Aired September 22, 2016 - 20:00   ET

THIS IS A RUSH TRANSCRIPT. THIS COPY MAY NOT BE IN ITS FINAL FORM AND MAY BE UPDATED.

[20:00:00] NANCY GRACE, HLN HOST: Breaking news tonight. High-ranking presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton aide`s husband busted, sexting raunchy

crotch shots to a busty brunette while his tot boy, just 4 years old, lay right beside him in the bed, the famous dad with one foot practically in

the White House now facing a major custody battle as Daddy brags he`s a, quote, "chick magnet" while sexting.

Breaking now. The father of a teen school girl is outraged tonight, as claims come to light the Hillary Clinton politico Anthony Weiner sexting

crude sex instructions with his little girl. And if this is true, how low can this man go? And is there a criminal investigation?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: The on-line sexting relationship allegedly went on for months between Anthony Weiner and a girl claiming to be just 15.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: (INAUDIBLE) rape fantasies.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: "The Daily Mail" reports she says he sent her numerous photos.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Asked me about masturbation.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: What "The Daily "Mail is reporting tonight may be far more serious than his previous scandal.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: (INAUDIBLE)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: That`s from Dailymail.com.

A Texas women`s university co-ed found murdered and dismembered in a local park, her remains found inside a plastic kiddy pool. Tonight, as we search

for clues left behind, stunning new details emerging. Just as we go to air, we obtain grainy surveillance video seemingly showing the handsome

stranger flirting and smiling up a storm at the soon-to-be murder victim.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Newly released security video seems to show Vandergrift (ph) and Brian (ph) walking into a Denton bar leading up to the night

police say Brian murdered Vandergrift, then inside drinking and laughing. They later seemed to leave together.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I am currently a junior here at Texas Women`s University, and my major is nutrition with an emphasis in wellness.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: That from YouTube.

A young 13-year-old girl, now a mother herself -- this little girl is a mother -- allegedly kidnapped by an Edwardsville (ph) man who takes the

little girl and her 2-week-old infant son, the young girl and her baby believed to be in extreme danger tonight at the hands of the girl`s 39-

year-old stepfather, Christopher Durleth (ph). Is this the stepfather`s baby? And will he try to, quote, "destroy the evidence?"

Good evening. I`m Nancy Grace. I want to thank you for being with us.

Bombshell tonight. High-ranking presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton aide`s husband busted, sexting raunchy crotch shots to a busty brunette

while his little boy, just 4 years old, lying right beside him in the bed, actually becoming part of Daddy`s raunchy sexting while the wife is away,

supporting the family, working.

Well, this famous dad with one foot practically in the White House now facing a major custody battle, and Daddy on line bragging that he`s a,

quote, "chick magnet" because of his son, while sexting.

Breaking right now, the father of a teen school girl is outraged tonight, as claims come to light the Hillary Clinton politico Anthony Weiner is now

not just sexting grown women, claims Weiner is sexting crude sex instructions with his little girl, a school girl! And if this is true, how

low can this man go?

But more important, is this a criminal investigation? Is an investigation pending right now based on claims that Clinton politico -- right there,

Anthony Weiner -- is now not just sexting other women outside his marriage to this beautiful wife of his, but now to school girls?

Now, Weiner insists it`s all a hoax. But if he was tricked into it, did he go along with it even after the girl says she`s 15 years old?

[20:05:04]Straight out to Candace Trunzo, senior news editor with Dailymail.com, who broke the story. Candace, what the hey is going on?

CANDACE TRUNZO, DAILYMAIL.COM: Well, Nancy, you know, Anthony Weiner`s been up to these tricks since 2011, that we know of...

GRACE: Whoa! Who, whoa, miss (ph) lady (ph).

TRUNZO: Yes?

GRACE: It`s not a trick. It`s not a trick when you`re talking about a child, this is a school girl, OK?

TRUNZO: Yes.

GRACE: This is a child.

TRUNZO: Yes.

