GRACE: Good evening, I`m Nancy Grace. I want to thank you for being with us.

Bombshell tonight. Evil ISIS`s deadly Paris attack, but what about America? Now we know. ISIS vowing to attack the capital of the world,

America`s New York City. In a chilling new video, ISIS just releases showing suicide bombers walking the famed Times Square and Herald Square.

We rip the mask off ISIS mastermind Abaaoud as a private-educated playboy spoiled brat. France declares war. Vladimir Putin drops bombs. And the

White House preaching tolerance.

Let`s start at the beginning with the threat on New York City. We`re showing you some stills. Now, this came out in a video. Could we see

those stills, please, Liz? There you see one of the stills from the video that we are not allowed to show you. That is a bomb. The video shows the

suicide bomber putting it under his jacket, and then he calmly walks towards Times Square. And then to make it worse, there`s video there of

Herald Square. Point of reference. That is where the Macy`s Day parade will be held.

[20:05:02]So they are trying their best to instill fear in Americans. You`re seeing the stills from this ISIS video.

Joining me right now, David Martosko, U.S. politics editor, Dailymail.com. You know, a lot of this was a rehash, David Martosko. What do you make of

the new ISIS video threatening an attack on New York City just before Thanksgiving Day parade?

DAVID MARTOSKO, DAILYMAIL.COM (via telephone): Well, of course. It`s timed perfectly for propaganda value, and that`s all this is. There`s

nothing new about ISIS threatening American targets. Over the springtime, some of the ISIS social media accounts were tweeting photographs in

landmarks in Chicago, saying, We`re coming for you next, and landmarks in Washington. They`ve been doing this for a while.

And it`s worth noting, of course, that some of the footage in this supposedly new film is old footage. This is old stuff they`ve spliced

together. I think it`s timed for maximum effect.

GRACE: You know what, David Martosko? You know, no offense, but the pictures that they were posting of the Eiffel Tower saying, God bless your

mission, speed you on your mission, before the Paris bombings -- those were old pictures of the Eiffel Tower, too, OK? So that doesn`t really make me

feel any better.

What do you make of the bomb, the suicide bomb that they`re showing in this video, David?

MARTOSKO: The footage you`re seeing of the guy sort of zipping up the jacket around the suicide vest -- that is stock footage. That`s something

they`ve used before. I`m not trying to downplay this and say we`re not in any danger, I`m just saying that we`re probably in no greater danger today

than we were a week or two weeks ago.

GRACE: Well, that may be true.

MARTOSKO: This is a propaganda battle at this point.

GRACE: That may be true, but that does not mean there was not a danger level last week or the week before that. And getting this ISIS video very,

very disturbing, at the same time we know that eight Syrians have been detained by ICE, eight Syrians detained by ICE at the Laredo border.

We know the mastermind is dead, the mastermind of the Paris attacks dead. As we reported yesterday at the same hour, 24 hours ago, 3:00 PM leading

our program with your claim, David Martosko, that the mastermind was dead. You were right in your claim yesterday.

David, how do we know it`s him?

MARTOSKO: Two -- two ways. They used DNA from saliva, and they found a fingerprint in a body part. I mean, this guy was blown to smithereens and

shredded by bullets and riddled to kingdom come, but they did do a DNA analysis and they confirmed it`s definitely him. He`s gone. He`s dead.

There is still one guy on the run who`s linked to this plot, but the ringleader is gone. And with him I think will be some of the propaganda

value in terms of recruitment because he was a major recruiter for the cause in Europe.

GRACE: Liz, can you please cue up the Dailymail video? Everyone, you`re about to see video that was taken during all of the drama, all of the

catastrophe, obtained by Dailymail.com.

Could you explain to me, David Martosko, U.S. politics editor, what we are seeing?

MARTOSKO: You are seeing in real time the gunmen attacking a restaurant, calmly and coolly firing bullets indiscriminately into live human beings.

And in one chilling moment, you`re seeing a gun misfire or jam, and this woman who was at death`s door managed to run away and escape.

But this is real, live footage of the actuality, the actual event that nobody had been able to see before we unearthed this video at the

Dailymail. It`s chilling. It`s mind-blowing. And it gives you a window into just the kind of depravity and callousness you`re dealing with. These

are animals. These are not human beings, these are thugs and animals.

