(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: It was eerily familiar.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Brown was found face down in a bathtub full of water.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Bobbi Kristina Brown found unresponsive, face down in a bathtub.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Eerily similar to those surrounding her mother`s death, Whitney Houston.

GRACE: And live, Fort Lauderdale, as the search turns desperate for a gorgeous young music teacher, Lisa Haden Gordon (ph), nickname "Noodles,"
last seen at a small music performance. Tonight, family members and friends comb the streets of Fort Lauderdale for any sign of the beloved
music teacher, plastering the area with missing person posters. Friends say no way would she miss teaching music lessons or leave her pets behind.
Tonight, where`s missing music teacher Lisa Haden?
Good evening. I`m Nancy Grace. I want to thank you for being with us.
Bombshell tonight. We are live. America`s songbird superstar, Whitney Houston`s, lookalike daughter remains in a coma, Bobbi Kristina
found unconscious, face down in her bathtub there in a home she shared with her mother, Whitney Houston, doctors telling family to prepare for he
worst, but Whitney Houston`s family telling us tonight they are holding out for a miracle.
While doctors say the situation is, quote, "bleak," in the last hours, we confirm that little Bobbi Kristina has opened her eyes. This just 10
days of the three-year mark of her mother, Whitney Houston, also found submerged, dead in a bathtub. History repeats itself, rumors swirling.
What happened to Whitney Houston`s little girl, Bobbi Kristina?
As I just told you, we have confirmed with the family she has opened her eyes briefly, family members only being allowed to go into the room
with Bobbi Kristina two, maybe three at a time. They`re speaking in low voices and are only allowed to mention happy stories, happy things,
positive thoughts, a TV playing in the waiting room on low, as family refuses to leave her bedside.
Straight out to, joining us tonight, Candace Trunzo, senior news editor Dailymail.com. Candace, what can you tell us about the fact that
she is opening her eyes? What other signs of improvement are there, if any?
CANDACE TRUNZO, DAILYMAIL.COM (via telephone): Well, Nancy, the news is not good. There really haven`t been many signs of improvement. She had
seizures yesterday, according to doctors. And they`re saying not to read too much into the fact that she opened and closed her eyes because...
GRACE: Well, I don`t -- I don`t understand that! I mean, it`s got to be better, Candace Trunzo, than not opening and closing your eyes.
Let`s go out to Dr. William Morrone, medical doctor, joining us tonight. Dr. Morrone, I mean, she`s opening and closing her eyes. Her
family is greatly encouraged by this. How can that be bad?
DR. WILLIAM MORRONE, FORENSIC PATHOLOGIST: What we like to see is that the eyes track. If they just open and close, that can be an
involuntary reflex. It can just be a response to reflexes in the brain. But when you track in the eyes, or if they shine a light in the eyes and
they constrict, those are meaningful circuits in the brain. I shouldn`t read too...
GRACE: OK, stop, stop, stop, stop, stop! Dr. Morrone, you`re an MD, I`m just a JD. Tell me that again? What did you say about the light in
the eyes?
MORRONE: As part of a good exam and a neurological exam, we shine a light in the eyes. And if they`re not fixed and dilated -- fixed and
dilated is a bad sign. If they`re not fixed and dilated, then the color part of the eye will constrict. And that`s a meaningful circuit that goes
through higher powers and reflexes in the brain.
And the other part is, eyes have to track. They follow things. When they track, then that means there`s meaningful interpretation and a
translation. But just opening and closing the eyes can be a reflex that`s not associated with higher-power brain function.
GRACE: OK. So you`re telling me the fact that she is opening her eyes in itself may mean nothing. But Dr. Morrone, it`s got to be better
than her not opening her eyes!
MORRONE: I have seen people who had sustained cerebral vegetation, who never came back, who opened their eyes. We really need a higher
testing and we need a higher function. And that sign of seizures, that`s very bad. Seizures...
GRACE: Wa-wa-wa-wait! Wait! Wait, wait! What do you mean that`s very bad? Nobody knows what happened yet. What do you mean about the
seizures?
MORRONE: Well, ordinarily, organized brain activity usually means you`re -- there`s no seizure -- there`s no anatomical problem. There`s no
chemical problem. There`s no drug problem. But seizures usually come after trauma to the head or exposure to some substance. That`s a bad sign.
GRACE: OK, you`re telling me that seizures are a bad sign? There`s no good interpretation for her having a seizure?
MORRONE: Absolutely.
GRACE: OK, what about the fact that the swelling on her brain is subsiding to some degree?
