of everyone using their service, except for one thing, it was not getting rid of pop-up ads of its own companies. AOL Time Warner owns a lot of companies. Rival Earthlink is starting an ad campaign now in newspapers showing all these companies that still have pop-ups. This is 350 companies here.
JACK CAFFERTY, CNN ANCHOR; That's great.

SERWER: There are still 350 companies, AOL-Time Warner companies, that can do pop-up ads.

CAFFERTY: They still come up on my computer screen. They never disappeared at all. So that was a bogus deal there.

SERWER: I think so.

All right, listen, let's turn to the main event, though, Jack. Celine Dion, far and away my favorite French Canadian chaunteuse (ph), named two or there.

CAFFERTY: Don't be talking in them foreign tongues.

SERWER: Listen, I love Celine Dion. Chrysler today is coming out and saying that she will become their new spokesperson, advertising all their new cars and trucks. She says she's getting rid of her limo and she's going to start going around in a minivan. Yes, right.

CAFFERTY: Yes, sure.

SERWER: She's down in Las Vegas doing that very, very expensive show.

She's the best. She's better than Mariah Carey. She's better than Whitney Houston. She's the best.

CAFFERTY: Give us a little Celine Dion. Give us a little.

SERWER: Thank you, jack? Are you giving me license here?

CAFFERTY: Just a little taste. OK, the interesting thing about this Chrysler thing is she used to advertise with Chrysler before, so she's coming back. I don't know if you know this tune. Jack, when you touch me like that, and when you hold me like that, I have to admit it's all coming back to me. That's it. That's the only singing I'm doing.

Celine Dion -- who's that?

CAFFERTY: There are people down here sticking needles in their eyes now just so they can get their mind off that picture.

SERWER: That is an ugly-looking vision right there. Anyway, Celine, we love you, sell those Chrysler minivans. I won't sing anymore, Celine. And I think that about wraps it up for me, Jack, don't you?