GRACE: Everyone, you are seeing Dailymail exclusive video of evil ISIS in one of their deadly attacks. You see a woman -- it looks as if the gun

actually misfires, and she then gets up, David, and runs out, kind of bent over running out. That`s what you see, saved just by the grace of God as

these people come in and unleash terror and horror, and then send a video threatening New York City and Herald Square and Times Square.

[20:10:00]David, how did you obtain this? How did the Dailymail get their mitts on that?

MARTOSKO: I can`t go into the particulars, but let`s just say we do old- fashioned shoe-leather journalism. We send people where the news is. We`ve got people in many, many countries all over the world. And we

actually sent people to the restaurant and tried to obtain the video and managed to get it. Can`t tell you exactly how. But we do this. You know,

we send people to where the news is. We do shoe-leather journalism, and this is a product of it.

GRACE: I want to back it up off of the Paris video that we just showed you from the Dailymail and go back to what we are seeing on this threat against

New York City, just in time for Thanksgiving.

With me is the director of the Center for Foreign and National Security Policy at Heritage, former military assistant to Secretary Donald Rumsfeld.

With me is Steve Bucci. Steve, thank you for being with us.

STEVE BUCCI, HERITAGE FOUNDATION: Thanks for having me on the show.

GRACE: It`s a real honor and pleasure to be able to talk to you about this. We`re hearing so much. Nobody knows what to make of it.

But when I see a video -- we`re only allowed to show stills of that video. When I see that and I see the yellow taxicabs going by and I see Herald

Square and I see Times Square, and I`m told, Oh, this is a rehash -- well, you know what? They just sent it, so it`s new to me.

And I want to hear what you think about the bomb that they are depicting in this video.

BUCCI: Well, the actual picture of the bomb is something we`ve seen before, but as you say, that doesn`t discount the fact that they might have

others in that location. This is a legitimate threat. New York is obviously a very lucrative, desirous target for these guys, as is

Washington, Chicago, any of the big metropolitan areas, or for that matter, any mall in the United States of America.

GRACE: You know, when you say that, it`s putting a chill down my spine because it`s almost black Friday. It`s almost Macy`s Thanksgiving Day

parade. It`s almost a very important day in our country, where we traditionally give thanks to God for our religious freedom and for all our

blessings of the past year. And for this to come out at a time converging with Thanksgiving and entering the Christmas season and many, many holy

seasons is really blasphemous to all of us.

Do you think it was timed for that purpose, or is this just a string of incidents following from Paris?

BUCCI: No, I think they very much think this out. ISIS -- they might be madmen as far as what they do, but the how they do it part is very

calculated, very much timed and arranged for maximum effect. They know this is our time to do these big iconic American events, and they want to

affect us as we go to them. They want us to be afraid. They want us to back down. So this is very intentional, very directed at our way of life.

GRACE: Everyone, we are showing you what David Martosko, U.S. politics editor, Dailymail.com, has brought us today. This is actual footage of a

Paris attack. There you see innocent people in a restaurant, and in they come. In they come.

A telephone was found, a cell phone, outside one of the attacks, and it said, Here we go, it`s starting.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

[20:17:41]UNIDENTIFIED MALE: He was a target of the dramatic violent raid on two apartments in Saint-Denis outside Paris, where officials say

suspects were about to launch an operation.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: (INAUDIBLE) 5,000 bullets.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: What you just saw is the mastermind of the Paris ISIS attacks, actually a spoiled brat playboy that was privately educated.

I`m hearing in my ear we`re being joined from Paris right now by CNN correspondent Atika Shubert. Atika, thank you so much for being with us.

You were there at the time of the raid. We`re about to play audio of that. Everyone, hold for Atika. Liz, could you roll that please? You`re hearing

audio. This is the sound of the female suicide bomber.

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: (INAUDIBLE)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: (INAUDIBLE)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: (INAUDIBLE)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: (INAUDIBLE)

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: That audio from TF1 purportedly of the female suicide bomber`s final exchange with police before she blows herself up in a police raid.

Atika joining us from Paris. Again, thank you for being with us. Atika, what did you see? What did you hear?

ATIKA SHUBERT, CNN CORRESPONDENT: Well, the shooting started around 4:20, and it lasted almost an hour, actually, according to residents we spoke to.

Now, we arrived just as the shooting ended, and we weren`t sure if the operation was still ongoing. When we got there, police were very nervous.

It was very tense. They had masked investigative officers in the crowd amongst us, looking for accomplices. So it was an extremely fluid

situation.

