NANCY GRACE, HOST: Breaking news tonight. We go live, Sprague suburbs near Interstate 90. Two little children en route to a neighborhood
park just outside the local grocery store when a slender white male approaches the two siblings, making off with 22-month-old Owen Wright,
running down the street with the toddler in his arms, the siblings chasing after the man clutching their little brother. And it`s all caught on
video. Tonight, manhunt! We have the video.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You`re just so nervous. You know, you`re nervous and you can`t think straight.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Surveillance video from a grocery store shows the kidnapper running, child in arms, with the siblings following
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: And then this little girl come running around the corner, screaming her head off.

GRACE: And tonight, live, Pittsburgh. Is a peace-loving man known to be a model father facing criminal charges after he attacks and destroys the
car of this man, 32-year-old Dustin Moffat, Moffat accused of waiting on Daddy`s little girl to get off the school bus and raping the child multiple
times? Tonight, Daddy`s startling attack caught on video. You decide. I think Daddy should get a medal!

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: The girl`s father was so upset and angry that he attacked and damaged this SUV, believed to be Moffat`s. Investigators say
Dustin Moffat waited for a 13-year-old girl to get off of her school bus, then forced into his Lawrenceville (ph) home and raped her.

GRACE: And Norfolk, Virginia. A teen girl goes missing, seemingly vanishing into thin air. Where`s Angelica (ph)?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Police are desperately searching for a missing 18- year-old college student, Angelica Hadsell (ph), who went missing while home on spring break. She was last seen leaving her family home, and her
parents reported her missing that night.

Good evening, I`m Nancy Grace. I want to thank you for being with us.
Bombshell tonight, live, Sprague suburbs. Children en route to a neighborhood park just outside the local grocery store when a slender white
male approaches the siblings, making off with 22-month-old Owen Wright, running down the street with the toddler in his arms, the siblings chasing
after the man clutching their little brother. Tonight, manhunt! It`s all caught on video. We have the video.
Joining me, Sheriff Wade Magers. Sheriff Magers, thank you so much for being with us. We are trying to help find this guy, a slender white
male accused of abducting a 22-month-old tot boy in broad daylight!
Sheriff Magers, what can you tell us?
WADE MAGERS, LINCOLN COUNTY SHERIFF: Well, Nancy, Sunday afternoon, or actually, Sunday at about 12:08 in the afternoon, a gentlemen walked
into the park where the kids were playing, walked up and had a small conversation with two kids that are 8 and 10 years of age. After a brief
conversation, the suspect reached into the baby`s arms and -- or excuse me -- reached into the area where the baby was laying and picked it up. At
that point, the gentleman ran northbound down the streets of Sprague for approximately two blocks.
GRACE: Good gravy!
MAGERS: Shortly after that...
GRACE: OK, Sheriff, hold on. With me from the scene, Sheriff Wade Magers. We`re showing you a slender white male. Tonight, manhunt. We
believe he`s 6 feet to 6-feet-2, wearing brown jacket, bluejeans, possibly a sports jacket. He had on an open-collared shirt underneath, mustache,
possibly unshaven or a scruffy beard, a puffy left cheek. Police say it appears to be random. Take a look at this man.
I can`t tell from the picture, Sheriff. Does he have on glasses or no?
MAGERS: We don`t believe he has any glasses on, Nancy.
GRACE: I`m seeing now he does not. OK, Sheriff, take me through everything we know about this guy.
For those of you just joining us, caught on video, manhunt tonight in the suburbs. There`s, like, 500 people in this town, I`m told. The
boy`s...
MAGERS: That`s -- that`s...
GRACE: Go ahead, Sheriff.
MAGERS: That`s correct. So after the suspect reached into the stroller, he ran northbound. Then there was two juvenile, approximately
12, 13-year-old young men, that took off after the suspect.
GRACE: Oh, this is breaking my heart. Look at this, Sheriff. The little sister goes racing after the guy running off with her 22-month-old
little brother! OK, keep it rolling, Liz. Look, here comes the sister. She`s running. She`s running. And then after her -- keep it rolling --
you see the little brother come with the stroller the baby was in, racing after the man that took the baby! There goes the man, a tall white male,
slender, 6, 6-2.
Let`s take a listen to the 911 call. Who is this guy? Listen.

