The just-released documents from their divorce settlement reveals what was really going on behind the scenes. And if you ever wonder why Paul sent Heather packing, you won`t anymore.

(voice over): It started here, with Paul McCartney kissing Heather Mills for the press. And ended here, with McCartney kissing off Mills with a $48.6 million divorce settlement.
HEATHER MILLS, PAUL MCCARTNEY`S EX-WIFE: I`m so glad it`s over.
HAMMER: Now, after poring through the 58-page divorce decision, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT brings you never before seen the details of the doomed McCartney-Mills marriage. Their sex life, their lavish living and behavior that took this romance from courtship to court.
JO PIAZZA, "NEW YORK DAILY NEWS": Reading all the court reports, I think the best word to describe Heather Mills is a greedy, greedy lady.
HAMMER: Jo Piazza the "New York Daily News" tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, the former couple acknowledged a steamy initial attraction.
PIAZZA: Heather and Paul met at a London charity event in 1999. One of Heather`s claims was that they started having sex right off the bat.
HAMMER: They were married in 2002 and documents showed they lived a lavish lifestyle.
PIAZZA: Heather was immediately swept up in this rock star life. They had vacation homes. She was jetting all over the globe in a private jet.
HAMMER: But despite the lavish lifestyle, this marriage was anything but glamorous.
PIAZZA: When Heather and Paul first got together, friends of Paul started nicknaming her Yoko Ono saying that she was controlling his life, controlling his career and controlling his relationship with his kids and the rest of the family.
HAMMER: After McCartney filed for divorce in 2006, Mills initially asked the court for a $250-million divorce settlement.
PIAZZA: Heather asked for an allowance for her equestrian activities. Heather doesn`t ride horses anymore. She also asked for $78,000 for a wine allowance, probably forgetting that she also doesn`t drink.
HAMMER: And Mills` most outlandish claim that she helped Paul find his musical mojo again after the death of his first wife, Linda.
PIAZZA: She says that she acted as a psychologist to Paul, which the judge shot down and said, "No, honey, you`re acting as a wife."
HAMMER: In fact, McCartney says did help his musical career one way, by recommending he use a press-on finger nail to protect his injured guitar strumming finger.
PIAZZA: That was an $8 contribution to their marriage.
HAMMER: In the end, Mills got less than a quarter of the $250-million divorce settlement she had asked for. But her employment prospects are looking up. Reports say she`ll be a judge in this year`s Miss U.S.A. pageant. Love to see what she asks the contestants.
PIAZZA: How would you land a rich husband?
HAMMER: But in the end, the question is, will these explosive divorce papers serve as the definitive word in this tumultuous union?
PIAZZA: Everything that we`ve learned about Heather in the past week makes us feel totally bad about anything we had ever said about Yoko.

HAMMER: I would have to imagine after what we just heard, Paul McCartney is feeling pretty lucky these days. Yes, he`s nearly $50 million lighter, but that woman is out of his life.
Joining me tonight from Miami, Steve Santagati of AskSteveSantagati.com. In New York, Janelle Snowden, the red carpet correspondent for VH1 news. Guys, I appreciate you being here.
Steve, I want to start with you. So what do you think? Is Sir Paul asking himself right about now what on earth he ever saw in Heather in the first place?
STEVE SANTAGATI, "ASKSTEVESANTAGATI.COM": I don`t understand why everybody is bashing Heather Mills, to tell up the truth, A.J. Because it`s not like Paul McCartney is an idiot. This isn`t his first barbecue. He`s probably dated a lot of crazy women before, and there`s something very sexy about that.
And the bottom line is that when he started dating her, he knew this was there. He saw the red flags, but he jumped in anyway because it was exciting. So, yes, was she greedy, going after $250 million? Absolutely.
But let me tell you something. There`s a million women in her shoes. He made a wrong judgment by marrying her without a pre-nup, and getting into the relationship. I don`t think it`s such a big deal and I don`t think it`s not that crazy.
HAMMER: Yes, but Steve, are you kidding me? I mean when you look at all that she was claiming in that divorce settlement and what she was asking for and why? I mean, it was pretty over the top, Steve. Come on.
SANTAGATI: but, A.J., you`ve got to understand something. There`s lawyers behind that that are probably getting commission on this settlement. So who knows where that was directed? I`m not defending her. I don`t know. I was not in the room. All I know is that this is just another reason not to get married. If I want to break up with someone, I don`t ask anybody.

