Prince`s Pain; Investigating the Death of Music Icon Prince. Aired 8-9p ET

NANCY GRACE, HOST: Breaking news tonight, music legend Prince dead at 57, the star found unresponsive in an elevator at his Paisley Park estate.

Tonight, who, if anyone, may be liable for Prince`s untimely death? Prince`s ashes carried out beneath a jacket to a secret resting place after

a simple $1,600 cremation.

The autopsy on Prince complete, but as of tonight, no official cause of death. Why? After claims Prince working 154 hours straight prior to his

death, bombshell tonight. We obtain that chilling call from the plane emergency touchdown just before Prince`s death. What does it prove?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: An unresponsive passenger.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: What caused the sudden death of Prince?

PRINCE: I never felt like this was going to be a rough time for me.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: We`ll be talking to people that are close to him. We`ll be gathering some medical records.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: In the end, the private Prince died alone.

GRACE: Mom of three Missy Bevers at Creekside church at 4:00 AM to teach aerobics. She`s murdered in the church, surveillance video catching the

killer in full police SWAT gear. Just before Missy gets there, the killer gets there, murders her and leaves, face hidden.

Tonight, focus shifting. Is the killer a jealous wife? As police nail down the husband`s fishing alibi, is the killer actually wearing motorcycle

gear, not SWAT gear? Could this one clue be critical?

GRACE: Good evening. I`m Nancy Grace. I want to thank you for being with us.

Bombshell tonight. Music legend Prince dead at 57, the star found unresponsive in an elevator at his Paisley Park estate. Tonight, who, if

anyone, may be liable for Prince`s untimely death?

Prince`s ashes carried out hidden beneath a jacket to a secret resting place after a simple $1,600 cremation. The autopsy on Prince complete, but

as of tonight, no official cause of death. After claims Prince working 154 hours straight before his death, we obtain the chilling call from the plane

emergency touchdown just before Prince`s death. What, if anything, does it prove?

Joining me right now, Ryan Young, CNN correspondent there at Paisley Park. Ryan, thank you for being with us. What, if anything, are you learning

there at Paisley Park? Are they still processing the home?

RYAN YOUNG, CNN CORRESPONDENT: Well, we know the scene was finished processing on Thursday. That`s what they told us. They handed it back

over to the family. And of course, that autopsy was done on Friday. That took four hours.

And outside that, investigators haven`t really given us that much information. We have seen them remain around the perimeter, but as far as

going inside and outside the house, that`s been up to the people who know Prince and had that memorial service on Saturday.

GRACE: Interesting. Interesting, Ryan Young, that the autopsy only took four hours but still no official cause of death at this hour. What can you

tell us about anything you`re hearing regarding cause of death? While an official COD has not been released, what are you hearing, Ryan Young?

YOUNG: So we know we nailed (ph) (INAUDIBLE) and started asking those questions. One of the things they told us, there was no outward trauma to

the body, so we know that, no suicide note was left.

And we do know that they -- of course, they processed the scene. There was a search warrant that was performed here, Nancy, but we don`t know what

they gathered from the house. It could take up to 10 days before they`re able to get all that information put into the court system so we can look

at the list to see what they got out of that house.

[20:05:02]GRACE: Ryan Young, CNN correspondent joining me on the scene at Prince`s Paisley Park mansion. Ryan, you mentioned there was no outward

trauma to Prince`s body. Question. Is it true that he was alone the night before his death? We understand that he was spotted going into Paisley

Park the evening before his death and that no one saw him from about 9:00 PM that evening until about 9:43 AM the following morning.

Bottom line, was anybody there with him?

YOUNG: Well, that`s a great question. I actually asked the sheriff that same question because we wanted to get that timeline secured, Nancy. We

were told that around 8:00, someone dropped him off here, and that Prince would routinely be here by himself.

There was no security here. I even asked if there were any cameras on the property. They would not share that information with us. But they believe

he was by himself from 8:00 o`clock, when he was dropped off, until the morning when staffers started calling him and they couldn`t get in touch

with him.

