Hello. I`m A.J. Hammer, broadcasting tonight and every night from New York City.

ANDERSON: Hi, there, everyone. I`m Brooke Anderson, coming to you from Hollywood. And I can tell you, I have never heard Angelina Jolie be so frank. Tonight, what Angelina Jolie has just revealed that is making headlines around the world, including talking about her sex life with Brad Pitt while she is pregnant. And why she still loves Billy Bob Thornton. That is coming up.

HAMMER: But first, you won`t believe who wants Hulk Hogan thrown in jail - his own wife. And she wants him thrown in the same jail as their son. Now, if you think that`s wacky, wait until you hear why. Tonight, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT with a brand-new Hogan fiasco making news right now.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

(voice over): Hulk Hogan is understandably bummed that his son, Nick, is in jail. Now, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you, Hulk`s soon-to-be ex-wife Linda is preparing an early Father`s Day gift to help Hulk get over being apart from Nick. Her solution? Have Hulk thrown in the slammer also. Gosh, Linda, Father`s Day necktie would have done nicely, too.

KATIE DARYL, TMZ TV: It`s actually a bonding sort of thing, because if Hulk goes to jail, then he gets to be closer to his son.

HAMMER: It`s the latest round in Hulk and Linda`s nasty divorce fight. This is what the Hogans are fighting for this time - a $4.2 million penthouse at the Palms in Las Vegas. The couple was in the process of buying it before Linda filed for divorce last year.

DARYL: The judge had said that they have to continue to pay and close on this property and that property kind of go into the community little pot and they would decide who gets what later on down the road after the divorce is finalized.

HAMMER: But according to Linda, Hulk failed to do his part to close the deal on the new pad. And what was Linda`s perfectly reasonable reaction to this evil transgression?

DARYL: "Well, I think my hubby should go to jail.:

HAMMER: SHOWBIZ TONIGHT has for you Linda`s court filing where she asks a Florida judge to find Hulk in contempt and to incarcerate him in the Pinellas County Jail; that`s the same jail where her son, Nick, serving an eight-month sentence for the alleged racing crash that severely injured his friend, John Graziano. Maybe Hulk could bunk with Nick and his current cell mates.

DARYL: Can we not set our differences aside and focus on the tragedy at hand?

HAMMER: TMZ`s Katie Daryl tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT this is not the time for the Hogans to be fighting over property.

DARYL: John Graziano is still in the hospital. Nick is in jail. The public is outraged at how the Hogans are handling the whole situation. Hey, why don`t we sling some more mud, yes!

HAMMER: Linda fired her shots just a day after Hulk broke down talking about is family`s troubles as on "LARRY KING LIVE."

HULK HOGAN, WRESTLER AND REALITY SHOW STAR: If you would have told me a couple of years ago we`d be sitting here and this would have been how my life unfolded, I would have thought you were crazy. Yes, it`s been hard.

HAMMER: But SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you, Hulk`s statements of sadness and contrition aren`t impressing Graziano`s family.

DARYL: They base their calling BS on it.

HAMMER: On SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, the Graziano family attorneys told me they are not moved by Hogan`s words.

KIM KOHN, GRAZIANO FAMILY ATTORNEY: The fact of the matter is, nothing that the Bollea family is going through whatsoever even the most minutely compared to what John Graziano and his family are going through. So no sympathy from me.

HAMMER: Those are some fired-up attorneys. And speaking of fire -

HOGAN: Hulk Hogan`s Ultimate Grill.

HAMMER: The Hulk Hogan Ultimate Grill that he`s hocked in TV infomercials is under a voluntary recall. In announcing it, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Committee said, quote, "Cooking oils or sprays applied to the grill can cause the oil to ignite and/or flare up." Somewhere George Foreman is smiling.

DARYL: It`s a recall. A new owner`s manual has been released to the public.

People are mad at him and he`s having grill trouble, his son`s in jail and his ex wants him locked up, too. It is not shaping up to be the best Father`s Day for the Hulkster.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

And I cannot imagine that the Hogans battling over a $4.2 million party pad in Vegas is going to help them win any sympathy at all.