HAMMER: Janelle, would you help me out here?
JANELLE SNOWDEN, RED CARPET CORRESPONDENT, "VH1": Yes, please let me help you, A.J. Steve, do you really think that Paul needed excitement in his life and that`s why he chose Heather? I mean come on. He`s a rock star, one of the biggest in the world.
SANTAGATI: So right. So he`s a rock star. How many girls do you think he`s been with?
SNOWDEN: Countless -
SANTAGATI: How many Heather Mills do you think he`s met over the last 50 years?
SNOWDEN: Countless. But remember that he had just been widowed. His wife - the love of his life had just died.
SANTAGATI: He`s a man. He`s not a woman.
SNOWDEN: So what are you saying?
SANTAGATI: We think differently than you do, OK?
SNOWDEN: Obviously.
SANTAGATI: He`s not a victim in this. He`s a man that made a bad decision. He`s a big boy, guys. He`s got a lot more money than $50 million, too. I`ve got news for you.
HAMMER: Well, Steve, let me ask you something. Because even from the beginning, Paul`s own children wanted nothing to do with Heather Mills. It seems like -
SANTAGATI: Fine.
HAMMER: This thing was doomed from the start -

HAMMER: And they saw this freight train coming down the tracks. Is love really that blind, my friend?
SANTAGATI: It is.
SNOWDEN: No way.

HAMMER: Point taken. Well, you know, Heather Mills may have already been the most hated woman in England before we learned all these new details, no matter what Steve Santagati says. Janelle, let me toss this to you. Do you think now at this point that the details have come out, she`s going to be run out of town like a pariah?
SNOWDEN: Well, I mean, maybe no more so than she had already been. I don`t really think that this woman will be able to find a comfortable home anywhere.
SANTAGATI: I think she`s pretty hot.
SNOWDEN: I mean she`s been villainized all over the place. SANTAGATI: She`s pretty hot.
SNOWDEN: Oh my god, Steve. Please, can we silence his mike?
SANTAGATI: I`m going to silence you.
HAMMER: Now, Steve, do you want me to see if I can arrange to hook you up with her? I mean -
SANTAGATI: Yes. I think Heather is crazy and that`s something guys like. There`s something sexy about crazy women. There is and she`s got it in her eyes. When you look at her as a man, you`re like, "Wow! This woman`s nuts and it`s sexy."
HAMMER: OK, Steve.
SANTAGATI: She`ll find a bed, trust me.
HAMMER: I`ll leave that one to you.
SNOWDEN: Wow.
HAMMER: And everybody of course not necessarily wondering about who she`ll wind up with next, but what she`s going to do next. Now listen to this, she reportedly is going to be a judge in the Miss U.S.A. pageant -
SANTAGATI: Perfect.
HAMMER: Coming up in April in Las Vegas.
SNOWDEN: Perfect, he says.
HAMMER: What do you think, Janelle? I mean, you know, she exercises pretty terrible judgment in that courtroom. She poured water over Paul`s lawyer right there in the court.
SNOWDEN: Can you believe that?
HAMMER: Is she possibly qualified to judge anything? Plus, of course, it is called Miss U.S.A. for a reason, and she`s not even American.
SNOWDEN: OK. That`s number one. Number two, aren`t you supposed to be like, you know, the picture of perfect womanhood as a winner of Miss U.S.A.? Has Heather really proven herself to be that? I think not.
SANTAGATI: Yes, she has.
HAMMER: Well, you know better -
SNOWDEN: He`s just trying to get a rise out of us, A.J. Ignore him.