911 OPERATOR: Lincoln County 911. Location of the emergency?
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Sprague (INAUDIBLE) downtown, the main street. A man grabbed a little kid. (INAUDIBLE) we got the kid, but the man was
loose somewhere.
911 OPERATOR: Whereat downtown Sprague?
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Right in the main street, right down from the tavern.
911 OPERATOR: You got a road name or anything?
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: OK. It`s (INAUDIBLE)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: A man grabbed a 2-year-old baby child and was running with it. And the little kid started screaming. And anyway, he run
off going north out of town. Barry`s (ph) running around with the truck, looking for him. So far, we haven`t seen him. But we got the baby.
911 OPERATOR: OK.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: He`s OK.
911 OPERATOR: Stay on they line with me, OK?
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: And we`re trying to find the man. OK. We`ll see you here. Bye-bye.

GRACE: Everybody, this guy got away. And if you keep seeing the video, you see him running with the 22-month-old tot, Owen. And then you
see -- there`s one sibling racing after the guy with the stroller. The little sister comes racing after the guy.
With me on the phone right now, in addition to joining us with Sheriff Wade Magers, Dorothy Giddings, who witnessed the chase of the kidnapper.
Ms. Giddings, thank you for being with us.
DOROTHY GIDDINGS, WITNESS (via telephone): Thank you.
GRACE: Ms. Giddings, did you get a look at this guy`s face?
GIDDINGS: I did not, but my grandson did. When he saw it happening, when he came across the street with that baby and that little girl
screaming behind, he knew something was wrong, and him and his best friend Isaiah (ph) took off after him.
GRACE: Well, did they get a look -- do you have a description? What can you tell us your grandson says the kidnapper looks like?
GIDDINGS: He said he had a brown jacket. He thought he had glasses, had a scruffy beard, no hat and bluejeans. And -- but when he ran around
behind my store in the alley, he dropped the baby. But I told the boys to keep running after him and watch where he went and -- if he holed up
somewhere, so that the deputies, when they got there -- I was the one that called the 911.
GRACE: With us is the good Samaritan hero, Dorothy Giddings, who calls 911. And also with me, Sheriff Wade Magers. This guy is on the
loose tonight after literally snatching a baby out of the stroller.
Sheriff Wade Magers, do you think the guy had a getaway car? Because he runs down an alley, then he seemingly disappears.
MAGERS: Yes, Nancy, that`s our belief at this point. We can`t be completely 100 percent certain, but our current belief is that there was a
car that he must have fled in. Dorothy did an outstanding...
GRACE: Which means this whole thing -- sorry, Sheriff. Which means this whole thing was planned because he had a getaway car parked around
where nobody could see it, Sheriff.
MAGERS: That`s our belief.
GRACE: Now, what were you saying about Dorothy Giddings?
MAGERS: Dorothy did a fantastic job getting this called in, and her grandson is the real hero in this. We truly believe that if they hadn`t
intervened, that the man would have gotten away with the young man.
GRACE: Take a look at this guy, everyone. A baby-sitter`s supposed to be watching the kids. Well, guess what? She sends them to the
playground. And typically, that`s OK.
They go to the playground. But right in front of the local grocery store, they are approached by a tall white male, about 6 feet tall, thin,
brown jacket, bluejeans, scruffy mustache, possibly beard. Take a look. This guy literally grabs the baby out of the stroller and takes off. Take
a look at him. This is all we`ve got. This is all we know.
OK, what more do we know, Sheriff Wade Magers? Now, did he have some kind of conversation before he grabbed the baby?
MAGERS: He did. He talked to the kids for about 20 seconds, and as soon as they got comfortable visiting with him, he reached into the
stroller, grabbed the child and took off running north immediately.
GRACE: What kind of things was he saying to the children?
MAGERS: Just small talk, that he likes kids, How are you doing, you know, just a general conversation, as they related to us.
GRACE: Oh! Oh! Oh!
MAGERS: As soon as they got comfortable...
GRACE: Sheriff! Sheriff, you`re just -- you -- that hurts me.
Marc Klaas, it`s textbook -- Marc Klaas, founder of Klaas Kids Foundation, whose own daughter, Polly, was kidnapped from her home on a
sleepover. Marc, that`s exactly what always happens. The perp comes up to the children and goes, Hey, I can`t find my puppy. Have you seen a blah,
blah, blah? Or, Hey, I know your mom and dad. The next thing you know, when the children start talking, they grab the child and put the child in
the trunk or in the back seat. They`re gone.
And you know, it was just last week, Marc Klaas, that we were talking about those free-range parents that let their children go places, and they
go, Oh, it`s fine. OK, it`s not fine, Marc Klaas. It`s not fine!
MARK KLAAS, KLAAS KIDS FOUNDATION (via telephone): No, of course it`s not fine, Nancy. This shows the absolute shortcomings of free-range