Joining me tonight in New York, founder of Spotlight Communications, Maggie Gallant; also Carolina Bermudez, senior editor for "In Touch Weekly."

Guys, I think here`s a couple that need to take a big time reality check here. I mean we`re in a time where nearly one at out of 10 Americans are facing foreclosure on their homes. Carolina, I would have to believe that people watching the Hogans fighting over a $4 million condo in Vegas are going to have less than zero sympathy for them. This is just unbelievable.

CAROLINA BERMUDEZ, SENIOR EDITOR, "IN TOUCH WEEKLY": It is unbelievable. But you know what they say, A.J., the more money you have, the more problems you have. And that seems to be the case here with the Hogan family.

The last thing they should be doing right now is airing more dirty laundry. We`ve already seen what their family life is like. And instead of saying, "We`re going to concentrate on getting our son out of jail and trying to get this marriage back together," they`re concentrating on money. It`s ridiculous. And people aren`t going to have sympathy for them because they see them as what they are, that`s the reality.

HAMMER: I love that you`re quoting Biggy Smalls on my program, "Mo` money, mo` problems."

BERMUDEZ: You know, that`s how I roll.

HAMMER: Well, add to this, the absurdity of Linda wanting to clog up the jail system with Hulk`s body because of this $4 million condo. I mean, Maggie, talk about bad timing.

MAGGIE GALLANT, FOUNDER, SPOTLIGHT COMMUNICATIONS: It`s extremely bad timing. I mean here he is going on "LARRY KING" trying to put some context around this horrible phone conversation that`s made everyone collectively sick. And the next day practically, she`s talking about this multimillion dollar complex while her soon-to-be ex-husband is talking about the horrible life that Nick will have for the rest of his life. I mean, there`s just - it`s just horrible all around.

HAMMER: Yes, it doesn`t make a whole lot of sense. And we all know that Hulk Hogan was definitely hoping his appearance on "LARRY KING LIVE" would have changed some hearts and minds, perhaps gotten his family some sympathy, particularly at the time when he teared up. Let`s bring that up full, Charles.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

HOGAN: Yes, it`s been hard.

LARRY KING, HOST, "LARRY KING LIVE": It`s OK. I mean this is hard, isn`t it? Who could ever imagine?

HOGAN: I don`t know. The main focus is my son, my children and John Graziano. It has been a tough one, Larry.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: I`m not going to deny that it has been a tough one for Hulk Hogan and his family, regardless of the extenuating circumstances. But the day after that Larry King interview, we had to ask in our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT question of the day, "Hulk Hogan Finally Speaks: Do you feel sorry for him?" Look at this one-sided response. Only 17 percent of those who responded said yes. A whopping 83 percent said no. Carolina, are you at all surprised that this vote was just so lopsided?

BERMUDEZ: Not at all, A.J. Very few people get the fame and the celebrity and the money these people had. You know who I feel sorry for and that people have failed to talk about? It`s Brooke Hogan. Here`s a 20-year-old girl that`s trying to get her career started and her family is crumbling all around her. If there`s anybody that I feel sorry it`s that girl right there. Otherwise, Hulk Hogan, Nick Hogan and Linda Hogan - they`ve have exposed themselves and they`re the ones that are cause of this problem.

HAMMER: Well said. A lot of E-mails keep on coming in, and on both sides, I should point out. I want to read you one that comes from Cheryl in Arizona. Cheryl writes, "Hulk Hogan just reinforced my opinion of him and his selfish family on "LARRY KING LIVE." There is still no remorse for the family`s actions. It is a huge pity party for his poor `child` Nick."

I want to read this one from Kimberly in Mississippi, too, who writes, "The Hogan Family has been victimized simply because they are famous. Please leave this poor family alone."

Maggie Gallant, what do you think? Is Kimberly right? Should we leave this, quote, "poor family alone?"

