BILL HEMMER, CNN ANCHOR: I want to get to London quickly now, another royal butler heading to trial, charged with stealing personal items from the late Princess Diana's estate. A completely different matter, back in court. Gavin Morris live in London outside the courthouse to talk (ph) more on that. Hello, good afternoon to you there.
GAVIN MORRIS, CNN CORRESPONDENT: Hello, Bill. This really is the royal's family's worst nightmare. Another case, just within a month of the first one being abandoned. Another case of, "Did the butler do it," really. And what they are talking about is Harold Brown, who actually was the butler before Paul Burrell, that worked for the Prince and Princess of Wales.

He is accused of stealing three items of jewelry and a dow (ph), which is model boat, a jewel encrusted one, which was a wedding gift. Now, alongside him there is Jan Havlick, who is a jeweler, quite a well known London jeweler, a society jeweler here in London. Now, he is accused of handling the stolen goods. Now, all thoughts of legal comings and goings have been going ever since the Paul Burrell trial, and where at the moment is that -- an application this morning from the prosecution to delay this until -- some months, into next year, probably spring of next year. That's been rejected.

So we're all going to be back here tomorrow morning and we are expecting, in some form, proceedings to finally get underway in this trial. Now, all sorts of speculation going on after the Burrell situation about what might happen tomorrow, everything from the trial getting underway to it being abandoned. Now, if that was to happen, that would be controversial as well. Just as the Paul Burrell trial was abandoned, this butler trial may also be. So, lots of -- all eyes are on this court here and tomorrow, when we get to the hearing, we will find out just whether this is going to go ahead -- Bill.

HEMMER: And ultimately, we'll see if the Queen gets involved in this one as well. Thank you, Gavin. Gavin Morris, again, live in London, outside the courthouse there.
