GRACE: Good evening. I`m Nancy Grace. I want to thank you for being with us.
Bombshell tonight. Is an arrest imminent in the murder of exercise mom Missy Bevers, Missy stabbed dead inside the local Midlothian church?
Police now convinced Missy`s killer actually videos the murder as it occurs -- let that sink in -- videoing or photographing the murder as it occurs.
The mom of three, Missy Bevers, at Creekside church 4:00 AM to teach aerobics. Surveillance video inside the church catches the killer
disguised in what appears to be police SWAT gear arriving just before Missy does, murders her, then leaves.
We reveal in the last hours that Missy dies from multiple stab wounds to the head and chest, police refusing to disclose details of where on the
head and chest she was stabbed. Why?
But breaking right now, we obtain secret police search warrants that reveal breaking news in the investigation into Missy Bevers` murder. Joining me
right now, Robyn Walensky, senior news anchor with The Blaze joining us out of D.C.
Robyn, what we have learned in these search warrants and through police sources is staggering. And now is an arrest imminent?
Robyn, take a look at what we have pulled out of the search warrants, first of all, revealing that the police, who is the affiant, believes and charges
that at the time of the commission of the murder of Missy Bevers, the exercise mom at church, the suspect was in possession of a cell phone for
the following purposes -- confirming through social media where she would work out, the times and locations, communicating in the nature of calls,
messages, push-to-talk and walkie-talkie, using smartphone to photograph and record the murderous act -- record the murderous act -- record the
murder -- record the murder with a smartphone, to be specific, using those functional applications like a map locator, GPS, timing capabilities and
even the flashlight.
[20:05:00]Robyn Walensky, explain.
ROBYN WALENSKY, THE BLAZE NETWORK: You know, Nancy, they, the police are on this. They have the warrant. It sounds to me that this person might
have been a hit man or a hit woman. Why in the world would you record a murder? That`s just sick.
GRACE: You know, Ben Levitan, let`s follow up on what we`re learning from Robyn Walensky and the search warrants. Is an arrest imminent? We are
learning that police have isolated 11 target numbers -- 11 target numbers - - and have isolated a target.
Ben Levitan, telecommunications expert, how do they know? And they`re not saying could have, we think maybe. They are saying, We believe and charge
that Missy Bevers`s killer photographed and/or recorded her murder, that they were using the map locator, updates, even the flashlight on their
phone?
Explain, Ben Levitan.
BEN LEVITAN, TELECOMMUNICATIONS EXPERT (via telephone): Yes. So Nancy, three days after the murder, police ask the cell phone companies to give
them a list of everybody, every phone that was near the church, that was within five miles of the church between 3:00 AM and 5:00 AM on April 18th.
Then two days after that, the police investigators ask the phone companies to give them detailed information on 11 specific numbers, Nancy.
GRACE: Wait, wait, Ben. Wait, Ben. OK, you`re a warp speed ahead of me. Let me understand this. Ben Levitan, telecommunications expert out of
Raleigh, we have verified that three days after Missy Bevers`s murdered in the Midlothian church that police went to cell phone carriers and asked for
basically a data dump of all the cell phones that were used around the church.
And they can do this. They can download every cell phone that connected to these towers between 3:00 AM 5:00 AM. Now, remember, this is a very rural
town.
I mean, Lisa Pineiro, investigative reporter, about how big is Midlothian?
LISA PINEIRO, INVESTIGATIVE REPORTER (via telephone): About 20,000 people in Midlothian, Nancy. But you know, I think it`s important to point, as we
have before, that this church is in a very -- even though it`s right off the highway, it is actually in a very remote area.
And you know, I think, based on everything that I`ve read in these search warrants, the most important piece of information that they`re going to
gather is exactly this, which phone calls came off of the cell phone tower.