Those staffers rushed here and then obviously found Prince on that first floor, inside that elevator by himself. When EMS arrived here and tried to

resuscitate him, that did not work.

GRACE: Right. Right. Joining me in addition to Ryan Young, CNN correspondent joining me there at Paisley Park, Candace Trunzo, senior news

editor, Dailymail.com.

Candace, speculation is rife that Prince died of an overdose. That has not been confirmed. People are so anxious to blame his death on drugs or

alcohol. That has simply not been confirmed.

What can you tell us, Candace Trunzo?

CANDACE TRUNZO, DAILYMAIL.COM (via telephone): Well, you know, toxicology reports take some time. And until we get the results, we won`t know

exactly what caused it. What we do know is the reports were that when he was hospitalized -- remember when he performed on Thursday night and

Friday, the plane had to make an emergency landing so that he could be treated in a hospital. And we understand that the treatment at that time

was for some kind of drug, prescription drug overdose.

So we have to wait and see whether that was the cause or whether -- you know, he had the flu for many weeks, whether that developed into pneumonia

or something more serious with his heart or lungs. It`s all speculation right now.

GRACE: Candace Trunzo, Dailymail.com, you know, I`ve just got to ask you. We have not been able to confirm that that emergency touchdown had anything

to do at all with a drug overdose. Where are you getting that information? What do you mean treatment for a drug overdose?

TRUNZO: Well, apparently, they had to give him some kind of drug. And this is -- these are reports that are, again, not confirmed by

Dailymail.com. They are reports that are out there, and you can`t take them as gospel. But the treatment, we understand -- and that`s from other

reports have said that he was -- he was on some opiate and that they had to give him some drug to reverse the effects of it.

Now, whether or not that`s true, we`ll find out when the toxicology reports are released (INAUDIBLE)

GRACE: Well, what you`re referring to, Candace Trunzo, Dailymail.com, is called a "save shot" when people OD from drugs. But that is not confirmed.

I think people are really anxious to jump on that bandwagon.

We are just getting in -- referring back to what Candace Trunzo from Dailymail is reporting, we are just getting in that call from the pilot who

made that emergency touchdown just 48 minutes away from Prince`s home. He could not wait 48 minutes. Why?

Let`s see if there`s any clue about what Candace Trunzo is reporting about a save shot because I didn`t hear it.

911 OPERATOR: What`s the nature of the emergency? What`s the nature of the medical (INAUDIBLE)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: An unresponsive passenger.

911 OPERATOR: Was it a male or a female passenger?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Male passenger.

GRACE: OK, Candace Trunzo, Dailymail.com, I didn`t hear anybody say anything about a save shot.

TRUNZO: Well, I mean, there were no medical people aboard that plane. How would they know exactly why he was unresponsive? They wouldn`t. It would

be up to hospital personnel to determine what exactly was wrong with him and what he needed.

So I don`t know if anybody on the plane was equipped to actually, you know, give any kind of, you know, results of, you know, what was going on there

and why he was not responsive.

GRACE: Well, another thing. Let me go out to Dr. William Morrone, forensic pathologist joining us tonight, renowned toxicologist. Dr.

Morrone, when you hear Prince took an opiate -- OK, an opiate could be something as simple as Percocet, all right? I did that when I broke my

foot, all right? And I couldn`t tell any difference once I took one.

[20:10:09]So what I`m saying is it sounds so awful and nefarious, but it has been documented, or reported at least, that he had a chronic and

debilitating hip ailment that he may have taken a painkiller for.

If -- if -- there is any truth to these unconfirmed reports we`re getting from Candace Trunzo at Dailymail.com that there was an opiate, suggesting

Percocet involved, what would you expect, Dr. Morrone, for Prince`s body to show?

DR. WILLIAM MORRONE, FORENSIC PATHOLOGIST: If this was a terrible pain management gone wrong or if there was any other kind of substance use that

was questioned, any time you have too much of an opiate, you collect fluid in your lungs.

So the two most important things to come out of the autopsy is gross examination of the lungs -- and they weigh them to see how much they weigh,

and secondary, they take the lungs and they slice them in small pieces. And that`s why it takes four weeks. And they make slides and put them on a

microscope, and they look at the microscopic lung, and if there`s a pneumonia -- beyond bronchitis, if there`s a pneumonia...