GALLANT: Well, it`s hard to say we should leave them alone when he`s appearing on national television with Larry King trying to tell his side of the story. He obviously wants his voice heard. And it almost seems like this family with a new drama every day unfolding, it`s almost like they want another reality show. It`s hard to feel sorry.

HAMMER: Yes, we`d love to stop talking about it, by the way. I should point that out. You know, we`re taking no pleasure in it, but this is what`s going on and they keep coming out with all of this new stuff. What do you think, Carolina, is it too much to hope that they`re going to drop off and under the radar, which I believe is what they really need to do at this point?

BERMUDEZ: I agree with you. I think they need to stop doing whatever it is that they`re doing. Obviously, they`re making mistakes and Hulk should just stick to hosting a show, "American Gladiators." Brooke should start working on her music career. And Linda, leave the little boys alone, OK, sweetheart. Otherwise - you know, just stay out of the tabloids, and then people will stop talking about you. Yes.

HAMMER: Nineteen years old, but yes. And we have an expression we love to bring up from time to time here on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, just zip it! Maggie Gallant, Carolina Bermudez, thanks for being here.

And now we want to hear from you. Sound off on our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT question of the day. If you haven`t already, let us know - "Hulk Hogan Finally Speaks: Do you feel sorry for him?" Go to CNN.com/ShowbizTonight, that`s where you vote. Or you can E-mail us, showbiztonight@cnn.com.

ANDERSON: A.J., I wonder if a lot of people will feel sorry for Madonna when a blockbuster new book about her comes out.

HAMMER: Yes, I`m wondering that, too, Brooke. It`s a book written by her own brother.

ANDERSON: That`s right. So we`ve got to ask, is Madonna being betrayed? What juicy things will he reveal and should Madonna be worried? Straight ahead, we are investigating the shocking new material about the Material Girl.

HAMMER: Well, Brooke, lots of new stunning stuff out about Angelina Jolie. Tonight, she is speaking out like never before about her sex life with Brad Pitt. Yes, even opening up about her marriage. You don`t want to miss this. It is coming up next.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

KATHY GRIFFIN, STAR OF "MY LIFE ON THE D-LIST": Oh, it`s Oprah who has a voodoo doll of me. And I`m telling you she and Ryan Seacrest are out to get me.

ANDERSON: Why?

GRIFFIN: Because they`re owning the world.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Hey, Oprah and Ryan may own the A-list. But I definitely think Kathy Griffin is the queen of the D-List. I could not stop cracking up when I chatted with Kathy. You must hear what she has got to say about Hulk Hogan, Britney Spears, Denise Richards, so many other celebrities. Get ready to laugh big-time. Straight ahead.

HAMMER: But first, remember, you can watch SHOWBIZ TONIGHT video anytime. We`re always posting new stuff for you to check out at our Web site at CNN.com/ShowbizTonight. And among the videos playing right now, the shocking stories behind Hulk Hogan dating a much younger woman and his soon-to-be ex-wife Linda dating a 19-year-old guy.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JAMES MCAVOY, ACTOR: Have you ever thought about doing things differently?

ANGELINA JOLIE, ACTRESS: How do you mean?

MCAVOY: I mean somebody - normal?

JOLIE: No.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Angelina Jolie proves that she is anything but normal in her new big movie "Wanted." And now, wait until you hear what she is revealing about her life off-screen.

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, TV`s most provocative entertainment news show. I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood. Tonight, Angelina Jolie is telling all. And when I say like never before, I mean like never before. In the new issue of "Entertainment Weekly," she`s opening up about her sex life with Brad while pregnant and what she thinks about calling Brad her husband.

With us tonight in New York, Cooper Lawrence, syndicated radio host and author of "The Cult of Celebrity." And in Hollywood, "E! News" correspondent Ashlan Gorse.

Ashlan, Cooper, what is really remarkable in this interview is that Angelina, who is normally pretty guarded about her personal life, really opens up about her sex life with Brad while she`s been pregnant. She said pregnancy is, quote, "Great for the sex life. It just makes you a lot more creative. So you have fun, and as a woman, you`re just so round and full."