GRACE: Exactly. Exactly. And also, they`re learning, Ben Levitan, telecommunications expert, that there is evidence that there were -- and
I`m quoting, "intimate" -- I`m going to show you the search warrant in just a moment -- "intimate relationships outside the marriage."
Now, is that Missy. Is that the husband? Is it both? We don`t know. But that is what police are charging in the search warrants.
I want to go back to what you were saying, Ben Levitan, that within three days after Missy`s murder, the police go to cell phone carriers. They get
the cell phone tower data dump and isolate who was around that church between 3:00 AM and 5:00 AM. Her class was supposed to start at 5:00. She
was there around 4:00. And they have isolated about 11 target phone numbers.
Now, Ben Levitan, you said they then ask for detailed information about those phone numbers. Does that mean, did they use their flashlight, their
GPS tracking? What does that mean?
LEVITAN: Well, all they ask for was who -- what phones were in that area. Once they knew the phones that were in that area, two days later, police
went back and said, Give me all the activity of these phone numbers for all of March and all of April.
GRACE: Well, wait. Can you actually look at a phone, Ben -- can a phone carrier look at a phone and tell me if I took pictures at a certain time,
if I used video, if I used my flashlight? Can they do that?
LEVITAN: Nancy, you really need to get hold of the device, and the subpoenas indicate that the police did everything right forensically here.
Apparently, they have gotten hold of the suspect`s device, and from that device, it appears that he tried to erase a lot of information off of that
device, but they were able to recover enough...
[20:10:00] GRACE: OK. Oh, yes, OK. Unleash the lawyers, Alex Sanchez, New York, Troy Slaten, LA. Alex Sanchez, when you start doing mass deletes
on your phone, that doesn`t look good, Sanchez.
ALEX SANCHEZ, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: No, it doesn`t look good, but what was it that he deleted? Now, you know something? In order for the police to get
a proper search warrant, they have to have probable cause to believe there`s criminality on that phone. If there`s no evidence of criminality
and they unlock that phone, all that evidence is going to end up being suppressed. So I hope they`re operating under proper legal guidance, let`s
put it this way.
GRACE: OK, you know, I`m sure the Midlothian police appreciate your suggestion, defense attorney Alex Sanchez.
OK, let`s see the next tear, please, Justin. Take a look at this. We now have learned that Missy Bevers told a friend that just before the murder,
she, Missy Bevers, showed the friend a private message from Missy`s cell phone, her LinkedIn account. The message was from a male unknown to both
of them and the message was creepy and strange.
Now, police have identified another person of interest through this evidence, and they are saying the person of interest confirmed they engaged
in a series of communications that turned flirtatious and familiar, some intimate in nature. These have been extracted and also showed they were
deleted.
OK, hold everything. Ben Levitan, let`s go through what is LinkedIn. You know what I didn`t know about LinkedIn? You can actually have LinkedIn
chats, so to speak, Ben.
LEVITAN: LinkedIn -- now, we know what Facebook is. That`s social media. LinkedIn is focused on professional networking, just like you would go to a
networking event. Now, Mrs. Bevers would have been on LinkedIn to help promote her business and network with other people in her field. The
suspect, we believe, was involved in mixed martial arts. So he had an association to fitness. So the two of them would have linked up
professionally.
GRACE: Right. Right.
LEVITAN: It is unusual to -- yes.
GRACE: Everybody, Ben Levitan joining us. Tonight, we`re learning from police search warrants that they are exploring the possibility of intimate
relationships outside the marriage. What does that mean? Well, here is Missy`s husband speaking.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Have police at any time indicated you were a suspect?
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: No. Well, I mean, I`m part of the process, OK? I`m part of the process of elimination. They start from within, and they work
their way out. Here`s the deal. Everybody`s a suspect, OK? Everybody`s a suspect.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: In the real world, everybody`s a suspect until that person`s caught, OK? If you wasn`t a suspect until that person is caught,
they wouldn`t be doing their job.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
(COMMERCIAL BREAK)
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
[20:17:06]UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Could phones and social media hold the key to catching Missy Bevers`s killer?