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, TV`s most provocative entertainment news show. I`m Brooke Anderson. Tonight, we have two stories that are new right now. First, why did Seal lose it when confronted by the paparazzi? Did he overreact?
Also new right now, call girl gone wild. The call girl in the middle of the Eliot Spitzer sex scandal may also be starring in a series of "Girls Gone Wild" videos, but was she underage at the time they were filmed?
Joining me tonight from Hollywood, senior editor for "In Touch Weekly," Kim Serafin. And "E! News" correspondent, Jason Kennedy. Good to see you Jason. Good to see you, Kim.
JASON KENNEDY, CORRESPONDENT, "E! NEWS": It`s nice on to see you.
ANDERSON: Thank you. This tape of Seal, unbelievable. He and Heidi, bless their hearts, were just trying to leave a restaurant in L.A. on Tuesday night. The paparazzi converged, completely surrounded them and get a load of what happened next.

SEAL: I`m not shaking your hand. Why would I shake your hand. Why would I shake hands with scum.
PAPARAZZI: I like your music though. Why does it got to be all that? He`s just giving you props.
SEAL: He`s not giving me anything.
PAPARAZZI: He`s the guy that spends money and supports you. You want to treat him like that? And he`s a brother. You want to treat him like that?
SEAL: You ruin people`s lives. What you do (INAUDIBLE) you ruin people`s lives that`s what you do.
PAPARAZZI: He`s a man just like you are. He`s a man just like you are. I`m not ruining your life. I`m not ruining your life. I like what you do.
SEAL: I don`t like what you do.

ANDERSON: Jason, they just wanted to get their car from the valet and here they were, cameras in their faces. Can you blame him for losing his temper?
KENNEDY: Brooke, I don`t blame Seal one bit. Obviously, he had a run-in with the paparazzi at that point. You saw it in the video. He wasn`t in the best of moods, but the paparazzi job is to poke, to prod, to get us to talk about the video that they shot the next day, and that`s exactly what happened.
There you see them, egging him on over and over again. And this isn`t the first time Seal had a run-in with the paparazzi. I remember a couple of years ago when Heidi was pregnant, they had a little incident. They have kids. It can turn into a serious problem. Luckily, the kids weren`t there at this point. But I don`t blame the guy. No.
ANDERSON: Nor, do I. I have to make the observation that Seal is a pretty big guy. Those paparazzi should feel lucky that Seal didn`t pop anybody in the nose, get physical with anybody. Kim, he remained, for the most part, level headed throughout the entire thing.
KIM SERAFIN, SENIOR EDITOR, "IN TOUCH WEEKLY": He did, and sometimes when you see this in person, it is hard to kind of remain level headed. Because as Jason said, they do try to egg the celebrities on and get them to say things and get them to do things. Seal, especially with that sexy, sophisticated accent of his, just sounded calm, cool and collected.
And you notice, Heidi was kind of sticking real close to him, staying right behind him. You know he would have protected her from anything that would have happened. And you know, the two of them are usually pretty good. I think, recently, there were photos of them with their faces painted with animal faces at Disneyland. So something must have happened really to lead up to this.
Because in general, you know, you see pictures of Heidi all the time, and she certainly understands how to work the media. So they certainly have a give and take relationship with the paparazzi. They understand how to work it to their advantage.
ANDERSON: Yes, he really had been driven to the edge, and it was understandable. And we know that the paparazzi hounds celebrities all the time, especially Britney Spears. Jason, at one point we heard Seal say, "You ruin people`s lives." Do you think he was specifically talking about Britney Spears or celebrities in general?
KENNEDY: I think celebrities in general. Only he could answer that question, obviously. But let me just add to it. Seal and Heidi, they`re very genuine. They`re very nice. I`ve interviewed them many times. So this is not normally how they react.
But I`ve been with Britney covering a story in the car with the paparazzi following and many times, it`s does turn very dangerous when you`re in a vehicle, when you`re outside, they can knock you over. If you have a baby, you know, it`s that type of thing.
ANDERSON: It`s frightening.
KENNEDY: Yes, it is a frightening situation.
ANDERSON: It is.
KENNEDY: So this is one of those things where they got too close. And normally, they don`t freak out. Usually, every year or so, you`ll see Seal do something like this.
ANDERSON: Yes. I`m surprised actually that it doesn`t happen more with celebrities in this type of dangerous situations. Jason, Kim, thank you both.