Cooper, are pregnant women, or just women everywhere, just cheering when they hear this saying, "Angelina, you go. You rock, girlfriend!"

COOPER LAWRENCE, SYNDICATED RADIO TALK SHOW HOST AND AUTHOR: Yes, Brooke, it`s very hard to want to be creative with Brad Pitt. What a difficult chore she has, a poor woman!

ANDERSON: What a hard task!

COOPER: But no. I think pregnant women know this. This is the great secret of pregnancy that their hormones are raging, that sex is actually a lot better for a lot of women when they`re pregnant. They feel their sexuality. They`re feeling, you know, the bigger breasts and all kinds of things. So I think that the real shocker is for women that have never been pregnant going, "Really? Pregnancy, that good? OK."

ANDERSON: Well, you know, it`s almost hard to remember sometimes that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are not married. They`ve got four kids, twins on the way, and even Angelina admits to having some confusion when it comes to putting a label on her relationship with Brad.

She tells "Entertainment Weekly" quote, "We have that problem all the time. I say `partner` sometimes. `Father of my children` is too long. But half the time, people refer to us as, `So your wife this, your husband that.` We`ve stopped correcting everybody. It`s not an intentional thing not to marry."

Ashlan, Brad has said in the past that they`re not going to get married until everybody what wants to do so has the right to marry, including those who are gay. So Ashlan, why is everybody so obsessed with them getting married? Do you think that people are losing sleep over this?

ASHLAN GORSE, "E! NEWS" CORRESPONDENT: I don`t think anybody`s losing sleep over it. But Angelina and Brad are hot, so we want them to get married. And also we tend to stick to these titles and these labels of couples and we want to see them married and maybe it`s because we almost want to see them divorced sometimes in Hollywood. But I think that nobody`s really losing sleep over it. They`re just always interested in Brad and Angelina Jolie and what they`re doing or not doing, like getting married.

ANDERSON: Well, you know, if they get married, I don`t think anybody would want to see them get divorced. And of course, we know that Angelina has been married before in her wilder days, to Billy Bob Thornton. And there were all these reports that she was wearing a vial of Billy Bob`s blood around her neck.

But Jolie tells "Entertainment Weekly," quote, "No! It was never a vial anyway. It was like a flower press. It was like from a slight cut on your finger and you press your fingerprint in. It was kind of a sweet gesture. I thought it was kind of romantic! I still love him dearly and think the world of him and I`m proud to have been his wife for a time."

Kind of a sweet gesture. She still loves them. Cooper, if you were Brad Pitt, would you be raising an eyebrow at this? Or do you think that he just got an idea for his next present for Angie?

LAWRENCE: Well, you know, Brooke, this is a great example of what development is all about. This is who she was when she was with Billy Bob Thornton. She was a little edgy, she has vial of blood and a tattoo. And we knew they had sex in limos and she loved to talk about it.

But now, she is a very different person and I think this is a great example of how all of us go through developmental changes and we go from the identity of hot, young thing to mom, to actress, to - You know, there`s so many identities we all embrace. So I think Brad, if anything, should see that he gets a more mature Angelina, which looks to me like a much better Angelina.

ANDERSON: Six kids may seem like a lot. But isn`t it amazing, Ashlan, given what big stars they are and everything they have on their plate, how they have managed to make this a relatively normal family?

GORSE: It`s so true. When you think of Brad and Angelina Jolie, they are uber-celebrities. They are like in a league completely different than anyone else. You know, it`s a really good example for everybody. Yes, they have all the money in the world. But they`re also giving, you know, hopefully giving good values to their kids, and I think that they are.

ANDERSON: Yes, and be very philanthropic.

GORSE: Yes.

ANDERSON: And they seem to take all the attention in stride. Her candor is refreshing. Cooper Lawrence, Ashlan Gorse, thank you both.

GORSE: Thanks, Brooke.

