(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

SIMON COWELL, "AMERICAN IDOL": You are a little tiger, aren`t you, Jetta (ph).

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I can be!

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Simon Cowell`s former driver scarred for life after attackers throw acid on him, left with severe scarring on his hands

and face. Police are searching for two suspects.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: That video from Freemantle (ph) Media, 19 (ph) TV and Fox Broadcasting.

And tonight, in a stunning twist -- the Kardashian clan makes a living off their reality show "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," raking in

conducting a raid on a woman`s luxury suite at the Four Seasons hotel in LA over alleged death threats on Kardashian matriarch Kris Kardashian Jenner.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Mom! So what`s happening?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Investigating death threats allegedly made against reality superstar Kris Jenner, according to Radaronline.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I think I`ve done a really good job so far, and you guys are making me feel like (EXPLETIVE DELETED)

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: That video from E!`s "Keeping Up With the Kardashians."

And tonight, live, Farming (ph) township, Minnesota. Mommy leaves for an afternoon out of the house just one time. But after receiving texts

from baby`s dad claiming the baby`s fussy, that he cries, that he won`t let Daddy sleep, Mommy rushes home to find her 2-month-old baby boy dead.

Daddy claims he trips and falls while holding baby. But tonight, we investigate and the forensics don`t add up.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Police say a Minnesota dad shook his 2-month-old baby to death because the newborn wouldn`t let the father sleep. Robert

Kaiser (ph) claims he fell while holding the baby. The injuries did not match Kaiser`s story.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: Good evening. I`m Nancy Grace. I want to thank you for being with us.

Bombshell tonight, live to California. You`ve got to be living under a rock not to know the name, Simon Cowell, the superstar who vaulted

"American Idol" to fame and then "The X Factor." A horrific acid attack! In a bizarre twist, mistaken identity, Simon Cowell`s friend, confidant,

former chauffeur permanently disfigured. Police on high alert as cops insist the vicious acid attack was a case of mistaken identity. So if

Simon Cowell`s former chauffeur is not the intended victim, then just who was?

Joining me now, Candace Trunzo, senior news editor for Mailonline.com. Candace, these shots of the victim are horrible. And the pain that Wayne

Ingold, the former chauffeur to superstar Simon Cowell, has endured are (ph) horrific. How did the acid attack go down?

CANDACE TRUNZO, MAILONLINE.COM (via telephone): Oh, it`s really unbelievable. So innocent. This guy heard a banging on the door. He`s a

father of two. He went to the door, opened the door. Two men were there and squirted this acid in his face, his upper body. Horrible.

GRACE: You know, I understand that the first thing he did -- and he claims taking care of and being a friend to and driving Simon Cowell were

some of the high points in his career. It`s my understanding that he said, Who is squirting juice at me? At first, he didn`t realize exactly what was

happening.

TRUNZO: Exactly. He didn`t know. He didn`t know what it was. But all of a sudden, he was on fire. He was burning. And his face was

melting.

GRACE: Everyone, for those of you just joining us, this man`s life changed forever in one fateful moment when he opens the door, two men

standing there, squirting his face and upper body with acid. This father of two agrees with police that this is a horrific case of mistaken

identity. But if the driver for Simon Cowell was not the intended victim, just who was? When you see graphic video, everyone, of burn injuries, of

victims that have gone through this type of horrific attack before, you`ll never forget it.

As a matter of fact -- to Dr. William Morrone joining us, medical examiner and forensic pathologist -- it`s extremely easy, actually, to die

from acid or burn wounds. Why is that, Dr. Morrone?

DR. WILLIAM MORRONE, MEDICAL EXAMINER/FORENSIC PATHOLOGIST: Well, acid wounds are a lot like burn wounds. And as you go down deep into the

skin levels, the pain comes from severing nerves. And the damage is similar to cooking (ph) and shriveling, and you also damage blood vessels.

So you begin to lose blood pressure. You begin to swell. And if this happens anywhere around your face or neck, you stop breathing because this

has to stay open and it swells up, and that`s where all the damage is.

GRACE: Everyone, attention being focused on this story, former chauffeur, still friend, Simon Cowell, longtime former chauffeur and

friend, acid attack tonight, a devastating attack on this father of two, opens the door, approached by two men he doesn`t know. And they squirt

acid all over his neck, face and torso. Police agree this is mistaken identity.

