Nancy Grace

Bill Cosby Accused by Three More Women

Aired January 08, 2015 - 20:00   ET

THIS IS A RUSH TRANSCRIPT. THIS COPY MAY NOT BE IN ITS FINAL FORM AND MAY BE UPDATED.

NANCY GRACE, HOST: Breaking news tonight. He is known as America`s dad, but comedian Bill Cosby now the target of an LAPD police investigation

for sex molestation of a then teen girl after a high-profile reality star breaks down, shrieking, Screw you, Bill "Monster" Cosby, claiming Bill

Cosby drugs and rapes her in a hotel room, a second supermodel reporting she, too, was drugged by Cosby, then a teen claiming he also molested her.

She wakes up with him naked. And tonight, a defamation case against Cosby guarantees to land Cosby under oath, forced to either admit or deny sex

claims.

Bombshell tonight. Three more women coming forward, claiming Cosby drugged and raped them, a fourth claiming he forced himself on her, as

well, including the girlfriend of show biz icon Sammy Davis, Jr., ladies with us live tonight. How many more women did Bill Cosby allegedly rape?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: As three more women come forward accusing Bill Cosby of drugging and sexually assaulting them...

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: He caught me off guard, went after me.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Started taking my pants down. I said, What are you doing? Stop.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Coming out in support of Cosby, award-winning actress Phylicia Rashad, who played Cosby`s wife on "The Cosby Show."

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: Good evening. I`m Nancy Grace. I want to thank you for being with us.

Bombshell tonight. He`s known as America`s dad, but comedian Bill Cosby the target of an LAPD investigation for sex molestation of a then

teen girl. Well, tonight, three more women say, Bill Cosby raped me, a fourth claiming he forced himself on her, as well, this as his former

"Cosby Show" co-star defends him. But not only that, Cosby back on the stage.

Straight out to Jean Casarez, CNN correspondent. How many more women is it going to take, Jean, before something is done? I mean, I know he`s

got enough money and enough power to squash you and me both like gnats between his fingers, but now tonight -- and ladies are with us live,

everyone, and taking your calls -- three more women claim, He drugged and raped me. And I`m including the girlfriend of TV icon, movie icon Sammy

Davis, Jr., his girlfriend.

But other women coming forward, three more, and a fourth claiming he forced himself on her, as well.

JEAN CASAREZ, CNN CORRESPONDENT: That`s right, Nancy. It comes to a total now of 25 alleged victims. And the most recent three to step

forward, two alleging criminal activity by Bill Cosby in Las Vegas, one in southern California -- the stories are so particular, so specific, and have

a common theme of friendship, alcohol, something in the drink or even a white pill, and then not remembering too much, but enough to know they were

violated.

GRACE: What do you know about the new claims, Jean?

CASAREZ: Well, two in Las Vegas have to do with the Las Vegas Hilton. One young woman you have on the show today did actually win a tennis

tournament and got a seat in the front row of the show. And she will describe her story to you of what happened.

Another young woman in Las Vegas was able to come to the show because he had befriended her. She was a therapist at a sports club, and she had

actually worked on him. And then she talks about how she was given a drink. She wanted to eat. She couldn`t eat.

But one that is very interesting was an assistant to the personal agent of Bill Cosby at William Morris for personal appearances. She says

she got to know him because she worked with him. He befriended her and her family. And then he talks to her about a career before the camera, wanting

her to read a script that ended with a kiss. She fought back, but it didn`t work.

GRACE: Joining me right now is one of the women, joining us tonight exclusively, one of the four more women coming forward, three of them

claiming Cosby raped them, a fourth claiming he forced himself on her. With me is Linda Kirkpatrick, who says Cosby drugged her, forced himself on

her, and with her, high-profile lawyer Gloria Allred representing Linda.

Ms. Kirkpatrick, thank you for being with us. Gloria, thank you for being with us.