ANDERSON: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m Brooke Anderson. New right now - Ashley Dupree, the Eliot Spitzer call girl, making headlines once again. This time it`s for an explosive link to the infamous, raunchy "Girls Gone Wild" videos.
It turns out, she made a series of tapes back in 2003, but was she underage? Back with us from Hollywood tonight, Kim Serafin, Jason Kennedy.
All right, guys. Joe Francis, the founder of "Girls Gone Wild," says he was set to offer Ashley Dupree $1 million to pose for a non-nude photo spread for the "Girls Gone Wild" magazine when he discovers that Ashley was actually part of the "Girls Gone Wild" videos four years ago, and he finds the tapes.
This morning, he starts advertising them on the "Girls Gone Wild" Web site. Jason Kennedy, is Joe Francis the luckiest guy alive here? He gets to keep the million bucks.
KENNEDY: Yes, he`s got his million in the bank still. And we were one of the first outlets to interview him today here on "E! News." And he compared it to strike in a lottery.
So basically, here`s how it went down. They made this million-dollar offer to Ashley, but they realized after having their Tuesday morning meeting, "Hey, this girl looks familiar. Let`s check the archives. Let`s go back and see if she`s ever done anything for us."
Turns out she had spent seven full days on the "Girls Gone Wild" bus. She participated in numerous videos, and they had it all right there. So the video was circulating around the Internet, but there is a snag in the plans. What`s the age? Is she 17, is she 18?
ANDERSON: Yes, little snag. And you know, Joe Francis has said "Girls Gone Wild" has a corporate policy not to use individuals under the age of 18, that they`re looking into the matter. Kim, he just got out of jail, actually, ten seconds. He probably will be very careful about anything going forward, won`t he?
SERAFIN: Yes. I mean Joe Francis - he always finds that way to walk that very, very fine line between what`s legal and sort of just pushing it to the extent that it does. But it doesn`t surprise me that she did this. Her and Joe Francis, two peas in a pod. They`re kind of big - both of them are the gifts that keep on giving.
ANDERSON: Yes. Oh, boy.
SERAFIN: They both seem to have their 15 minutes of fame recycled over and over and over again.

