Welcome to the weekend. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York.
ANDERSON: Happy Friday, I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood. And tonight buckle your seat belts and have the ear plugs handy, because Alec Baldwin as gone ballistic.
HAMMER: We`re about to play for you what may be one of the most shocking voice mails you have ever heard. Alec Baldwin calling the 11- year-old daughter he had with Kim Basinger and ripping her apart. Young Ireland has been caught in the middle of her parents` incredibly bitter divorce for years now. And while what you are about to hear is disturbing, not everybody is saying Baldwin is the bad guy in all of this.

BALDWIN: You are a rude, thoughtless little pig. OK?
HAMMER (voice-over): A new salvo in one of the most bitter Hollywood family battles ever. An angry voice mail left by Alec Baldwin, but it`s not for his Oscar winning ex-wife Kim Basinger; it`s for their 11-year-old daughter Ireland.
BALDWIN: You don`t have the brains or the decency as a human being. I don`t give a damn that you are 12 years old or 11 years old, or that you are a child, or that your mother is a thoughtless pain in the ass, who doesn`t care about what you do as far as I`m concerned.
HAMMER: Baldwin fuming because Ireland apparently missed an appointed time for a phone call.
BALDWIN: You made me feel like (EXPLETIVE DELETED) and you made me feel like a fool over and over and over again. And this crap you pull on me with this (EXPLETIVE DELETED) phone situation, that would you never dream of doing to your mother, and you do it to me constantly, and over and over and over again.
HAMMER: Remember the bitter fight for Anna Nicole`s baby girl Dannielynn? Child`s play. Baldwin and Basinger`s fight for Ireland has gone on far longer and led to more court dates than almost any other Hollywood custody battle.
HARVEY LEVIN, TMZ.COM: This is a kind of War of the Roses on steroids.
HAMMER: TMZ.com managing editor Harvey Levin isn`t saying how his celebrity website obtained Baldwin`s fiery voice mail, but here`s what he is telling us:
LEVIN: A, we got it legally, and B, I have reason to believe Ireland wanted it out there.
BALDWIN: You have humiliated me for the last time.
HAMMER: With this angry voice mail, Baldwin`s future relationship with his child is in serious danger.
LEVIN: Theoretically, the judge could strip him of visitation rights. So it`s pretty serious.
BALDWIN: You are the worst (INAUDIBLE) ever.
HAMMER: Baldwin is enjoying big laughs in revitalized career with his role on NBC sitcom "30 Rock," but he`s been co-starring in a real-life epic drama ever since Kim Basinger filed for divorce in 2001 after eight years of marriage. Now, six years later, the exes still haven`t worked out their custody issues regarding Ireland.
LEVIN: His feeling was Kim Basinger was keeping Ireland from him and alienating him.
HAMMER: The whole dispute has threatened to land Basinger in jail. She has pleaded not guilty to charges she violated Baldwin`s court ordered visitation rights. She hasn`t publicly said much about the matter. But in a rare interview you`ll see nowhere else but SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, she told our Brooke Anderson that going through everything in the public eye can be tough for her and her daughter.
KIM BASINGER, ACTRESS: We`re getting through it. It has taught me -- it`s been an invaluable education.
BALDWIN: You are going to chew your way through a concrete wall to access your child.
HAMMER: Recently on "LARRY KING LIVE," a less scary sounding Baldwin talked about the fight to see his daughter.
BALDWIN: You want to be with your child. That`s all I wanted. I never asked for anything other than that. And that was made almost impossible for me.
HAMMER: In a statement posted on his personal website about the voice mail message, Alec Baldwin says, quote, I`m sorry, as everyone who knows me is aware, for losing my temper with my child. I have been driven to the edge by parental alienation for many years now. You have to go through this to understand, although I hope you never do. I`m sorry for what happened."
Baldwin`s camp is suggesting Basinger`s attorneys may have leaked the voice mail. Basinger`s attorney released his statement, saying, quote, "I`m concerned that Mr. Baldwin`s recent statements, where he attempts to shift responsibility to Kim and her lawyers for his issues with Ireland, shows just how out of touch he is with the reality and gravity of the situation.
BALDWIN: You are a rude, thoughtless little pig. OK?