LINDA KIRKPATRICK, SAYS BILL COSBY RAPED HER: Thank you.

GLORIA ALLRED, KIRKPATRICK`S ATTORNEY: Thank you for inviting us, Nancy.

GRACE: You know, Gloria, I mean, how much will there be? How many more women will come forward? And tonight, the big brouhaha about Phylicia

Rashad defending him -- well, Phylicia Rashad I`m sure was never attacked by Cosby. He`s her friend. Of course, she`s going to defend him. Any of

us would defend a friend.

But the reality is, she doesn`t know him the way these women claim they know Cosby. So you know, you`ve got to take that defense with a box

of salt. Would you agree with that, Gloria?

ALLRED: I absolutely would agree with that, Nancy. And you know, she said she was misquoted when she said, Forget about the women. But then she

said it`s not about the women, it`s about his legacy. Well, obviously, it is about the women if you care about women, if you care about women who

claim that they were victims of Bill Cosby, that claim that they were drugged and raped, that they were taken advantage of when they were young

and when they were vulnerable! Of course it`s about the women. And for her to say it`s not about them is almost the same as saying forget about

them, which we have no intention of doing.

GRACE: Ms. Kirkpatrick, thank you for being with us. Ms. Kirkpatrick, what happened when Bill Cosby allegedly tried to force himself

on you?

KIRKPATRICK: Well, Nancy, the first time -- because there were two incidents. The first time that I was in his dressing room after winning

the tennis tournament, as was stated, I was given something to drink, a clear liquid, unrecognizable to me. I just know that it tasted terrible.

And very soon thereafter...

GRACE: Who gave it to you? Who gave it to you.

KIRKPATRICK: Bill Cosby handed it to me himself. Bill Cosby.

GRACE: You know, what`s interesting right there, Gloria, is almost every one of these ladies that I`ve spoken to -- and I`ve read the accounts

of the others -- they all say the same thing. And this isn`t something that Kirkpatrick is dreaming up right now. She has told this story to

confidantes before, OK? And what`s amazing, Gloria, is how similar the MO, the modus operandi, the method of operation is practically every single

time.

Linda, go ahead, dear. OK, you win a tennis tournament. Then what happens?

KIRKPATRICK: And I went to -- I won the tennis tournament, and Mr. Cosby said, If you win, you come to my show tonight. And my tennis partner

and I did win, but my tennis partner worked at the Hilton and saw Mr. Cosby`s show nightly. So that`s where I ended up in his dressing room

solo.

And I was handed a drink of a clear liquid. There were other people milling about. And the next conscious memory I have is watching his show

from where the spotlight was being operated. I asked the women next to me, who I was introduced to in the dressing room, Why are we sitting up here?

Because I couldn`t see nor hear the show. It was very confusing. I don`t know how I got there. And she said, That`s where Mr. Cosby wanted us.

The next conscious memory I have, I was in his dressing room. He was on top of me. He was forcefully kissing me. And I remember thinking, Why

is he doing this to me? And I also noticed that he was wearing a silver ID bracelet, the old style kind from the `70s, and his wife`s name, Camille,

was on it. And I remember thinking -- one of my last conscious memories is, Why is he doing this to me, and even while wearing his wife`s bracelet?

I don`t remember anything after that. I don`t know how I got home. The next day, I was violently ill. I was continuing on in the tennis

tournament. I returned to the tennis club, where I had to default my next match because I was vomiting on the court, incredibly sick.

I received a message from him at the tennis facility saying, Bill Cosby would like you to call him. I called him right then and there to

give him a piece of my mind, of, you know, What did you do, why did you do it, how could you do this? I didn`t want anything from him. I wasn`t

seeking a career. I didn`t want sex with him. I didn`t want anything from him. I was simply accepting an invitation that he offered to me for

winning my match against him and his partner.

