THIS IS A RUSH TRANSCRIPT. THIS COPY MAY NOT BE IN ITS FINAL FORM AND MAY BE UPDATED.

NANCY GRACE, HOST: Breaking news tonight. He`s known as America`s dad, but comedian Bill Cosby now the target of an LAPD police investigation

for sex molestation of a then teen girl. This as a high-profile reality star breaks down in tears, crying, shrieking, Screw you, Bill "Monster"

Cosby, as she explains in graphic detail how Bill Cosby allegedly drugs and rapes her in a Lake Tahoe hotel room.

Bombshell tonight. Will Bill Cosby, America`s dad, actually face jail time?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Screw you, Bill "Monster" Cosby! You raped me. He offered me red wine. He gave me a pill. My pajamas bottoms were off

and the top was open.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Judy Huth was suing the comedian for sexual battery. She was 15 years old at the time.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: We address these things seriously.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: He grabs me, pulls me, like, really tight to him, kisses me in the mouth, like, really, really rough.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: (INAUDIBLE) in the limo, I started feeling very, very drugged. I woke up naked in his bed with him next to me.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: Good evening. I`m Nancy Grace. I want to thank you for being with us.

Bombshell tonight. He`s known as America`s dad, but comedian Bill Cosby is now the target of an LAPD police investigation for the sex

molestation of a then teen girl. This as a high-profile reality star breaks down in teams, crying, Screw you, Bill "Monster" Cosby, explaining

in graphic detail how Bill Cosby allegedly drugs and rapes here in a Tahoe hotel room.

And tonight, will Bill Cosby, America`s dad, actually face jail time based on, finally, an actual police report alleging he sex molested a then

teen girl?

Straight out to Brian Stelter, CNN senior media correspondent. Brian, with us tonight, as you all may know by now, is the original supermodel,

Janice Dickinson, and she is telling her story of her claims he attacked her in a Tahoe hotel room. And she`s going to explain why she did not go

to police. She`s going to explain the whole thing in detail to answer the questions of the detractors.

But Brian Stelter, give me first in a nutshell -- is there finally a police report on America`s dad, Bill Cosby? Is there finally a police

report that may land Cosby behind bars?

BRIAN STELTER, CNN CORRESPONDENT: Well, it`s because, Nancy, the LAPD has said they want to speak to every person who is accusing Bill Cosby of

sexual misconduct. They want every alleged victim to come forward and speak to their investigators as they comb through evidence. That is why,

all of a sudden, this story has taken on a whole new meaning.

GRACE: Now, isn`t it true, Brian Stelter, that Gloria Allred represents several women claiming to be Cosby`s victims, and she and one of

the women spent hours with the LAPD in the last days, and as a result, a police investigation has now ensued?

STELTER: That is right. We don`t know what Judy Huth told the investigators, but Gloria Allred is representing her and other victims.

And this comes as Bill Cosby remains in hiding. He has taken a month off. This was pre-scheduled, by the way, before these allegations surfaced.

He`s not touring for the rest of the month of December. The last comedy performance he was going to give got scrapped. All the people that were

going to go got refunds. So we continue to hear nothing but silence from his camp.

GRACE: Joining me right now is the original supermodel, as she has dubbed herself. Janice Dickinson, supermodel and reality TV star, is

joining us. Ms. Dickinson, thank you for being with us.

JANICE DICKINSON, COSBY ACCUSER: I can`t breathe because of Bill Cosby!

GRACE: What do you mean?

DICKINSON: I can`t breathe because I haven`t slept in weeks. And you know, I just -- you know -- you know, with everything that`s going on, I

haven`t been able to breathe, like the whole nation is doing right now, protesting. I am protesting because of the unresolved issues due to rape

from Bill Cosby. I`m just starting to exhale.

And I will say this. I -- you know, I -- I sobbed all weekend not just for me, for what`s going on with these other women. I`m in huge

gratitude to the Los Angeles Police Department, you know? Thank you, guys and gals out there. You know, it`s about time that this guy gets his

comeuppance.