parenting. To put that kind of a responsibility on young children -- had that little sister frozen instead of given chase and screamed her lungs
out, that guy would have gotten away with the baby. There`s absolutely no question about that.
Now, some of the behavior you were describing is luring behavior. You try to lure the children away. Obviously, that wasn`t happening, so he did
what he felt was the next best thing. He found the best victim, somebody that wasn`t supervised by adults, and thought that he could get away with
it. But because of the great work of Ms. Giddings, her wonderful grandson and the two siblings, he was not able to take that child and get away.
GRACE: Guys, we`re showing you a still frame of this guy. So here`s the video. Take a look. We`ve got to find this guy because, Marc Klaas,
you know, this has got to be not his first time. To do this, this brazen attack? For every time a molester is caught, they have molested dozens of
times before that. This is not his first time, I`m telling you, and it won`t be his last.
Sheriff Wade Magers with us. This guy even had a getaway car around - - down the alley, right, Sheriff?
MAGERS: We believe that he did. We don`t know that for sure, Nancy, but that`s our working theory based on him being out of the area so quick.
GRACE: To Melissa Luck standing by, joining us at the scene, with CNN affiliate KXLY. Melissa, thank you for being with us. Melissa, I`m just
sick over this. What can you tell me about this guy and the search for this guy?
MELISSA LUCK, KXLY: Well, Nancy, it`s a terrifying situation for anyone. We`re actually in Spokane, about 40 miles away from the town of
Sprague. You talked about, you know, not wanting to lose sight of your children, but this is a tiny town. We`re talking less than 500 people in
rural eastern Washington, about four hours east of Seattle and about 40 minutes west of the town of Spokane.
We do know, as you mentioned, that this guy came up, had a conversation, told the kids he was 19. Maybe they had some more reason to
trust him. But this is a small town. It was broad daylight. It was noon on a Sunday afternoon. So obviously, he was brave enough to do this.
There were other people around in the town when it happened. And I think you can`t say enough about 8-year-old Delicia. She`s the little girl
you see on the tape running after them. And because she was screaming, people like Dorothy and...
GRACE: You know, you`re right...
LUCK: ... Dorothy`s grandson noticed.
GRACE: You`re right. You`re right, Melissa. If it hadn`t been for the 8-year-old little girl screaming down the street, no one would have
ever even spotted this guy.
A guy kidnaps a 22-month-old toddler out of the stroller. He`s there with his two siblings. And heart-breaking video -- you see the siblings,
the sister and the little brother, still with the stroller, giving chase, screaming to get their baby brother back.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I can`t explain the feeling, you know, the anxiety and everything that goes into finding out that, you know, your child is
missing or something has happened to him.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Lincoln County sheriff`s deputies says a man scooped up Owen out of his stroller.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: And this little girl come running around the corner, screaming her head off. I told that little girl, I said, Honey,
you did exactly what you needed to do, scream your head off.

GRACE: Guys, broad daylight, downtown, only 500 people in the town. The sister who`s 8, the brother who I think is 6, and the 22-month-old
little tot in the stroller -- the little boy in the stroller is kidnapped. There`s sister, big sister, and little brother going after that guy,
screaming at the top of their lungs. He kidnaps the 22-month-old in broad daylight.
Right now, manhunt. Who took this child in broad daylight? And it`s not the first time something like this has happened.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Carly`s Bruscia`s (ph) abduction was captured on a surveillance camera at a car wash.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: The 11-year-old girl...
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: ... kidnapped as she walked home from a sleepover at a friend`s house.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Four days later, her body was found on the grounds of a church.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Haunting images from a convenience store surveillance (INAUDIBLE) of the hours before the little girl and her
alleged abductor were discovered. Shasta Groene, missing for seven weeks, walks past several adults. She says nothing.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: The man grabbed her, tried to put his hand over her mouth and steal her away. Walmart`s video captured the suspect...
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: A man was caught on camera in Philly apparently dragging a 22-year-old nurse into a car as she was struggling to get away.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: You see a man wrestling Carlisha (ph) to his car as she puts up a fight, struggling for nearly a block.