MORRONE: Well, seizures could be part of the anoxia -- that`s a lack of oxygen from the swelling on the brain -- that came from being face down
in the water. But you`d want to see that somebody could recover from the swelling in the brain and that you don`t get to the problem of seizures.
So it`s time to wait and watch, but I see a lot of bad things. Let`s hope for the best.
GRACE: OK. OK. Well, you know what?
Everybody, you`re seeing Whitney Houston right now, "Greatest Love of All" from Arista Records.
Many people believe Whitney Houston`s presence there with her daughter in the hospital as we all await for Bobbi Kristina to come out of this
coma, a medically induced coma.
I want to go to Alexis Tereszcuk, senior reporter, Radaronline.com. Alexis, while we wait and watch to find out the latest on Bobbi Kristina,
we now know also that she has just been moved to another hospital, Emory University Hospital, a teaching hospital. We don`t know the significance
of that yet. We`re finding out. We know she`s just been moved, Alexis.
But in addition to the fact that the brain swelling is going down, that she has opened her eyes -- some people choose to believe that`s a good
sign -- we also are learning about the people in the house around the time that she was found in the water -- no connection made between them and her
being in the water at all.
What can you tell me about this Lomas guy, Maxwell Lomas, age 24, in the home?
ALEXIS TERESZCUK, RADARONLINE.COM: Well, we actually learned that Maxwell has a bit of a criminal past. He`s been arrested for gun
possession, as well, before. Nick Gordon, Bobbi Kristina`s husband, has also been arrested. He was arrested for DUI last year, and then a few
years ago, arrested again. So these are two guys who have a criminal past, not that that has anything to do with the situation this weekend.
GRACE: OK, just recently, as I was explaining to my staff earlier, I happened to meet up with a witness of mine in a drug-trafficking case.
Guess what? He has a conviction for drugs. Does that mean I`m part of a drug trafficking ring? No, it does not mean that at all. So before we
cast any aspersions on what`s going on here, this is what we know and we are not interpreting it.
To Clark Goldband. What do we know about that?
CLARK GOLDBAND, NANCY GRACE PRODUCER (via telephone): Well, Nancy, those cases just occurred. And in fact, he recently was in court the day
before this incident. But Nancy, it`s important to stress here that none of the charges have been adjudicated, and right now, he is still innocent
until proven guilty.
Now, Nancy, there`s another wrinkle I`d like to throw out there in this Bobbi Kristina recovery story, a source telling CNN that doctors had
planned to try to reduce the swelling in her brain, but decided to now wait. What that means is unclear at this hour, Nancy.
GRACE: OK, now, wait a minute. Another thing along these lines -- to Dr. William Morrone. Dr. Morrone, what can you tell about them -- they
were going to take her off the sedatives to see what would happen. Then they reversed that decision. They didn`t do it. They left her on these
sedatives to keep her in this medically induced coma.
MORRONE: A medically induced coma has two functions. As it chemically shuts the brain down, the need and the demand for oxygen goes
down. So that takes lot of stress off the brain.
The other part is it`s a mild anesthesia so the reduced stimulus from the medically induced coma allows the brain to go through a peaceful
period. That`s why they turn the lights down. They speak in low voices. They want to reduce stimulus. What that then says, if she has a seizure,
they`re not accomplishing reduced input.
GRACE: Everybody, Whitney Houston singing "All My Love," Arista Records.
(COMMERCIAL BREAK)
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Bobbi Kristina`s husband found her face down in the bathtub in the bathroom of their home. She was unresponsive, meaning
not breathing, no heartbeat.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: After CPR efforts failed, she was rushed to a local hospital and placed in a medically induced coma. It`s the latest in
a string of well-documented struggles since her mother, pop icon Whitney Houston, was found dead in a bathtub at the Beverly Hilton in 2012, a
drowning, the result of a heart condition and cocaine use.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Unresponsive in a bathtub. Later, it was determined that it was Bobbi Kristina Brown.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Three years ago this month, her mom was found unresponsive in a tub.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Since her mother`s death, there has been concern about the 21-year-old`s wellbeing.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: She`s apparently on a ventilator. She was apparently put in a medically induced coma because of the brain swelling,
according to various sources and reports.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
GRACE: Everyone, at this hour, we have learned that Whitney Houston`s little girl, Bobbi Kristina, has opened her eyes. There is some indication
there is lessening brain swelling. The family has asked me to ask again tonight for your prayers tonight, to please pray for a miracle for Bobbi
Kristina. Her mother is not here to take care of her. Please send your prayers up for Bobbi Kristina.
