PAULA ZAHN, CNN ANCHOR: We're going to go back to Bill now, who is standing by in the desert about 30 miles south of the Iraqi border.
Bill -- good morning again. You're missing a bunch of chocolate today, my man.

BILL HEMMER, CNN ANCHOR: Hello, Paula. We have not forgot about -- apparently I hear that, and that's your favorite, too, so it's a great day for you.

Listen, it is Valentine's Day here in the desert as well. The chaplain is with us, Frank Holly (ph).

Good afternoon to you.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Good afternoon.

HEMMER: You've got two very special pictures here. Quickly, tell us about it.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Yes, this is my wife, Sheila (ph), and my daughter, Katherine (ph), who is a junior at the United States Air Force Academy. It's a very special day. Twenty-one years ago, she was my Valentine's Day baby.

HEMMER: Oh, isn't that sweet.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Happy birthday, sweetie. I love you.

HEMMER: Excellent. Thank you. You be safe, OK?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Thank you. God bless.

HEMMER: All right, our coverage continues live in Kuwait in a moment here on AMERICAN MORNING. Back after this.
