BILL HEMMER, CNN ANCHOR: Let's talk money and jail time. Whatever happened to anyone from Enron getting jail time?
Andy Serwer is "Minding Your Business," and checks in on that, and also Martha is back in the news today.

ANDY SERWER, "FORTUNE" MAGAZINE: That's right. Martha Stewart going back to court this morning in New York City, facing -- it's a conference status is what it's called, basically a routine hearing. Of course, she is fighting it. She does not want to go to court. She's saying that she doesn't need to do this. She's a celebrity, and she'll be bothered. Judge Miriam Cedarbound (ph) says, no dice, Martha, you've got to show up.

They're going to erect all kinds of steel barricades, though, you guys, and dozens of U.S. marshals. Your tax dollars at work there. Maybe they'll have Tommy Lee Jones. Wasn't he a U.S. marshal?

HEMMER: He was at one time?

SERWER: That was a pretty good movie, actually. So, anyway, just kind of a routine thing for her.

HEMMER: I thought it was interesting how she carried an umbrella last time.

SERWER: You know...

(CROSSTALK)

HEMMER: It was raining in New York that day, but not bad. But...

SERWER: Have you gone to the -- go ahead, I'm sorry.

HEMMER: But if you think about it, with all of those cameras out there, it's pretty smart to carry an umbrella...

(CROSSTALK)

HEMMER: ... yourself from getting that shot.

SERWER: Yes, well, that's true. Have you gone to this Web site, Marthatalks, which is where she defends herself? It's just -- there is the umbrella. It's just the greatest. I love going there, because, you know, every day, she has an update. Today...

HEMMER: You bookmark it.

SERWER: I bookmark it. This is the latest. This is her at Turkey Hill, that's the farm in Connecticut, with some peonies that -- my peonies aren't blossoming yet, but apparently hers are.

HEMMER: And yours do not look nearly as nice as those.

SERWER: Yes, she's just -- I think it's crazy, you know, to have this stuff coming every day on her Web site. It's a lot of fun.

HEMMER: That's a beautiful picture.

SERWER: Yes.

HEMMER: I'd like to have those on my place.

SERWER: Absolutely.

HEMMER: Hey, Enron, what's going on?

SERWER: Well, their guy, Copper, was supposed to be sentenced next months. It turns out now he's not going to be sentenced until next year! Not until next year!

HEMMER: And why is that?

SERWER: I don't know. We'll ask Jeff Toobin. I don't know why it takes so long to sentence these guys. I mean, how many months, another 11 months or something?

HEMMER: Yes.

SERWER: It's just crazy.
