CHAD MYERS, CNN METEOROLOGIST: Now here is Travelocity's Rally Caparas with more on travel conditions at the airports this morning.
Good morning -- Rally.

RALLY CAPARAS, TRAVELOCITY AIR TRAFFIC EXPERT: Good morning, Chad, and thanks very much.

I'll tell you what, you couldn't ask for better conditions under the circumstances than what you're going to see from Boston all the way down to Miami today, should be delay-free conditions and delay- free flight schedules.

Now, schedules don't mean you particularly when it comes to these delays from the blizzard. I'll get to that in a moment.

But there are other delays that we need to think about. There will be delays into Cincinnati Covington, low clouds and fog, 30- minute arrival delays until that clears out. It's actually not going to clear out. We'll see freezing and fog, so you'll see 30 to 45- minute arrival delays all day long there.

St. Louis Lambert, same kind of thing, 30 to 45-minute arrival delays early because of fog. It's going to push out of there probably by the late evening or late afternoon and evening hours. You should see on-time schedules this evening.

San Francisco International, you'll see 30 to 45-minute arrival delays later this afternoon during the p.m. hours, because of some rain moving in.

But, you may be asked if you're headed into the Northeast -- LaGuardia, Boston and all of the rest -- to give up your seat. It may be a chance to get a free trip, something to be happy about. But please, folks, relax, they're doing everything they can.

Paula -- back to you in New York.

PAULA ZAHN, CNN ANCHOR: I'm glad I'm staying on the ground today. Thanks, Rally.

CAPARAS: Sure.