ANDERSON: And to read more of Angelina`s interview, pick up your copy of "Entertainment Weekly." It`s on newsstands, Friday.

HAMMER: Wow, Brooke, I`ve got to say Angelina really said some controversial stuff there.

ANDERSON: Yes, she did. I`ve never heard her like that before, A.J. And also a lot of controversy on "The View" today. Things got really heated over Britney Spears` hanging out with Mel Gibson. You don`t want to miss those fireworks next.

HAMMER: And Brooke, I bet there are going to be some serious fireworks when a shocking new Madonna book comes out. Her own flesh and blood, her brother, has written an explosive tell-all. But what exactly will he reveal, and should Madonna be worried?

Also, is "Grey`s Anatomy" star Katherine Heigl biting the hand that feeds her? Are you kidding me? You have got to hear what she`s saying about "Grey`s Anatomy." That is coming up.

Also this -

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

GRIFFIN: It`s Oprah who has a voodoo doll of me, and I`m telling you she and Ryan Seacrest are out to get me.

ANDERSON: Why?

GRIFFIN: Because they`re owning the world.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: You know, I think Kathy Griffin is one of the funniest people out there. I couldn`t stop laughing when I sat down with her. You`ve got to stick around to hear her really go off on Hulk Hogan, Britney Spears, even Denise Richards and Kim Kardashian. It`s the interview you`ll see only right here on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

HAMMER: You can watch SHOWBIZ TONIGHT any time. All you have to do is download our podcast. It`s free and you`ll find the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT podcast on our Web site which is CNN.com/ShowbizTonight. You can also get it on iTunes.

SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is coming straight back.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

ANDERSON: And here we are. Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m Brooke Anderson. And boy, did the fireworks really fly on "The View." The ladies got so fired up over the news that Britney Spears is hanging out with Mel Gibson again. Mel, you remember, was arrested for DUI and went on an anti- Semitic rant just a couple of years back.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

WHOOPI GOLDBERG, CO-HOST, "THE VIEW": Mel made a mistake.

SHERRI SHEPHERD, CO-HOST, "THE VIEW": Yes.

GOLDBERG: Yes.

SHEPHERD: Yes.

GOLDBERG: Simple as that. He made a mistake, he learned from his mistake. Maybe he can help her. Simple.

JOY BEHAR, CO-HOST, "THE VIEW": I think that maybe a mistake plus a lot of time going by and a lot of therapy yourself, which I don`t believe that he`s had. I mean it only happened a couple of years ago. My god, I don`t even remember when. Not a long time ago. Just because you make a mistake doesn`t mean that you`re now capable of helping somebody else.

GOLDBERG: And it doesn`t mean that you`re not.

(CROSS TALK)

SHEPHERD: But of all people, him?

(CROSS TALK)

BEHAR: I would never send my daughter to an anti-Semite, which is what he is.

ELIZABETH HASSELBECK, CO-HOST, "THE VIEW": No one`s sending her.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: And this kept going. Listen to what happened after the break.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

BEHAR: We believe certain things. I believe he`s anti-Semitic. That`s my position ...

GOLDBERG: Right.

BEHAR: ... and I`m sticking with it.

GOLDBERG: Right on, girl.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Never a dull moment on "The View."

HAMMER: No, there`s not, Brooke. So there`s a new Madonna book that has a lot of people just shaking in their boots.

ANDERSON: You`re right, A.J. Her brother, yes, her brother, has written this explosive new tell-all and there`s some really juicy stuff in there. Is her own flesh and blood actually betraying her? I`ve got that.

HAMMER: And here`s something I just can`t believe. I`ve got to tell you, I think Katherine Heigl - she`s a great actress but is she biting the hand that feeds her by dissing "Grey`s Anatomy"? Katherine, not really a good idea here, if you ask me. I`ve got that explosive story, coming up.

We`ve also got this -

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

GRIFFIN: It`s Oprah who has a voodoo doll of me and I`m telling you she and Ryan Seacrest are out to get me.