He apologized on the phone. He said he was sorry for his behavior the night before. He said that perhaps I got the wrong idea as to what I

wanted. In other words, I felt like he said I asked for it. He asked me back to his room, his dressing room, again that night between his first and

second show to play backgammon. He said, Let me make it up to you. Come back tonight. We`ll play some backgammon, and then I`ll get you that front

row seat.

I felt it was a sincere apology. I accepted his apology. And I did return the next night, in part to prove to him and myself that I didn`t ask

for anything, I simply was accepting the invitation that was offered. I vowed before I went I wouldn`t drink anything offered there and I wouldn`t

drink anything prior to, so that I completely had my wits about me, just to be completely clear of what was to take place and what wouldn`t.

I did return the next night. We did play a few games of backgammon, again alone in his dressing room. And at one point, he indicated it was

time for him to get ready now to go to the second show. Therefore, I felt someone would come soon to escort me to my seat for the show.

And much to my surprise, he came at me again. He wrapped his arms around me in a tight bear hold where I couldn`t get away, and he was

forcefully trying to kiss me again. I told him to stop, No, get away, and I pushed him away. And I left and I never returned, never called, never

spoke to him.

GRACE: Linda, your story is upsetting on so many levels because it mirrors what so many other young ladies have said about Bill Cosby -- the

having the drinks, the being totally disoriented, waking up with your clothes in disarray, you don`t remember what`s happened, you`re in a

compromising position. And that`s what you remember.

When you -- you said one of the last memories you had was him wearing the silver bracelet that had his wife`s name engraved on it, Camille. What

was he doing at that moment when you recall seeing that bracelet?

KIRKPATRICK: He was on top of me.

GRACE: Were you lying down?

KIRKPATRICK: Kissing me. Yes. Yes, I was, but...

GRACE: And you were, what, in his -- in his room where he would get ready for the show?

KIRKPATRICK: Yes, his dressing room.

GRACE: What happened to all the other people? Where did they go?

KIRKPATRICK: Well, when I first got there, it was before the show. And the opening act, which was Captain and Tenille, were in the main part

of the dressing room, where the food and snacks were, and whatnot. And there were many other people milling about.

And then I ingested -- I had the drink and then ended up in the spotlight booth with a young woman that I feel had been assigned to me, and

then ended up back in his dressing room, and there was no one else. The first night, it was just the two of us. So the second night...

GRACE: You know, another interesting thing, Linda, is that other ladies say that, one way or the other, that his groupies or his employees

would somehow facilitate their assault.

Everyone, with us tonight and taking your calls -- I`m going to try to get to your calls -- is Linda Kirkpatrick and her lawyer, Gloria Allred,

who is detailing the night that she says Cosby forced himself on her, as well.

In the last hours, he is defended by a Cosby show co-star.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

PHYLICIA RASHAD, COSBY CO-STAR: He`s a genius. He is generous. He`s kind. He`s inclusive.

What has happened is a declaration in the media of guilt, without proof.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: That`s Phylicia Rashad on ABC`s "World News Tonight."

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: He says, I`ll get you a drink. And then without ordering it, a shot of Stoly was brought to me.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: He told me he needed to relax and he offered me a large white pill.

KIRKPATRICK: I was lying down. Cosby was on top of me, kissing me forcefully.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: For those of you just joining us, in the last hours, four more women say America`s dad, Bill Cosby, molested them, three of them claiming

Cosby raped them. And joining us tonight exclusively, Linda Kirkpatrick, who says Cosby drugged her, forcefully pushed himself on her. With her,

her attorney, Gloria Allred.

Now, she`s not in show biz. That photo I just showed you -- she was a tennis star because she`d just won a huge tournament. Cosby offered the

winner a trip to his show. She goes to the show, and that`s when all of this unfolds. We are taking your calls.

Linda, you just went through what happened. The last thing you remember, you were telling me you were lying there -- you drank something,

you said it tasted terrible. And the next thing you know, you became disoriented, and you have flashes of memory.

