BILL HEMMER, CNN ANCHOR: We don't need us to tell you -- you don't need us to tell you, rather, that sick days are nothing to sneeze at. A question today: Should an employee use them or lose them?
I'd choose the former, I think, Andrew.
ANDY SERWER, "FORTUNE" MAGAZINE: Yes.
HEMMER: I think that's pretty obvious.
(CROSSTALK)
SERWER: But you know what? Most people don't.
HEMMER: Oh, is that right?
SERWER: Most people do not use their vacation days. That's what we're going to talk about.
HEMMER: There is the hook.
SERWER: That's right.
HEMMER: The markets off yesterday, coming back today and doing what?
SERWER: That's right, closed yesterday for Martin Luther King Day. Last week a bit of a retreat, but for the year, we are still up nicely.
HEMMER: OK.