GRACE: Dr. Morrone, no offense, you`re the MD, I`m just a Justice Department. But I asked you about Percocet, OK? Can you tell me -- if

you look at a body that has OD`d on Percocet, what will you see?

MORRONE: Here`s what you`ll see. The lungs are supposed to be a big air container. And if you overdose on Percocet, they`re going to be full of

fluid because there`s lack of a drive to breathe, and fluid collects in the lungs instead of air.

GRACE: OK, let me digest that, Dr. Morrone.

I`m hearing Ryan Young, joining us live at Paisley Park, has an update. Ryan Young, CNN correspondent, what can you tell me about Prince`s recent

illness?

YOUNG: Well, we do know that he canceled that show in Atlanta, and they say it was because of flu-like symptoms. He ended up playing that show,

actually did two hours longer the 10:00 o`clock show trying to fly back here.

We know he made that emergency landing. You heard the flight call from the pilots. But something very interesting here, Nancy. After having that

landing and having that emergency, that Saturday, that very next Saturday, he tweeted out a tweet about a local music store here and showed up to that

music store, told everybody he was OK, and had a party here at Paisley Park and actually came out and talked to the fans and told them to save their

prayers and not to believe everything they were reading.

So he said he was fine, and he walked around that stage. And everyone that we talked to who was attending that party says he looked great. So it`s

kind of unbelievable that...

GRACE: Well, Ryan -- Ryan...

(CROSSTALK)

GRACE: Ryan Young joining me in Paisley Park. That doesn`t sound like the flu because if he had the flu, he would be laying flat in bed. So that

negates all this discussion about dying of flu-like symptoms. Joining me there at Paisley Park is Ryan Young.

The death investigation into music icon Prince rages on amidst rumors rife of an OD on Percocet.

Unleash the lawyers, Randy Kessler, Atlanta, Robin Ficker, Maryland. Robin Ficker, I`m not buying into the whole drug OD thing. I need to see more

evidence. I need to hear something from the autopsy report and that toxicology report.

But Robin Ficker, if there is any truth to it, whoever gave him the Percocet, you don`t think the cops are going to hunt that person down? Who

gave Prince Percocet and he died? That`s a criminal investigation, if these facts are true.

ROBIN FICKER, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: Well, it sounds like the over-prescribing doctor that Michael Jackson had. But when that plane made the emergency

landing, there must have been some blood work or urinalysis to determine what drugs were in his system, if any. They need to go back...

GRACE: I`m not ready...

FICKER: ... and look at those records and talk to those doctors.

GRACE: ... to accept this because there`s no question Prince was a devout Jehovah`s Witness.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: In the weeks leading up to his death, the flu was blamed for postponed concerts, an emergency plane landing and a visit to

the hospital. His body was found Thursday morning slumped in an elevator.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: We are going to leave no stone unturned.

GRACE: You`re seeing Prince`s last performance of "Purple Rain" off Twitter.

Tonight, we are learning that the medical examiner is refusing to release an official cause of death. Why? We also learn that there was no visible

trauma to Prince`s body. What, if anything, does that mean, that he was alive and well on Tuesday night before his death amid rumors swirling that

a drug overdose is responsible? Many find that very difficult to digest as Prince was a devout Jehovah`s Witness.

And joining me right now, Rick Ross, an expert in Jehovah`s Witness cases, as we go inside the Kingdom Hall temple where Prince worshiped. Isn`t it

true -- to Justin Freiman -- oh, everybody, here`s photos from Dailymail.com of the Jehovah`s Witness Kingdom Hall. This is the church

attended by Prince. And it`s not some huge cathedral with ornate paintings and carvings and statues, but Prince was a believer.

[20:20:14]Justin Freiman, isn`t it true, the last time you attended a Prince concert, he actually handed you Jehovah`s Witness material?