With me tonight in Miami is Steve Santagati with the Web site, "AskSteveSantagati.com." Also tonight in New York, clinical psychologist Dr. Judy Kuriansky. And in Hollywood tonight, entertainment reporter Shira Lazar. Shira, Steve, Dr. Judy, good to see you all.
And I want to start with Denise Richards and Richie Sambora. Now, Denise was best friends with Richie`s wife, Heather Locklear. And after Denise and Charlie Sheen split and Heather broke up with Richie, suddenly Denise and Richie are best friends with benefits. I hope you all follow that. Steve Santagati, is that just wrong, having an affair with your best friend`s husband even though they`re not together anymore?
SANTAGATI: Absolutely. You know - and that`s something completely unique to women. Because guys normally won`t do that, because they`ll picture you with the other person in bed or whatever. And so we won`t usually go there.
But you know what? Denise Richards, you`re not a troll. You can go find somebody else. You don`t go after your girl friend`s ex-husband, boyfriend or anything. Listen, I`ve had plenty of opportunities with them in my life and I`m free and unencumbered and I never did it, and I`m a rat. So Denise was just a jerk to do that.
ANDERSON: You admit that you are a rat. My goodness, Steve.
SANTAGATI: It`s true.
ANDERSON: Shira, certainly, you can also understand why people were so stunned by this hookup.
SHIRA LAZAR, ENTERTAINMENT REPORTER: Oh, yes. I mean it was a month after Richie Sambora broke up with Heather Locklear. They hadn`t even finalized their divorce and already he`s out and about with her. They`re taking vacations. They`re talking about how they`re into each other.
I mean, guy or girl, whenever that happens, friendships obviously don`t last in Hollywood, because it didn`t matter to Denise Richards.
And people were completely shocked, considering Charlie Sheen. I mean it`s not like he has had his little experience with affairs. But the fact that we now look at Denise and what she`s done, we look down on her. It really shows how much that really affected people`s perception of her.
ANDERSON: Yes, and I`m sure it would be nearly impossible to salvage that friendship. Dr. Judy, which part of their brains were functioning -
SANTAGATI: There we go.
ANDERSON: Or not functioning, I should say.
SANTAGATI: Come on, Einstein.
DR. JUDY KURIANSKY, CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST: Right, OK? Brooke, you know, it`s the limb bring system back there that fires off all the erotic energy that just says, "I`m going to go for that person and I don`t care about anybody else." It`s a very selfish kind of action. Women should care about each other. Really, this is so important.
LAZAR: It`s Hollywood.
KURIANSKY: Well, I know it`s Hollywood, but they should really care about how other women are feeling about what they choose. And that will redound well for you.
ANDERSON: I agree. Stars are not - you know, you should have feelings for other people and think about how it will affect them.
And you know, as we continue our look at most shocking affairs, we`ve got to talk about Meg Ryan and Russell Crowe. They met on the set of "Proof Of Life." As far as everybody knew, Meg was happily married to Dennis Quaid. Steve, did the fact that Meg and Dennis seemed to have the perfect marriage add to the shock here?
SANTAGATI: I think what happens is, if there`s any kind of shock at all - I`m not shocked but a lot of people were - is that we look at these people as having extra benefits in life. They have preferential treatment for everything. So we take their relationships and we think, "Oh, they must have a perfect life; everything`s great."
But they`re just like us at the end of the day. And Meg to go out with Russell Crowe while she`s keeping this facade of having a great relationship with Dennis Quaid is nothing you and I don`t do in our own lives. So for me, I wasn`t shocked. I don`t think it`s the best thing to do, but in Hollywood romances happen on set all the time. So there you go.
ANDERSON: Yes. And you know, Meg Ryan later claimed on Oprah that it didn`t break up her marriage to Dennis Quaid, that they had been having problems for years.
SANTAGATI: Right. And, Brooke, sometimes they`re people like you might not break up for three, four months, but it was - mentally and emotionally broke up half a year ago.
ANDERSON: Yes.
SANTAGATI: That`s believable.
ANDERSON: Too bad. All right. Seems like everyone is happily adjusting now, which is good.
OK, I do want to move on now to - actually, I want to look at supermodel Christie Brinkley. Her husband, Peter Cook, admitted to the world that he had an affair with a teenager. Dr. Judy, what`s more shocking here, that it was a teenager, or that he cheated on Christie Brinkley?
KURIANSKY: Well, both things, but particularly because it was a teenager. And, look, Peter Cook was Mr. Christie Brinkley. So he had to go for this younger girl, partly because of his mid-life crisis and also, he was suffering from what I call -
SANTAGATI: Judy -
KURIANSKY: The Double "I" Syndrome -
LAZAR: That`s an excuse.
KURIANSKY: Let me speak, Steve. Double "I" Syndrome - not these eyes, but I, for inferiority complex, no matter how good-looking or rich he was, and I, for the fact that he was feeling intimidated by being Mr. Christie Brinkley.
So those men cannot deal with successful, bright, gorgeous women because it makes them feel less, unfortunately. So he goes for a younger girl he can control and have power over.
SANTAGATI: Where are you getting this information?
KURIANSKY: Bad idea.
SANTAGATI: Stop reading that magazine.

ANDERSON: Well, you know, I think she`s got a good point. Christie Brinkley -
SANTAGATI: Of course you too.
ANDERSON: Poor thing hasn`t had a good track record. That was her fourth marriage. Your heart goes out to her.
(CROSS TALK)
LAZAR: They were also a gorgeous couple. People loved them together.
ANDERSON: Yes.
LAZAR: They were seen in the Hamptons out and about. They were together for ten years. They had a daughter together.
SANTAGATI: Ladies. Ladies.
LAZAR: That`s why a lot of people were surprised.
SANTAGATI: Let me tell you something.
ANDERSON: Very quickly, Steve.
SANTAGATI: Men aren`t that complicated. I say this all the time, Brooke. Men aren`t that complicated. She had a cute bum, nice face, he went for her. He didn`t care how old she was and "To Catch a Predator" wasn`t on TV yet.
ANDERSON: Oh, so wrong.
KURIANSKY: I don`t like to hear that.