And just at the moment that those masked police were among us, we heard a series of explosions. What we understand now is that those were controlled

detonations. They were either exploding devices that they found in the apartment or clearing rooms. Either way, it collapsed the roof on the

apartment building where it happened. And then they were able to arrest an extra eight suspects in the area. So it was a massive operation, and it

went on for well over several hours.

[20:20:05]In the end, we now know that Abdelhamid Abaaoud was killed in that raid. We don`t know whether he was gunned down, or whether he was

killed by the suicide vest that was detonated by his cousin, the female who was in there. We`re still waiting for more details from the police at this

point, Nancy.

GRACE: I`m wondering if that final volley, those final rounds that I had heard, was actually the female suicide bomber detonating herself. What do

you think, Atika?

SHUBERT: I think that`s likely. We spoke to many residents there, and they said that there was sustained automatic gunfire, which we presume may

have been the police first entering. They then heard an explosion and more gunfire. That single explosion is probably likely to be the detonation of

that cousin of Abaaoud, that female bomber who we now understand was wearing a kind of explosive belt or explosive vest.

GRACE: With me, Atika Shubert, CNN correspondent joining us live in Paris. Atika, you said that the female suicide bomber is the cousin of the

mastermind, Abaaoud. Question to you. Who was she? Do we know how she got sucked in to becoming an ISIS jihadist?

SHUBERT: We don`t know the full story, and what we know at this point is that police are actually questioning her mother on the outskirts of Paris.

They went there to search the apartment to find out more. We know that she was quite close to her cousin and that she became more and more religious,

but we don`t know beyond that how she got drawn into this jihadist -- these clearly jihadist sympathies.

The cousin, Abaaoud, he actually went to Syria last year, and he even faked his own death so that he could travel in and out of Europe more easily.

Now, how she was involved, whether she was helping to coordinate his trips here, we don`t know yet.

GRACE: So let me understand what you`re telling me. Atika Shubert joining us from Paris. You`re saying that Abaaoud faked his own death so that he

could travel more freely?

SHUBERT: That`s right. He was in Syria. He was located there. Intelligence services knew he was there. And in fact, he posted photos of

himself fighting with ISIS in Syria. So that was where -- for all the intelligence services knew, where he was for the last few months.

He then, however -- there was a report of his death. It was phoned in to his family. His family reported him dead from fighting in Syria. And so

nobody really knew what had happened to him. His last known location was in Syria, but now we find out that he was hiding in plain sight in the

middle of Paris, where, apparently, he was the ringleader for these attacks.

GRACE: Atika, I don`t understand -- from what we have learned about him and the cousin, the female jihadist who blows herself up -- you said she

became more religious. Is it true that neighbors say that she was -- did not seem very religious and only recently took up religion with a fervor?

SHUBERT: Well, we spoke to a number of neighbors, and they said that nobody had been living in the apartment for a while. So we`re not sure

that -- how recently they moved in there. We know this from other people who knew them in the towns they grew up in.

And as for Abaaoud, we know that he was, for example, a petty criminal who spent time in prison with other jihadists who eventually became radicalized

and left for sir Syria. So she was mixing with that crowd.

And I have to say, in a lot of these cases, the recruitment of women in ISIS is a bit more different than it is for men. They`re sort of reached

out on line. They begin a lot of exchanges on line and are sort of lured in to become closer with individual fighters with ISIS. We don`t know if

that was specifically her case and her connection with the cousin, but it is a pattern we have seen before.

GRACE: Which is very interesting, Atika Shubert, that right or wrong, we are allowing Syrians into the country and limited to children, women, as if

women are not a threat. But clearly, that is not entirely true.

Question about the so-called mastermind. So he is from Belgium and he takes up with ISIS, but is it true that he was privately educated,

basically a spoiled brat playboy?

SHUBERT: Well, this is not somebody who came from a very wealthy family. It was a working class family in the suburb of Molenbeek. Molenbeek is --

you know, it`s a rough neighborhood. It certainly can be. So I wouldn`t say he`s exactly a spoiled brat, but he is somebody who had the advantages

of living in the Western world.

[20:25:01]On the other hand, this may be one reason why he felt very disconnected from things.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: ISIS video specifically threatening New York. It featured video from Times Square and what appears to be a bomb being tucked

beneath the jacket of a bomber. U.S. cities have stepped up security, both seen and unseen, as a precaution.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: We will strike America in its own stronghold, Washington!

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: In the midst of another ISIS video, this time threatening to attack New York City just in time for Thanksgiving, we are now learning that ISIS

has a help desk. Yes, an IT help desk.