Take a listen.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

COWELL: Hi, darling. What`s your name?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Jetta (ph). That`s my nickname.

COWELL: Why do people call you Jetta?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: And my real name`s Linda (ph), and there`s always a bunch of Lindas.

COWELL: Good luck.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE (singing): I don`t want anybody else! When I think about you, I touch myself!

COWELL: You are a little tiger, aren`t you, Jetta.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I can be!

(LAUGHTER)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I`m going to have to pass.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Oh, no, no!

COWELL: Not in a million years.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: That is from Fox Broadcasting company, Psycho TV (ph), Freemantle Media. That`s Simon Cowell, who launched "American Idol" and "X

Factor" to fame. His former chauffeur and friend doused with acid as he opens the front door to his home. He looked in the mirror to see his face,

quote, "melting." It is absolutely a case of mistaken identity, according to the victim, and to police. Sketches have been released of the suspects

in the attack.

Out to the lines. Hi, Jason. What`s your question?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Hi, Nancy. I was just wondering how the chauffeur was doing and (INAUDIBLE) the suspects. Do the cops have any suspects in

custody?

GRACE: You know, to David Caplan, entertainment journalist at Gossipdavid.com. David, what do we know?

DAVID CAPLAN, ENTERTAINMENT JOURNALIST: Right now, police -- they actually arrested a 19-year-old following this attack, that same day. He

was subsequently released. There was no need to arrest him. Right now, they have a description of a car that was in the area...

GRACE: Whoa, whoa! Wa-wait! Back it up, David Caplan. I was asking you about the condition of Simon Cowell`s chauffeur. But I want to follow

up on what you said. They made an arrest, but it turned out not to be the right person, is my understanding. So as of right now, the two people that

attacked Cowell`s chauffeur are still at large, right?

CAPLAN: Correct, yes. And they have a description of a car they`re looking for, as well.

GRACE: And what do we know about Ingold`s condition, his health tonight, David Caplan?

CAPLAN: He`s had several skin grafts over the past several weeks. The doctors said that -- you know, that they`re doing -- you know, that`s

going to make him feel a lot better. He does have to moisturize the skin daily. However, he has been told that there`ll be permanent scarring for

the rest of his life.

GRACE: To Dr. William Morrone -- skin grafts, what does that entail?

MORRONE: Well, in order to put a skin graft down, they have to have a clean bed so the new skin and the underlying skin match up and grow, which

means you have to cut off all the dead skin and the scarring skin. And sometimes, you have to do that on a regular basis to check it. And you

want to make sure you have circulation, moisture, and you don`t get infection, or the whole thing`s lost and it could be life-threatening.

GRACE: Dr. Morrone, listen to this, by the victim, Simon Cowell`s former chauffeur, describing the horror attack. He says, "I thought to

myself naively, Why is this man squirting juice in my face? I put my hand up to protect myself. The guy carried on, spraying it down my back, neck,

my shoulder. I took some in the mouth and swallowed it. It turned my face and some of my teeth black."

For those of you just joining us, a horrific case of mistaken identity. According to police, Simon Cowell`s former chauffeur, his

friend, the victim of a horrific and permanently disfiguring acid attack. Who was the attack meant for?

Back to Candace Trunzo, senior news editor, Mailonline.com. He was for a period of time very close to Simon Cowell, driving the megastar for

quite some time. What do we know?

MORRONE: Well, we know that he`s decided that he really wanted to retire, and he became a wedding photographer in his -- part-time, wanted to

spend time with his family. And I`m sure that driving Simon Cowell around is a pretty taxing thing to do, so he was really ready to call it a day

with the driving and move on to something else.

GRACE: Well, Candace, it`s my understanding that he is mystified as to why he was attacked. Now, let`s talk about star stalkers. There`s any

number of them. Take a listen.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Tom Cruise got victimized at this "War of the Worlds" premiere. This YouTube video shows an unsuspecting Cruise being

interviewed by a guy with a booby-trapped microphone.

