SOLEDAD O'BRIEN, CNN ANCHOR: How will Wall Street respond this morning to Saddam's capture?
Andy Serwer is "Minding Your Business" this morning.

Good morning.

ANDY SERWER, "FORTUNE" MAGAZINE: Good morning, Soledad.

I think we already have the answer to that, and the answer is positively, if you look at overseas markets for a clue. Japan is up over 3 percent today. The European markets up 1 to 1.5 percent. The U.S. dollar is stronger as well.

Of course, and the big news is Dow futures are up over 100 points right now. Nasdaq futures also up strong. Of course, we will have to see how sustainable that is, but at least at the outset markets should be up.