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: We really do believe that somebody still knows that this person is out there.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Investigators have identified 11 phone numbers that they need more information on, information that could reveal who murdered
the mother of three inside a Texas church.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
GRACE: Is an arrest imminent in the murder of exercise mom Missy Bevers, a mother of three little girls? She goes to a super-early morning workout
boot camp aerobics class that she teaches at the local Midlothian church. She`s murdered in the church around 4:00 AM. The class is to start at 5:00
AM. What a coincidence, right?
But tonight, we learn police honing in on a target, and they say the killer photoed or videoed Missy`s murder as it occurred. We have obtained secret
search warrants. Let me show you what we have learned in our tear of search warrants.
Certain portions of footage, suspect appears to have a feminine sway, a distinct walk -- it goes on -- indicative of an injury that affects the
right leg or foot. Hold it. Did the person have some sort of impediment to the right foot? Have they had surgery? Do they have some particular
problem with the right foot or leg?
During the murder investigation, evidence recovered from cell phones and iPads on Bevers`s, Missy`s husband, and Missy Bevers from their iPhone and
iPad provides target numbers. Many of these messages have been deleted and confirm tips of an ongoing financial and marital struggle, including
intimate relationships outside the marriage.
Back to Robyn Walensky, senior news anchor, The Blaze Network. What?
WALENSKY: Nancy, when we started covering this story two weeks ago, I said the police are going to have to look at the company that these two were
keeping. What`s key to this case is there are 11 numbers that they are zeroing in on. I will tell you that 4 of the 11 are family members that
she was speaking to and 7 were other.
GRACE: Let`s take a look and a listen at Bevers`s husband.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: She was a companion. We enjoyed fishing. We -- definitely, we enjoyed going to the beach. We spent a lot of time at the
ocean. We`ve been together for 20 years. And over the 20 years, you know, our relationship evolved from this to that to this to that, and we`ve
managed to keep it, you know, held together all time.
[20:20:18]But at this particular venture (ph) in our lives, it opened up an opportunity for her to do something that was gratifying to herself, rather
than raising a family, constantly driving kids around, and she just -- like I said, she -- the camp (ph) (INAUDIBLE) opportunity came up.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
GRACE: To Kyle Peltz on the story. He goes on to describe his wife as very godly -- those are his words -- that she would text him and call -- or
call him every morning to say she loved him. But now, based on this search warrant, we are learning police say there are intimate relationships
outside the marriage, but they don`t identify Missy or the husband.
KYLE PELTZ, NANCY GRACE PRODUCER (via telephone): They don`t identify Missy or the husband, Nancy, but interestingly enough, this information is
coming from evidence they recovered not just from Missy`s electronic devices but her husband`s, as well. So they`re looking at everything here.
(COMMERCIAL BREAK)
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
[20:25:28] UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Newly released search warrants also reveal that Missy Bevers and her husband might have had ongoing financial and
marital struggles.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: We`ve been together for 20 years. We`ve managed to keep it held together all this time.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Investigators also mention an intimate personal relationship outside of the marriage.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
GRACE: Is an arrest imminent in the murder of exercise mom Missy Bevers? Missy leaves her three children asleep around 3:00 AM in the morning to go
the short distance to Creekside church. There she taught a 5:00 AM boot camp aerobics class. She gets there around 4:00 AM, plenty of time to get
back to the girls in time to take them to school. She never made it out of the church alive.
A killer dressed in police SWAT gear comes in, caught on surveillance video, murders her and leaves, the face covered throughout.
In the last hours, we obtain secret police search warrants that reveal a direct target in the grasp of police. I want to show you what we learned
in the search warrant.
Affiant, who is a police officer, believes and charges that at the time of the murder, at the time of the offense, the suspect was in possession of a
cell phone and had been in contact in some manner with target numbers. Probable cause to believe at the specific location of Creekside church at
that date and time of the murder, the killer possesses a cell phone and that cell phone transmitted or received captured electronic digital
signals.