GRACE: Ms. Dickinson, after you came forward -- at first, a lot of these women had no name. They were all Jane Does. A few of them allowed

their names to be out there. But when you came forward -- you know, a lot of people know you. You don`t know them, but they think they know you. We

all think we know you because we`ve seen you on TV. We`ve read about you in the tabloids. We think we know you and all about you.

So when you came forward, you really put a name and a face to this. Others have come forward, but you`re the one everybody feels that they

know. And that has really changed the focus of this whole investigation, in my mind, is that a name and a face has been put on this. It`s not

somebody in the shadows that never came forward. It`s you and a few other brave ladies are weathering the storm.

And I`m sure you never expected the hate that has been sent your way after you came forward.

DICKINSON: I am -- I don`t know what to say to that. But I know that I am an American, and I know that this country was based on two premises,

freedom of speech and the right to bear arms, OK? And it was the right thing for me to do.

When this took place, I told several people about this, you know, when this first happened. I told -- this will come out later. I`ll get it all

to you when it comes out, Nancy. But it is my right as a woman, as a parent, to protect women out there worldwide and to protect daughters and

granddaughters, sisters and mothers! OK? It`s my right!

GRACE: Ms. Dickinson...

DICKINSON: And it is -- and I want every woman out there to please hear my words! We`ve got to stop this man! He will keep doing it! He

took a month off? Innuendo (ph). He was in me!

GRACE: Tell me this, Ms. Dickinson. Everybody`s come out of the woodwork to give an opinion on your story. But for our viewers -- they`ve

heard me talking about what you`ve said, but I want them to hear from you. It`s just like when I had juries for all those years. I could tell the

jurors in opening statement, this would happen, this would happen. She`s going to say this. She`s going to say that. But until that witness takes

the stand and looks a jury in the eyes and tells them what happened, it`s all just a hill of beans. None of it matters.

I want to hear your story of when you say Cosby, Bill Cosby, molested you.

DICKINSON: I was on a job in Bali, Indonesia. I was contacted by Cosby, saying that he had heard that I was there working. He wanted me to

fly myself from Bali -- he wanted me to stop my job working for a calendar -- on a calendar. He then asked me to get to Bali (sic). I said, I can`t

afford to get to Bali (sic). He said, Well, I`ll get you an economy ticket. I said, I don`t fly economy. That`s, like, a long way to go. He

said, Well, you know, OK, I`ll send you a first class round-trip ticket. I said OK.

And so I said OK. I arrived in Reno. I also informed him on the telephone that I will have nothing to wear because it would be wintertime

and it was in the summer in Indonesia at the time...

GRACE: Well, why was he flying you there, Janice? What was the pretense of flying you there?

DICKINSON: He told me that I was going to get a job on "The Cosby Show," that I was going to -- he was going to, you know, talk to me about,

you know, putting me on "The Cosby Show." And he also told me, you know, I heard you were singing. You want a singing career, because he knew prior

to that that I had been in rehab in 1982, you know, and he had heard, because he`d contacted me in rehab then, you know, sent me a couple dozen

red roses, this married pig, and he told me that he wanted me to -- he`ll have someone there helping me...

GRACE: Can I ask you a question...

(CROSSTALK)

GRACE: If a married man sent me a couple dozen roses, I would -- I would -- I mean, it`s different. And women, you know what I mean, if you

get flowers or something or fruit. But when you get red roses, a dozen long-stemmed red roses, that sends a completely different message.

DICKINSON: Well, I remember those roses and I remember even when I went to ask the people at the rehab, St. Mary`s in Minneapolis, in the

middle of winter, that this -- you know, how did he get -- how did he even know that I was there? It`s supposed to be an unanimous rehab. Why are

they putting this pig on the phone? Too good a word for him.

GRACE: So you -- he sends you a first-class ticket. You fly from Bali all of the way to Tahoe.