GRACE: And it happens again. In the last hours, we obtain this video. We don`t know who this guy is. The manhunt is ongoing. Tip line,
509-725-3501. I`m telling you, Sheriff, this guy is wearing glasses.
Michael Board, I`ve slowmo-ed this over and over. Tell me what you know.
MICHAEL BOARD, WOAI (via telephone): Well, what`s really interesting about this is, Nancy, I`ve watched this video, as well. Look at the way he
is dressed. He`s wearing bluejeans. He`s wearing normal shoes. He`s wearing a sport coat to do this. You talk about this being planned, but
Nancy, I look at this guy and I say there`s no way he planned it. Why would he be wearing a sport coat? Why is (INAUDIBLE)
GRACE: Well, what do you advise a child abductor to wear? What do you think he should wear, Michael Board?
BOARD: Well, if I was planning this out, I wouldn`t wear a sport coat...
GRACE: Well, what would you wear?
BOARD: ... because that could -- that would cause me problems running away. I`m thinking that this might be more of a crime of opportunity. He
saw something there. He saw an opportunity and took it.
GRACE: OK, you know what? I don`t know how you`re divining all that from a sports coat, but you know what? You say tomato, I say tomato.
Bottom line, he grabbed the baby out of the stroller and took off. It hadn`t been for Dorothy Giddings, who`s with us tonight, he -- we wouldn`t
even know this much about the perpetrator.
So back to Melissa Luck, KXLY. Melissa, what are we doing to catch this guy? Because you know he`s not going to stop now.
LUCK: Yes, Nancy. Right now, one of the best things that`s happened this morning is we`ve gotten enhanced video. They`ve enhanced the video
they have from the store surveillance camera so we can get a little bit better look. It does give a better picture of what this man looked like.
We did find out it is pure luck that this surveillance camera captured this. Normally, that camera is pointed the other direction, at the propane
tanks near the store. That morning, they shifted the surveillance camera to go the other way, and that is the only reason we probably have any video
of this.

recorded.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Another neighbor took a hammer to his parked SUV. Police say he raped her here more than once. And then say when she
wouldn`t go home with him, Moffat would choke her, spit on her, then stalk her.

GRACE: David Bloomquist joining me, talk show host WJAS. David, it`s awful that anyone is even thinking of charging this father. You know what?
I think he deserves a medal. He is destroying the car of a man accused of raping his daughter when she`s 13 years old, just turned 13. She gets off
the school bus, according to the little girl, and he`s waiting for her. He did it over and over and over. And when she would try to get away, he
would start choking her, spit on her.
And I did a little research into this alleged perp, and he has had grown women in his past that say that he did similar things to them, would
threaten them. They felt afraid of him, got a TPO, a temporary protective order, against him.
David Bloomquist, talk show host WJAS, what do you know?
DAVID BLOOMQUIST, TALK SHOW HOST WJAS (via telephone): Well, Nancy, I mean, you`re exactly right. He`s had two protection from abuse orders
filed against him. One of them just came three weeks ago. And as you were talking about, a girlfriend said simply he`s a jealous guy, controlling,
and she was afraid of him. And it`s the same thing in case of the little girl. I mean, she said she was afraid of him. He spit on her. He choked
her. He threatened via text message, phone, physical abuse. I mean, I can`t even imagine being 13 years old and having...
GRACE: I mean, we`re showing this video right now, David Bloomquist joining us from WJAS.
Marc Klaas with us. Marc, there is no way this father should be prosecuted for this, all right? The little girl, now 13 years old,
confirms that this happened and said that she was afraid to say anything at the time of the rapes.
KLAAS: Nancy, this individual, this Moffat character, has absolutely everything coming -- everything that he gets, he deserves from this point
on. Hopefully, he will be put away for a long, long time. The police could have known about him before. There have been orders of protection
filed against him for similar kinds of attacks on women who were supposedly his girlfriends.

