CHAD MYERS, CNN METEOROLOGIST: It's still snowing in New York City, still snowing in Boston and more to come. And this is going to make a problem for travelers on this get-away Friday.
Rally Caparas joins us now from Travelocity's headquarters in Texas.

Rally, what have you got?

RALLY CAPARAS, AIR TRAFFIC SPECIALIST: Well, what I've got is a lot of what you've been talking about. Many, many delays, folks. If you're headed into the major airports in the Northeast today, you can expect some major delays and probably a lot of cancellations.

Here's how it's going to work for you. If you're headed into Boston or the New York City Metropolitan airports today, you're looking at somewhere in the neighborhood of 90 to 120 minute arrival delays. Departure delays will be shorter than that, but not much shorter.

Make a friend. It's a great day to become patient, just very docile.

Down in Washington and Philadelphia, you're going to see 60 to 90 minute arrival delays to start the day.

That snow, as Chad showed you, have moved off and out of the area more than not. Philadelphia is still seeing some, but the delays should end later on this afternoon for on-time schedules this evening, believe it or not.

Down in Atlanta in Charlotte, 30 to 45 minute arrival delays, low clouds and rain mixed with some snow there. It will slow things down for the first half of the day, then once again in the afternoon and evening. You'll see clear conditions or actually better conditions in on-time schedules.

Cleveland, Pittsburgh and Cincinnati, 30 to 45 minute arrival and departure delays, low clouds, some snow, and departure flight de- icing.

That does it for now from Texas.

Back to y'all up there in New York.

DARYN KAGAN, CNN ANCHOR: All right, thank you so much, Rally Caparas. And, Chad, thank you, too, as well. TO ORDER A VIDEO OF THIS TRANSCRIPT, PLEASE CALL 800-CNN-NEWS OR USE OUR SECURE ONLINE ORDER FORM LOCATED AT www.fdch.com