I don`t understand this. Ben Levitan, telecommunication expert, what does the ISIS IT help desk help ISIS do?

BEN LEVITAN, TELECOMMUNICATIONS EXPERT: Well, Nancy, what they`ve done is collected massive amounts of information about how to remain anonymous on

the Internet, how not to be tracked, how not to be found, how to communicate. And they put all those things together. And what they`ve

done is they use apps. There are certain apps out there that allow you to chat with each other privately, and they -- they`ve put -- they actually

have channels on these apps that allow them to communicate.

And anybody who is familiar with ISIS and knows where to go and who to like can get access to all this information about how to be anonymous and how to

operate on the Internet. And that`s your virtual help desk, Nancy.

NANCY GRACE, HOST: It was just like recently with the drug lord El Chapo`s son posting from Costa Rica, maybe on purpose, maybe not, leaving his

locater on the posting. So there are many, many ways to maneuver on social media, even for ISIS.

Mary Schiavo, CNN aviation analyst and attorney. Mary, we`re learning more and more about the sweat bomb, the soda can bomb. And my big question to

you is this. If this were brought on to an American plane by three people, one with the can and the other two with the other two parts of that device,

would it be detectible?

MARY SCHIAVO, CNN AVIATION ANALYST: Probably not. The -- and the ISIS video that was out a couple of months ago, they didn`t use a can. The can

would be detected, most likely. They used plastic soda bottles in another recent video. But when you do not have the bomb assembled, the detection

rate at the TSA checkpoints has been low, according to inspector general investigations.

GRACE: Matthew Horace with us, senior VP at JC Security. What do we do in light of upcoming Thanksgiving, the parade, Christmas, the lighting of the

tree? And a threat on New York City? What do we do?

MATTHEW HORACE, SENIOR VP, JC SECURITY: Well, I think, Nancy, what hasn`t happened is the American public hasn`t lived their lives where law

enforcement is at the ready, as you heard several times today. Mr. Bratton and the New York City Police Department, the FBI and the JTTS throughout

the country are preparing as they normally would, but with a heightened sense of awareness, given what we see in Paris.

GRACE: Joe Scott Morgan, certified death investigator, professor of forensics at Jacksonville State University.

Joe Scott, thank you for being with us. What can we learn from, for instance, the bodies and more specifically from that video of the attack in

Paris I just showed you from the Daily Mail? What can we learn by the way they did the attack, the way they entered, where they lay in wait, how they

circle the room, how they dove behind the bar? How they opened fire? What do we learn from this?

JOE SCOTT MORGAN, CERTIFIED DEATH INVESTIGATOR: This is a very dynamic situation, Nancy. You`ve got multiple players. Obviously the targets of

the raid are going to be the offenders that you`re looking for. There is multiple layers to this because you have this explosive vests going off.

There`s going to be blast residue that`s left behind that, not to mention concussion residue where they`re attempting to breach this area to get in

there, and then top that off with all of the firearm -- all the gunfire that`s being traded.

So this makes it very, very dynamic. What`s going to have to happen is that they`ll need a significant amount of time to reconstruct this crime

scene, and this is very crucial because all of these other offenders that they`ve taken into custody, there will be trials in these cases so we have

to put this thing together piece by piece and the authorities need to take their time in doing this, to reconstruct this, so they can present it in

court.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

[20:37:44] GRACE: Live tinsel town. Movie, TV, superstar of "Two and a Half Men," "Platoon," "Wall Street," Charlie Sheen confirms he`s HIV

positive and he has been for years. Sheen paying millions in blackmail money to cover his HIV secret but reportedly continuing to sleep with

dozens after HIV.

The "National Enquirer" breaking the news reports Sheen spending over $1.6 million a year on hookers while HIV positive, forcing partners to sign

nondisclosure forms. In last hours movie and TV star Jenny McCarthy who plays Sheen`s love interest on the hit series "Two and a Half Men" comes

out swinging at Sheen for his HIV secret while she, and others, engage in countless love scenes.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JAMIE MCCARTHY, ACTRESS: And look how many people have played his love interest on the show.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I would never do to anyone what Charlie did to me. That is giving someone a possible death sentence. I would never do that to

someone, ever.

MCCARTHY: That`s not fair and scary.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: That`s from Sirius XM and Sound Cloud, and "Inside Edition."

With me, Mike Walker, senior editor, "National Enquirer," author of "Out for Blood" and Alan Duke, editor in chief, leadstories.com.