I mean, to me, it`s over, OK? Ben Levitan, what about the I-cloud?
LEVITAN: Well, Nancy, a lot of -- most people should be backing up their phones and their devices to the cloud in case something happens to your
device. Police can access that cloud. And if the killer did have videos, those should be recoverable, Nancy.
GRACE: Unleash the lawyers, Alex Sanchez, New York, Troy Slaten, LA. Troy Slaten, I mean, I have learned that police can identify within a block of
where your cell phone is turned on, OK? You know that. Plus, they`re saying the killer, they believe, took photos or videoed Missy`s murder?
TROY SLATEN, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: Yes...
GRACE: Why would that person, the killer, be communicating with one of those 11 phone numbers that Robyn Walensky is telling us are family members
and close friends? I mean, all they`ve got to do now is ID whose phone was in the church at the time of the murder. I mean, wham, bam, right?
SLATEN: This should be a lesson to everybody to not advertise and publish where you`re going, where you`re going to be because it could be very
dangerous, especially if you`re engaged in extramarital affairs and having a marital financial struggle.
GRACE: I can`t argue that you`re wrong, but I will point out you completely avoided my question.
Dr. Daniel Bober, forensic psychiatrist, these two, yes, they may have had financial problems, but what couple doesn`t? What family doesn`t think
they have a financial problem, all right? I mean, there`s always the theory if money`s your problem, you don`t have a problem as long as you`re
alive and kicking. But they say they had financial problems. That does not a murderer make.
But what about what we are getting right here in the search warrant, that there`s one or more intimate relationships outside the marriage?
DR. DANIEL BOBER, FORENSIC PSYCHIATRIST: Nancy, of course, money problems or financial problems are the number one reasons that people go through a
divorce or have marital problems. But we know that, you know, women and men go outside the marriage for different reasons. So clearly, that`s
something that seems like it`s playing into this in terms of motive.
[20:30:00] (COMMERCIAL BREAK)
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Investigators say the mother of three who was killed in a church had recently received creepy messages from someone on social
media, someone investigators are now calling a person of interest.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Cops find broken glass on the floor. Nothing is missing. Cops believe the assailant used an unknown instrument.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
[20:35:00] GRACE: That`s from crimewatchdaily.com. At this hour is an arrest imminent in the murder of exercise mom Missy Bevers, a mom of three?
Her husband away in Mississippi at Chandeleur Island on a long, planned fishing trip. Police still nailing that alibi down, but tonight we obtain
secret police search warrants. And what we learn is astounding.
Did Missy`s killer actually record her murder and why? It`s very clear in the search warrant that the police believe and charge the killer either
photographed or videoed Missy`s murder.
Also, we learn that 11 phone numbers were identified, 11 mystery numbers. Robyn Walensky with "TheBlaze," you say those numbers are family and
friends with whom she corresponded frequently?
ROBYN WALENSKY, THEBLAZE RADIO NETWORK SENIOR NEWS ANCHOR: I want to detail this. Four of them are definitely people with the last name Bevers that are
related to her in some way. One of them is the husband. So that`s one of the four.
The other seven, Nancy, are friends and possibly other men that she was communicating with and possibly other women that she was communicating
with.
GRACE: So that would fall in the friend category. But we know that four of them -- did you say four are Bevers family members?
WALENSKY: One hundred percent, yes.
(CROSSTALK)
GRACE: OK, that leaves me with seven. And you say that`s a mix of men and women friends?
WALENSKY: Correct. Mixed bag.
GRACE: Does that include -- do you know, Robyn, everyone we have exhaustively gone through the numbers and are not revealing names of these
11 mystery numbers?
Does that include the person on LinkedIn that she`d been communicating with since January and the messages were in a flirtatious and intimate manner?