GRACE: So you know, tricks may apply to, you know, him texting some sexy brunette while his wife is out making a living for the family.

TRUNZO: Right.

GRACE: Hey, guys, this is from Dailymail.com, what you`re seeing right now.

But this is a whole `nother can of worms, and tricks is not exactly how I would describe it. But go ahead, Candace Trunzo.

TRUNZO: Well, I mean, you know, I`m saying that up until now, it was his bag of tricks, but now it`s a whole different story because he has been

sexting with a 15-year-old high school girl since January. It started in January. It kind of diminished a little bit in April and continued on

through July. It`s been an incredible story that Dailymail.com has broken.

GRACE: I don`t understand exactly how you broke it, but I`m going to get to that in a moment...

TRUNZO: OK.

GRACE: ... because you guys actually spoke to the school girl, and now you have hidden her face and hidden her...

TRUNZO: Yes...

(CROSSTALK)

GRACE: It looks like the father is in the picture. This looks like a text that you`re saying he sent to her, and the language is so sexually crude,

what he says to this little girl. Let me tell you something, if a guy, a grown man had texted this to me, I would absolutely have slapped his lips

off.

This is from Dailymail.com. I want you to listen to what the girl says in her own words. Now, remember, it is heavily, heavily edited so the girl

cannot be identified by her voice. Listen.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: (INAUDIBLE) gradually escalated a little more each day. And at first, we started talking. We Skyped (INAUDIBLE) (INAUDIBLE)

He`d ask me about masturbation. Sometimes, it would be like role play. He would pretend like he was a teacher, and I was a student. He`d talk about

me sitting, like, at the front of his class and taking me after school in school girl outfits, like parochial school girl outfits (INAUDIBLE)

He had some, like, rape fantasies, just (INAUDIBLE) him showing up at my house while my dad was out of town and just start undressing me, being

forceful, asking me if I wanted to be dominated, just strange questions (INAUDIBLE) just tried to change the subject.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: That is from Dailymail.com. And I want to tell you, I have a 9- year-old daughter and 9-year-old son. I -- I`m just imagining, if this is for real, how this father feels, how this family feels that their daughter

was targeted for this.

I`m not really sure how they ever even hooked up, to start with, on line. But we are getting breaking news right now that the U.S. attorney`s office

has issued a subpoena for Anthony Weiner`s cell phone.

Candace Trunzo, senior news editor, Dailymail.com, talking to a -- what is that, like, a middle school girl, about role playing and domination and

dressing her up?

Justin, while I`m talking, could you pull up some of the texts that he allegedly sent this little girl, please? And you know the ones I`m talking

about.

So Candace -- whoa, whoa, whoa! "I thought of you this AM, hard." "What did you think about," says the girl. "It`s embarrassing." "Tell me. You

can tell me anything. What was the nickname joke, Carlos Danger? If it makes you reminisce, we don`t have to." ``You can call me anything. I`d

like that." ``Would you like to call me something?" ``Mine." ``Smooth, I`d like to be yours."

OK, look at this. Keep going, please. It gets more and more crude. Here he is sending a picture of himself in a hot tub. "I have a secret about

you, but I`d rather tell you in your ear." "Well, I`m officially home from my workout." "Hard. Again."

Whoa, whoa, whoa! Wait a minute! Unleash the lawyers, Alex Sanchez, defense attorney, New York, Troy Slaten, defense attorney, LA, Brianne

Desellier, lawyer out of Miami.

[20:10:10]All right, Alex Sanchez, this is a school girl. For all of you parents that have your children in the room right now, please send them

out.

Where`s Sanchez? Because I don`t see him. "I`m hard," really, to a school girl?

ALEX SANCHEZ, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: He -- he`s got some...

GRACE: What`s your defense? You`re the defense lawyer.

SANCHEZ: He does have some problems. That I`m willing to concede.

GRACE: I know that. I`m asking you what`s your defense.

SANCHEZ: Yes, but you know, Nancy, everybody is concentrating on, you know, punishing this guy and trying to come down like a hammer.

