JACK CAFFERTY, CNN ANCHOR: Andy Serwer is here minding our business, Paula, and he has brought bacon.
ANDY SERWER, "FORTUNE" MAGAZINE: Yes, that's what I like about the Atkins Diet, you get to eat bacon, right, doctor? I mean, bacon is OK.

CAFFERTY: I love bacon.

SERWER: Bacon is a good breakfast.

DR. ROBERT ATKINS, "ATKINS FOR LIFE": Absolutely.

SERWER: And how can you not like a diet that lets you eat bacon, right?

CAFFERTY: Exactly.

SERWER: All right, you want to talk about the markets a little bit?

CAFFERTY: Oh, man, where are these rallies you've been promising?

SERWER: They're not here. They're gone. The sell-off continued yesterday on Wall Street, Jack. The Dow was down 141 points. Again, the sell-off had to do yesterday specifically with the Blix report I think, and what the market didn't like about that is not only were the war drums pounding, but also the fact that it was sort of a worst-case scenario where the report said there are problems, but the problems need to continue, we need more inspections. And so, it's a slog (ph) with the U.N. We'll be looking to the president's speech tonight. The futures are up a little bit. That often happens when the president talks.

CAFFERTY: Got the fed meeting today, too.

SERWER: That's right. So, a bunch of different stuff happening. We'll be following it.

CAFFERTY: All right, sir, let's get some eggs to go with that bacon, and we'll have breakfast.

SERWER: Yes, absolutely. Let's do it.

CAFFERTY: All right.