HAMMER: In the wake of the voice mail, TMZ.com`s Harvey Levin says Baldwin has already tried to patch things up with Ireland.
LEVIN: One of his friends actually called me last night and said that after he left that message, he had called Ireland. He apologized for what he had done to her.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Alec Baldwin`s nasty phone call.
HAMMER: But now that the raw emotion in this bitter fight has once again gone public, it could mean the end of Baldwin`s relationship with his daughter, or it could be the rock bottom point that leads to a long overdo resolution to the sad, sad family war.
LEVIN: Sometimes when things get so bad, so public, so embarrassing, you know, people will back of and it will be like having cold water thrown at them. And my guess is that things probably will calm down as a result of this.

HAMMER: Now this voice mail has become the subject of yet another round of bitter sparring between Baldwin and Basinger. Baldwin`s attorney tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT that she has filed a brief asking for a court hearing into how the tape got to TMZ.com in the first place, and another hearing, this one on Basinger`s contempt charges. That`s scheduled for next month.
ANDERSON: Baldwin`s tape tirade is just one of the many times the ugly Baldwin/Basinger custody battle has played out in public. Joining me tonight here in Hollywood, Glen Sacks, a columnist who frequently writes about father issues, and in Las Vegas tonight, investigative journalist Pat Lalama. Glen, Pat, thanks for joining us.
All right, Pat, when I heard this, I was appalled. I was shocked. What were your first thoughts when you listen to this angry tirade?
PAT LALAMA, INVESTIGATIVE JOURNALIST: Well, I have a lot of thoughts, but I`m going to tell you something that you might find surprising. I don`t find him to be the only culprit in all of this. I covered their divorce. So let`s start out with this: in all of the years that I`ve covered celebrity custody, visitation, divorce, blah blah blah, alimony cases, this was one of the meanest exchanges between two human beings --
Let`s put it this way, Brooke, if they could have taken each other hands and put them in each other`s eyeballs and thrown them out, chewed them up and spit them out on the ground, they would have done that. Now we all know family law cases are closed to the media, but we do get documents and we do read.
Some of the things these two people said about each other, some things that Kim Basinger was demanding in order, I think, to humiliate him were outrageous. So, having said that, they are both really not model people in that regard.
ANDERSON: That be said, you have heard both sides, do you think one is more to blame than the other?
LALAMA: I will tell you this: nothing that Alec -- let me just make it clear, I`m not a big fan of him off camera. I think he`s a great actor, but I think he`s got a little anger management issue in a variety of ways. And I have said things to my kid and I`ve gone, whoa, that was a little over the line. Of course I never called them pig. I think if you just took that, any good parent -- any honest parent would say, you know what, sometimes you just go over the edge. If you are provoked by an angry ex, which I think, I`m guessing, is probably the case here, he went over the edge.
If he would have just not said pig. She could be spoiled little something. OK?
ANDERSON: Well, you`re right, we don`t know what else had happened before the call, after the call. This has been very bitter for years and years and years.
LALAMA: What if her mother was standing there, over her, going don`t answer the phone.
ANDERSON: Who knows the situation surrounding that. Glen, I want to get to you, because nobody is saying what Alec did is right. However one of the things that Alec said is that Kim pushed him to the edge. I`m sure you probably hear that all of the time, don`t you?
GLEN SACKS, FREELANCE COLUMNIST: I do hear it all of the time in parental alienation campaigns, such as Kim has done to Alec Baldwin are very common. This campaign that she`s done for the last six years; it`s so bag bad that even Kim Basinger`s mother has come out publicly and condemned her daughter, said that Alec is a good father; he loves the daughter; the daughter loves him, and that Kim has done everything she can to drive him out his daughter as life.
This tape, what he did is wrong. There`s no question that it`s wrong. He should apologize. He has apologized, but let`s -- he lost his temper, but let`s look at it in the context of six years this man, his fatherhood has been hanging by a thread. He`s been trying to stay in his daughter`s life against every attempt by Kim Basinger to drive him out.
ANDERSON: But, but, but, Glen, do you think a judge is going to buy that excuse? Do you think Alec could lose visitation rights here?