When he was on top of you, lying on top of you, his whole body was on top of you, is that what you`re saying?

KIRKPATRICK: Yes.

GRACE: Was he clothed?

KIRKPATRICK: My -- you`re right when you say that my memory is flashes because of being under the influence of whatever was in the glass.

My last conscious memory is he was clothed on top of me. And the feel of his...

GRACE: Were you clothed?

KIRKPATRICK: To my last recollection, I was. Nancy, the feel of his skin on my face was the very last conscious memory that I have. I remember

thinking, His skin is so soft.

GRACE: Now, you know, when you throw a detail like that at me, that, Linda, is the type of detail that I listened for when I was prosecuting

crimes for so many years, a type of detail that when somebody`s making up a lie, it`s kind of hard to conjure up that kind of a detail, that his face

was so soft, or that he was wearing a silver ID bracelet with his wife`s name, Camille, on it. That`s the kind of a detail -- very hard to just

summon up unless it`s true.

When you got -- first of all, how did you get home?

KIRKPATRICK: I have no idea.

GRACE: Wow.

KIRKPATRICK: No idea whatsoever. But my vehicle was in my driveway the following day, so it`s obvious -- well, I don`t know. Either I was

allowed to drive incapacitated, or someone drove my car home and took me home. I don`t know.

GRACE: When you woke up the next morning, did you still have on the same clothes?

KIRKPATRICK: I don`t remember.

GRACE: Did you notice anything else about your body? Many women have told me that they felt wet, like they had been licked all over, or that

there was a sticky substance on their breasts -- did you -- or between their legs. Did you feel anything or notice anything?

KIRKPATRICK: This is -- I thought I had wet my pants. I thought I had wet my pants because my clothes were so wet that I thought I had

urinated myself the following morning.

GRACE: You mean the pants that you wore the night before?

KIRKPATRICK: My underclothes were wet.

GRACE: And to this day, you remember that moment.

KIRKPATRICK: I do. But I couldn`t tell you what my underclothes looked like, or if my -- I don`t even know what I wore that night. I just

remember thinking, I think I wet my pants.

GRACE: Unleash the lawyers -- Sue Moss, New York, Jeff Gold, New York, Areva Martin, LA, and of course, high-profile lawyer Gloria Allred is

with us.

Sue Moss, when you hear a fact like that, and you see Linda Kirkpatrick`s demeanor, when she reveals, I thought I wet my pants because

my pants -- my underwear were wet, what do you do with that, Sue Moss?

SUE MOSS, VICTIMS` RIGHTS ATTORNEY: It rips open your very soul. Let me tell you something. Rape is rape. It doesn`t matter if you`re John Doe

or Bill Cosby. The reality is, is unfortunately, we`re not going to be able to prove a crime beyond a reasonable doubt. But anybody listening to

that story, anyone seeing the sincerity knows it must be true!

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

GRACE: For those of you joining us tonight, with me is Linda Kirkpatrick and her lawyer, Gloria Allred, one of a new group of women

claiming Bill Cosby assaulted her, three of the women claiming he drugged and raped them, a fourth claiming that he forced himself on her.

Linda, have you ever divulged that fact before, that when you woke up the next morning, you thought you`d wet your pants because your underwear

were wet?

KIRKPATRICK: No.

GRACE: Did...

KIRKPATRICK: I felt that I had wet my pants. It wasn`t something -- no.

GRACE: Did you ever consider going to police?

KIRKPATRICK: No. I talked to my sister the following day, and she said, He`s too powerful, and it`s -- we have no chance. We can`t afford

it. He`s too strong. He`s too -- you know, just learn a lesson that, you know, he`s a cad. Don`t go around him. Don`t accept his phone calls, et

cetera. I just was too afraid.

GRACE: He was too strong. He was too strong. When he...

KIRKPATRICK: May I say something else, Nancy?