JUSTIN FREIMAN, NANCY GRACE PRODUCER (via telephone): That`s right, Nancy. It was during the musicology (ph) show at Madison Square Garden. And

halfway through the show, he would actually walk around in front of where the stage was and hand out copies of "The Watchtower" which is a

publication from the Jehovah`s Witnesses.

GRACE: Everybody, you`re seeing Prince`s music video "1999" from Warner Bros.

Rick Ross, thank you for being with us. Rick, reports that Prince had a chronic and debilitating hip problem that caused him excruciating pain,

possibly from jumping off of surfaces wearing the heels that he wore, from years and years of entertaining.

Is it true that Jehovah`s Witnesses do not condone blood transfusions?

RICK ROSS, EXPERT ON JEHOVAH`S WITNESS (via telephone): Yes, Nancy, they don`t. And they frequently will make arrangements with hospitals

particularly that use blood substitutes or a machine called a cell saver so that they can have essentially what they would consider bloodless surgery.

So many Jehovah`s Witnesses will avoid getting certain surgeries because they fear that a blood transfusion may be necessary in certain situations.

GRACE: OK, let me understand something, Rick Ross. What would be violative of Jehovah`s Witness teachings to get a blood transfusion? What

is supposed to be wrong with a blood transfusion?

ROSS: Jehovah`s Witnesses will cite the Old Testament dietary law in Deuteronomy and Leviticus prohibiting eating blood. And they interpret

that to mean a blood transfusion. And a Jehovah`s Witness will choose death, and many die each year. And the courts have intervened in regards

to minor children, forcing parents to allow blood transfusions for them. So this is a very serious article of faith for the Witnesses, and many

people have died as a result of it.

GRACE: Well, what about -- do Jehovah`s Witness allow drugs? And I don`t mean illegal drugs.

This is "Purple Rain" from Warner Bros., everybody.

Can you take -- for instance, can you take Percocet and be true to your faith?

ROSS: Yes, you could take a pain reliever, and you could receive many other medical services. Jehovah`s Witnesses simply prohibit blood

transfusions. So other medical care could be given. And for example, you might do an epidural series for pain relief or seek other care from an

anesthesiologist or pain management from a doctor.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: There were no obvious signs of trauma on the body at all.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Wednesday night 8:00 PM was the last time anyone saw Prince alive.

GRACE: That`s Prince`s last performance of "Purple Rain" off Twitter.

We want answers in the death of music icon Prince. At first, it was said he died of complications of the flu. That doesn`t make sense to me because

he was spotted out that Tuesday night fine, fit as a fiddle, reassuring his fans, out riding a bike. So why is he dead and unresponsive in an elevator

in his home?

We have narrowed down a timeline, this amid rampant reports a drug overdose not of an illegal drug but of a pain killer, Percocet, was involved.

Candace Trunzo, senior news editor, Dailymail.com. Candace, explain to me -- everybody, here are the videos of Prince out riding his bike a few days

before his death. That does not look like the flu to me.

So Candace Trunzo, where are these reports coming from regarding a potential OD?

TRUNZO: Well, the reports are coming from various other news media that when he was forced to -- when the plane was forced to go down after he did

his concert Thursday night, Friday he was on his way back to the Minneapolis area -- plane couldn`t even make it. They were 10, 15 minutes

away. They actually had to land so he could be treated.

And the scuttlebutt is, is that he was treated for an overdose, an overdose of Percocet. Now, whether this factored into his death is anybody`s guess

at this point.

But he was in pain. He did have issues with his back. He wore those high heels all the time. And it`s very possible that he -- now, another thing.

He was riding his bike. Where was he riding his bike? He was going to Walgreen`s. And he went to Walgreen`s drug store several times in a row.

What was he picking up there? What was going on? What kind of drugs was he getting, or what was he doing at the Walgreen`s? That`s still yet to be

answered.

GRACE: Well, there`s no suggestion whatsoever that illegal drugs are used. Right now, just dealing with the reports that a regular pain killer for his

hip condition may have played into his death, unconfirmed.

PRINCE: It`s so important to let your gift be guided by something more clear.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Prince has died.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Staff members from Paisley Park had been able -- had been unable to contact Prince yesterday morning and went to check on him.