ANDERSON: Why?

GRIFFIN: Because they`re owning the world.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Is there anything that Kathy Griffin says that isn`t absolutely hysterical? You have got to stick around for my revealing chat with her. She`s got so much to say about Hulk Hogan, Britney Spears, even Denise Richards and Kim Kardashian aren`t safe. It`s the interview you`ll see only right here on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

(NEWS BREAK)

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: On SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, a Madonna tell-all. Madonna`s brother writes a book about his famous sister. Will it be a betrayal? Will we learn even more scandalous things about Madonna? And really, is there anything left to tell? Tonight, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT with the Madonna book that could rock Hollywood.

Katherine Heigl out of the running. The "Grey`s Anatomy" star is not submitting herself for an Emmy this year. But wait until you hear why. Is Katherine slamming the show that made her famous? Tonight, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT with the "Grey`s Anatomy" debate you have to hear to believe. (MUSIC)

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. It`s 30 minutes past the hour. I`m A.J. Hammer, broadcasting tonight and every night from New York City.

ANDERSON: And I`m Brooke Anderson, coming to you tonight from Hollywood. This is TV`s most provocative entertainment news show.

HAMMER: Well, tonight, there are startling developments about two of Hollywood`s biggest stars making news right now. Check this out. Is this Madonna`s ultimate betrayal? Her brother`s has just revealed that he`s coming out with a tell-all book on his famous sister. Should Madonna be afraid, very afraid?

Also making news right now is "Grey`s Anatomy`s" star Katherine Heigl actually biting the hand that feeds her? Well, Heigl says she`s dropping out from contention for the Emmy Awards because the show`s writers did not come through for her.

Joining me tonight, in New York, Maggie Gallant, the founder of Spotlight Communications. Also in New York tonight, Carolina Bermudez, senior editor of "In Touch Weekly." And in Hollywood tonight, Conor Knighton, host of "Infomania" on Current TV.

Gang, I appreciate you all being here. And I`ve got to start out with this tell-all memoir by Madonna`s brother, Christopher Ciccone. It`s called "Life with My Sister, Madonna." Now, Simon and Schuster tell SHOWBIZ TONIGHT this book is coming out next month. They`ve already got a run of 350,000 copies, ready to ship out. What do you think, Carolina? Should Madonna be at all worried here?

BERMUDEZ: Not at all. I don`t think Madonna is sweating this in the at least bit. If anything, she may be disappointed that her brother is going out and trying to make some money and cash in on their relationship. But unless he tells us that she killed puppies when she was little or, you know, unless he shows us a picture of her in stirrups at the gyno`s office, there`s nothing really shocking that you can see about Madonna anymore. So anything that`s in this book, I think we`ve already heard.

HAMMER: I mean would the stirrup shot be all that disturbing and/or surprising for Madonna anyway? But here`s the thing and you say disappointed because Madonna`s 47-year-old brother had been very close with her for most of her life. They had a falling out recently, but until then, he was there during her wild days, which we all seem to know about. Maggie, do you view this, perhaps, because of how close they were, as the ultimate betrayal?

GALLANT: Well, like you said, A.J., he`s grown up really close to her and he`s watched the entire world become so enamored with his sister. Is it really that surprising he wants a little bit of attention for himself? I think not.

HAMMER: No, but he certainly has, you know, at least for a while, I know that he was comfortable being in the position he was, working in the background and behind the scenes. But really, he probably does no stuff and probably is revealing stuff in this book that we don`t necessarily know about Madonna. Conor, what do you think? Is this a big betrayal by her brother?

CONOR KNIGHTON, HOST, "INFOMANIA": I mean I know certainly if any brother or sister were to ever write a book about me, it would be terrible. You know, that`s - the two people in your life, you know, your siblings, know all kinds of your dirt, with the exception, though, of Madonna. And I completely agree. At this point, this is a woman who made "Truth or Dare." She has a book called "Sex." Like it would - it`s going to be really difficult to shock me about Madonna. You don`t always have to go the whole other direction and tell me that she watches, you know, the Food Network and she knits, and she like plays Nintendo. That would be scary, I`d be surprised.