GRACE: The neighbors all knew this guy. And there is daddy attacking the alleged child rapist`s car, destroying it. It`s not the first time a
father has sought revenge. Take a look.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Dusset (ph), a karate instructor, had abducted 11- year-old Jodi Plochet (ph). When Jodi was rescued and returned to his family, his father Gary was coping with reports that Dusset had sexual
assaulted his son.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You don`t know what to do. You just feel helpless.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Gary Plochet (ph) shoots and kills him.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: A Texas father beats his daughter`s alleged molester to death.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: A guy was raping my daughter. And I beat him up. And I didn`t know what to do.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: He took the girl out into some brush and attempted to molest her.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Her father went to look for her and found her half naked.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Look at me you piece of [ expletive ]. Look at me. Look at me.

GRACE: Those are fathers that sought revenge after their children had been molested or killed. And with me one of those fathers, Mark Klaas.
Mark, I only wish you had got your hands around his neck. I know that is wrong. I know that is vigilante justice. But I wish you had. And tonight
you are seeing video of a father right there. His daughter finally tells him that a neighbor has been raping her when she would get off the school
bus. Spitting on her, threatening her. Trying to choke her when she would try to get away. This happened over and over again. And he has a record.
It is not his first attack on women. So Mark Klaas, what do you make out of claims that this dad is going to be prosecuted for destroying this car?
KLAAS: I think it`s completely absurd. If I had been there and he had two hammers, I would have helped him do that, Nancy. Let`s remember,
this guy videotaped this young girl and put it on the Internet. She is going to be revictimized every day for the rest of her life.
GRACE: When you say he videotaped. Not the father pictured right there. We`re not saying the father`s name, because I don`t want to reveal
who the daughter is.
KLAAS: No, no.
GRACE: You are talking about Moffat videotaped his rapes of the little girl and put it on the Internet. Why do you say that she is going
to suffer every day the rest of her life?
KLAAS: Because you can`t erase the Internet, Nancy. You can`t put that genie back in the bottle. People will have it, they will keep it, and
they will continually recirculate it forever. It`s absolutely one of the worst violations you can even imagine.
GRACE: Unleash the lawyers. Joining me out of New York, Alex Sanchez. Out of Miami, Andell Brown. You know what? If there was a way
to determine every time some pervy child molester or child pornographer downloaded the video of this man`s daughter getting raped, every time
should be another offense on David Moffat, Alex Sanchez. Every time some creepy perv downloads this little girl getting molested, it should be
another charge on David Moffat. That is what I say, Alex Sanchez.
SANCHEZ: Well, he`s got enough problems as it is. Because if there are videos showing what I`ve heard they show, he`s got very serious
problems. But, you know, the actions of the father, Nancy, I think have hurt the case against Moffat.
GRACE: Oh really? Why?
SANCHEZ: Because if they don`t arrest him, then the defense attorney is going to have an opportunity to argue the police are showing favoritism.
And you can`t show favoritism in vigilante justice. That`s not appropriate.
GRACE: I hope at trial, Alex Sanchez, I hope Moffat says he attacked my car. I just hope he says that.
SANCHEZ: And on top of that the question will be raised whether or not the daughter is afraid of her own father because he had a tendency to
show violent actions here against people that have not been convicted of any crimes.
GRACE: The classic blame the victim. Now you already hear the defense attacking the father? What does that have to do with anything,
Mark Klaas?
KLAAS: That is a terrible statement that Alex just made. This man is unable to protect his daughter in retrospect. These things have all
happened in the past. The only thing he can do now is hope she doesn`t get violated again and take out his anger in a very small way, which is bashing
in the windows of this character`s car.
GRACE: Alex Sanchez, I know what you are doing. I know what you are doing. Because when you, a defense lawyer, have your back against the
wall, between a rock and a hard spot, you got to go somewhere. You got to say to the jury, don`t look at my guy. Look over there.
SANCHEZ: I, you know, I disagree with Mark. I mean, that is why we have the police. You call the police when a crime has been committed. You
let them conduct the proper investigation. Let the justice system go forward. We can`t have a society where people take matters into their own
hands. Otherwise we`re going to end up like India, where they`re storming police stations and hanging people, we can`t do that.
GRACE: Somehow, Candace Trunzo, Alex Sanchez has taken us from this father, who I think deserves a medal. A red badge of courage. From him
attacking the car of his daughter`s rapist to storming the police HQ. How does that happen, Candace? What do we know about this case, Candace
Trunzo, joining me from Dailymail.com?
TRUNZO: Well, we know that this guy, he had been stalking this girl for years, since 2011. She`s 13 years old. And this has been going.
GRACE: What do you mean he was stalking her. Explain.
TRUNZO: Apparently she met him through a mutual friend, and they went out on a supposed date.
GRACE: I`ve got a funny feeling that the little girl didn`t understand what was going on. Nor did the family.
TRUNZO: Totally not.
GRACE: Because this little girl was just a little girl when all of this started. A little child cannot give consent. Out to you, Andell
Brown. Cannot give consent to sex with a grown man, with a criminal history. Absolutely not, Brown. What is your defense?
BROWN: Well, look at this case. We have the father taking matters into his own hands and using violence against that vehicle, taking a weapon
to his car. Besides that fact.
GRACE: Why don`t you focus on the child rape?
BROWN: In 2012 those same parents leveled charges against Moffat that were dismissed because they weren`t backed up by evidence. Now we have the
father going after the property in --
GRACE: Candace, what were the charges in 2012?
TRUNZO: The charges were really just harassment charges. The daughter never confessed to them. I think she was probably mortified. The
charges were only harassment and they were dropped for lack of evidence.
GRACE: Awful, awful. So the justice system lets a child rapist slip through their fingers. They don`t believe what the girl is telling them
until finally now we learn that Moffat, who has extensive criminal history, is charged now. Allegations only. He hasn`t been convicted of raping the
dad`s little girl. Now dad is in hot water? That`s completely bassackwards.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: The girl`s father was so upset and angry that he attacked and damaged this SUV believed to be Moffat`s. Investigators say
Dustin Moffat waited for a 13-year-old girl to get off of her school bus, then forced her into his Lawrenceville home and raped her.