They found him unresponsive and called 911.

[20:35:00] UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Do a chart for a medical at Paisley Park, 7801 Audubon road, for a male down not breathing. Rescue has been started

en route, person down not breathing. CPR started 10-4, CPR started 949.

GRACE: That is the 911 call that we obtained calling EMT`s to Paisley Park after the discovery of Prince`s body unresponsive in the elevator. We also

obtained tonight that dispatch call from the plane asking for an emergency touchdown to try to save Prince`s life just before he`s found dead.

Now, an unconfirmed report that that was to treat some type of a drug O.D. with a save shot. That is absolutely not confirmed. Alan Duke, editor in

chief, Leadstories.com. What more can you tell me about the cause of death? I`m very concerned that the medical examiner is not releasing it. What have

we learned?

ALAN DUKE, EDITOR IN CHIEF OF LEADSTORIES.COM: Well you know, we`re not going to know for a month or more because of the toxicology report.

GRACE: What have you learned?

DUKE: Well, I`m worried about this insomnia thing. His brother-in-law comes out and says that Prince hadn`t slept for 154 hours. This reminds me of

what we`re finding out about this time after Michael Jackson`s death. Ultimately we found he really hadn`t slept for two months. Did Prince had

insomnia? Did that lead to something else, because insomnia can kill you?

GRACE: OK. Hold on just a moment. Dr. William Morrone, this, in my mind that -- I don`t know what Alan Duke from leadstories.com is talking about,

because Michael Jackson died by having a continuous drip of Propofol so he could go to sleep at night, all right? Prince had nothing like that.

What is he saying about insomnia? Is it possible to go six days without sleeping, how could that contribute to his death and it is true that

Percocet can keep you awake?

MORRONE: I agree with Alan and you don`t going to want to fight me on this, but the last thing you want to do is even if you have a touch of the flu or

a little bronchitis or pneumonia, you add fluid to your lungs.

GRACE: Oh, with the jar of water again.

MORRONE: If you`re an insomniac, you reach out and take a normal sleeping pill, you`re adding fluid to your lungs. And then if you add Percocet and

it slows down your heart rate and your respirations, you`re adding fluid to your lungs. Each one of those prevents you from gas exchange, reduced

oxygen to your brain and you stop breathing.

GRACE: I think I got it that time, Morrone. Adi Jaffe, addiction specialist, Co-founder of Alternatives Behavioral Health. Adi, help me out

here, what do you know about Percocet?

ADI JAFFE, ADDICTION SPECIALIST AND CO-FOUNDER OF ALTERNATIVES BEHAVIORAL HEALTH: Look, I`ve dealt with a lot of celebrities, a lot of actors who

can`t go to sleep on a regular basis as Alan pointed out.

And what happens if they try to do anything they possibly can, their schedules are packed, they take these pills over a long periods of time

whether they have a pain or not. You know, these pills help people fall asleep but they`re incredibly psychologically and physically dependence

producing.

GRACE: Are you talking about Percocet because that`s what I`m asking about, Adi. Are you talking about Percocet and if Percocet.

JAFFE: So Percocet is specifically.

GRACE: Speeds you up or slow you down?

JAFFE: Percocet is a combination of acetaminophen, Tylenol and Oxycontin. So it`s essentially two painkillers combined. The other thing that didn`t

get mentioned is you can really have Tylenol overdose and really gravely affect the liver that can cause hepatic failure, then death by itself.

So really combining Percocet with or Oxycontin with Tylenol can cause other issues that are completely unrelated even to the opiates by themselves.

GRACE: To Stacey Newman, what can you tell me about this claim he worked for 154 hours straight before his death?

STACEY NEWMAN, NANCY GRACE PRODUCER: Well, this is a report from his brother-in-law who said he last spoke to prince the weekend before his

death and apparently, he had been up six days straight cranking out music and working and working and working before his death.

GRACE: Is that even possible, Dr. Morrone, 154 hours straight without pause?

