DARYN KAGAN, CNN ANCHOR: Appropriate behavior at the office party, we are going to get to that in just a moment. First, though, we go ahead and check back on Wall Street. A few minutes into the session. Andy saying things not looking so pretty today.
ANDY SERWER, EDITOR AT LARGE, "FORTUNE": A little negative this morning, Daryn. Let's look at the big board. Stocks are down this morning on Wall Street. Pull it out for us. There we go. I love that, 60 points down. Nasdaq down about 10 points. Go across the board. Kimberly-Clark, we talked about that. There is weakness there. Intel, we talked about that. Weakness there.
Also the ironic corporate story of the morning, Aetna announcing job cuts, and the charge, of course Aetna was where Bill Donaldson, the new SEC nominee, came from. Kind of ironic that this warning, the company is announcing job cuts -- not really great timing there, but I don't think there is any connection. He left in March -- April of 2001, so it's been awhile.
KAGAN: So it has been a while. Can't blame that on him right now.
Let's talk about holiday parties, some companies still having them. So appropriate behavior, to do or not to do.
SERWER: Right, right. Now, for those of you who still have office holiday parties, we don't have them anymore -- hint, hint, we don't have any more office holiday parties. That is OK. We have to watch our costs. There we go -- swinging.
Now, there's a new survey out this morning about behavior at these office parties. Fifty-seven percent of those surveyed say it's OK to flirt at an office party. Here's where it gets even racier. Seventeen percent say it's OK to kiss a co-worker.
KAGAN: Like air kiss...
SERWER: No, real deal, Daryn.
PAULA ZAHN, CNN ANCHOR: Like a married co-worker, Andy?
SERWER: Eight percent say that it's OK to kiss multiple -- that is their word -- multiple co-workers.
KAGAN: All right. I'm going to put you on the spot here.
SERWER: All right. KAGAN: Have you ever, in your life at a holiday party, kissed one of your co-workers?
SERWER: Daryn, I'm proud to say I do it every year. It's my wife.
KAGAN: Does she work for the company?
SERWER: Yes, my wife works for the company. OK...
KAGAN: Or is she just finding out about this, too?
SERWER: No, no -- Fran (ph), no. My wife works at the company. Every year, big kiss at the office party. Although not this year because we're not having one. We have some mistletoe at home.
What's that? Oh, we're going bowling. All right. Can she come?
(CROSSTALK)
SERWER: No.
ZAHN: She can come. Absolutely. She's invited.
KAGAN: And you can still give her a kiss at home.
SERWER: Yes, I -- absolutely.
KAGAN: There you go. Andy, thank you so much...
SERWER: All right, Daryn.
KAGAN: ... for that very enlightening information.