GRACE: Yes, please. Yes.

KIRKPATRICK: The other women that I met yesterday knew him prior and he befriended them, and I was a complete stranger. And the circumstances

that put me in his room alone, because my tennis partner was also extended the invitation, but happened to work there by coincidence -- the fact that

I was a complete stranger showed an opportunist, where he saw me there alone, not having known, not predetermining to set it up, like perhaps he

did with someone else, an opportunist always on the ready, perhaps, for his next victim. I did not know him before that afternoon, that tennis

tournament.

GRACE: Linda, when he called you and apologized, what were his words? What did he say?

KIRKPATRICK: Verbatim, I can`t tell you because it`s 34 years ago, except for him saying -- this is verbatim -- "Let me make it up to you.

Come back tonight between the first and second show." That is verbatim. Let me make what up to me?

GRACE: Yes, that`s what I was going to ask. When he says, Let me make it up to you -- I mean, you had given him a piece of your mind. You

had said, I -- I -- why did you -- I was just there because of my tennis win. What -- what -- how did he respond to that?

KIRKPATRICK: "Let me make it up to you. Come back between the first and second show." He -- when I first called to say, I`ve just had to

default my match, I`m violently throwing up, I`m sick, whatever you gave me has made me incredibly ill -- I`m sorry about what happened last night, but

I cannot tell you verbatim what he said.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

GRACE: Yes. That`s what I was going to ask, when he says, let me make it up to you. I mean, you had given him a piece of your mind. You had said,

why did you -- I was just there because of my tennis win.

What -- how did he respond to that?

LINDA KIRKPATRICK, SAYS COSBY DRUGGED HER AND TRIED TO KISS HER: Let me make it up to you. Come back between the first and second show. He --

when I first called to say I just had to default my match. I`m violently throwing up. I`m sick. Whatever you gave me has made me incredibly ill.

I`m sorry about what happened last night, but I cannot tell you verbatim what he said.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JANICE DICKINSON, FORMER SUPERMODEL: I woke up the next morning after Bill Cosby mounted me, had sex with me.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Over his shoulder grabbing my breast.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: And he asked me if I wanted a drink. And it was early in the evening.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: He said, I`ll get you a drink.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Waking up in a bed with Mr. Cosby naked beneath his open robe.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: Welcome back. In the last hours, Bill Cosby is back on the stage making money, getting a standing ovation from the crowd.

Yes, that`s right. This as four more women come forward, three claiming Cosby raped them. A fourth saying she was drugged and he forced himself on

her.

And with me right now, actress and former Vegas show girl Kathy McKee. We have not heard from Miss McKee before tonight.

Miss McKee, thank you so much for being with us.

KATHY MCKEE, COSBY ACCUSER: Thank you very much, Nancy, for having me and for being a voice for women everywhere.

GRACE: You know what, that really means a lot to me as a crime victim myself. But Miss McKee, whenever a crime victim speaks out, it helps crime

victims everywhere, and I don`t know how it got to be so backwards that rape victims feel that it`s somehow their fault and they`re ashamed. I

don`t know how that happened. But that is the state of affairs.

With me, everyone, Kathy McKee. We have not heard her story, and I want to hear your story, Miss McKee.

What do you say happened to you at the hands of Bill Cosby?

MCKEE: Well, mine is a little different than the other women because I had known Bill for many years. I was a working actress in Los Angeles. I was

Sammy Davis Jr.`s girlfriend. I was the mistress of ceremonies of Sammy`s nightclub act traveling all around the world with him, doing his show with

him. And I had known Bill and Camille, and I considered Bill Cosby to be a friend. That was it. A good friend of mine.

And he had never suggested anything other than friendship to me until this particular incident took place, which left me like mostly all of the other

stories that I`ve had, you know, just absolutely shocked. We were passing -- either Sammy and I were closing in Michigan and Bill was coming in on

our tail, or it was the other way around. Bill was closing in and we were coming in to play the venue there.