TOM CRUISE, ACTOR: Now, why would you do that? Why would you do that?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Kim Kardashian got flour-bombed by a woman who infiltrated the red carpet, but Kim K dusted herself off and returned to

the press line. George Clooney likewise let it roll off him at the Venice Film Festival when a journalist publicly propositioned him.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Here it comes.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I think I`m in love with you. George, please, take me! Choose me, George! Please! Please, choose me! George, may I

kiss you, please?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Clooney deftly deflated his admirer.

GEORGE CLOONEY, ACTOR: It`s always embarrassing when you take one real swing for the fences and it just falls flat. It`s a good try, though.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: And of course, star stalkers that have actually turned deadly.

In the last hours, we learn that Simon Cowell`s friend and former chauffeur the victim of a vicious acid attack. He says that his legs felt

like raw -- looked and felt like raw steaks -- raw steaks.

To Dr. William Morrone. Why is this permanently disfiguring?

MORRONE: It`s permanently disfiguring because skin and muscle build substructures upon each other that give us our high cheekbones, our square

jaws and our brows. And acid permanently changes the infrastructure in a face. And the skin shrivels up, and that`s part of why you need to keep it

moisturized. And it`s really hard to get something like that to heal. So you`d need to transplant muscles, you need to transplant skin. It`s very

difficult, very, very difficult. You need burn centers and major research universities.

GRACE: Everyone, you are seeing video from Freemantle Media North America, Inc (ph) 19 TV, Ltd (ph), Fox Broadcasting Company.

At this hour, a man recovering very, very slowly in horrific pain, former chauffeur and friend of superstar Simon Cowell. If the attackers,

the acid attackers, did not focus on him, who is their intended victim?

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Simon Cowell`s former driver scarred for life after attackers throw acid on him. The father of two was rushed to the

hospital, where doctors told him he will be scarred for life. The victim says he has no idea why he was attacked.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: In a case that the victim and police say is one of mistaken identity, everyone can`t help but wonder who was the intended victim if

Simon Cowell`s former chauffeur was not? He answers his door to two men he doesn`t know, has never met. They begin squirting a liquid on him, about

his face, his mouth, his neck, his torso. He is permanently disfigured in a bizarre and stunning acid attack.

Unleash the lawyers, Trent Copeland, LA, Patrick McDonough, Atlanta. Trent Copeland, this is absolutely either an aggravated assault or

attempted murder.

TRENT COPELAND, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: Yes, I`d agree with that, Nancy. I don`t think there`s any question about that. But I still have issues about

whether or not this was a mistaken identity. Who was he targeting? I doubt that he was really targeting Simon Cowell. I mean, he hadn`t worked

for Simon Cowell in some time. I doubt that he was mistaking Simon Cowell`s home for the home of a retired chauffeur. I doubt that Simon

Cowell resembles (ph) to these guys, if they`re stalking Simon Cowell. So I`m not really sure...

GRACE: McDonough?

COPELAND: ... that it was Simon Cowell that he was after.

PATRICK MCDONOUGH, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: Let me just disagree. I don`t think we know anything yet. We don`t know if it has any relation

whatsoever to Simon Cowell. Certainly, Simon Cowell doesn`t live in a place that`s similar to where his chauffeur lives. So it could have been

someone else in the neighborhood that they thought they were targeting.

GRACE: No. No. No, no.

MCDONOUGH: It could have been gang-related...

GRACE: It`s not somebody in the neighborhood. They`ve already canvassed the neighborhood, and this is somebody that the victim did not

recognize. And you`ve got to agree with this, at least, that the mode of attack is extremely unusual. To attack an unknown person with acid to the

face -- that is deadly.

I mean, Dr. William Morrone, that could have easily resulted in death. This guy actually swallowed some of the acid.

MORRONE: Yes, the acid going down his throat -- very clearly, all toxicology centers know this. Once you have acid goes down the throat, it

does enough damage that it can close off the throat and you can`t breathe. You have to cut somebody open here and put them on a tube. He could have

died. He could have died right there!

GRACE: To Candace Trunzo, senior news editor, Mailonline.com -- you know, Trent Copeland brings up a very interesting facet. I mean, Simon

Cowell, as much as a lot of people love to hate him -- I actually love him. I love watching him. Yes, he`s known as Mr. Nasty. Yes, he`s brutal.

He`s severe. He`s horrifically, painfully honest to contestants. But the hatred -- does that actually translate to crime?

