FBI Looking for Four People

BILL HEMMER, CNN ANCHOR: Update you now on that story we broke here about 20 minutes ago. CNN learning now the FBI is on the lookout right now for four men wanted for questioning.

Jeanne, what do you know?

JEANNE MESERVE, CNN CORRESPONDENT: Bill, this morning, the Federal Bureau of Investigation issuing a "be on the lookout" for four individuals it says it want to talk to in connection with ongoing counterterrorism investigations. The bolo, obtained by CNN justice department Kelli arena, says, in part, "The FBI poses information to indicate these four individuals are involved in terrorist activities, and may pose a threat to U.S. citizens and interests in the United States and abroad. Their current whereabouts are unknown."

Be on the lookouts have been posted for two of the individuals in the past. Two are new names. The men named are citizens of Saudi Arabia, Morocco and Tunisia.

One intelligence official to whom I spoke said that these names came up from detainees. There were connections between some of the detainees and these four individuals. This individual to whom I spoke, this intelligence official, says we do not know exactly what they're planning. That is why we want to find them.