Let`s take a look at Bobbi Kristina interacting with her family. Take a look at this video that we just obtained. This is from Lifetime, "The
Houstons on Their Own."
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I cannot believe this!
(CROSSTALK)
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: OK. What`s in there?
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: What`s in here? Potatoes. I`m making a potato soup. It`s not ready...
(END VIDEO CLIP)
GRACE: There you see her husband.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: It`s going to be delicious when it`s finished.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: (INAUDIBLE) baby. I am. I`m going to make it now. It`s going to be good.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: (INAUDIBLE)
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: (INAUDIBLE)
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: That`s it right there. Do we got hot sauce?
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Oh, he puts hot sauce on everything.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: You know what I`m saying? See if you like the storyline.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: That sounds good.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: As a matter of fact, you are very good at it.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Yes. I`ve been working on my music now, too.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Have you decided what genre you`re thinking of?
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: It is going to be just me.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: You know I learned from the best. And if I don`t like it, I`m going to be all in everybody`s jock (ph).
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I know. (INAUDIBLE) right there.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: My goals for my future are to definitely become a successful singer. It`s, like, you know, what else am I supposed to do?
Like, I know nothing but.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Whatever you do, let it be your decision and not someone else`s.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
GRACE: To Alexis Tereszcuk, senior reporter, Radaronline.com. In some of that video, it looked like she -- did you notice that it looks like
she could hardly even open her eyes?
TERESZCUK: Absolutely. I think this is very concerning. And there have been quite a few reports about Bobbi Kristina and her health over the
last couple of years. You know, right after her mother died, she was rushed to the hospital. She had said repeatedly at the time, you know, she
didn`t think she could make it through.
People have been very concerned. The whole entire family has been worried about Bobbi Kristina because of multiple reports of things that
she`s been doing that they are afraid that she`s probably hanging out with a bad crowd and not really taking care of herself at all.
GRACE: OK, I want to go to Dr. Howard Samuels, addiction expert, CEO of The Hills Treatment Center, author of "Alive Again." This is the scene
where Whitney Houston was found dead. In her system -- I have the autopsy report here -- we learned that it was a death after long-term use of
cocaine.
Dr. Samuels, is being prone to addiction -- is it genetic?
HOWARD SAMUELS, ADDICTION EXPERT: Well, to be honest, yes. A lot of it has to be genetic. I mean, I`ve been treating addicts, alcoholics for
25 years, and of the thousands of people I`ve treated, I got to say 90 percent have had a parent, a grandparent or an uncle who has a drug or
alcohol problem. I mean, I`m 30 years sober, and I have a history in my family of alcoholism and drug addiction.
GRACE: Well, wait a minute. How...
SAMUELS: So they`re definitely connected.
GRACE: ... much is nature versus nurture? I mean, if you grow up in a home where everybody drinks or everybody does drugs, how much is it that
you`re used to seeing that and it`s accepted in your life, or you actually have a genetic predisposal to addiction?
SAMUELS: Well, it`s a combination of both. If you grow up in a family that is not actively engaging in alcoholism or drug addiction, you
have a much better chance at a healthy life, versus, I think in this situation, where she got it from both ends. She got the genetic problem
from both parents because they both have histories of drug addiction...
GRACE: Whitney Houston`s "Where Do Broken Hearts Go" from Arista Records.
(COMMERCIAL BREAK)
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Well, obviously, you know, the mother died in this very same manner.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Nearly three years since she died, Whitney Houston`s only child, Bobbi Kristina Brown, was found unconscious in her
home.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: According to police, she was not breathing. Her heart was not beating. CPR was attempted there at the scene.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
GRACE: Tonight, we`re learning more about the circumstances around Bobbi Kristina being found face down in that tub. We learn her husband in
the home also with a friend of his, last name Lomas, with a rap sheet -- no connection between that and Bobbi Kristina`s accident. We are learning she
has opened her eyes, the family only being allowed to go into the room with her in twos or threes at the most and only allowed to tell her happy
stories, happy memories, happy thoughts. This is the guy I`m talking about, Maxwell Lomas, the husband, Nick Gordon -- again, the record not
connected, that we know of, to her accident in the tub.
Straight out to Howard Samuels. Howard, I`d like for you to look at this video that we have gotten from their reality show. Let`s take a look.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: (INAUDIBLE) apple juice (INAUDIBLE)
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I cannot believe this!
(CROSSTALK)
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: What`s in there?