COPELAND: You know, I don`t think so in this case. And it`s true that Simon is a very controversial figure. But I think that -- I think

that when the cops believe that this is a case of mistaken identity that it really is. This is an innocent guy, father of two, who was...

GRACE: Well, I know that. Candace, I agree with you. I agree that this is mistaken identity. But Trent Copeland is verbalizing, does this

have something to do with Simon Cowell?

Stalking stars, deadly stalking, as a matter of fact, is not unheard of.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: The actor faced off against his stalker.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Disturbing e-mails and voicemails, showing up unannounced. I am less than 10 minutes away from you tonight. Say I do to

me.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: It was a romantic relationship, yes.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I want to be your wife now. Say yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: No, I`m not a stalker.

GRACE: "American Idol" superstar Paula Abdul rocked by tragedy.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: The body of a former "American Idol" contestant was found just outside the home of "Idol" judge Paula Abdul.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: The car has a license plate with the letters ABL- space-LV, meaning, Abdul love. There was a picture of Paula hanging from the rearview mirror. This was obviously a really infatuated fan.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: She`s seen by many as the face of QVC.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Twenty-four hours of fashion, a special offer...

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Reports say the former Miss Tennessee fearful for her safety, multiple men accused of stalking her.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Like, get it off of me.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: She was one of the greatest players of her generation. Monica Seles dominated women`s tennis. During a match, an

obsessed fan of her rival, Steffi Graf, ran onto the court and stabbed Seles in the back.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: ... in a series of strange incidents involving the late-night legend. Margaret Ray, you might remember, was arrested for

routinely trespassing on Letterman`s Connecticut property before she committed suicide.

A man who used to work on Letterman`s Montana ranch was charged with plotting to kidnap Letterman`s son.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: The man who used to stalk Madonna, he escaped from the mental hospital.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: He is still obsessed with Madonna.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Freaked out as much as I have.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Hoskins (ph) scrawled graffiti in his jail cell professing his strange love for Madonna.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Madonna, I love you. Will you be my wife?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

GRACE: In a stunning twist tonight, the Kardashian clan -- they make a living off their reality show "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," raking

in millions of dollars a year. They`ve got an estimated $200 million fortune. But tonight, the Kardashians` reality turns terrifying, the FBI

swooping in to conduct a raid on a woman`s luxury suite at the Four Seasons Hotel LA. It`s all over alleged death threats on the Kardashian matriarch,

Kris Kardashian Jenner.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: The raid was about reality TV family matriarch Kris Jenner`s social media accounts being hacked and threats made against

the star.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: You guys are crazy.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: The FBI raided her room at the Four Seasons Hotel and confiscated her laptop, iPad, iPod and phone.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I have been working around the clock to do the best I can.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Shut up! Shut up!

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: That`s from E!`s "Keeping Up With the Kardashians."

Out to Jen Heger, managing editor, Radaronline.com, who broke the story. Wow! OK, I`m always working. I don`t get a chance to see the

reality shows. But I recall being on "Dancing With the Stars" with Robert Kardashian, who is extremely present, and Kris was there practically every

day. She could not have been more pleasant.

I know that their show generates a lot of hatred for some reason, but death threats? I don`t get it, Jen.

JEN HEGER, RADARONLINE.COM: It`s absolutely shocking! You know, a lot of people, like you said, Nancy, love to hate the Kardashians. This is

a very, very serious matter, though. And it appears that the FBI is taking this very seriously, as well, as they obtained a federal search warrant,

which was sealed, which Radaronline.com got access to.

And during the FBI raid at the hotel room at the Four Seasons, where this woman was staying, they confiscated several laptops, an iPad, other

electronic devices because they`re trying to establish that this person or someone associated to this woman has been sending death threats to Kris

Jenner.

The woman was reportedly in southern California also because she wanted to meet with Kris Jenner. So clearly, this has crossed the line

into something that has to be taken very, very seriously.

GRACE: Everybody, you`re seeing video from E!`s "Keeping Up With the Kardashians."

With me, in addition to Ali Nejad, Jen Heger, the managing editor for Radaronline.com, who broke the story. Jen, so the woman had actually not

only allegedly issued death threats on Kris Jenner, but she also traveled to Southern California to meet Jenner, to meet Kris Jenner? She actually

traveled to get to her?