SANTAGATI: That`s the truth.
ANDERSON: Very, very quickly -

Hello, very quickly. Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott. Shira, tell me, 10 seconds, why was this so stunning? First of all, they were both married.
LAZAR: Well, because she was constantly saying how much she was in love with this guy. And then, overnight she ends up being into Dean. They get married. They have a kid. They`re on to their second. As quickly as relationships happen in Hollywood, relationships also end very quickly, obviously.
KURIANSKY: Now, she calls it a soulmate.
ANDERSON: And they are now expecting their second child. All right, Dr. Judy Kuriansky, Steve Santagati and Shira Lazar, thank you all.
HAMMER: Well, you know how Dina Lohan says that she has no choice but to put Lindsay`s little sister in a reality show. Well, Danny Bonaduce says, not so fast.

Tonight, we bring you Danny Bonaduce, unplugged. He is back with a new reality show called, "I Know My Kid`s a Star," guiding stage parents and their kids through the trials and pitfalls of Hollywood.
And when you think of stage parents, the most infamous parents these days comes to mind, Lindsay`s mother, Dina. She has been getting a lot of heat for putting Lindsay`s 14-year-old little sister Ali in an upcoming reality show. And Danny had plenty to say.

BONADUCE: I think it`s a terrible idea. I think when you at least appear sane and you saw to a reality show and then fall apart on it, then you don`t know who`s to blame. But when you`ve got a family that`s already crumbling and you decide, "I know what I`m going to do. I`m going to document the destruction of my own family." That is, I think, a terrible mistake. And just such, either greed for money, fame or power that it is beyond even my scope, and my scope is pretty far.
HAMMER (on camera): Yes. You raised the bar in that area, didn`t you, Danny? You`re the first to admit it.
BONADUCE: I`ve raised the bar in almost every area.
HAMMER: Well, have you ever thought of having Dina Lohan on the program, on "I Know My Kid`s a Star?"
BONADUCE: Believe me, it was my first thought. I think she thought it was a good idea, but I think her agent thought, "I know my client`s a maniac." So they didn`t go for it.
HAMMER: Well, I think she also may have had a sense that you would give it to her straight. I mean that`s one thing I`ve always told you. What I appreciate about you is your candor. What would you say to Dina if you could get her on the program?
BONADUCE: Well, I would tell her the truth. I would say what I believe to be true, anyway, is that you cannot live vicariously through your children. If you wanted to be in show business when you were younger and missed your shot or whatever it is that is driving to you to these extremes, that moment in time is gone. And you cannot relive it through your children. And whatever it is that you`re doing that is pushing so hard, there`s a line that shouldn`t be crossed, and you are way over it.
HAMMER: Danny, you certainly have lived a life of fame. We`ve watched it play out for a long time now. And we also know that it`s tougher than ever these days with all the paparazzi. This is something we`ve talked a lot about with you on this show. And that`s something that stars complain about a lot.
You have said quite famously, right here on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, tough luck. You sold yourself. They bought, be grateful. Now, Danny, you`ve seen the paparazzi hounding Britney Spears and Lindsay and Paris and the other lady of the apocalypse. When they`re out in public, does the same rule apply to those guys?
BONADUCE: Yes, it does. I think if Britney, who I now believe actually might be mentally ill might get some privacy just because she is possibly unbalanced. But I do think, at a certain point and at a certain age, you have in fact sold your privacy.
If you think that the fact that I see these mad dashes to see Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie and the paparazzi will barely let them in the door of a very expensive restaurant that I can`t even afford to get into. If you think that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are going to get my sympathy, you`re sadly mistaken.
They`ve sold their privacy. They`ve gone out of their way to do so. They`ve made a very comfortable living at it and they knew what they were getting into. If I do something so spectacular that I have to have security guards waiting for me outside and cameras all over my house, I`m asking for that now.
Please, do something - A.J., do something right now that makes me the Beatles, so I can`t go out in public without security guards and a zeppelin flying over my head. Because that`s what I`ve strived for, and I know what I`m asking for.