So we saw each other. Hi, how are you, the usual typical, you know, people passing in show business. He`s in town. He said, why don`t you give me a

call at the hotel? And we`ll get together if you`re going to be here for a few days, which didn`t seem surprising or shocking or anything to me

because I had seen him, we`ve been to dinner, I had been on the set, I had worked with him, I had been around. I mean, I had seen him at other

events.

So I said fine, so Sammy left town with the entourage and the group, and I was going to meet them I think the next day or the day after at the next

gig, wherever that was. And I stayed in town for a few days because my parents lived in Michigan at the time, and whenever I came to, I wanted to

spend a day or two if I could with them. So I called Bill at the hotel, he was at the St. Regis hotel. And he said OK, great.

There`s a party on a boat tonight. Why don`t you pick me up and bring me - - this was the weird part. Bill wanted me to bring him barbecue ribs from a barbecue place called Checkers Barbecue, which apparently was a renowned

barbecue place in Detroit. So, you know, I actually asked my father to go pick up these ribs for me for Bill Cosby because I didn`t want to go down

to this place to get them. I didn`t have time really.

So my dad, big deal to my father, he`s going to go get ribs for Bill Cosby. So he goes and picks them up, and then I swing by my parents` house, pick

up the ribs and heads to the hotel, the lobby of the hotel, announced myself, OK, go up. I go up to the room. Knock on the door. This big

heavy thing of takeout in both of my hands. Now I remember what I was wearing vividly because it was summer, it was August, and back east in the

August, July or August, it`s real hot and muggy back here.

And this was a favorite dress of mine that I had bought in Beverly Hills at Georgio`s, actually. A cotton loose summery full long skirt and a halter

top with a matching little, you know, cotton linen shawl. Very summery and perfect for this kind of an evening. But you wear small amount of clothing

with this dress. You don`t wear panty hose. You wear sandals and bare legs. So, you know, I was -- it was easy access for Bill, to be honest

with you.

But I wasn`t -- if I`d have known what was going to happen, I probably would have --

GRACE: Would have worn a suit of armor.

(LAUGHTER)

MCKEE: You know, yes, I mean, I would have been buckled up and had tons of clothes on. So he opens the door, he has on a robe and a cap, which again,

it didn`t -- I thought nothing of that. You know, I mean, I see guys all the time backstage in their robes. I mean, I`m in show business, it`s not

a big deal. So he says come in and I step in the door. He shuts the door. Takes the ribs out of my hand.

Sets them right immediately down on a table, right by the door. Pulls me to him very aggressively, spins me around, reaches under my skirt, pulls my

panties down, bends me over, and does his business within -- Nancy, this was a minute. I mean, this was just in and out, and then ejaculated all

over my backside. And then he left. He walked away immediately. I mean, immediately, he disappeared.

And I`m standing there, my mouth hanging open, just like shocked. What in the world has happened. What is going on. What has Bill done. You know,

this is not our relationship. What -- and my head is spinning. I`m thinking a mile a minute, what should I do, what should I do? Immediately,

I go to this little guest bathroom that`s right off the entryway to clean myself up. And pull myself together.

And I stayed in there for a few minutes trying to think, what do I do, what do I do, what do I do? What do I do? You know, what do I do? So Bill

calls me. Come on, let`s go. They`re waiting. He`s dressed now at the door. I come out of the bathroom and I`m really anxious to get out of the

room. You know, I`m really anxious to get out of the room. OK, let`s go, we`re going to go now.

So we go to the elevator. We go down in the elevator and there are a couple of people waiting to guide us, lead us, take us in my car. I was

going to drive. To this boat party that Bill was going to go to and I was going to take me to. The next couple of hours of the evening, I`m still

thinking what to do, what to do. Obviously I knew right away that I certainly was not going to go to the police.