LALAMA: No.
SACKS: I don`t think he is going to lose visitation rights. The judge might give him anger management. Who knows. But I think the judge, by this point, has to be familiar with all of the violations of Alec`s visitation rights and all of the things Basinger has done to help poison the relationship between him and his daughter. I don`t think the judge is going to swallow Kim Basinger`s version of the event here.
ANDERSON: Well there is still the issue, out of all of this whole unbelievable matter, of who leaked this tape. And Pat, if it turns out that Kim leaked the tape of her 11-year-old daughter here, is that going to make her look bad?
LALAMA: Of course, and it should make her look bad. Look, this is a hard situation to be in, because we aren`t there. But those of us who came from broken homes, and I was one of them, we know how parents can be with each other. You are going to see your father? It can get ugly. I feel for that kid. I said during the divorce proceedings, I`m counting the years before this kid starts to become really a part of the middle of this.
If she, in fact, meaning Kim, had anything to do with leaking this tape, then she is as egregious in abusing her child as he is. OK? End of story. Anybody wants to fight me on that, call me, because that is outrageous.
ANDERSON: The entire thing is outrageous. I agree with that. OK, Pat Lalama, Glen Sacks, we`re going to have to end it there. Thank you both for your insight.

ANDERSON: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood. Well, something happened in the Bahamas today at the Anna Nicole Smith baby battle that you may not see much longer. Howard K. Stern, Larry Birkhead and Virgie Arthur all in court at the same time. It was a custody hearing for Dannielynn. Nothing really got finalized today. The judge ordered everybody back next Wednesday, but Larry Birkhead, who was proven to be the biological daddy, said things went well. And he`s going to be making some travel arrangements pretty soon. Anna`s mom Virgie has been fighting for custody.
HAMMER: Well, tonight, as host Richard Dawson would say, let`s play the feud; family feud, Britney Spears style. As if the just out of rehab Britney doesn`t have enough problems, now her father, Jamie, is taking a couple of swings at her. In startling comments made to the "New York Post" Jamie says Britney`s problems are all her own fault. And wait until you hear what she has to say about that.
Joining me tonight from Hollywood, Howard Bragman, the founder of the 15 minutes public relations agency and in New York, it`s Jill Dobson, editor at large for "Star Magazine". Howard, Jill, a pleasure to have you on, both of you. And this all began when Britney reportedly fired her manager Larry Rudolph. This guy`s been with her for a long time. Her dad says that Larry is the one who finally convinced Britney to get into rehab and get the help she need.
Here is what she told the "New York Post," quote, "the Spears family would like to publicly apologize to Larry for our daughter`s statements about him over the past few weeks. Unfortunately, she blames him and her family for where she is today with her kids and career."
It really seems to me, Howard, that her dad is basically saying, Britney, you got to take some responsibility for the mess you are in. You got yourself there yourself.
HOWARD BRAGMAN, 15 MINUTES PUBLIC RELATIONS: It`s exactly what he`s saying. And part of being a grownup, part of maturity is accepting that all our parents are human and made some mistakes along the way. And whatever hand you were dealt, you have to play. And that`s where Britney has been deficient.
HAMMER: And it would seem to me that the smartest thing Britney could have done at this point is to not say anything. But instead, she responded to the fact that her dad put this statement out there about her, responding through her spokesperson, saying, quote, "I am praying for my father. We never had a good relationship. It`s sad that all of the men that have been in my life do not know how to accept a real woman`s love. I`m concentrating on my work and my life right now."
All of the men in my life, she says. It seems to me, Jill, she`s not just taking a swing at her dad, which is obvious, but also at her soon to be ex-husband Kevin Federline, among the other men in her life.
JILL DOBSON, "STAR MAGAZINE": It`s very clear that that`s what`s going on. It seems like she`s very emotional, very angry at a lot of people and she seemed to get off track in the course of that statement. Because saying men don`t know how to accept the love of a real woman is not really something you would ever say about your father. So really it sounds like she`s angry at a lot of people, particularly K-Fed and the ex- boyfriends of her life. And this statement is partially directed at them.