WALENSKY: You know, tonight, the police are not saying if one of those numbers is this LinkedIn crazy person who may have just been stalking her.
We don`t know if that`s the same person who`s in the church in the costume.
GRACE: Another question, let`s unleash the lawyers. then we go back to Ben Levitan, telecommunications exert, Alex Sanchez and Troy Slaten. To you,
Alex Sanchez, if they -- I mean, I want you to just get real for a moment, Sanchez, and take off the defense hat and just let`s look at it
analytically. You know, good or bad, for our respective sides.
ALEX SANCHEZ, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: I`ll try.
GRAVE: All right, so they have -- they have and charge that the killer had a cell phone on their person or with them in the church. They say that they
believe and charge that the killer was taking pictures or video of Missy during the murder.
Now, if they have that phone number, Alex, you`re a veteran trial lawyer, you and I have tried about the same number of cases, if they`ve got that
number, then why haven`t they made an arrest? What are they investigating?
SANCHEZ: That`s exactly what I want to know. If all the evidence that you`re saying is accurate, Nancy, they should have been raiding this
person`s house and to bring him to a court of justice already.
I - you know, I`ve read that search warrant. I think it`s very cleverly written to make it appear like they have much more than what they really
have. And I don`t think they ...
GRACE: Why?
SANCHEZ: ... really have that much.
GRACE: Why?
SANCHEZ: They seem to be throwing out a big net to try to capture as much information as they can.
GRACE: Hold on. Ben Levitan, when you ask, and this is perfectly constitutional, for a cell tower dump of cell phones within this -- this
square mile, so let`s just say one square mile of the church, all right, although they can identify it down to blocks with between 3:00 and 5:00
a.m. and they keep -- they see a phone in the church between 3:00 and 5:00 a.m. that is not Missy`s, of course they can -- of course they can get that
information, and what will it reveal, Ben?
BEN LEVITAN, TELECOMMUNICATIONS EXPERT: Of course they can, Nancy. It`s pretty -- I mean, that`s what you go into court with, you say. You know,
the police have done everything right in this digital investigation.
They`ve identified the numbers that were near the church. I have to give it to the lawyers. They can place that phone within one square mile, but one
square mile is equal to 484 NFL football fields. You cannot pinpoint it with the basic information that police are receiving.
[20:40:00] GRACE: Well, another issue here, and I want to go to Dr. Lee Norman on this, Chief Medical Officer, University of Kansas Hospital. Dr.
Norman, we know that Missy caught on video, the killer goes off a certain way, and then Missy follows straight into where the killer is waiting, we
thought, to ambush her.
However, she is stabbed multiple times in the chest and possibly the face, they say the head but they don`t specify where in the head.
So if she`s stabbed in the chest, she could very well have been called into the room, recognizes the voice and she`s stabbed in the chest. She`s not
running away from the killer, she`s going toward the killer, Dr. Norman.
Can you tell that by the wounds?
LEE NORMAN, UNIVERSITY OF KANSAS HOSPITAL CHIEF MEDICAL OFFICER: Yeah, you can tell with the angle and the distance from the assailant. You can tell a
lot about the device that was used, whether it was blunt or sharp. The wounds will tell a lot about the mechanism of injury.
GRACE: Everyone, there you see the killer. In these search warrants we learn police now believe the killer may have some sort of impediment to
that right foot, hence the gait, the unusual gait.
Now, we learn intimate relationships outside the marriage. No one is specified. What does it mean?
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
BRANDON BEVERS, MISSY BEVERS HUSBAND: As far as communicating prior to her Camps this morning, she got there pretty early.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: You haven`t heard from her that morning?
BEVERS: No.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: When was -- did you guys speak the night before?
BEVERS: Yes.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: And did you ...
BEVERS: Yes. Every day for the last -- every day for the last 10 months, she`s made it a point to text me at work that she loves me and have a good
day, honey.