HAMMER: Well, she ought to be. That`s Heather Mills minutes after a judge awarded her $48 million from her divorce from Sir Paul McCartney.
Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York. The shocking new details just released after the divorce ruling reveals a terrible picture of Heather Mills, who is portrayed by a judge as a greedy liar who made Paul`s life hell. And I would have to imagine that people who couldn`t stand her before, they really hate her now.
Joining tonight me from London, CNN anchor Richard Quest. Always a pleasure to have you here, Richard.
I want to read to you something that the judge wrote here, "Heather Mills is her own worst enemy. A woman devoid of reality who indulges in make-belief."
I`ve got them right here - 58 pages, Richard, of one damning thing right after another. I have to imagine there are even more members of the Heather Mills haters club of right about now.
RICHARD QUEST, CNN ANCHOR: You don`t need 58 pages of a judgment, A.J. You just need this morning`s "Daily Mirror." "Lady Liar" is how they put it at this morning`s paper. And that just about sums up what the judge thought of Heather Mills` evidence. Devoid of reality. Her claims were distasteful. Her own worst enemy. And crucially, less than candid.
A.J., the judge said that he found Sir Paul McCartney to be credible, to be sometimes angry and understandably so. But he absolutely put the boot in, left, right and center into Lady McCartney.
So it is no wonder that Lady McCartney - Heather Mills, didn`t want this judgment to be published. She went to the appeal court trying desperately to prevent it being made public, but to no avail.
What the papers and what we now know is that a lot of what she claimed, the 125 million pounds - $250 million, the judge says was unrealistic, was also rubbish.
HAMMER: Yes. Not winning her any new fans at all. Now, Heather, of course, as we know, Richard has infamously tried to claim that she was a victim, that everybody was out to get her again. Oh, Charles, would you roll that clip one more time for me?

MILLS: So upset about this.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE REPORTER: I know you are.
MILLS: I`ve had worse press than a pedophile or a murderer.

HAMMER: OK, Richard Quest. Before these new details came out, she had worse press than, as she put it, a pedophile or a murderer. Well, you showed us what the "Daily Mirror" is writing. I can`t imagine what else people are writing about her now. Can you clue us in to some of what you`re seeing?
QUEST: The most important thing of what we`re seeing is that the women columnists, the feminist columnists in the papers who might have been expected to triumph the cause of the wronged wife in all of this. They are saying, A.J., that Heather Mills has done terrible damage to the women`s cause, that she has been the worst possible example in these divorce cases.

A battle is brewing over Heath Ledger`s money. Some of Ledger`s uncles say his father shouldn`t be handling his assets. According to "People.com," they say Kim Ledger has a bad track record and that he handled their grandfather`s estate so badly he was removed as executor. The uncle say their only interest is to make sure Ledger`s daughter, Matilda, is looked after well.
All right. Kirstie Alley teaming up with Oprah. Kirstie has just signed a deal with Harpo Productions to develop television projects which may include her own talk show. Kirstie says nothing is off limits for her to talk about.
And "Transformer" star Shia Labeouf may have to pay up for lighting up. A $1,000 bench warrant has been issued after Labeouf didn`t show up in court on the charge of unlawful smoking. He was having a cigarette on a sidewalk in Burbank where there was a smoking ban even outside. Labeouf`s lawyer went to court today to plead not guilty on his behalf. The case will continue in April.
HAMMER: I`ve got to tell you, I still can`t get over this. Paris Hilton is looking for a new best friend on a reality show. Yes, you know, it`s not like she has a great track record of keeping her friends. You remember the big old feud she had with Nicole Richie. So I`m not exactly sure why anybody in the world would actually sign up for this thing. But believe it or not, people are actually applying to be on the show, to be her BFF.
On Tuesday, we asked you to vote on our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT question of the day - "Paris Hilton`s New Reality Show: Would you compete to be her new best friend?" Well, not surprising. Only four percent of you said yes; 96 percent of you said no.
A lot of E-mail came in, too, including one from Jennifer in Indiana. Jennifer writes, "She may have millions, but it`s not enough to pay me to be her BFF! She can`t even keep the friends she has!"
We also heard from Beau in California. Beau writes, "Paris Hilton really finds ways to make herself seem even more pathetic. I would rather pour lava down my throat than hang out with her for an hour."
I don`t know. That may be a bit of exaggeration. Would you rather pour lava down your throat than hang out with Paris Hilton, Brooke? Because you`ve hung out with Paris Hilton.
ANDERSON: Sounds pretty extreme. Sounds pretty extreme. Beau, don`t do it. Not worth it.