GRACE: And tonight rumors swirling, reports swirling that the father who attacks the alleged child rapist that raped his daughter repeatedly,
who attacks the guy`s car, is going to face charges of criminal trespass. I can`t take it in. To Dr. William Morrone, renowned medical examiner,
forensic pathologist, when a child that young is raped repeatedly, can that affect her ability to ever have children?
MORRONE: Well, it is definitely going to affect the ability of her to have patent and intact primary sexual organs, because somebody that young
is not meant to be having sex and babies, especially traumatic rape. The answer to your question is yes. And it can be a terrible and traumatizing
experience also.
GRACE: To Dr. Cheryl Arutt, forensic psychologist. I just can`t take in that the child who has endured repeated sex attacks may now have to face
the possibility of never having children because of it.
ARUTT: That is just adding a layer of tragedy on top of tragedy. I just need to say that I think that her father is expressing with this car
what every father would feel like doing in this situation. But here is the thing. Those tragic stories that you showed of fathers who actually kill
the perpetrator, created another tragedy because then the victims, their daughters, lost their dads also to the system. This is a case of
sublimation, where he took what happened there and he took this out on the body of the car instead of the body of this man who hurt his daughter. And
I think that is safer. Smarter.
GRACE: To Candace, what is this guy`s history?
TRUNZO: Well, he has a history of having very bad relationships with his exes. There are protection orders out. His first girlfriend from
2009/2010 had orders of protection because he smashed her car. Incessant calls and texts. Threats of all kinds. And did the same kind of thing
that he did to this little girl. Spit in her face. Pushed her to the ground. A second girlfriend who came out recently had the same experience
and she got an order of protection as well. So this is a blue collar guy who has a bad, bad black reputation.
GRACE: And bottom line, to Dr. Morrone. It`s not really a question of did it happen? The guy downloaded it, Dr. Morrone, and put it on the
video.
MORRONE: Yes.
GRACE: Assuming he was videoing himself molest the girl, how will we will able to identify him from that video?
MORRONE: Well, you are going to look at body type, habitus, skin color, hair distribution and --
GRACE: I mean, moles, freckles, birthmarks -- anything to identify him.
MORRONE: All of those photographic identifiers can be verified in a physical exam once he is in custody in the hospital with the police.
GRACE: Right. Exactly. Everything from a tattoo to a mole to freckles to as you said hair distribution on the body. Anything is going
to identify this guy in the video. Dad better not face charges or lady justice will flip out totally. Here is daddy attacking the alleged
rapist`s -- hold on, guys. I`m hearing in my ear we have news on a disappear -- a Virginia girl that goes missing. Her name is Angelica
Hadsell. Justin Freiman, what do we know about her? What happened?
FREIMAN: We know this 18-year-old girl went missing. She was last seen by her parents leaving her home. And somebody started driving around
near the home. The very next day they got what seemed like awkward, suspicious texts from her. She hasn`t been seen since.
GRACE: I know what that means. Suspicious texts is when someone texts you and it doesn`t sound like them talking, or what they are saying
doesn`t make sense. So somebody has her phone or her device and they are texting like they are her. Right?
FREIMAN: That could be, Nancy. But ever since that, it seems her phone has been turned off.
GRACE: Hold on. I`m hearing right now, we`ve got Angelica`s dad, Wesley Hadsell, on the phone. Thank you for being with us. If your
daughter can hear us right now, what is your plea to her or her abductor?
HADSELL: Basically that we just want her home and we just want her back home and she`s never hurt anybody. She`s always helped people. She
doesn`t deserve this. Nobody deserves this. And if they would just let her go.
GRACE: When did you last see her, Mr. Hadsell?
HADSELL: The last time we saw her was Monday a week ago, March 2nd, I think.