When I finally arrived in Biloxi around 7:30, which was later than I was supposed to be there, you know, I spoke to her, and she said good night,
and it was still about 8:00.
And I`d called her anyway probably around 9:00 or 9:30 to tell her I love her, and she was already half asleep, and that`s the last time I spoke to
her.
[20:45:00] (COMMERCIAL BREAK)
GRACE: Jodi Arias bombshell, prison wedding after she slaughters boyfriend, Travis Alexander, leaving him slumped over dead in the shower following a
sex marathon together. Does Jodi Arias find love behind bars?
The dress. The ring. The cake. And does Arias actually say she`s going to have a baby behind bars?
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: According to a new bombshell report from "In Touch Weekly," convicted killer Jodi Arias is planning a dream wedding from
behind bars.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: You should have at least done your makeup Jodi, gosh!
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: A close friend of Arias tells "In Touch" that Arias has found love while sitting behind bars for the brutal murder of Travis
Alexander.
JODI ARIAS, CONVICTED OF MURDERING HER BOYFRIEND: They were my actions, and it`s my responsibility.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
GRACE: OK. Scary. "In Touch" reporting Jodi Arias prison wedding. Eight years after murdering boyfriend Travis Alexander in cold blood, it says she
has found love behind bars.
Hey, can you back that up for me? I want to see that picture of her holding -- there you go. OK, "In Touch," I got to hand it to you. I love the way
you photoshopped or doctored -- see, she`s got her hands handcuffed in the front and you know, somehow, expertly managed to put a bridal bouquet of
flowers in between the handcuffs, OK. I take my hat off to you for that.
OK, I want to go to Tammy Rose, investigative reporter. So the wedding, the cake, the flowers, what?
TAMMY ROSE, INVESTIGATIVE REPORTER: She wants the whole kit and caboodle. She`s looking for that fairy tale wedding, telling multiple people that she
wants the form-fitted white gown. She wants flowers ...
(CROSSTALK)
GRACE: Whoa, wait, wait, did you say a form-fitted white gown?
ROSE: Oh, yes, she wants it all. She wants the cake, the wedding, family and friends. She`s telling multiple people that she wants it all.
GRACE: "In Touch" is reporting this. Tammy Rose joining me, investigative reporter, that Jodi Arias is now planning a white wedding gown, a beautiful
cake, a ring exchange, a fairy tale wedding behind bars with a figure- hugging dress and throwing a bouquet of flowers. At who, Tammy Rose, the warden?
ROSE: Well, that`s a big secret. We`re trying to confirm the identity of this person. She`s not releasing it. We don`t even know if it`s a man or
woman. But she`s telling multiple people that she plans on walking down the aisle and, in fact, even having a baby.
GRACE: OK. All right. I want to go to Dr. Lee Norman, Chief Medical Examiner, University of Kansas Hospital.
All right, Jodi Arias having a baby? Now, it may seem impossible since there are no conjugal visits in that correctional institute, but all the
time, doctor, you have weapons, cell phones, drugs, reading material, all sorts of things smuggled in to inmates behind bars.
How difficult would it be to smuggle in, in a plastic bag, a sandwich bag, semen? How hard would that be? And how much would you need to effect a
pregnancy?
NORMAN: Well, it only takes one sperm cell to cause a conception to occur. It wouldn`t be hard to smuggle in fluids like that. And it does last for a
long time in a small container.
GRACE: What do you mean? With me, Dr. Lee Norman, Chief Medical Officer of University of Kansas Hospital. What do you mean it lasts a long time?
NORMAN: Well, you know, you can have sperm in a -- in a film canister or a Ziploc bag and it can last for five, six, seven, eight hours, the sperm
will still be viable. They`ll still be wiggling.
[20:50:00] GRACE: OK, good to know that technical medical term, they`ll still be wiggling. OK, Matt Zarrell on the story. Matt, what can you tell
us about her toothbrush orders?