GRACE: Yes?

SANCHEZ: The guy is sick, and in a perverse way, this highlights the fact that there are some people that have some uncontrollable impulses that they

simply can`t control in their lives. And that`s simply a fact. This guy`s got...

GRACE: You say that about any criminal!

(CROSSTALK)

SANCHEZ: He`s got a serious...

GRACE: OK...

SANCHEZ: ... psychiatric condition that needs to be treated.

GRACE: OK, I -- I...

SANCHEZ: Doesn`t mean he shouldn`t be punished, but he needs to be treated.

GRACE: I can see the other lawyers about to tune up, second verse same as the first. But to Dr. Bethany Marshall, psychotherapist. Bethany, uh-uh.

I`m not buying that. This is what -- how many times has this guy been busted? And he`s got this beautiful, successful wife who he`s about to

ride her coattails right into the White House, for Pete`s sake! I mean, what is with him?

BETHANY MARSHALL, PSYCHOTHERAPIST: Well, if he were my patient, I would guess he`s impulsive, a pathological need for attention, a very poor idea

of what`s going on in the mind of his victims, a need for power. He`s predatory.

You know, sex addicts, they want to keep themselves in a heightened state of stimulation all the time. And because of that, they push the envelope

in terms of their sexual fantasies. So this is not surprising to me that I see him going towards younger and younger victims and more and more out-of-

the-box sex fantasies.

GRACE: You`re seeing this from Dailymail.com who broke the story and is joining us tonight. Listen to their interview with the girl.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: He asked me what I was wearing. (INAUDIBLE) Then he asked me to take my clothes off and just started saying all these

(INAUDIBLE) sexual things. But he knew I was in high school (INAUDIBLE)

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

[20:16:20]UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: The on-line sexting relationship allegedly went on for months between Anthony Weiner and a girl claiming to be just

15.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: (INAUDIBLE) he asked me about masturbation.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: He called her baby and told her he woke up thinking about her and was "hard." And it got even more aggressive.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: That is from Dailymail.com. Justin, can you please pull up more of the texts, the texting that was uncovered by -- whoa! OK, hold on.

Michael Christian, have you read this?

MICHAEL CHRISTIAN, NANCY GRACE PRODUCER: I have.

GRACE: And?

CHRISTIAN: I would not phrase it that way, if I was talking to a 15-year- old girl, a 50-year-old woman, a 60-year-old man. That`s just not appropriate for an on-line exchange.

GRACE: "I would bust that tight" -- a vulgar description of a lady`s genitals -- "so hard and so often, you would leak and limp for a week."

Hold on! I just want to soak that in for a moment -- "that you would leak and limp for a week."

Candace Trunzo, senior news editor, Dailymail.com, where did you get these texts?

TRUNZO: Well, Nancy, we`ve been investigating Weiner ever since that photo emerged of him with a bulging crotch lying next to his 4-year-old son in

his bed. And in our investigation, we learned that he was having a sexting relationship with a 15-year-old. And of course, you know, we did a

thorough investigation. It`s not only, you know, maybe there`s a 15-year- old, she is 15 years old. We`ve seen her and we`ve talked to her. We`ve done all our due diligence, and this is what he`s done.

GRACE: He is saying, Candace, that it is all a big hoax. Now, I`m not really sure what he`s...

(CROSSTALK)

TRUNZO: He`s not. He`s not. He`s saying it`s likely a hoax, number one. And the reason he`s saying that is because back in April, he asked her --

she told her teacher and she told her father about the relationship. He asked her if she would help him out, and you know, write a letter and deny

that it ever happened.

She did that. She sent it to false e-mail addresses, sent him a copy. So she kind of recanted, but she didn`t really because this is what happened.

And the proof is in the pudding. The proof is in theses texts, the photos, our interview with her, her father, and all of the other due diligence that

Dailymail.com did.

GRACE: Everybody, you are just seeing a shot of the front of "The New York Post." You know, Candace Trunzo, senior news editor with Dailymail.com,

everybody`s going berserk and talking about this as it relates to politics. Is it going to hurt Hillary Clinton`s campaign? Is Trump happy about this?

