SOLEDAD O'BRIEN, CNN ANCHOR: Just a few hours ago, a former high ranking Enron executive surrendered to authorities.
With that story and a preview of the markets this morning, Andy Serwer minding your business -- good morning.
ANDY SERWER, "FORTUNE" MAGAZINE: Good morning to you.
This was expected, Soledad, and what it is here is another domino falling in the Enron case. Rick Causey, the former chief accounting officer, surrendering to federal authorities this morning in Houston. You can see the handcuffs there, people. Those are handcuffs on a former top executive of Enron.
No charges yet. But the 44-year-old is expected, obviously, to face charges. He was at an equal level with Andy Fastow, who copped a plea last week and reported directly to the CEOs, Jeff Skilling and Ken Lay. And so obviously the hope is that the roads would lead to them in terms of a prosecution.