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: What`s in here? Potatoes.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
GRACE: OK, look at that. They are taking away a liquor bottle. Watch this. Uh-uh. No, you -- uh-uh. N-O. That`s from Lifetimes "The
Houstons on Our Own."
And we were talking earlier, Howard, about how Whitney Houston was found dead in the bathtub, and the autopsy report indicates years of
cocaine use.
To Candace Trunzo, Candace -- joining us, senior news editor, Dailymail.com. Candace, what about the will now? Whitney Houston had a
net worth of around $80 million, as I recall off the top of my head.
TRUNZO: Yes.
GRACE: Everything goes to Bobbi Kristina, I believe.
TRUNZO: Absolutely. Absolutely.
GRACE: And she`s living in the home she lived with with her mom. Didn`t she get about a tenth of that fortune when she turned 21 last year?
TRUNZO: Yes, a tenth when she -- when she turned 21, and then a bulk of it, about a sixth of the principal, when she`s 25, and then the
remaining principal and income when she`s 30.
(COMMERCIAL BREAK)
GRACE: Movie star and perennial party bad girl Lindsay Lohan teams up with her party loving mom Dina Lohan, and together they sue Fox News
Channel, declaring no, we did not do cocaine together. Setting their sights on Fox News superstar Sean Hannity. This as prosecutors vow they
will get jail time this time on Lindsay Lohan after she allegedly passes off photo ops and signing autographs as community service.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
LINDSAY LOHAN: It is my career.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Dui case.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Ms. Lohan has reached a turning point.
LOHAN: I wasn`t missing the class just -- I would not do anything like that. I was working.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
GRACE: Straight out to Alexis Tereszcuk, senior reporter, radaronline.com. What is the lawsuit about? How does Sean Hannity get
dragged into this?
TERESZCUK: Sean Hannity has a show. And an analyst on his show was speaking about Lindsay Lohan, and she said that she and her mother Dina did
cocaine together. This is the statement that enraged them and (inaudible) caused them to file the lawsuit against Fox.
GRACE: You are seeing video of Sean Hannity at Fox News. Alexis, did you know Sean Hannity put himself through school as a newspaper delivery
boy, getting up at 2:00 and 3:00 in the morning and riding the bicycle to help his mom pay the bills? Did you know that, Alexis?
TERESZCUK: Had no idea, no.
GRACE: Now you do. It is very hard to think of someone like that intentionally saying a bad remark about Lindsay or Dina Lohan. But I`m
understanding, Justin Freiman, that he is not the one who said it.
FREIMAN: That`s right, Nancy. It was a commentator on the show during a discussion about some celebrities who had died after drug use.
GRACE: OK. Joining me right now, I am hearing in my ear, we have got Mark Heller, the lawyer for Lindsay and Dina Lohan. What is your response
to the fact that Fox says they are very surprised by the lawsuit?
MARK HELLER, ATTORNEY: They shouldn`t be surprised at all. What I`m surprised about is that a major entity like Fox has failed to retract and
police the Internet and make sure that those statements are not available to the public. In fact, as of this morning, I looked on the Internet and I
found the same commentary that we are suing about available for anyone in the world to see. And that to me gives rise to punitive damages and shows
lack of remorse for the mistake they made. They also surprised me that they never issued an apology to Lindsay Lohan and her mother, considering
that this was done --
GRACE: Hold on. Let`s see what the statement was that Fox issued, Mr. Heller. Everyone, a lawsuit in the works by Lindsay Lohan and her mom.
Fox says we will defend this case to the fullest, the remark about which Lindsay and Dina Lohan complained was made on live television by a guest
nearly a year ago. We removed the segment from our archives altogether last February and apologized on air. At that time the Lohans did not make
any demands for money, and we are surprised they are doing so now. Is there a demand for money, Alexis?
TERESZCUK: That`s what Fox News is claiming, that there has been as part of the lawsuit. Mr. Heller could speak to this more, but this is my
understand.
GRACE: Is there, Mr. Heller?
HELLER: A demand that a jury and a judge assess the damage and set forth a monetary amount. And the importance of that, Nancy, is that a
signal be sent out to other media and news outlets --
GRACE: What damage? Are you saying that that statement damaged the reputation of Lindsay Lohan?
HELLER: Not only did it damage Lindsay Lohan at a time where she was most fragile, just coming out of a rehab and reclaiming her life and her
future, and she had to face this defamatory statement. It not only damaged her emotionally, but there is a picture on screen right now of three
generations. Not only Lindsay, but Dina and her mother who is 90 years old. And I can tell you that I went to the Lohan house after this
happened, and the mother and the grandmother, 90 years old, were hysterical and terribly upset by this falsehood that was issued.