There was no -- I didn`t have any doubt that I was going to go to the police because I knew Bill Cosby. I knew how powerful. I`m trying --

GRACE: Well, let me ask you a question, let me ask you a question.

Everyone, with me is Kathy McKee, actress and former Vegas show girl, who is telling us tonight she was raped by Bill Cosby.

Kathy, can I ask you, did you ever file a police report, or go to police, and if not, why?

MCKEE: Well, I was terrified. I was terrified. You know, all these years that I haven`t said a word about this to anybody, a few of my friends knew

the story, I told them. I have girlfriends in L.A. that I shared this with, but I never told Sammy, you know, because I was afraid, Nancy.

You know, this is a rich, powerful, wealthy man in show business.

GRACE: And still is. And still is. I mean, he`s one of the richest people that we know.

Can I ask you, Kathy, are you going to file any claim against him?

MCKEE: No. That`s not -- and you want to know something, Nancy? Right now as I`m sitting here telling you this story, that is not -- that wasn`t

the reason why I surfaced. The reason I surfaced in the first place was because I saw all these women coming forward. And I felt so sorry for

them, and everybody saying so many horrible nasty things and putting them down, and I have to step up now.

I have to speak out. And I`m going to say something and stand with them, because this is just wrong.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

GRACE: Yesterday, we posted this crime scene photo to our Facebook and Twitter, asking you to guess the murder case. You sent us answers using

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I knew that he had drugged me.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I woke up in a bed naked, bruised.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: A glass of red wine. My panties, which were disarrayed and bunched up. And he was leaning over me.

DICKINSON: The last thing I remember was him getting on top of me, and sticking it in. Put his penis inside of me.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I was feeling very, very drugged. I woke up naked in his bed, with him next to me.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: Well, Bill Cosby, America`s dad, is back on the stage making money. He appeared last night, got standing ovations. This as four more women

come forward, three claiming he drugged and raped them. Another claiming that he drugged and molested her.

Now wait, one of those says he did not drug her, but that he did rape her. Yes, I don`t know when it`s going to end.

Unleash the lawyers. Sue Moss, Jeff Gold, Areva Martin.

OK, Jeff Gold, these are the allegations. What`s your defense?

JEFF GOLD, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: Well, I mean, there`s statute of limitations for a reason. And if you listen to the witnesses, and what they say, for

example, at the time they thought Bill Cosby was a cad. They didn`t say that he was a rapist at the time, which is why they didn`t go to the

police.

GRACE: Wait. Wait. Wait, stop.

GOLD: So no matter what you hear today --

GRACE: That`s not true.

MCKEE: -- at that time they didn`t consider it rape.

GRACE: That is not true. Just because, for instance, a child doesn`t understand it`s been raped doesn`t mean --

GOLD: These were not children, Nancy.

GRACE: OK. Hold on.

GOLD: And the word cad is not rapist.

GRACE: Wait a minute.

With me, Kathy McKee, former show girl, actress, who was a friend of Cosby`s, according to her, and I`m going to point out right now, no, she

did not file a police report. No, she is not considering legal action.

Miss McKee, did you hear what Jeff Gold just said, that you just thought he was a cad? You didn`t think you`d been raped.

MCKEE: No. No. Yes, I heard her. I don`t know what the other women thought.

GRACE: What about you?

MCKEE: I know that Bill Cosby raped me, date-raped me that night in that room. Now, you know, I didn`t do anything about it. That`s my problem. I

didn`t want to do anything about it for fear of what would happen to me from doing it. So I wasn`t strong enough and powerful enough to go say or

tell anybody about it. And to be honest with you, when this happened in the `70s, I considered his wife to be a friend of mine, and she honestly

entered the picture in my mind.

GRACE: Well, hold on, I want to go back to Jeff Gold and Areva Martin and Sue Moss.

So, Areva Martin, are you going to be second verse, same as the first? They don`t claim they were raped. Penis forcefully in vagina equals rape.