All right, Mike Walker, it just never seems to end. Now I know it took you guys nearly two years to break this blockbuster about Sheen AIDS cover-up,

but the continuing to sleep with people and keeping the HIV a secret, and now Jenny McCarthy comes out swinging that she has engaged in love scenes

with this guy, as his romantic interest on "Two and a Half Men" and he never told her. Response, Mike Walker?

MIKE WALKER, SENIOR EDITOR, NATIONAL ENQUIRER: Well, my response to Jenny is that it`s -- as Charlie`s manager said, she was off the show before

Charlie discovered that he had -- that he was HIV positive. Plus, the other thing is, of course, you know, by a casual kiss during a scene, it`s

highly unlikely that she would contract the HIV virus.

[20:40:07] So I think what Jenny is doing is what happens a lot in these cases, a star`s name gets involved and the star immediately begins to pump

the headlines. I`ve never seen a story like this. Talk about ripping the lid off Hollywood. And by the way, this issue, I can hardly keep up with

it. Eight page special report, it is on the stands now and you have to read this thing. I mean, it`s the biggest story I can ever remember in

show business, ripping lids off things and divulging things people just can only dream about.

GRACE: That`s "Two and a Half Men" from Warner Brothers Television that you`re seeing right now.

Mike Walker, senior editor, "National Enquirer," author of "Out for Blood," he breaks the story in the "National Enquirer."

OK. This is what I don`t get, Mike Walker. I hear you and I know you`re correct. I know that there`s a very slim chance of passing on HIV by

kissing. I know that. But the reality is, when you`re HIV positive and you shell out millions of dollars to deep it a secret and you continue

filming love scenes, you don`t have a problem with that, Walker?

WALKER: I do have a problem with it.

GRACE: Well, that`s not what it sounded like because it sounded like you didn`t have a problem with it.

WALKER: You know why he didn`t, he knew the minute he opened his mouth it would probably be the end of his career.

GRACE: Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, Walker. His career going right down the C-R-A-P-P-E-R, that`s crapper, doesn`t have anything to do with HIV.

It has to do with his torpedo of truth ranting and use of drugs and $1.6 million a year in hookers.

You know what, I`m not going to turn that on my TV with my twins running around. Forget it. That`s what happened.

WALKER: I don`t blame you.

(CROSSTALK)

GRACE: The world isn`t judging him because he`s got HIV.

WALKER: Remember, Charlie is a manipulator. He`s a manipulator because he`s a star and he`s a manipulator because he`s an actor, OK? And he`s

trying to manipulate you.

GRACE: And again -- I`m sorry, Mike. Go ahead.

WALKER: I`m not trying to forgive Charlie Sheen at all. Charlie Sheen should have come out forthrightly the minute he knew he had this affliction

and just said it. And he probably would have come out all right because, look, already, even with everything that`s going on in social media you see

a lot of people saying, oh, I like Charlie, he`s a nice guy. You know, he could have told the truth and survived all of this.

GRACE: You know, I think people are rallying to support of anyone who is suffering with HIV. Including me. But hiding it from lovers and, again,

Alan Duke, editor in chief, leadstories.com, we can`t confirm that he kept it a secret from him. That is what some of the women are alleging, so

you`ve got to decide who`s telling the truth, Charlie Sheen or the ladies. And now I hope, Walker, that you and Alan Duke have on your seat belts

because they`ve apparently contacted Gloria Allred. OK?

Don`t get into a fender bender with this lady, all right, much less this. So we can`t confirm, Duke, that he did or did not keep a secret from them,

right?

ALAN DUKE, EDITOR IN CHIEF, LEADSTORIES.COM: No, but I`ve received contact from 44 women in the last week who have told me that they had unprotected

sex with him without knowing. One is meeting with a lawyer this afternoon and also waiting for her test results.

GRACE: Dr. Dana Hawkinson, infectious diseases at University Kansas Hospital. Dr. Hawkinson, it`s always a real honor to have you with us.

And I want to clarify that Mike Walker is correct on one thing at least, Mike Walker, and that is that it is highly unlikely you`re going to get HIV

through a kiss, or is it? Tell us.

DR. DANA HAWKINSON, INFECTIOUS DISEASES AT UNIVERSITY KANSAS HOSPITAL: No, that`s correct. HIV is spread through body fluids, such as blood, semen

and vaginal secretions as well as breast milk, but infection from HIV through saliva, tears, urine, feces is extremely unlikely.