HAMMER: And she`s saying she`s concentrating on her life and career. And I`m thinking, well then don`t respond; stay out of this. I mean, Howard, you are the PR guru. Wouldn`t it seem that Britney should just kind of keep quiet, not say a thing about it, stop this public battle? She`s managed to lie relatively low since she did get of rehab and got that behind her. Should she not be focussing on positives in her life at this point?
BRAGMAN: A.J., you know my feelings. I believed Britney is addicted to publicity the way other people are addicted to drugs. And I think she has to wean herself. These family arguments are unbecoming for the people in them, even more unbecoming for the general public. And when I have a client who has stepped into something, we really try and be quiet. And we only talk when we have something positive to say.
HAMMER: But Howard, they have to you employ to suggest these things to them. But still, they seem to dig themselves into these holes and I don`t understand that. They will turn on the TV tonight, or they will open up newspaper tomorrow, and see this continue to unfold. It`s not good. Where is the sensibility there?
BRAGMAN: I don`t think there is any sensibility. I think that`s what makes it a sickness. I think part of her sickness is the craving for attention. And if I was a psychologist, I would look right back to her father and the relationship they have; and say she`s yearning for love and yearning for attention, because clearly she didn`t get enough when she was growing up.
HAMMER: Well in her statement she did say that she has never had a good relationship with her dad. Jill, what do we really know about Britney`s relationship with her dad Jamie? Was it always contentious? Has it been contentious recently?
DOBSON: We haven`t heard a lot about that. Only in the fast few months has Britney seemed to have strain with her family. But in September, when she had her baby Jaden, she gave him the middle name James, which is a family name. Her dad is named Jamie and her sister is named Jamie Lynn. And she seemed to get along with them pretty well until last few months.
What`s really interesting to me is the relationship with Larry Rudolph, because he managed her for 13 years and the day she legalized her marriage to K-Fed, she dropped Larry Rudolph. And the day that she announced that she had filed for divorce from K-Fed, she was seen ice skating hand in hand with Larry Rudolph.
HAMMER: Oh, I remember those pictures. It`s a shame because -- We don`t know this for sure, but he could be the guy who saved her life getting her into rehab. Jill Dobson, Howard Bragman, thank you as always. Have a lovely weekend.

ANDERSON: OK, when I heard this story, I was completely shocked. My jaw just dropped to the floor. There`s a rapper Camron. He`s a pretty big music star and he says he would never, ever help police in any way, even if he knew he had a serial killer living next door. Camron says it goes against his code of ethics and would hurt his CD sales. It would ruin his reputation with fans, losing street credit is the slang. Here is what he told CNN`s Anderson Cooper during a "60 Minutes" interview.

ANDERSON COOPER, CNN ANCHOR: Is there any situation where you think it`s OK to talk to the police?
CAMRON, RAPPER: Yes, definitely. Say hello, how you feel, everything all right, period.
COOPER: That`s it?
CAMRON: There`s nothing really to talk about with the police. I mean, for what?
COOPER: If there is a serial killer living next door to you though, and you know that person is killing people, would you be a snitch if you called police and told them?
CAMRON: If I knew the serial killer was living next door to me?
COOPER: Yes.
CAMRON: No, I wouldn`t call and tell anybody on him, but I would probably move. But I`m not going to call and be like, you know, the serial killer is in 4E.

But SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you the hottest trend here in Hollywood - well, it`s older women and younger men. It`s a stigma no more, and we`re going to tell you how the Hollywood vixens who snagged those younger men are making their relationships work.
HAMMER: But first tonight, Alec Baldwin`s unbelievable tirade against his 11-year-old daughter, caught on tape in a voicemail and leaked to the entertainment news site TMZ.com.
Now we`re going to play the whole thing for you. And in just a moment, I`ll be talking about whether Baldwin could actually lose the right to see his daughter permanently.
Now as you listen to this, keep in mind, Ireland, the daughter, is in the middle of a longtime custody dispute between Baldwin and his ex-wife, actress Kim Basinger. It has been called one of the bitter divorces in Hollywood history. When you hear this, you`ll know why.