DICKINSON: It was either Tahoe -- I believe it was Reno International Airport.

GRACE: OK.

DICKINSON: I was picked up. They loaded, like, what little handbags I had. I get to the hotel. There`s all these ski suits lying on the bed,

you know, and a slinky evening dress, you know, ski outfits. And you know, they were laying on the bed.

And there was a girl in the room from the gift shop. She was a beautiful African-American girl that worked at the gift shop, you know?

She said, Oh, these are compliments of Mr. Cosby. But what you don`t wear, he will take the wardrobe back and give it to his children! I remember

that over the weekend. I was, like, Who wants to -- you know, I was thinking, what I wear, I always keep, but you know, if he`s that cheap, you

know, his kids can have it. But he had pajamas in there. I remember, like, you know -- you know, some pajamas and an evening dress and some

things to wear, a wardrobe. Then...

GRACE: So when did you finally see him?

DICKINSON: Then prior to his show, I went back and, like -- I went -- you know, prior to his show, we -- it was prior to his show. And then I

sat down, you know -- you know, I remember being -- it`s just -- it`s so whirling around in my head.

Prior to the show, he sat me down and told me, Oh, we`re going to have a real good time. I saw -- you know, and then I -- you know, I went to his

standup show, which lasted, oh, I don`t know, less than a little over an hour. Right after the show, the three of us went to a dinner.

That`s when I -- you know, at that point, I was having stomach cramps, and I knew that I was having -- my menstrual cycle was coming. That`s when

I said, God, my stomach`s -- I have cramps. He goes, Oh, I`ve got something for that. And he gave me a pill with a big tumbler of red wine.

He wasn`t drinking, but he was drinking espresso coffee in a little demitasse cup, with a Bill Cosby ring on one hand, a gold watch on the

other hand, a married wedding band on the other hand and some gold aviator- shaped glasses.

We had dinner, but I -- you know, and then I started feeling like -- you know, I don`t know how I got from dinner to my room. I always had my

Polaroid camera, Nancy. I was, you know, always taking pictures. I remember being in my room, and then he appears. And I`m, like, really --

feeling really weird, stoned out. And I start snapping. I`ve got, like, five or six or seven pictures, not just one, but five or six or seven

pictures of this man.

He was on the phone, and then he got off the phone. I remember him undoing -- I don`t remember who he was on the phone with. But I remember

his robe coming off. I remember he had been smoking cigars. He smelled real bad, real bad body odor the guy had, bad. He had deep (ph) cigar

breath and coffee breath.

That`s when he mounted me. He got on top of me. I remember, like -- I don`t know what happened to the camera then. And that`s when the last

thing I remember -- I don`t even remember dialogue. The last thing I remember was him getting on top of me and sticking it in, put his penis

inside of me. And it -- I don`t remember, but I remember the pain. And I remember pain -- just a lot of pain downstairs.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

GRACE: Welcome back. As you all know by now, there is finally a police report lodged against America`s dad, Bill Cosby, for the alleged sex

molestation of a then teen girl. And with me tonight, the original supermodel, Janice Dickinson. She`s received a lot of, let me just say

pointed barbs since she first came forward claiming that Cosby raped her.

Now, we`ve talked about it. We`ve heard about it. But with me tonight and answering your calls is Janice Dickinson. And she has just

told us of the encounter, the alleged rape of her by Cosby.

You left off saying you woke up the next morning.

DICKINSON: I woke up the next morning after Bill Cosby mounted me, had sex with me. The first thing I remembered the following morning -- I

have a daughter. I remember -- I remember pain, swelling, semen, and both (INAUDIBLE) you know, it was a puddle of this man`s aftermath of his way

with me. I`m not proud. I`m really, really, really -- yes, and I was in a lot of pain.

And you know, it`s taken me a lot of time to get over this one, Nancy. It`s the right thing for me to tell you, just hoping my story will get

somebody else to talk about what happened to them.