in jeopardy practically every week. OK, Karina Smirnoff has ruled the dance floor from the get-go. You write a book about your men troubles, and
haven`t we all had them. OK, Karina, the name of your book is "We`re just not that into you." Now, when I put it out there that you were joining us -
- there you are with J.R. He`s awesome.
KARINA SMIRNOFF: Max.
GRACE: Nobody could ever believe that you would ever, ever have a dating problem. But I remember, when we were doing makeup together and we
had these big curlers, you were still beautiful, you had men trouble then. Why would somebody like you ever have men trouble?
SMIRNOFF: Well, I think a lot of times, disasters happen where it`s out of your control. It`s circumstantial. And other times I think we as
women tend to be more nurturing and trustworthy, and sometimes we tend to overlook the red flags and convince ourselves of a situation that is
actually not even there. So I`m still learning. All these dating disasters should be lessons learned, and let me just say, I`m still in the
process of learning. By the way, Nancy, your job on the show was insane. It`s like I just said earlier, you know, I love watching you. You`re
incredible on TV. You`re such a strong personality.
GRACE: You don`t have to say all of this. I`m going to totally plug your book.

SMIRNOFF: It`s not because of that.
GRACE: Tell me your worst date ever. You don`t have to name names. But if you want to, go ahead.
SMIRNOFF: Well, I`m not going to name names because I don`t want them to get upset, but one time a guy accidentally closed a window on my neck.
I was looking out of the window to make sure I wouldn`t hit his car when I was getting out and he wasn`t looking and was not watching what I was
doing, and he rolled up the window right in front of like a super busy restaurant that had just opened in L.A. And my head got caught right at
the jaw. I couldn`t even pull it back.
GRACE: Karina, have you ever gone on a date with a guy that chews with his mouth open? That`s a personal dislike of mine. Chewing with your
mouth open. Why do I have to see that?
SMIRNOFF: Yes. Manners are very important. On a date, you want to put your best foot forward. So you definitely want to chew with your mouth
closed.
GRACE: I also don`t like a lot of hair gel in somebody`s hair, slicked back and it just looks like -- eh.
SMIRNOFF: I have had a date --
GRACE: What date was that, you were about to say?
SMIRNOFF: I`ve had a date with a guy that had more hair gel than would sustain a small village somewhere, and I remember, he would
constantly have his arm around my shoulders, and he had bracelets, and the bracelets would get tangled up in my hair, and he would yank the--
GRACE: A man bracelet? He`s setting off all kinds of alarms right there. Hair gel, bracelet, it`s not feeling good. Okay. Karina Smirnoff,