You know what? I don`t give a fig about that.

TRUNZO: Right.

GRACE: What I don`t want is for this to have occurred and nobody do anything because he`s untouchable, because he has run for office...

TRUNZO: Right.

GRACE: ... because he is a political honcho. In fact, that makes it worse for me because he`s got a duty to the people, including this girl.

TRUNZO: Of course. And he is not untouchable, Nancy. Investigations are going on as we speak. The U.S. attorney`s office has -- in New York is

subpoenaing his cell phone. And we`ve learned also that the NYPD, the special victims unit, is launching an investigation into this. So I mean,

he`s facing a lot of problems, and well he should.

[20:20:08]GRACE: This is from Dailymail.com, and joining us is Candace Trunzo, the senior news editor.

Ashley Willcott with us, certified child welfare law specialist. You know what`s pitiful also, Ashley, is that, allegedly, he tries to get the girl

to recant and to tell her teachers and other adults that she made the whole thing up. I mean, that`s even making it worse. Not only is he trying to

engage her, which is a totally inappropriate relationship, which could be grounds for endangering a child, lewd and lascivious behavior, enticing a

child for indecent purposes, but then asking her to lie, as well.

ASHLEY WILLCOTT, CERTIFIED CHILD WELFARE LAW SPECIALIST (via telephone): And that`s the problem, Nancy. Any time you have a child victim, the are

vulnerabilities that predators prey on, right? And so he`s preying not only on a child, but he`s using that and trying to manipulate and use it to

his advantage to comment further crimes and say, Hey, don`t tell anybody.

This man is a predator, if these things occurred, and should not be around or contact children unsupervised, period.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

[20:25:22]UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: When asked about the "Daily Mail" article alleging he had a sexting relationship with a 15-year-old girl, Anthony

Weiner neither confirmed or denied sending the text. He told CNN in a statement, "I have repeatedly demonstrated terrible judgment about the

people I have communicated with on line."

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: Unleash the lawyers, Brianne Desellier, Ashley Willcott, Alex Sanchez, Troy Slaten. Troy Slaten, when you neither confirm nor deny

anything -- I mean, this guy didn`t take part in enticing a minor or lewd and lascivious behavior by sexting her, complete with photos, I might add,

allegedly. Wouldn`t you say, No, I didn`t do this, I did not do this?

TROY SLATEN, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: Well, he claims to have evidence, and he claims that he has given the media this evidence that she`s recanted her

story and that she said that nothing inappropriate happened. And so whether or not he enticed her to say that, that`s another story.

But you know, he faces in state and federal prosecutions up to 30 years in jail if this is found true. So these are very serious allegations.

And I want to -- it`s very important to note that there`s no allegation that he ever did anything hands on with anyone. This is all fantasy. This

is all just...

GRACE: Put him up, please.

SLATEN: ... no different than...

GRACE: You could say that about...

SLATEN: ... than some people reading pulp fiction.

GRACE: This is a minor, OK? So your argument is right out the window. And discussing with her and encouraging her to take part in sex talk and

role playing and discussions of, I`m going to hit your genitals so hard that you`re going to limp and leak for a week -- really?

SLATEN: Look, if that`s true, that is a crime. But there`s...

(CROSSTALK)

GRACE: Yes, you`re darn right it`s true.

SLATEN: He didn`t set up a date with her. He didn`t show up at her house. He didn`t do anything like that. There`s no -- the other guest that said

that he...

GRACE: So your point is what?

SLATEN: ... he shouldn`t be allowed to be around children -- you know, there`s no allegation he`s ever done anything hands-on.

GRACE: To Candace, senior news editor, Dailymail.com, I`m trying to figure out what he means by, "This is a hoax." Does it mean that, I was tricked

into this conversation, sexting with a child, or does it mean, This conversation never happened? What is he saying?