HAMMER: Well, you mentioned that book "Sex" and all the things she`s done. You know, we saw her naked in that book with Vanilla Ice, which is a whole different story. She used, of course, the cross-burning images in the "Like a Prayer" music video. That got a lot of attention and controversy sparked. We saw her kissing Britney Spears at the MTV VMAs. And she did survive it all. So looking at the other side of it, Carolina, out to you, I bet Madonna will take whatever her brother throws at her and actually turn it into good publicity because that`s what she does.

BERMUDEZ: Absolutely. She has a great team working with her. And if anything, this will show her in a different light. Madonna`s always been a great mother. You don`t hear too much about that. Maybe they`ll give us a little bit insight. Her brother will tell us how she is as a mother. Maybe this isn`t all about growing up with her. Maybe it`s about who she is now, because she has been a little bit more private lately. So if anything, that may be a good direction for him to on.

HAMMER: All right. We`ve got to move on to this other big story that is making news right now. This is just wild to me. "Grey`s Anatomy`s" star Katherine Heigl has pulled herself out of the running for an Emmy this year. You may be wondering why the heck would she do such a thing. Listen to what she told the "Associated Press."

Gang, do you mind if I do an interpretive reading for you here? Let me try, "I did not feel that I was given the material this season to warrant an Emmy nomination. And in an effort to maintain the integrity of the academy organization, I withdrew my name from contention. In addition, I did not want to potentially take away an opportunity from an actress who was give such material."

Wow! All right. Seems to me she`s basically slamming here the writers of "Grey`s Anatomy." And let`s keep in mind, these are the same writers who happened to write the scripts that won her an Emmy last year. Maggie, talk about biting the hand that feeds her. Come on.

GALLANT: Biting the hand that feeds, burning the important bridges. She needs to become America`s sweetheart. It was really shocking. But I do think that Emmy should be going to you, A.J. That was quite a read.

HAMMER: Yes, you know, I do what I can or any here at the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT program. Conor, what do you think? Can you imagine, would you love to be a fly on the wall the day that Katherine Heigl is suddenly back on the set with the writers who she really slammed pretty hard here?

KNIGHTON: Certainly. And it`s not just the "Grey`s Anatomy" writers. As far as I`ve been seeing online and in print, writers in general are taking umbrage to a star who, you know, really can`t exist in these films and these TV shows without someone writing those words.

And so you`ve started to see a lot of like very well-written rebuttals to her. And so, right now, online especially, you know, you`re getting some critiques from just the writer community in general who are very upset.

HAMMER: Yes. These are not the people that you want to make angry. I mean this is her lifeblood here. And it`s not the first time that Katherine Heigl has seemed to slam something that`s made her a star. You know, after her hit film "Knocked Up," you might remember what she told "Vanity Fair." In fact I have the quote right here. This won`t be an interpretive read, however.

She said the film was, quote, "a little sexist. It paints the women as shrews, as humorless and uptight. And paints the men as lovable, goofy, fun-loving guys. It exaggerated the characters, and I had a hard time with it on some days."

Well, in that case, Heigl backtracked a little bit later on. But, Carolina, tell me if you agree here. It seems to me, moving forward, Katherine Heigl should really take a deep breath, perhaps count to 10 before she criticizes projects that have made her what she is.

BERMUDEZ: Definitely. She`s getting a reputation as a problematic actress in Hollywood. We all know about her contract disputes with ABC, the whole turmoil that went on with Isaiah Washington on-set. And she`s always very vocal about that. But one thing she needs to remember is that Hollywood - they remember. It`s a very small circle of people, so people are going to be very hesitant to hire her if she`s going to go out and criticize their scripts and the way that they work.

HAMMER: Yes, and Maggie Gallant. What do you think? Working in the world of publicity, can you imagine if somebody you represented actually said something like this? Wouldn`t your head just spin or perhaps explode? Come on!