Did I miss something?

AREVA MARTIN, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: Clearly these women -- clearly what these women, Nancy, are claiming that they`ve been raped, but we haven`t heard

from Mr. Cosby. So all we have at this point are allegations and we don`t have any other evidence other than their testimony. And until we hear from

him under oath telling us what happened on each and every one of these occasions, all we have are allegations and we cannot convict someone on

allegations without giving them an opportunity to respond.

GRACE: I mean, all that -- all that, Areva Martin, goes without saying, that these are allegations. Most of these women --

(CROSSTALK)

MARTIN: It doesn`t appear to be that, Nancy.

GRACE: Nearly all of them --

MARTIN: People are making conclusions that Mr. Cosby is guilty.

GRACE: I was -- ouch. To say these are all allegations. Many of these women did not go to the police. That hurts their case. That hurts their

credibility.

Does it mean it didn`t happen? No, it does not. Most sex assaults go unreported. OK. That`s what I know. But the fact that they didn`t go to

police does not mean that their claims are not true. Is it true -- has it been proven in court? No, it has not.

MARTIN: But, Nancy, every case deserves to hear from the other side. You have to hear from the other side. You can`t have a one-sided case. The

story has two sides and we haven`t heard the other side.

GRACE: You know what? I would love to have Mr. Cosby on to comment. I really would. But guess what? He hasn`t come on. So, again, Areva, look

around you, are you in a courtroom?

MARTIN: Nancy, he has the right not answer these allegations in the court of public opinion.

GRACE: OK, cut her mike.

MARTIN: You know that. He doesn`t have to respond to media request.

GRACE: Well, Areva, you just said it`s one sided, OK? And I responded to you, I`ve invited him on. That`s why I said that, in response to your

comment, OK? Of course he doesn`t have to tell the media.

MARTIN: And he has the right, Nancy, to respond in the public as you`ve invited him to do or if these matters make their way to court, to respond

in a legal action, which it doesn`t appear there`s going to be one.

GRACE: OK. As I was trying to say, these are allegations. We have invited him to respond. He has not responded. This is obviously not a

court of law. These are allegations and he has not been prosecuted or charged in these cases. I think that sums it up.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

GRACE: Jean Casarez and Alexis Tereszcuk with us, senior reporter, RadarOnline.com. Jean, CNN correspondent.

Alexis, where is this going? You know, because every time another woman comes on our program and gives a very heartfelt description of sex attack

by Bill Cosby, you hear things like what Jeff Gold says, yes, well, she wasn`t raped.

ALEXIS TERESZCUK, SENIOR REPORTER, RADAROLINE.COM: You know where it`s going? Nowhere unless somebody like Gloria Allred actually is hired by

these women to help take them legal action. Bill Cosby is not addressing these issues. He has his pit bull lawyer Marty Singer shoot down every

accusation. The fans are still supporting him. He is still getting thousands of people into his comedy shows. Yes, 10 are being cancelled but

many others haven`t.

He gets a standing ovation, people are outside cheering for him. Nothing is happening to Bill Cosby. No matter how many women are coming forward.

GRACE: To Dr. Ish Major, psychiatrist and author, what does that mean that people know about all these complaints, for which he has not been convicted

or charged, but they continue to give him, for instance, standing ovations?

DR. ISH MAJOR, PSYCHIATRIST: Well, you know, Nancy, that just goes to the whole psychology behind the rape culture. You know, there`s the denial,

there`s the blaming of the victim. But then there`s also turning the accuser, the accused, into a victim. Poor Bill, poor him. You`ve got all

these women just looking to get what they can get and turning on him now. And so that`s a big part of that whole rape culture cycle.

GRACE: Yes. Well, I don`t think they`re getting anything but a hard time for coming forward.

Jean Casarez, Alexis Tereszcuk, thank you for being with us. Miss McKee, thank you for being with us.