HEGER: Yes, that is correct. And she was staying at the Four Seasons hotel, which, of course, is extremely expensive. So this woman clearly

thought that she had a connection to Kris Jenner. Now, the woman told us that she had loaned her computer to an unnamed acquaintance, and that that

person was probably responsible for any death threats. The FBI did question the woman in a separate hotel room, and they questioned her for

several hours, and she was not placed under arrest, but the FBI let her know they are hot on her tail.

GRACE: Well, Jen Heger, I mean, save the excuse that this woman is making, that she loaned her computer to somebody else. For what? Eight

months! And then she just happened to have her computer back when the FBI raided her luxury suite? Yes, I`m not buying that.

Unleash the lawyers. Trent Copeland, L.A., Patrick McDonough, Atlanta. Okay, first of all, Trent Copeland, when you make a plan to

commit a crime, ie, murder, Kris Jenner-Kardashian, excuse me, Kris Kardashian-Jenner, when you make that claim, there is all kinds of claims

of freedom of speech, but then when you take an active step toward completing your plan, all right, that is called an overt action under the

law. And when you make an overt action such as traveling to Southern California and trying to arrange a meeting, a meeting with Kris Jenner, all

right, you`re going to get arrested.

COPELAND: Yes, you`re going to get arrested and you`ve got some explaining to do. And my suspicion is that the moment they raided, the FBI

raided that unit, in the Four Seasons, this woman`s probably going to lawyer up, and there may be lawyers right here in Southern California who

are going to get some phone calls. I might be one of them.

(CROSSTALK)

GRACE: You`re basically spitting back at me what I just said to you, all right? I don`t need an echo. What about it, McDonough?

MCDONOUGH: It looks like the FBI spent months trying to track down a computer, and there`s allegations that someone broke into the Instagram,

that there`s possible threats. We don`t know explicitly if they were death threats or what they are. But what we know is this woman denied doing it.

We know that she said other people had access to her computer.

GRACE: Patrick McDonough--

MCDONOUGH: Let me finish.

GRACE: If this is true --

MCDONOUGH: Let`s be clear. Other people have access to other people`s computers.

GRACE: Wrap it up.

MCDONOUGH: I`m done.

GRACE: Let me just tell you a little primer in criminal law. Of course she denied it. These are alleged death threats on basically the

queen of reality TV, Kris Jenner. Of course she denied it. To Jen Heger, managing editor, Radaronline.com, you cracked the story, of course the

woman denied it. So what is she doing there holed up in the Four Seasons, trying to get a lunch date with Kris Jenner?

HEGER: Well, that`s what she`s going to have to have to explain. Not only is it alleged that death threats have been made against Kris Jenner,

there have also been a disturbing pattern of events, including an individual shopping an alleged sex tape of Bruce and Kris Jenner. Kris

Jenner`s Instagram account was hacked into several months ago, in which there were postings about that Kris didn`t like her son-in-law, Kanye West.

You know, very, very disturbing actions going on in Kris Jenner`s --

GRACE: Well, you know, there`s more than that, too. Jen Heger, radaronline.com. Ali Nejad, HLN correspondent. There have been a lot of

unusual circumstances lately with the Kardashians, if anyone reads the paper or online anymore, you know their home has been burglarized several

times. The perps have not been caught. And for the defense lawyers, Trent Copeland and Patrick McDonough, to actually say on air she denied it -- of

course she denied it.

NEJAD: Yes, there`s absolutely no question that this woman wasn`t going to stand up and say, hey, yes, you got me. And when the feds

responded, they took her into a room, next door, and they questioned her for three hours, but in the end, she`s not in custody. And that`s what

makes me scratch my temple right now. That`s an issue. When you`re able to take a month long investigation, trace it to that hotel room, and not

end up with this woman in your possession, that`s a threat to Kris.

GRACE: It`s not over yet. Ali Nejad.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Happy birthday, Kim!

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I wonder what it`s going to be like.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: The only information I got was that it was black tie.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I like that idea.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I`m feeling so nervous.

Today is pastor Brad and Karen`s wedding. As it gets closer and closer, I`m getting more and more nervous.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Who`s standing here? Me and somebody else?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: You and the minister, and Brad.