TRUNZO: Yes, he`s not denying that the conversation happened. And he admits to Dailymail.com that he had flirtatious messaging with the girl.

He certainly admitted that to us.

What he`s trying to do is say that he didn`t say some of the more lurid things that he said to her and maybe she`s not 15. We know for a fact that

she is 15.

GRACE: We know she`s 15 now. I don`t know how old she was when all of this started, you know? I`d like to know that, too. And...

TRUNZO: Well, she was 15 in January when this started. She was 15.

GRACE: And what is the father saying? Are they saying they`re not seeking legal action? What are they saying?

TRUNZO: There are several reasons that he did not go to authorities. You know, she was -- she had some emotional issues because of this. She really

begged him not to go to authorities. She told her father that it was consensual, and it was. It`s not that he forced her into it.

GRACE: Well, wait a minute. Trunzo, wait a minute. Brianne Desellier, a child cannot consent to sex play, just like they can`t get married. They

can`t enter into a contract. They can`t walk to a car lot and buy a Mercedes because they`re children. They cannot enter into contracts or buy

cigarettes of alcohol for a reason. She couldn`t consent to this!

BRIANNE DESELLIER, ATTORNEY: Exactly.

(CROSSTALK)

DESELLIER: And she can`t consent. She doesn`t have the legal capacity to.

GRACE: She does not! So guys, listen to this from Dailymail.com.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: It just gradually escalated a little more each day. And first we started talking. We Skyped (INAUDIBLE) He commented on my

body. He asked me about masturbation. Sometimes, it would be like role play. He would pretend like he was a teacher and I was a student. He`d

talk about me sitting, like, at the front of his class and taking me after school with the school girl outfits that -- a parochial school girl

outfits, like plaid skirts.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

[20:30:00] (COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: The online sexting relationship allegedly went on for months between Anthony Weiner and a girl claiming to be just 15.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: He had some like rape fantasies.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: The "Daily Mail" reports she said he sent her numerous photos.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: He asked me about masturbation.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: What is the daily mail is reporting tonight may be far more serious than his previous scandals.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: ... undress ...

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: That`s from dailymail.com. And with me is the senior news editor from dailymail.com, Candace Trunzo, who broke this story.

Candace, I`m telling you, I am going to be burning up if this investigation is not legit. What we`re learning right now is that the U.S. Attorney`s

office has subpoenaed records for Anthony Weiner`s phone, for his cell phone. Marc Saltzman, technology expert, what are they looking for?

[20:35:00] MARC SALTZMAN, TECHNOLOGY EXPERT: Evidence. You know, if he`s saying this was a hoax, this didn`t happen, it wasn`t me, they are doing

their due diligence. They`re going to look at his phone records.

It starts locally. So you look at files on the phone. There is, you know, even over-the-counter forensics tools that will let you look into these log

files to see if he had texted anything or used an app where he had written or sent any photos.

And then it goes to the carrier level. So then you start contacting the cellular provider or the internet service provider and see what evidence

they have of any illicit conversations or media exchanged.

GRACE: To Candace Trunzo with dailymail.com, in the text, which -- I imagine this Candace, what you guys managed to get that you have shared

with us tonight ...

(CROSSTALK)

CANDACE TRUNZO, DAILYMAIL.COM SENIOR NEWS EDITOR: Yes.

GRACE: ... can you imagine what the U.S. Attorney`s office is going to be able to get, with all of their technology, right?

TRUNZO: Yes, because I think that what we got is probably the tip of the iceberg. These are things that the girl saved, but there were other

exchanges, Skyping, things that -- that I mean, who knows what will be uncovered by -- by the authorities?

GRACE: And I guess what he`s trying to argue is this was a hoax, and that the daughter and the father were in on it together to try and, I guess,

shame him or what, blackmail him, because they`re not seeking any money, are they?

TRUNZO: To what -- to what end -- to what end would they -- would she want to expose herself? And she has exposed herself, because Anthony Weiner has

given out her, you know, her information to various media.

