HEIDI COLLINS, CNN ANCHOR: We want to go now to Colleen Harry (ph). She's with affiliate WFSB in Hartford, Connecticut, where it is a bitter minus 4 degrees below zero.
It's still absolutely freezing cold, isn't it -- Colleen?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Oh, my god, it is so cold you have absolutely no idea, but we're going to make it through. It's 4 below, as you mentioned, right now.

The thing for us are utility companies are asking customers to be very careful, to conserve energy. They are expecting now that the businesses are starting to open that they may start to experience problems because of the demand on the grid -- Heidi.