(CROSSTALK)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Then he does the vows. And now we now pronounce you husband and wife.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Right.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: All right, I think I got it. I`m going to go upstairs and I`m going to study my script.

Everybody`s showing up for the wedding. And all I could think about is not blowing my lines, because I really don`t want to screw this up.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Oh, look at Bruiser in the double breasted `80s classic.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: A hug!

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Hi, darling.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Oh, man! Look at you!

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Am I okay?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You look beautiful!

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Did I do the tie the right way? I didn`t know what to do.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I really don`t want to be at this wedding. My mom just better not start with me today. This is about --

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: That is from E!`s "Keeping Up with the Kardashians." Everyone, in the last hours, we learn that the FBI conducts a raid in the Four

Seasons hotel on a woman that allegedly is making death threats on Kris Kardashian-Jenner, pictured here, the matriarch of the Kardashian family.

Now, I know a lot of people love to hate the Kardashians. Why? I don`t know. If you hate them, don`t watch their show. But apparently

people like to watch the show and then talk about how much they hate the show, and the Kardashians have taken that straight to the bank. And she is

the mastermind. Kris Kardashian-Jenner has masterminded the entire Kardashian empire.

To Jen Heger, managing editor, Radaronline.com. So the FBI swoops in, they raid the Four Seasons hotel there in L.A. We learn the woman has

traveled to a short distance away from Kris Jenner`s home. And is, what, trying to set up lunch dates with her? Is that what`s happening?

HEGER: She`s trying to establish some sort of contact with Kris Jenner. Whether it be, you know, perhaps going to Kris Jenner`s gated

community or hoping to meet her out --

GRACE: Oh, oh, oh, fat chance! Jenner is going to let her through those gates. To Mark Hillman, clinical psychotherapist, author of "My

Therapist Making me Nuts," what is this bizarre attachment people get to celebrities they don`t even know? What`s that all about?

HILLMAN: Well, it`s the fantasy and the delusion that they somehow bring something of value to the relationship. So what this woman is doing

in the Four Seasons, trying to connect is completely inappropriate. So what does she do? She goes the negative route and starts sending these

alleged death threats. But if the whole issue of attachment theory, of pleasing behavior with the people earlier in the show and now with this

woman, or this guy, Troy, trying to sell, you know, sex videos, it`s all of this 15 minutes of fame. And that`s what it turns out to be, it`s

delusional.

GRACE: Justin Freiman, what more do we know? Fat chance that Kris Jenner is going to let anybody, much less somebody that she doesn`t even

know through that gated community there where she is living. Plus, now it`s not just about her. I think Kim is living there with the baby! All

right, so she`s not going to let some stranger come through those gates.

FREIMAN: That`s right, Nancy, and she`s actually, there are reports that she`s actually beefed up security. Even though they live in a gated

community, she has 24-hour armed guards actually protecting the family.

GRACE: You know, Ali Nejad, HLN entertainment correspondent, Jenner is out there making a living. Whether people like her show, don`t like her

show, she`s working. She`s supporting a mini industry of the Kardashians, like it or not. And to be subjected to death threats by some kook, I`m

very surprised there has not been an arrest, unless they`re trying to give her enough rope to hang herself.

NEJAD: Credit to Kris Jenner for holding it together throughout all of this. Clearly the Kardashians have had attention on them for a very

long time. They`re used to strange things taking place, but death threats is taking it a little bit too far. And I think for Kris to be able to

maintain her exposure really shows her character and the way she`s been able to step up as the matriarch of this particular family in the face of

such adversity.

GRACE: Well, again, I haven`t gotten to see their show, but having met Kris Jenner and having done the whole season of "Dancing with the

Stars" with Robert, all the sisters were always coming there to support him. They couldn`t not have been a nicer group of people. I can tell you

that. And there were no cameras rolling when I met them. Kris Jenner tonight, under alleged death threats. Take a listen.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: What is going on?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You want to start this off?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: No, you can.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Uh-oh.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: What the hell is going on?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Actually, we brought the family meeting together, kind of to go through the status of your mother and I and kind of where

we`re at. Kris and I are kind of deciding what we want to do in the future and where we want to go. And both mom and I seem to be very happy with the

arrangement that we have right now.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