MATT ZARRELL, NANCY GRACE PRODUCER: Well, we know from previous commissary orders that Arias has ordered 10 anti-shank toothbrushes in three months.
She had never purchased toothpaste during that time and I have to mention that former inmate Teresa Giudice claimed that during her own prison stint
in Connecticut she discovered that inmates use toothbrushes as sex toys, so take that for what it is.
GRACE: So I guess then the extrapolation is you get a bag of semen, smuggled in, in a plastic sandwich bag and get your trusty toothbrush and
leave the rest up to mother nature.
OK, Tammy Rose, where are these reports coming from and what can you tell us about her getting marriage proposals?
ROSE: Yeah. She gets about 50 to 80 letters a day. And according to her, she gets marriage proposals on a weekly basis.
I have talked to somebody who actually has correspondence with her. As far as he knows, he is not aware of who this person is, but he corresponds with
her every couple weeks, and she has a lot of people under her spell.
GRACE: OK, Alexis Tereszcuk, senior reporter, radaronline.com. You don`t believe it.
ALEXIS TERESZCUK, RADARONLINE.COM SENIOR REPORTER: Not in the least. The people that I`ve spoken with today, say Jodi Arias, there`s a reason why
she is not going to get married, because she is stringing along multiple men. Rich men, not even rich men, just regular guys that are spending her
money to pay for her toothbrushes and for her being now (ph) and there is no way she is going to get married and cut off her financial line from the
outside if she ...
(CROSSTALK)
GRACE: All right, Alexis, have you seen the cover of "In Touch"?
TERESZCUK: I have.
GRACE: OK, have you read it? It says prison wedding. Eight years after murdering boyfriend in cold blood. The dress, the rings, the cake, all the
outrageous details, and she is going to have a baby.
We`ll be right back. But a CNN Hero reaches a milestone. Planting its 1 millionth tree. Chad Pregracke, 2013 CNN hero. Tree planting campaign grew

CHAD PREGRACKE, 2013 CNN HERO OF THE YEAR: I started the million trees program just from being out here in the islands of the Mississippi river.
We started planting these trees to create more food for wildlife.
They hold back the banks of the river. It helps air quality. The roots should filter the water. Trees are a great thing and I really like trees.
What I love about it is, it has a lasting impact. One tree is really good but I think a million is even better.

BARRETT MARSON, FORMER DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS FOR ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS: Well, unless orange is the new white, Jodi Arias will not be
wearing white at her wedding.
She -- if she ever gets married in prison, it will be in the standard issue orange prison garb that she`s wearing today.
GRACE: But you`re saying she could get married but not in her mermaid white dress?
MARSON: Absolutely not. And not only that ...
GRACE: OK.
MARSON: ... she can`t have anybody but two witnesses and that`s it.
GRACE: Let`s go to a very dear friend of Travis Alexander. With me is Dave Hall. Dave, I want to hear your response. I think I know what you`re going
to say.
DAVE HALL, FRIEND OF TRAVIS ALEXANDER: Well, this is exactly why the family wanted the death penalty, put her on death row and keep the circus material
out of the media.
She is just continuously (ph) using them to increase her quality of life because the more men can send her money, the better lifestyle she`s got
behind bars.
GRACE: You know, I can only imagine how Travis` family is reacting to this. I mean, It is laughable on one hand but when you think about what this is
going to cause, you know, true or false, to the family to think this could happen? The family must be beside themselves.

And tonight, congratulations, Natasha Harth, 2016 military spouse of the year. Isn`t she beautiful? Wife, mother of two little girls. Lifetime
volunteer, dedicated to military families and our nation`s homeless. Founded D.C. charity. Be a blessing. Natasha, thank you for your service
and you`re beautiful on the inside and the outside.
"Forensic Files" next. Thanks to our guests but to you for being with us. Nancy Grace, signing off. I`ll see you tomorrow night, 8 o`clock sharp,