ALEC BALDWIN, ACTOR: Hey, I want to tell you something, OK? And I want to leave a message for you right - because, again, it`s 10:30 here in New York on a Wednesday, and once again I`ve made an ass of myself trying to get to a phone to call you at a specific time. When the time comes for me to make this phone call, I stop whatever I`m doing, and I go and I make that phone call. At 11:00 in the morning in New York. And if you don`t pick up the phone at 10:00 at night, and you don`t have the (BEEP) phone turned on.
I want you to know something, OK? I - I`m tired of playing this game for you. I`m leaving this message with you to tell you, you have insulted me for the last time. You have insulted me - you don`t have the brains or the decency as a human being. I don`t give a damn that you`re 12 years old or 11 years old, or that you`re a child or that your mother is a thoughtless pain in the ass who doesn`t care about what you do as far as I`m concerned. You have humiliated me for the last time with this phone.
And when I come out there next week, I`m going to fly out there for the day just to straighten you out on this issue. I`m going to let you know just how disappointed in you I am, and how angry I am with you that you`ve done this to me again. You have made me feel like (BEEP). And you`ve made me feel like a fool over and over and over (INAUDIBLE) again.
And this crap you pull on me, with this (BEEP) phone situation that you would never dream of doing to your mother, and you do it to me constantly. And over and over again. I am going to get on a plane, and I`m going to come out there for the day and I`m going to straighten your ass out when I see you. Do you understand me? I`m going to really make sure you get it. Then I`m going to get on a plane, and I`m going to turn around and I`m going to come home.

HAMMER: Everybody in the studio is shaking their head in disbelief right now.
Late today, Alec Baldwin posted an apology on his Web site, saying in part - quote - "I`m most saddened that this was released to the media because of what it does to a child. I`m sorry, as everyone who knows me is aware, for losing my temper with my child. I`ve been driven to the edge by parental alienation for many years now. You have to go through this to understand, although I hope you never do. I am sorry for what happened."
Joining me tonight in New York, from the law firm of Chemtob, Moss, Forman & Talbert, attorney Susan Moss.
And celebrity divorce attorney Raoul Felder. Raoul is the author of the new book "Schmucks."
I think Alec Baldwin missed the curve on this one, Raoul. But let`s get right to it. As I said, this has been one of the most contentious, most bitter divorces in Hollywood history. Kim Basinger has even been charged with contempt of court for violating terms of the custody agreement.
All that said, despite whatever is going on there, now with this phone call, Raoul, is Alec Baldwin at risk of ever having visitation rights?
RAOUL FELDER, CELEBRITY DIVORCE ATTORNEY: Oh - oh, I - I can`t imagine judge listening to this would be anything but appalled. I mean, we saw the studio.
As a matter, this is not the first time. Her lawyer, who are mostly associated with (IAUDIBLE), he made pejorative comments about one of the lawyer`s physical appearance in the press. He doesn`t control himself. But could you imagine - he`s talking to an 11-year-old girl. She`s going to bear that the rest of her life. Her father called her names. And.
HAMMER: Yes.
FELDER: And, this - this is beyond horror.
HAMMER: Yes, I`m not a parent. But - but I have to say, I - I don`t know a parent who hasn`t at some point inappropriately spoken to their child. I don`t know if it`s been that severe, but certainly it does happen all the time.
How - however, it`s the last thing you want to get caught doing if you`re in the middle of a - of a custody battle.
SUSAN MOSS, DIVORCE ATTORNEY: Sticks and stones can break your bones, but words destroy a child`s psyche. These children hear those words again and again and again. And it is devastating.
I understand that Alex (sic) has been through hell for the last six years. But he is the adult, and you do not do this to a child.
HAMMER: It - it could be, as a few people have suggested since this came out - maybe this is Alec`s version of tough love. You know, maybe it`s so way out of context we can`t possibly have a grasp on it.
Still, not a good day, you know?
FELDER: But you know, A.J. and Susan, this is was not some comment of an exasperated father. This went on and on and on, beating this little kid over the head. This is cruel, inhuman treatment.
MOSS: Well, when you are involved in a custody dispute, you lose for better or worse the ability to turn to tough love. The judge is in control. And this judge has spoken. After listening to what she heard, they recorded, from Alex`s (sic) mouth - Alec`s mouth, `There will be no more visitation until there is a hearing in - on May 4.`
HAMMER: And your prediction, when that hearing takes place?