MORRONE: It is not possible healthy wise. It`s possible to do it with caffeine. It`s possible to do it if you`re manic and there`s an underlying

psychological disorder, but it`s not healthy to do that. And it makes the heart and lungs go crazy. And you`re on the verge of mental illness when

you miss that much sleep.

[20:40:00] GRACE: OK, unleash the lawyers. Randy Kessler, Atlanta, Robin Ficker, Maryland. I want to go back to what we`ve said earlier. Randy

Kessler, if any of these reports are true, I mean, look back whenever there have been high profile cases and drugs were involved and I`m talking about

illegal drugs.

That is not the case here, but if someone was supplying this to Prince, that someone is in big trouble, Kessler?

RANDY KESSLER, ATLANTA ATTORNEY: Well, there are a lot of answers we can speculate all day long. But if he had a legal prescription and he needed

certain medications, that person is not in trouble. If somebody knew that it was wrong or didn`t have the authority to dispatch it or it was not

prescription, then yes, there would be a problem. We`re going to look everywhere because cases like this generate this much interest.

early morning fitness camp at Creekside Church of Christ. She was killed there early Monday before her students arrived.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: That we ask the public to analyze the footage once again, watch the mannerisms, walking style of the suspect.

GRACE: Robyn Walensky joining me, senior news anchor of TheBlaze. We`ve taken a very careful look at this outfit. Let`s take a look at the

motorcycle gear. Robyn Walensky, I believe these may be motorcycle boots, a motorcycle helmet and motorcycle gloves, and what tipped me off was these

pants are necessarily police S.W.A.T.

ROBYN WALENSKY, SENIOR NEWS ANCHOR OF THEBLAZE: They`re not. To my eye, the pants Nancy actually looked like BDU`s that the firefighters and the police

wear. I also believe that the outfit -- it looks like it was put together like a costume. It`s not really an official S.W.A.T. outfit.

GRACE: Which leads to all sorts of motorcycle related implications, is that why no vehicle was seen outside the church because there was no vehicle to

see? Because a person was on a motorcycle instead that could be easily hidden? Guys, with me right now is a special guest, Marsha Tucker, missy`s

mother-in-law, Mark Garcia, her friend and fellow trainer.

missy was?

MARSHA TUCKER, MISSY BEVER`S MOTHER-IN-LAW: Well, Missy was -- she was very goal driven. I mean, for her to get up at that time of morning, and she did

that throughout the week to you know, go teach people. And she just loved it. She was always on the go with her girls, you know. They were in sports

and, you know, going here and there. She did give 100 percent.

GRACE: Miss Tucker, was her husband worried about her going to teach aerobics so early in the morning?

TUCKER: Well of course, I mean, you know, anybody would be. I mean, go to work in that early in the morning. I mean, you just -- you can`t help, you

know, but having some concern. But she was trustworthy, you know, in thinking that everybody else was.

GRACE: Everyone, take a listen to the sister`s theory.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: A lot of us, including myself, really feel that she was targeted. When I think and think about this, the only thing I can think

of is you`re not going to see where a woman may be jealous of Missy.

They stole -- they put fear in our hearts. They changed these girls` lives, my nieces` lives. They will never have a mother you know, help them with

their wedding day, help them with their prom, boyfriends. They will never have that. That person took this from them, from us.

(END VIDEO CLIP) GRACE: That`s from NBC 5 Dallas. That`s missy`s sister-in-law with the theory that this could -- the killer could be a jealous wife. Mark Garcia,

a very dear friend of Missy Bevers and fellow trainer is with us. Mark, thank you for being with us.

MARK GARCIA, MISSY BEVER`S FRIEND AND FELLOW TRAINER: Thank you for having me, Nancy.

GRACE: Mark, I`d like to hear your theory on this whole thing. What was your initial reaction when you hear Missy had been murdered, there in the

church, just before a boot camp exercise class?

[20:50:00] GARCIA: Nancy, I was distraught. I mean, I immediately started crying and my initial reaction was to think that it wasn`t true. I started

praying, I was praying to God said it was all just -- just a horrible rumor.

And I called missy, I texted her, I Facebook messaged her, I didn`t hear anything and the rumors kept coming in. And then finally someone said,

yeah, it was Missy. And I was just heartbroken.