GRACE: Whoa, whoa, wait, wait, wait. Weiner gave out the girl`s ...

(CROSSTALK)

TRUNZO: Yes.

GRACE: ... name and information?

TRUNZO: I`m not sure about name, but he certainly gave out her e-mail address which would need (inaudible).

(CROSSTALK)

GRACE: Well, hold on just a moment. Actually, I think I may know a little about that.

TRUNZO: Yes.

GRACE: Michael Christian, when we sought out Weiner, and he gave our show a statement, did he refer to the girl`s name or e-mail?

MICHAEL CHRISTIAN, NANCY GRACE PRODUCER: What he did, Nancy, was he released a letter that he says that she wrote to a teacher or a mentor. And

in that letter, attached to it was her e-mail address and her name, so people were able to track her through that.

(CROSSTALK)

GRACE: Oops! There it goes. You know, let`s bring in Ashley Wilcott and Dr. Bethany Marshall. You know, Dr. Bethany, another aspect of this is I

remember so many child victim cases that I prosecuted, and the -- the little girls, or boys, would feel like it`s their fault.

They would be afraid to say anything, that somehow, you know, trying to take up for the -- the target, and that`s what this little girl is doing.

She said she would write her teachers and say, you know, this didn`t happen, I take it all back, he`s a fine person, thereby saying it`s her

fault.

DR. BETHANY MARSHALL, PSYCHOANALYST: And because he manipulated her, Nancy. I mean, these are all the child predator techniques. Manipulate the

child, try to turn her against her own father, try to make her feel that she`s at fault and all of this, try to isolate her from her teachers, try

to get her to engage in acts that she imagines are pleasurable.

So then when the child feels some sort of satisfaction that getting attention from the adult, then they think it`s their fault and they turn

the blame and the aggression against themselves, rather than holding the adult responsible.

GRACE: Marc Saltzman, technology expert, the prosecutors and the office of the U.S. Attorney have issued a subpoena for Weiner`s cell phone and other

records, which I`m curious to know what those records are.

According to "Law Enforcement", the FBI and the NYPD have opened preliminary investigations on the allegation that this former congressman

exchanged sexually explicit texts with a purported under-aged child.

The allegations first surfaced in the "Daily Mail", who is with us tonight, and the photos you`re seeing is also from dailymail.com.

So Marc, here`s my elementary question to you. If this girl or he, Weiner, deleted the text or the photos, can they be re-created? Can they be brought

back from the dead?

SALTZMAN: In many cases, yes. The longer you wait, however, and if this started back in January, the harder it can be. And that`s where you go from

examining the device locally to the carrier level because they may -- and they likely do, have data of at least a proof of a text message

conversation between the two, if not the contents of that conversation, which I don`t think ...

(CROSSTALK)

GRACE: You know ...

SALTZMAN: ... he`s denying. It gets more difficult though, Nancy, with Skype, for example, Microsoft does not record or save any real-time video

chats between two people.

(CROSSTALK)

[20:40:00] GRACE: So it`s going to come down to the phones themselves. That`s what I think you`re saying. Candace, you know, I`m curious, how did

you guys first find out about the girl? I mean, how did she get in touch with Weiner, a grown, married man, former congressman? How did they ever

connect?

TRUNZO: Right. You know, she`s a politically astute kid. She knew about Weiner and his scandals. She was fascinated by him. She decided that she

wanted to write a book about him and she reached out to him on Twitter. She admitted that she did.

And so they started engaging in conversations that were at first very innocent, about school, about his life, and then it became more and more

intimate, more and more, you know, sexy, if you will. And that`s really how it happened.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

[20:45:00] GRACE: A Texas Woman`s University coed found murdered and dismembered in a local park. Her remains inside a plastic kiddy pool.

Well, tonight, as we search for clues left behind, stunning new details emerging. Just as we go to air, we obtained grainy surveillance video

seemingly showing this handsome stranger flirting and smiling up a storm at the soon-to-be murder victim.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Investigators saying it was Charles Bryant who took her life, dismembering and burning her, leaving her body in a plastic

children`s pool in a park.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Tarrant County Medical Examiner`s Office has identified that body as being 24-year-old Jacqueline Vandagriff of Frisco.