GRACE: Janice, when you say -- you punctuated your description with, I`ve got a daughter. What does that mean to you when you say that? I have

a girl, too, and I`m listening to what you`re saying. Why -- why did you say that?

DICKINSON: My thought was to the underage girl that`s coming out, the underage girl that if anybody had done this to my daughter -- that`s why I

am so outraged that this guy did this to me, that I am talking about this! My children don`t even want to talk to me about this!

GRACE: You know, when you say -- you said, I`m not proud. It`s as if other people -- other people have suggested that you have come forward to

get PR. And I have been screaming, This lady doesn`t need PR. She...

DICKINSON: I`m a Hollywood star!

GRACE: ... has been on TV. She`s everywhere. She doesn`t need this. And if she wanted PR, it certainly wouldn`t be claiming somebody raped her.

What people -- a lot of people don`t get is what rape victims go through. Many of them never talk about it. You don`t want to talk about it.

Believe me, I know.

DICKINSON: I can say that it`s really hard. The first thing that I did for years was denial. It didn`t happen to me. It didn`t happen to me,

didn`t happen to me. The next thing happened to me was, like, I was in fear that this guy`s going to -- no one`s going to believe me. You know --

you know, and I suppressed it. And then I started taking -- like, you know, yes, I had a big spiral downwards because I was stuffing (ph) things.

So you know -- you know, that really fed my addiction, so I started, you know -- you know, just spiraling downward...

(CROSSTALK)

GRACE: ... that next day, what did he do? What did he say? Or did you even see him?

DICKINSON: I don`t remember that right now. More is to be revealed on this.

GRACE: Well, I want to ask you something else. A lot has been made - - and I thought I knew the answer, but I didn`t so I couldn`t -- I didn`t have a comeback. Your book -- remember the book, your memoir you just

wrote? In it, you describe that you went out with Cosby. You did not include this. But what has been said is that you wanted to include it, but

there was pressure to delete it. I`m talking about Janice Dickinson`s book, "No Lifeguard on Duty."

Can you please explain to your detractors why that was taken out of the manuscript?

DICKINSON: I wrote it in longhand on yellow legal paper. I told my story to Pablo Fenves, who was ghost-writing my book. A cautionary tale,

I`m not even -- I`m not -- I am so not talking this book. Don`t buy it.

I told Pablo the story. I was extremely upset about it. I remember breaking down, and I probably remember maybe not even getting through it.

Pablo reminded -- reminded me -- I remember having a conversation with Pablo, and I remember getting Judith Regan on the phone. I remember saying

even to her, This happened to me. I said it to my editor, Cal Morgan (ph) up at Regan imprints. He told me...

GRACE: Now, hold on. When you`re talking about Judith Regan -- at the time, Regan was one of the publishing powerhouses at HarperCollins. I

met with her many, many times.

DICKINSON: It was her imprint.

GRACE: Yes, she had Regan Books. And she liked to do...

DICKINSON: She hired Pablo.

GRACE: She liked to do celebrity memoirs. That was one of her many specialities. OK, go ahead.

DICKINSON: She hired Pablo Fenves to help me shape it because I didn`t know how to really write. I don`t really know how to write, but I

know how to write it from my memory. And I not only told -- you know, there`s so many people I told after this happened. But I did tell Pablo.

And Pablo, he came out recently and said, Now, Janice, you know that`s never going to make it, and they`re not going to be able to print this.

I had a conversation with Pablo over the weekend. Well, like, why wasn`t it really printed? He goes -- and why did we print what you wrote?

He said, I took poetic license with you, Janice. I wrote, you know, a salacious passage that would get through -- that would get through -- you

know, that people would buy the book. At the time, I was a single mom. I needed to pay the rent, you know, so we included that. Judith Regan wanted

me to name names. I was pissed off because I -- this happened to me! This happened to me!

GRACE: Janice, what do you say tonight to your detractors that claim your story is not true?