MOSS: When that hearing takes place, he will have supervised visitation, not only when he sees his daughter, but also during the phone call.
HAMMER: Oh, I imagine that would definitely be taking place.
HAMMER: I - I want to tell you what else Alec Baldwin has said. Because of - of course he had to react. And - and as we mentioned, he said he has been pushed to the edge. He released a statement saying that in the best interest of his child, he - quote - "will do what the mother is pathologically incapable of doing: keeping his mouth shut and obeying the court order."
So again.
FELDER: But the pathology is on him. I mean, he`s pathologically unable to do it.
MOSS: Well gee, that sounds like somebody who I want to have a conversation with. And it`s no wonder his daughter didn`t pick up the phone, if that is what she is going to be in for again and again and again.
HAMMER: And there may be contrition; he may put out statements like this. He may apologize.
Is there a judge in the world, Raoul, that would care, and say, `Oh, that`s a good excuse`? `Let - let him see the child.`
FELDER: No. No. You can`t put that genie back in the bottle here. And I - I can`t even see him getting any kind of visitation, even supervised for awhile.
I mean, he`s out of control. It sounds at some point - if that little girl was next to her, there would have been some kind of violence taking place.
HAMMER: So when he is saying these things about Kim Basinger being "pathologically incapable" of doing certain things, is - is the judge at all going to look at it and - and try to be a little bit objective and say, `Well, maybe we have to really take a harder look at Kim here, and how perhaps she is somehow culpable in - in parental alienation, if that`s in fact going on?`
MOSS: Well, certainly they`re going to look at Kim. But the focus is going to be on Alec himself. He can say those things to his wife, but when you say it to a child, it takes on a whole new light.
This is disastrous. This is something this child is going to remember forever and ever. It probably is going to affect her relationship with men in the future. And this is something that no judge, certainly this judge, will ever take lightly.
HAMMER: A lot of people are going to remember this forever and ever.
What if it does get out - what if it is true, as has been suggested by some people, that - that her people may have leaked this tape?
FELDER: Well, I - I know her people; I`ve worked with her for years. They`re not the kind of people that leaked it.
And even if they did, what are they going to say? She shouldn`t have recoded it?
HAMMER: Yes.
FELDER: In that situation, the mother should record telephone calls like this.
HAMMER: Well.
FELDER: How is the child going to be protected?
HAMMER: It was a voicemail message, so it`s getting recorded.

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, TV`s most provocative entertainment news show. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York.
Tonight, the secrets of stars and plastic surgery. Everybody was stunned to watch KISS rocker Gene Simmons, as he and his longtime girlfriend Shannon Tweed went under the knife together on their A&E show "Gene Simmons Family Jewels."
Well, that us got thinking: what other big stars have gotten nipped and tucked? And what have they had done?
Well, who better to tell us than Gene`s plastic surgeon, who has also worked on Janice Dickinson, rocker Vince Neil and many more? Dr. Frank Ryan is our Beverly Hills plastic surgeon to the stars. He joins me tonight in New York.
It`s good to see you, Dr. Frank Ryan.
DR. FRANK RYAN, CELEBRITY LASTIC SURGEON: Thank you.
HAMMER: All these stars are coming to you. You`ve worked with some incredibly famous people, all at some point in their lives looking for that fountain of youth.
But what - what is the primary reason they do make that decision to go under the knife?
RYAN: Well, you know, I think with the entertainment industry - to be honest with you, I think we as the public hold these personalities to a higher standard. How many times do you see a - a photo of a - of a celebrity in a tabloid, with maybe the - 60-year-old man with - a kind of beer belly. You say, `My God, what happened?`
HAMMER: Right.
RYAN: Well, he`s 60, first of all. That`s what happens to most people. And - but we seem to not give them the benefit of the doubt.
So I think what happens when you`re - when you`re visible like they are, you need to constantly maintain and look good for your profession, basically.
HAMMER: It - it really does come down to do whatever you can to sort of defy the aging process, I guess.
I want to talk about some specific stars now, and people that you`ve all worked with. I - I should be clear that all of these stars have been open about their plastic surgery; we`re not violating any confidentiality here.