JACQUELINE VANDAGRIFF, VICTIM: I think there I`ll have it (ph) so that I can receive direct messages from anyone. So, just send me a message, and

thank you for watching.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: That is from the victim`s YouTube page. Robyn Walenski, senior news anchor at "TheBlaze" network, this new video that we have obtained, what is

-- let`s roll it while she`s talking, Justin. Robyn?

ROBYN WALENSKI, "THEBLAZE" NETWORK SENIOR NEWS ANCHOR: You know, Nancy, it`s interesting, because I`ve studied this video, I`ve been watching it

and I will tell you that they look really comfortable together and they`re flirting and she moves her hair back in a flirtatious way. And then there`s

one scene in this video where she`s drinking out of a cup, hands it to him, he drinks out of her cup then she hands it back to her. So it`s like

there`s this very - there is a familiarity between these two.

GRACE: I wonder what we can learn from this, Stacey Newman.

NEWMAN: I think there`s one interesting thing we haven`t talked about. Who is the other woman in the video when they`re outside of the bar? This is a

second location, Shots & Crafts. We know that they went to this bar at about 9:05, 9:06, they weren`t there that long. They left at about 9:45.

So, they weren`t there that long of a time, and have police talked to the other woman seen in the video.

GRACE: To Ben -- oh, everybody, you`re seeing video from KDFW FOX 4, which has turned into an incredibly valuable piece of surveillance video. We`re

showing it to you tonight as well as this, where they`re talking out together, side by side.

To Ben Levitan, Telecommunications Expert, joining us out of Dayton tonight. Apparently, authorities are able to track Vandagriff, her

movements the last night she was alive. Explain to me how they`re doing it, Ben.

BEN LEVITAN, TELECOMMUNICATIONS EXPERT: Nancy, every time she used her phone, whether she received a text, sent a text, got a call, the phone

company kept a record of the cell tower she used and which side -- where she was in relation, was she north of that cell tower. That brings us down

to about a one square mile area. But following her activity for the night, they could see her moving south consistently through the whole night,

Nancy, and they knew exactly where she went.

GRACE: Joining me now is expert, Certified Death Investigator, Professor of Forensics, Jacksonville State University, Joseph Scott Morgan. Joe

Scott, what can we learn?

JOSEPH SCOTT MORGAN, CERTIFIED DEATH INVESTIGATOR: Nancy, you`ve got multiple layers here. You have a lot of things going on. First off, we know

that her body had been dismembered. She was found in the kiddy pool. The question I have is, did this occur at two separate locations where she was

-- or possibly even three, where she was essentially killed, then dismembered, and then placed into the kiddy pool?

The body has also been burned. What a lot of people don`t count on, they don`t understand how much work it takes to literally consume a body with

fire. This is a problem. You can`t just dump a gas -- a can of gas on a body and set it ablaze.

So, this took time. He didn`t do it sufficiently, because they were still able to fingerprint her. They were able to identify her body from the

remnants of her fingerprints left behind. He didn`t do a very thorough job.

GRACE: Guys, you are seeing a shot of the murder victim.

Very quickly, everyone, tooth decay, five times more common than asthma, obesity, more common than diabetes, can affect a child`s health

DR. EDWIN SMITH, CNN HERO: I`ve had people get up out of the chair, look in the mirror and cry. People who, before, wouldn`t even let you see their

teeth, and now they have these big, wide smiles. It`s one of the most rewarding things.

stepfather`s baby, and will he try and destroy the evidence?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Thirteen-year-old Katherine Derleth and her infant son, missing from a home in Illinois. Cops believe she was abducted by her

stepfather.

SHERIFF JOHN LAKIN, MADISON COUNTY, ILLINOIS: A 19-day-old child needs medical care that I don`t think a 13-year-old is prepared to deliver.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: Out to Tobias Wall, reporter with the "Belleville News-Democrat". Tobias, thank you for being with us.