DICKINSON: You people that are detracting have got a lot of nerve! Take a good, deep look in the mirror and ask how you would feel if it

happened to you, your daughter, your sister, your best friend, your mom, your aunt or -- you know, even your uncles or any boys.

And other thing. I`m being victim-shamed -- victim-shamed. And the phone hasn`t been ringing for work for me lately. You happy? You

(EXPLETIVE DELETED) Cosby. You happy about that? But Marty Singer (ph), I got news for you. I`m not lying, Marty!

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

GRACE: As we go to air tonight, finally a police report has been lodged against Bill Cosby, America`s dad, Dr. Huxtable. All along now, 21

women have come forward -- we think it`s 21 -- claiming that he raped them, molested them, drugged and/or raped them. A mixture of those. Here are

some of the women. Finally, a police report has been filed.

With me tonight, America`s original supermodel, Janice Dickinson, that put a face to this allegation, and also with me, high powered lawyer Gloria

Allred. We have managed to catch her as she dashes from courthouse to courthouse.

Gloria, when I saw your name attached to this, I was so proud to know you, and I want to know what can we do? We`ve all read that you spent

hours and hours at the LAPD with another alleged victim, and that it`s been confirmed by the LAPD that an investigation -- a police investigation has

been launched. Is your client one of the accusers that was a then teen girl?

GLORIA ALLRED, ATTORNEY: Yes. She is the one. Judith Huth. She was 15 years old at the time. Now, she went with me, you`re right, Nancy, to

the Los Angeles Police Department on Friday. We met with two detectives from the special victims unit of the Los Angeles Police Department, and we

went there at the invitation of Chief Beck, who is chief of police of the city of Los Angeles, who said on Thursday -- and here`s a quote -- "we

don`t turn people away because things are out of statute. You come to us, especially with a sexual allegation, we will work with you. We address

these things seriously, and it`s not just because it`s Mr. Cosby." So as a result, we accepted his invitation, and we went there on Friday, and we

also urge others to go to the police in Los Angeles if in fact they believe they`ve been victims of a crime that occurred in the city of Los Angeles.

GRACE: Gloria, what is the gist of her complaint? What does she say happened with Bill Cosby, your client?

ALLRED: She`s laid it out in a civil lawsuit, and I did not file that lawsuit for her, and I do not represent her in that lawsuit. And Mr.

Cosby`s attorneys have had some strong arguments they`re making in a motion in that lawsuit. So since I don`t represent her in that, I would rather

not go into it.

But I will say they are very serious allegations, and I`m glad that the Los Angeles Police Department is going to investigate them. We also

showed two photos, which I`ll provide to your producer for future use of her with Bill Cosby at the Playboy mansion when she was 15 years old, and

so I`m sure that ultimately it will come out what in fact occurred there. But I just considered it serious enough that we should go there, and I do

hope that if there`s anyone else who is alleging any crime against them, whether it is with Mr. Cosby or anyone else occurred in L.A., they`ll go to

the police as well.

I think people say, well, why? If it will be too late for prosecutors in L.A. to prosecute. Well, it may be that the police can then find a

modus operandi, an MO. Maybe somebody can be a witness in a future case. There are all kinds of uses that information can be put to.

GRACE: Exactly. Janice Dickinson with me along with Gloria Allred. Janice, you said something that really caught my attention. Everything you

said caught my attention, but you said that Cosby knew, that you believe that Cosby knew that you were just out of rehab. And I can`t tell you out

of the literally thousands of cases that I prosecuted how many were rooted in an addiction to drugs or alcohol. Did he know you were just out of

rehab and gave you alcohol?

JANICE DICKINSON, MODEL: Of course. He called me in rehab. He asked me how my feelings were in rehab. The minute he hooked up with me in

Nevada, he poured a nice big tumbler, big tumbler of very expensive wine, with the pill, to wash it down. Who gives a person out of rehab a tumbler

of red wine to wash down a cramp pill? And thank God for women like Gloria Allred. Thank you, Gloria.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

GRACE: In the last hours, a game changer. Finally, there is a police report against Bill Cosby with claims that he sexually molested a then teen

girl.