Let`s bring up my friend Gene Simmons. He`s a handsome and powerful man. He`s 57 years old.
Shannon Tweed is his longtime partner. She`s 50.
Now when Gene was here, he told me he just did the surgery because - well, it was there. But what did he have done and why did he tell you he did it?
RYAN: Well, I think the biggest change in Gene, as you can see here, is the neck. You can see he`s getting very jolly, and the neck was very slack here, I guess you could say. And look at the jaw line now - we restored a nice, strong, masculine jaw line.
Now you notice, I didn`t take everything away. He`s still got this old, gray hair.
HAMMER: I see he`s got a big (INAUDIBLE) on his face.
RYAN: Yes, because you do that too much, and that`s when you get that wind tunnel look that most men - especially men - men and women, but most men don`t want. I mean, it feminizes them somewhat. (INAUDIBLE)
HAMMER: Well, no, we don`t want to do that to Gene.
Let`s move on to Shannon Tweed, his longtime partner. She seemed all gung-ho about getting this surgery done. What happened here?
RYAN: Yes, in Shannon`s case, we did - she had had a little work done. I had done maintenance on Shannon over the years, injectibles, Botox, et cetera. But in her case, we did a little bit to the - the cheeks. We did a face-lift. We did a little bit of straightening out of the nose. Did some fat injections in the lips. So we did kind of a - a subtle change to most of the face.
HAMMER: Now Shannon`s in her 50s, which is to a lot of people a lot more understandable than, say, somebody in their 20s.
Charles (ph), can we throw up the picture of Adrianne Curry? Because it strikes me that she`s just 25 years old. She won "America`s Next Top Model." She had to pose nude on that show. She`s been scantily clad on "My Fair Brady."
Why would she need to have plastic surgery?
RYAN: What many people don`t realize is - for example, Adrianne Curry or various models or actresses, many of them, when it comes to their breasts, which is what we did in her case - breast reconstruction or augmentation - her breasts were a full cup size different from side to side.
HAMMER: Ah.
RYAN: And so she would do a - a runway show, do a - a red-carpet event, and she`d have what they call "chicken cutlets" inside one - you know, an insert to augment one side.
Well, you know what happens, sometimes you`re down on the red carpet, and guess what? Her publicist would have to run out and tuck it back in. So this was more of a reconstructive thing in - in Adrianne`s case than actually cosmetic.
HAMMER: Another model, Janice Dickinson, 52 years old, claims to be the first supermodel in the world, she is very open for a long time now about all the surgery she`s had done.
Name a few things. Rattle off a little list of Janice`s work.
RYAN: Well, Janice has had some work before I did the work. When she was young, she had a face-lift, et cetera.
But we did a face-life in Janice`s case. I did fat injections to her face, to plump it up a little bit. Because the biggest challenge in Janice`s case is her body fat is - is single digits. I - it`s unbelievable. To be almost 55 years old with that little body fat, your face gets very gaunt. So for her to have such a nice round, youthful face, we have to inject fat into the face.
HAMMER: Just a few seconds, but quite a few people who are very young, in their 20s or even younger, do get surgery, don`t they?
RYAN: Yes, surgery in younger people is getting more and more popular. Of course, things like breast augmentation and rhinoplasty has always been popular in the younger age groups. But more and more people are getting face-lifts, especially actresses, in their 30s.
HAMMER: It`s fascinating stuff.
Dr. Frank Ryan, thanks for sharing some of those celebrity star plastic surgery secrets with us. I appreciate it.
RYAN: Thank you.
ANDERSON: Now, "Making It Work" in Hollywood and beyond, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s continuing coverage of stars who make their relationships work in Hollywood.
Tonight, one of the hottest trends in Hollywood: older men, younger men. From Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher to Susan Sarandon and Tim Robbins, we want to know, how do these couples make their relationships work?
I had the chance to speak with Daphne Brogdon, host of TV Guide`s "The Fashion Team."

ANDERSON: Daphne, good to see you.
DAPHNE BROGDON, "THE FASHION TEAM": Yes, good to see you.