GRACE: And now live to Farming Township, Minnesota. Mommy leaves for an afternoon out of the house, just one time, but after receiving texts

from the baby`s dad, claiming the baby is fussy, is crying, won`t let him sleep, she rushes home, to find her 2-month-old baby boy dead. Daddy

claiming he tripped and fell while holding the baby. But tonight, we investigate, and let me tell you, the forensics don`t add up.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Police in Minnesota began investigating when a 2- month-old baby was taken to a hospital with difficulty breathing and seizures. As doctors examined the child, they determined he was suffering

from a traumatic brain injury that findings suggest was caused by the baby being shaken. Police began questioning the father, Robert Kaiser, who

allegedly told police he was the only person with the baby at the time of the injury.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: Marc Klaas, president and founder of KlaasKids Foundation, spends his entire life fighting for children. You know what? I looked at

the injuries, Marc Klaas, they do not add up with this father claiming he tripped and fell while holding the baby. That is total BS. And also, let

me point out, that during autopsy, the doctors found evidence of pre- existing injuries. This was not the first time this baby took a beating.

KLAAS: No, Nancy, it certainly isn`t. And unfortunately nobody was aware of this kind of activity apparently against the child until it was

far too late. It breaks my heart when I see things like this because it so obvious that certain people should never have children, and if they do,

they should give them up to an adoption agency so that people would give them loving homes, can bring them in, and give them the life they deserve.

This little boy had a horrible life on earth. And just like every other human creature, he deserved better.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

GRACE: Mommy has one day away from home, but she gets texts from the baby`s dad saying the baby is fussy, he`s crying, he won`t let daddy take a

nap or sleep. Mommy rushes home to find her baby dead. Daddy claims it was just an accident, that he fell, dropping the baby. But according to

me, the baby`s autopsy injuries do not add up to his story. Rich Zeoli from WPHT. What can you tell me?

ZEOLI: This guy lied about what happened to his baby. He tried to tell cops that he fell with the baby. But they actually videotaped him and

they told him, re-enact the fall. Show us how you fell with the baby. And then they determined using an expert, this guy was a liar. He didn`t fall

with this baby. What happened was the baby was keeping him up. Even though he doesn`t have a job and he`s unemployed and he stays home all day,

he was still tired. So he texted his girlfriend, said this kid is keeping me up, and he shook the baby. The woman came home and saw his baby with

his eyes just zoning out, and then the poor baby died.

GRACE: Matt Zarrell, are you telling me they got the suspect to do a video?

ZARRELL: Yes, not only did they get the suspect to do a video, but this board certified, child abuse pediatrician reviewed the video point by

point, and advised the police that the child`s injuries were not consistent with Kaiser`s account. The child had bilateral subdural hemorrhages,

bilateral retinal hemorrhages, and a brain injury.

GRACE: Let`s break that down, Dr. William Morrone, medical examiner joining me out of Madison Heights. Bilateral retinal injury simply means

that when the baby is shaken back and forth or side to side, you will see hemorrhaging of the blood vessels in the eye. I think that`s what it

means. Bilateral means on both sides, correct?

MORRONE: Correct. Both eyes on this side and this side would be shaking this way. But the brain damage from going back and forth ends up

also giving you bruises on the front and the back. So this baby was abused by shaken in many different ways. And there`s no way to come away with

anything other than the brain inside the kid was irreversibly damaged. You cannot come back from that. That`s why there are seizures. That`s why the

child stops breathing. That`s why there is a loss of consciousness. The shaking was so bad, it disrupted the brain inside the baby.

GRACE: Okay. Dr. Morrone, I`m not even going to ask what you`ve got in that bottle. Marc Klaas, I think about what you just said, Marc, that

this baby`s life was full of pain. I can`t bring the baby back. But what we can do is put this father behind bars for the rest of his life. And

make him think about this baby every day he continues to exist.

KLAAS: Nancy, we can also hope this is a lesson for other people who might be contemplating harming their child. There is no backing away from

it. There is no excuse making for it. If you`re doing it, you will get caught and be punished severely for it.

GRACE: I only wish one thing. I wish he was up for the death penalty. Do they have the death penalty in that jurisdiction?

ZARRELL: The issue here is that he is charged with second-degree and faces a max of 40 years in prison.

GRACE: Matt, Matt, my sweet. That`s nothing that another grand jury cannot remedy with an indictment on first-degree murder.