With me tonight, Gloria Allred, who is representing that client, that woman. Also with me, the original supermodel, Janice Dickinson, who is

telling you her story. A story that after many, many years as a trial lawyer, I would look to in its detail, its complexity, names, even photos

of that incident, surrounding that incident to corroborate that incident. But she has been the brunt of so much hatred, of so many jokes, of so many

bad wishes since she came forward to claim she was Cosby`s victim.

And I don`t understand that. I don`t understand that. Even if she were not telling the truth, why this outpouring of hatred? We don`t see it

in any other type of case except sex cases. Why is that? With me is Janice Dickinson, and she is answering the questions and the e-mails and

the tweets and the phone calls that are pouring in right now. Ms. Dickinson, thank you for being with us.

DICKINSON: Thank you for reporting the truth, Nancy Grace. Thank you.

GRACE: I`m just -- when you hear the number, 21 women are now claiming Cosby molested them, and many of them have the same components as

your story. Always the red wine. A few of them have other drinks. The pill. The robe. The getting together under other pretenses, to mentor

somebody or give them a job. It all rings so true, it`s like an echo of your story.

DICKINSON: I got a call over the weekend from an anonymous friend saying there`s a 59-year-old bartender in Miami, broke down during Art (ph)

Basel (ph) over the past weekend, and she too was molested when she was 17 years old. She does not want to come forward. But I beg of you, you`re

the same age as I am. It`s the right thing to do it. We will all support you if you come forward to make it 22 women molested and drugged and raped

by Bill Cosby. How does it feel now? I`ll tell you another thing. He contacted me after Tahoe. I remember him calling me up, and I remember him

calling me a tacky bitch. OK?

GRACE: Why?

DICKINSON: I don`t remember that. But I remember him just calling and him calling me a tacky bitch. You know, more is to be revealed.

You`ll be the first to know, Nancy. But, you know, I`m no tacky bitch. Bill Cosby is a tacky rapist.

GRACE: You know, Janice, other people -- I want to hear it from you. I think I know the answer. But I want to know from your own mouth, why did

you decide not to go to police? I`m couching that with the literally hundreds of rape victims that I`ve encountered that have never lodged a

complaint.

DICKINSON: I didn`t know any better. I was ashamed. I was disgusted. I was repulsed. I just -- fear -- I was afraid. I didn`t want -- what`s

happening now with victim shaming? I was afraid he would take away my modeling career, my commercial work, my runway, my catalogue. I had

advertisers for Revlon. You have come a long way, baby, for Virginia Slims. I was afraid my work would fall. You know, I was afraid.

GRACE: I`ve got a question. Ms. Dickinson, is there any doubt in your mind that you were raped by Bill Cosby?

DICKINSON: There`s no doubt in my mind that I wasn`t raped by Bill Cosby. I was raped and penetrated in two areas down below on my body.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

GRACE: Welcome back. For those of you just joining us, game changer. A police report has been filed against Bill Cosby, America`s dad, by a then

15 or a then teen girl, who claims that Cosby sexually molested her. And speaking out tonight, we are trying to answer as many of your e-mails and

tweets and messages as possible.

America`s first supermodel, Janice Dickinson. Janice, question -- you mentioned your daughter. Have you ever told, prior to coming out now, did

you ever tell your daughter, did you ever tell your family about this? And if not, why?

DICKINSON: No. No. I really wish you wouldn`t ask me that, because she doesn`t need to hear it. You know, I don`t know why I didn`t tell her.

Yes, I know why, because they don`t need to know their mom got raped. It`s not a pleasant feeling. I`ve got a grandson, you know, like my fiance,

Rocky, they don`t need to know their grandmom has been raped. You know, it`s an ugly subject. You know, it`s an ugly, ugly subject, but it`s been

going on for millions of years. This man has been perpetuating it. It`s his modus operandi, and he`s going to keep doing it.