GRACE: Mark Garcia, what do you think at the theory that the killer could be a woman, potentially a jealous wife, because there is absolutely no

evidence whatsoever this woman was taking part in any illicit affair or ever had, for that matter?

GARCIA: You know, as far as the identity of the killer, you know, it could be a man or a woman. I do not think that she was at the wrong place at the

wrong time. Someone definitely was there for missy.

No one dresses up in S.W.A.T. gear to rob a church on a Monday morning and you know, I just -- my heart goes out to her family and all her other

friends.

GRACE: Mark, I agree with you on your theory. To Susan Constantine, body language expert, you`ve taken so much time poring over all of this. What do

you think, Susan?

SUSAN CONSTANTINE, BODY LANGUAGE EXPERT: You know, today I`ve looked at three new videos. I saw the new footage that came out and one thing that

I`ve gleaned from this information is this suspect was very comfortable in this environment.

In fact, when you watch the stride, as this person was walking throughout the halls, it was very at easy, you know? When I was watching the eye

movements, I was watching to see the head movement as well and there was no rapid movement of fear or anxiety. So that was telling me that the person

that killed her knew what they were doing and was very familiar with this environment.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Police say this person in black tactical gear killed Bever by breaking into the Creekside Church of Christ, where she showed up

to teach an early fitness class.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: We`re just thinking and someone said -- someone was stalking her. Now maybe, it was just -- unless it`s just a crazy person who

can`t make a stand out of his craziness.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I don`t think she was at the wrong place at the wrong time. I feel like someone was after her. Why, I don`t know why.

GRACE: Justin Freiman, what can you tell me about the additional claims that we are hearing regarding a motorcycle outfit versus S.W.A.T., and more

importantly, answer this first, have police nailed down the husband`s alibi, the fishing alibi?

FREIMAN: Right, Nancy. They actually said they`re still working on that nailing down that alibi. Remember, he said he went to Biloxi, Mississippi,

to go fishing so it shouldn`t be that hard.

It`s full of casinos with lots of cameras and hotels with lots of cameras. And if he went fishing, probably had to go out on a charter boat, which

means there were other people there as well.

GRACE: Well, the mother-in-law is with me. Marsha Tucker is with us, who is handling an incredible burden right now, with the three little girls. Miss

Tucker, thank you for being with us. We believe the husband was out on a fishing trip in Mississippi, isn`t that correct?

TUCKER: That is correct. This has been planned. He`s done this for about three years in a row. He`s done it every year and looks forward to it. They

were actually delayed one day but they went ahead and went because of the weather and the ocean, wherever they were going.

GRACE: Was it one of those charter boats?

TUCKER: It is a charter boat, but I`m just not sure who it was. It was one of our vendors that had you know.

GRACE: You know, Ben Levitan -- and another issue I`m thinking about is her cellphone and can they do a cellphone tower dump and find out who else had

a cell phone in that area at the time of the killing?

BEN LEVITAN, TELECOMMUNICATIONS EXPERT: Nancy, you`re absolutely right. This is four in the morning. There aren`t very many cellphones in the

network. Not only should we be able to - we should be able to -- the police should be able to very easily determine the movements and location of every

cellphone in and around the church that morning, even if they weren`t being used, Nancy. So as much, it should be fairly easy to identify a suspect,

Nancy.

GRACE: And to Dr. Greg Cason, a psychologist out of L.A., the psychopathy behind someone who wants to dress up like a cop, that actually dress up in

motorcycle gear, what`s that mean?

GREG CASON, PSYCHOLOGIST: Well, it means they`re trying to get in a great deal of power. Look at him, Nancy, they`re dressed like some sort of

S.W.A.T. team member or cop, they`re all in black, they look tactical and they look ready for business.

So they want power and that`s consistent with someone who feels powerless inside. And thus it could be somebody who`s trying -- who`s small in

stature or trying to hide their identity, like a woman and a jealous woman would not be inconsistent with that theory. But it could be just somebody

who doesn`t believe alone that they could carry out this.