GRACE: Hold on, Mr. Heller. When you have a rap sheet, when you have a rap sheet -- let`s see here. What do we know to you, Justin Freiman,
about Lindsay Lohan`s criminal history.
FREIMAN: Nancy, most recently she`s actually been on a probation where she`s supposed to be actually doing community service. And what`s
come up a question now is if she`s actually doing the community service that she`s supposed to, to complete what the judge told her.
GRACE: Let`s see, 2007 arrested twice in May and July. Pled guilty to misdemeanor counts of driving, being under the influence of -- whoa.
Pled guilty to misdemeanor accounts of being under the influence of cocaine. Wait, wait. Mr. Heller, when you have pled guilty to being under
the influence of cocaine, how does it hurt your reputation if someone makes a statement that you have done cocaine?
HELLER: I`ll make it very simple. Lindsay Lohan in my view is a starlet that we`ve watched grow up since she was 7, 8 years old. She has
created some wonderful entertainment for America and the whole world. And she was not in denial when she went into rehab. She didn`t deny that she
had used contraband in the past. But what she said is give me a chance to rehabilitate myself. And at this point in time, when she got out of rehab,
she was very fragile. And she was on a path to reconstruct her life and being a celebrity and being an individual who`s been convicted of crimes --
GRACE: Okay. I get it.
HELLER: -- doesn`t license people to defame you.
GRACE: Not what I asked you. Unleash the lawyers. What I asked specifically. And let`s just agree that everything Mr. Heller just said is
true. Let`s just take that as a premise. That she was fragile when she got out of rehab. She was trying to reestablish herself, but still the law
is the law. And my question to you, Jeff Gold, is this. If you have pled guilty in the past to being under the influence of cocaine, how can it hurt
your reputation under the law if someone says you did cocaine?
GOLD: That is exactly right, Nancy, because she`s a public figure. And the standard is much higher than for just an average citizen. That is
No. 1. And No. 2, if you look at slander per se, that is calling somebody a criminal. If they have a criminal record, it is very difficult to see
adding one more grain to that pile is going to change the reputation.
GRACE: OK, what about it, Chicotsky?
CHICOTSKY: I think it`s very interesting because Lohan was getting out of rehab. So any statements that she`s using cocaine can really be
problematic for her because the prosecutors --
GRACE: I`m asking you the law.
(CROSSTALK)
GRACE: Something that was said on TV is not proof in court. That is something that has to be proven if you are going to get probation revoked.
That doesn`t even make any sense.
CHICOTSKY: They have to prove -- they have to prove --
GRACE: What do you mean it`s problematic? I`m asking you what is the law? And the law is it`s got to damage your reputation. If you already
have a reputation for having used cocaine in the past, how can it damage your reputation? That is my question, Mr. Heller.
HELLER: Your answer is very simple. A celebrity`s reputation, take for example Robert Downey, Jr. He has had a reputation that`s been
evolving. Right now he`s Iron Man. I believe that soon, Lindsay Lohan will be iron lady. Her reputation pre-rehab was one thing. But now she
has rehabilitated herself and she has a new reputation to build. And by making a defamatory statement about her, you are damaging her in the minds
of the public. The public wants Lindsay to have a comeback.
(COMMERCIAL BREAK)
GRACE: Please, help us crack this case. Leadville. 19 year-old Colorado Mountain college student Colton Wilson last seen on grainy
surveillance video leaving his dormitory wearing PJs. Never seen again. Go to our Facebook and Twitter right now. Share this photo with your
friends, please help us spread the word and bring Colton home.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Hollywood superstar Lindsay Lohan.
LOHAN: But I wouldn`t be where I am without going through those ups and downs.
Need to start this again so I can have this all put behind me.
I`m not taking this as a joke. It is my life.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
GRACE: In the last hours we learned that although Lindsay Lohan was ordered to do over 200 hours of community service, does she think shaking
hands and photo ops equals community service? You are seeing video from Own TV right now. There are actual videos of Lindsay Lohan doing community
service, cleaning the street. Here you see her in a school. Alexis, explain to me what the problem is. Prosecutors now vowing she is going to
jail.
TERESZCUK: So the time was up for her to complete her over 200 hours of community service. They didn`t think she was going to get it done. Lo
and behold, her attorney super high powered, Sean Hally (ph), comes into court and says, Lindsay has completed all the hours, here is the proof.