TOBIAS WALL, "BELLEVILLE NEWS-DEMOCRAT REPORTER": Thank you Nancy.

[20:55:00] GRACE: This is just a little girl. She is 13-year-old, what`s that, 7th grade maybe? And she has a baby? And now her own stepfather

kidnaps her? Is this his baby? Is he going to try and destroy the evidence, i.e., the baby?

WALL: That we don`t know. That part of this whole - this whole story hasn`t been confirmed for us, but -- that much we don`t know.

GRACE: To Sheriff John D. Lakin. Sheriff, is it "Lay-kin" or "La-kin"?

LAKIN: "Lay-kin".

GRACE: Sheriff Lakin with the Madison County Sheriff`s Office. He is the sheriff.

Sheriff, I am sick about this. Any idea which way they`re heading?

LAKIN: Well, right now, we really, really appreciate you having ...

(CROSSTALK)

GRACE: Yes.

LAKIN: ... us on the show and taking the -- the effort to get this information out there because of the urgency in this case.

We have received information that the Derleth`s vehicle was last known to be traveling on -- Eastbound on I-77 in West Virginia, just south of

Charleston on Sunday afternoon at approximately 12:42 p.m.

GRACE: Sheriff, where do you believe -- oh, hey, hey, hey. Put that -- put the yard (ph) tag back up. Where do you believe they are headed, sheriff?

I want to get that tag out there to all the truckers listening tonight on "Sirius", E (Elephant) 83-32-10, Illinois tag plate, E (Elephant) 83-32-10.

Sheriff, where do you believe they`re headed?

LAKIN: Well, the initial information is that they were headed someplace in West Virginia. The information that we received from our investigation is

that Derleth left the area some time on Saturday evening or early morning hours of Sunday with sleeping bags and a tent ...

(CROSSTALK)

GRACE: Oh no.

LAKIN: ... and some merchandise. And some merchandise that would be related to a camping trip.

GRACE: Oh, no. Look at this car. Hold on, Sheriff. I`m showing the green `97 Mercury Villager Minivan. A `97 Mercury Villager Minivan. Please, help

us. This guy, her stepfather, has taken this 13-year-old little girl and her newborn baby.

Joe Scott Morgan, what evidence are we looking for? Help me.

MORGAN: yeah. This child, and she is a child, 13 years old, is going to be in need of postpartum care. She is not going to be able to take care of

this baby as well. The baby is going to have nutritional needs that a baby this young needs - so we`re talking about a child that`s only 3 weeks old,

and ...

(CROSSTALK)

GRACE: Oh, Lord!

MORGAN: ... the mother might have internal problems, as well, as a result of the birth. They have got to get to this child.

GRACE: Right. She is - isn`t this right, Tobias, with the "Belleville News-democrat"? She`s a 13-year-old little girl that had a cesarean

section, right?

WALL: Yes, that was a birth by a C-section ...

(CROSSTALK)

GRACE: Oh! Do you know what that ...

WALL: ... and then another health concern of hers is that she does have a pacemaker implanted in her. She`s had a pacemaker since she was born.

GRACE: Oh, my stars. Sheriff -- Sheriff John D. Lakin, Madison County Sheriff. Sheriff, I`ve got a bad feeling about this. Why did he do this?

What do we know, Sheriff?

WALL: Well, obviously, this is part of an ongoing criminal investigation in another -- adjoining county by Madison County. Obviously, as we`ve

heard, I mean, there are some - some grave concerns about the well-being of both the infant and the 13-year-old child.

(CROSSTALK)

GRACE: ... stars. To think what this girl has been through, Sheriff. Guys, please help them find this girl. She`s had a pacemaker since she was

a child. She`s has just given birth herself by cesarean. You ladies out there like me, you know how devastating that can be to your body. Tipline

(618) 692-4433. We don`t know where she is. We don`t know where the baby is. Please, all of you, be on the lookout for this young girl.