ANDERSON: You know, I want to start with Tim Robbins, Susan Sarandon. Now these two have been together since they met on the set of "Bull Durham" nearly 20 years ago. She`s 60; he`s 48. They have two sons together.
What is about these two that just works?
BROGDON: Well, if anybody saw "Bull Durham," you know it`s s-e-x. I mean, my God, they had the steamiest love scenes. You know, and obviously, there was a great connection there.
And I think Tim Robbins is a smart guy, and he knows - which a - some of these guys do know, which is older women have great libido, and they are very - more self-confident. You know, they`re - they`re fun to be with. They`re not like the 24-year-old girl, like, `Oh, I`m needy, take care of me.` You know, they`re more like, `Look, I got my stuff together, you got your stuff together, great.`
And clearly, their politics is a - is a great bond. They`re both very strongly liberal. You know, they - they - they feel - got their convictions very - very deeply. So that`s a huge bond.
ANDERSON: On the same page there. And I love how you started that one with "s-e-x."
(LAUGHTER)
ANDERSON: Now, you know, you can`t talk about older women with younger men without talking about Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher. Now, Demi was 42; Ashton 27, a 15-year age difference when they got married a couple of years ago. A lot of people thought this would never last. But it`s lasting so far.
How do they - how do they make it work?
BROGDON: Aren`t they adorable? I mean, they look so cute together, really.
I think - you know, obviously, a big help has been that excellent ex-husband relationship they have, you know?
ANDERSON: Right.
BROGDON: I mean, that Bruce Willis has been like, `Hey, be a - be a second father to my kids. That`s great.`
And, you know, I come from - I`m in a blended family situation, and it makes a big difference if you`ve got that - that warmth and that support. Because you never really do get rid of an ex-spouse. So I think that`s a big factor.
And also just that they seem to be in kind of a - on a similar energy level, a similar style level. You know, they kind of go together. They - and also, Ashton Kutcher is very successful in his own right. It`s like Cher and the bagel boy, you know? They`re - they`re on par.
ANDERSON: Yes, they`re both independently successful, you`re right.
And you know, a lot of people forget that Madonna is 10 years old than her husband, Guy Ritchie. Madonna was 42; Guy Ritchie was 32 when they got married nearly seven years ago. They have a son, Rocco, together. Just recently they`ve adopted another son, David, together, from Malawi.
What do they have in common that just works?
BROGDON: Well, obviously, a - a commitment to their - their family. But I think also - you know, she may be older, but, my God, I know 20-year- olds that wish they had her body. I mean, she`s amazing, you know?
So Guy is - is not making any sacrifices there, with a - you know, in the physicality department.
But I think you got to give it up to him, because clearly, she`s a very strong woman; she would intimidate most people. And I think he has an aspect to him that`s sort of like, `Whatever, Madge. You know, settle down. I got - I got it. You know, I`m wearing the pants in the family.` And she respects that about him.
ANDERSON: Absolutely.
BROGDON: Because it would be really easy for her to have somebody that she could walk all over. But then she wouldn`t respect them.
So they - they go toe-to-toe and they`re equal partners.
ANDERSON: Good point. I also wanted to mention that Madonna has a daughter, Lourdes, from a previous relationship.

MCCORMICK: Once you`re an addictive personality, it`s something that`s not everyday, but it`s - it`s always a part of you. And I think it always will be.
HAMMER: Bulimia is the pressure - it`s - it comes from that pressure to be thin.
MCCORMICK: Right.
HAMMER: And it is something, as you said, that - that you always deal with. So it`s fascinating that you would do a show like "Celebrity Fit Club," which on top of a pressure you may or may not already feel, you on national TV are put out there to lose weight.
MCCORMICK: Right.
HAMMER: Were you at all fearful going into that, that that kind of pressure would perhaps.
MCCORMICK: Yes.
HAMMER: .retrigger something?
MCCORMICK: Oh, you know, so many people have asked me that. And, no, I wasn`t afraid of that. You know, that was quite awhile ago. So that wasn`t really a concern of mine.
But my concern was just being totally humiliated in front of millions of people and having to be on the pedestal that was going around and around so slowly in these really tight clothes when I was feeling really overweight. You know, I felt naked. But it was a very, very cathartic experience. It was incredible.