[20:44:00]

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

GRACE: Live, Indianapolis. Please raid the mansion of former Subway Sandwich superstar pitchman Jared, after he catapults the multimillion

dollar giant to the stratosphere. Police raid his mansion for child porn. Secret recordings of Subway`s Jared trying to set up child sex, asking -- I

just want to wash my mouth out with soap even saying this. Asking friends to let him see their children naked. One of the victims breaking her

silence as the pervy front man Jared Fogle demands the minimum. But as we go to air, Subway Jared collides head on with lady justice. Subway Jared

Fogle sentenced in a court of law.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: It`s finally judgment day for Jared Fogle. The disgraced former spokesman for the Subway sandwich chain pleaded guilty.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: What if we put a camera in your kids` room, would they be OK with that?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Yes?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Uh-huh.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Would you rather have it in your son or your daughter`s room?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: That`s from CBS and Peteski Production. Joining me right now is a very special guest. Joining me is Rochelle Herman, the FBI undercover

asset in Jared Fogle`s case who tape recorded conversations with Subway`s Jared.

Rochelle Herman, on behalf of every victim of violent crime I`ve ever known, including myself, including many, many child victims, I want to

thank you for what you did. It makes my skin crawl that you started this in 2007 and it took until today, 2015, to see him go to jail. But you

never let up. You never stopped.

And I want to ask you, while you`re sitting there, and I hear your voice going along with him -- you know, talking to him on wire.

[20:50:09] How did you keep down your emotions while he is talking about seeing children naked and arranging child sex? How did you do it?

ROCHELLE HERMAN, FBI UNDERCOVER AGENT: Well, honestly, I shut down. When I would hear him talk of this, I pulled back and just would shut down and I

would listen and hear what he had to say, and if you hear within the tapes, I really don`t say very much.

GRACE: No, you don`t. You say just enough to keep the conversation going. You actually say very little.

For those of you just joining us, a real hero. With me is Rochelle Herman, the FBI undercover person in the Jared Fogle case who met with lady justice

in the last hours.

Are you surprised, Rochelle, that, in court, his defense lawyers actually bring on experts to say the reason he became a pedophile was because of

what he was eating, that he had been a food addict, and he just replaced that with pedophilia.

HERMAN: I think it`s ridiculous.

GRACE: Ridiculous. I tell you, if I had done that, if I had heard that as a judge, I think I would have rejected the whole deal and told them to come

back ready for trial.

You know, for so long, Rochelle, I kept saying to CNN and HLN, there is an undercover informant. There is this woman, she`s there. She`s there. I

know she`s there. And here you are in the flesh.

Tell me how -- what made you decide to start wearing a wire on Jared?

HERMAN: It became too dangerous for me as a journalist to proceed seeking, you know, the story. I heard him say very outrageous things to me during

one of his visits. His very first visit as a matter of fact to our area. And he -- I had no choice. That was what I needed to do, and that was the

right thing, to go to the authorities, to bring this to the FBI.

GRACE: Warning, the audio you are about to hear from CBS and Peteski Production is extremely disturbing.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Would you let me see your kids naked?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Yes?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Mm-hmm.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: That would be OK?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Sure. They`re very comfortable.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: How old are your kids again?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Ten and 11.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Yes? You have a boy and a girl?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Yes?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I would love to see them naked. We`re going to have so much fun, baby. We`re going to have so many -- you have no idea. You have

no idea.

cameras and rolling out the red carpet, this army of seasoned pros knows exactly what it takes to make this evening memorable.

(On camera): How do you keep it fresh, Kelly?

KELLY FLYNN, SR. EXECUTIVE PRODUCER: Keep it fresh, 10 new heroes. Every year.

PEREIRA: Isn`t that clever?

FLYNN: Some great stories.

PEREIRA (voice-over): Host Anderson Cooper and A-listers galore turn out to salute our honorees for their work helping others. Rising music star,

Andre Day, was drawn to the evening`s positive message.

ANDRE DAY, SINGER: My purpose for creating a song in the beginning was that it`s something that was encouraging and inspiring and healing for

people. So I think it works well with the theme of tonight.

PEREIRA: A 21,000-pound blue whale rarely has to share the spotlight. But on this special night, our top-10 "CNN Heroes" will take center stage.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: The minute you walk into the place, you are just overwhelmed. It`s intense. This event is going to be spectacular.

PEREIRA: And maybe motivate all of us to make an impact.