GRACE: Why is it, Janice, why is it -- and I`ve pondered this so many times -- why is it that sex attack victims, whatever the form of the

molestation is, you state that you were penetrated, as you put it, twice. That`s rape and sodomy. Whatever the form may be, people, women never want

to talk about it. We all feel like somehow we`re the ones that are embarrassed because it happened. Not the perpetrator. Why did you feel

that way?

DICKINSON: Probably that`s why I didn`t go to the rape counsel in the first place. They wouldn`t even have held up -- I didn`t even know if they

had a jurisdiction back then. I didn`t know anything about the law. That`s why I didn`t skedaddle to the police. Thank god the L.A. police are

doing it now. I don`t know.

GRACE: Unleash the lawyers. Gloria Allred, representing one of the women claiming the assault. Hugo Rodriguez and Robert Schalk. First of

all to you, Hugo. The police report right now that has been filed against Bill Cosby, what can be done with it?

RODRIGUEZ: Well, as the chief said, they`re going to investigate it. But I don`t think, as Ms. Allred said, there will be any criminal

prosecution because the statute of limitations has run on the criminal case.

GRACE: Well, we would still like --

(CROSSTALK)

RODRIGUEZ: Would lead to possible new witnesses, would lead to maybe evidence and things along those lines, which could be used in a civil

action. If the civil action could be maintained because of the statute of limitations.

GRACE: As you well know, Hugo Rodriguez -- you`re right, there`s more than one way to skin a cat. Robert Schalk, there are tolling (ph)

provisions that link the statute of limitations, especially when a minor is involved.

SCHALK: Yes, especially in California or New York, where I am, which will allow an individual -- let`s say this victim was coming forward, was

15. However, once it reaches the age of majority, the extension ends. So again, she is still going to be time barred, but again, as Hugo said, the

police report will be used potentially to bring out new victims. We don`t know if Ms. Cosby is being alleged to have done anything in the most recent

past. If he has, maybe those people will feel confident enough to come forward to the police, knowing that they are taking these reports.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

GRACE: Statistics say that 1 in 4 women are sexually molested. That`s so hard for many Americans to believe. Speaking out tonight is the

original supermodel, Janice Dickinson. Janice, why do you believe so many people have responded so venomously, with so much hatred towards you, after

you came forward?

DICKINSON: Ignorance. Not believing it could happen, you know, to Mr. Huxtable. He`s not America`s dad. Obama is America`s dad. His

credibility is shot. They don`t want to believe it. They think this too will pass.

GRACE: You know, when you -- if you`re like other rape victims, there are periods of time that go by when you try not to think about this. When

you do, what is your most vivid recollection of the alleged rape by Bill Cosby?

DICKINSON: Him climbing on top of me, in that room, and the memory of like -- the memory of the whole incident. You know, it goes into a

compartment that surfaces years later. That surfaces and comes out. You know, if I was still in the same theater (ph) today, I probably wouldn`t

come out. But I`m sober. I don`t drink, I haven`t taken drugs in years. But now that this is out, it is my right, as a parent, as a mother of two

children, you know, as a role model -- I`m not getting a nickel from CNN to do this. I`m not getting paid by anybody to do this. My work has stopped.

GRACE: What do you mean, your work has stopped?

DICKINSON: No one is hiring me. They`re afraid. This is a taboo subject. Advertisers don`t want to get involved with it. It`s a very

puritanical society. There are a lot of haters. There are a lot -- you know, I don`t care about haters. I really don`t. I just wish you guys

would have compassion.

The man has no empathy. He certainly has no compassion and no empathy. He`s on an ego trip that has to drug and ply women with wine,

young women with wine and narcotics so he can sleep with them, despite the fact that he`s married.

And I`ve got millions of people on the other hand, all you haters, that love me. Thank you to Nancy Grace, thanks to CNN and thank you to