The prosecutor was very unhappy about this proof. She did it over in London so there is going to be a little bit of trouble, we think, with the
prosecutor being able to get all the details. But in the statement that her lawyer submitted, it said that she did a meet-and-greet with fans and
she signed autographs, and this constituted her community service. The prosecutor is outraged and they are trying to find out exactly what it is
she did. They don`t believe this is something she can do for community service. Signing autographs is not community service is what the
prosecutor believes.
GRACE: Out to LA with me is Cheryl Arutt, forensic psychologist. Thank you for being with us. Explain to me the psychology behind -- I`m
looking at a thick stack of paper, Lindsay Lohan`s legal woes dating back to the early 2000s. When you have been given chance after chance after
chance and you never do hard jail time, how do you think that photo ops and shaking hands and signing autographs with your fans equals community
service?
ARUTT: Nancy, that is celebrity service. Not community service. She`s had so many chances to really do what she`s supposed to do. And when
you have a celebrity with a group of people who are yessing her and rescuing her from the consequences of everything she is doing, it enables
her to keep having this problem, and I`m really concerned about her well- being.
Mr. Heller brought up Robert Downey, Jr. earlier. Could not be more different. Robert Downey Jr. was not rescued from his consequences and his
problems and his addiction. He had some really hard penalties, and he really rebuilt his life and he`s built a successful life. And I really
hope the same for Lindsay Lohan, because she keeps wriggling out of it, and greeting fans is not community service.
GRACE: To Martin Heller, I`d like to hear a response to that. He is a lawyer for Lindsay and Dina Lohan. Explain to me again how commenting
that Lindsay Lohan had used cocaine -- I don`t understand how that hurts her reputation when she`s pled guilty to it in the past.
HELLER: Well, the statement was not merely that Lindsay Lohan has used cocaine. The statement was that her mother and her did it together,
and I think that`s a very different dynamic. When an allegation is made that a mother is with a daughter and ingesting cocaine, it creates a far
more egregious scenario. And as I`ve said in the past, being a celeBrity does not license people to make defamatory statements.
(COMMERCIAL BREAK)
GRACE: And now live, Ft. Lauderdale, the search turns desperate for a gorgeous young music teacher, Lisa Hayden Gordon, nicknamed Noodles. Last
seen in a small music performance, tonight her family members and friends comb the streets of Ft. Lauderdale for any sign of the music teacher,
plastering the area with missing person posters. Friends say no way would she miss her music lessons or leave her pets behind. Tonight, where is the
missing music teacher, Lisa Hayden?
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Something was definitely wrong when she missed a piano lesson.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I miss her very much.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Vanished.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: The family needs these pieces put together. They need to find Lisa.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Family and friends are trying to get out the word.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
GRACE: Won`t you help us bring the missing piano teacher home. Take a look at Lisa. She was last seen at a small musical performance. She has
not been seen again. Lisa Hayden Gordon. About 5`8, about 100 pounds, brunette, tip line 954-764-4357. Last seen wearing a short-sleeved orange
or peach shirt, blue jeans, snickers with glitter on them. Take a look. Straight out to Michael Christian on the story. Tell me about her and when
we`ve last seen her.
CHRISTIAN: About a week and a half ago, Nancy, she went to a concert as you say in downtown Ft. Lauderdale. She went by herself but hooked up
with some friends there. After the performance, they went to a pub restaurant. She told her friends at one point she was going to the
restroom and was never seen again.
GRACE: Now, tell me, what area of Ft. Lauderdale was this, Michael? What do we know? I mean, is there any surveillance video, No. 1, that
shows her leaving the restaurant?
CHRISTIAN: We do not know that, Nancy. Police have not released that. It`s downtown Ft. Lauderdale. It`s a very small area. Police have
canvassed that area, and certainly her friends and family members have also searched that area, but so far no sign of the missing woman and no sign of
her missing car.
GRACE: Her car is a 2003 Hyundai Elantra, blue, with glitter stickers on the dashboard, Florida license plate 303IEQ. There are stickers on her
car, including sun, moon, stars. Again, the tip line, 954-764-4357. Where is the missing piano teacher. Lisa Hayden Gordon. No enemies. Can`t find
her car, can`t find her. Michael Christian, what can you tell me, that evening she went to the concert, she left to go to the restaurant. Has
there been any activity on the credit card that she was using that night in the restaurant?
CHRISTIAN: No, Nancy. Apparently no activity on her credit cards and according to her family, it looks like her cell phone has been turned off.