GALLANT: My head would be exploding at my desk. I would be freaking out at this minute in time. I mean the projects that she might have been offered before, they`re slowly dwindling. Nobody wants to work with anyone who`s going to feel like they`re going to be betrayed later on. I mean it`s insulting to the cast. It`s insulting to the crew, all of these people involved. It`s really insulting to the fans.

HAMMER: Well, Conor, we saw what she did after the "Knocked Up" comments in "Vanity Fair" blew up in her face. You`re seeing now a backlash from the writers who are writing things about Katherine Heigl online for saying what she said about them as being the reason she doesn`t want to submit herself for an Emmy. What do you think Katherine Heigl needs to do now? Does she need to just reach out to the writers and say, "Hey, you know, I kind of screwed," and maybe once again, do some backtracking here?

KNIGHTON: Yes, I think so. Unless, and I`ve seen some speculation about this as well. Maybe this is all part of a ploy to get out of a contract for a television show that probably isn`t going to pay you as much as a lucrative film career. I know the point that obviously films have writers as well, and you don`t want to piss them off is a valid one. But some people are wondering if this is calculated or is it just someone who is speaking their mind and, you know, maybe just said something unwise. If that`s the case, then totally, she needs to apologize.

HAMMER: Yes. But it`s been pointed out, if it`s calculated to get tossed off "Grey`s Anatomy," you know, a lot of people may be reluctant to hire her in the future for this kind of behavior. Maggie Gallant, Carolina Bermudez, Connor Knighton, I thank you all for being here tonight.

All right. Brooke, you remember when Boy George had to pick up trash as part of his community service?

ANDERSON: I do, A.J. That was right there in your fair New York City, wasn`t it?

HAMMER: Well, fair might be a little bit of a stretch. But it seems that Boy George really liked the garbage folks he worked with for those five days. And now, what you`ve just got to hear how he`s going to show his appreciation. The question is, will he be talking trash? Will he be spilling dirt about his life? This is really something. I will tell you what Boy George has got planned. That`s coming up.

GRIFFIN: Yes, it`s Oprah who has a voodoo doll of me. And I`m telling you she and Ryan Seacrest are out to get me.

ANDERSON: Why?

GRIFFIN: Because they`re owning the world.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Look out, Oprah and Ryan, Kathy Griffin is on to you. I`ve got to tell you, Kathy had me in stitches when we sat down together. Just wait until you hear what she had to say about everybody from Denise Richards to Hulk Hogan to Kim Kardashian. That`s straight ahead in the interview you`ll see only on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

HAMMER: All right. You know the song "these boots are made for walking"? Well, these boots were made for bacon? Yes, it`s a pig in boots. How can you possibly turn away? I`m going to tell you why this little gal is happy as a pig in boots. Coming up on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

GRIFFIN: Winning the Emmy was great. But hey, the statue doesn`t pay the bills around here, honey. Oh yes, I`m still doing all the high-class gigs. I`ll do anything for a buck. That`s life on the D-list.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Kathy griffin is back with a new season of her reality show, "My Life on the D-List." And as usual, she`s totally wild, unplugged. And A- listers, you`d better watch out, because nobody is safe.

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, TV`s most provocative entertainment news show. I`m Brooke Anderson. Kathy griffin has teed off so many stars over the years, it`s hard to keep track. Now, what until you hear what she`s telling me. Kathy goes off on the Hogans, why she thinks Oprah rules the world and tells me which celebrity reality shows she loves to hate.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

GRIFFIN: All right. How do you ask someone to choose? It`s like which child do you love the most? You have them equally. I will say that what kills me about shows like "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," is on "My Life on the D-List," we - oh, I don`t know - go perform in Iraq, perform in a maximum security prison. You know, I mean everything.

And yet on the "Kardashians," a whole episode is Kim gets her nails done. So I do. I have a little bitterness. And I`m pretty sure everyone is doing it better than I am and easier than I am. But I do enjoy those shows and I love every second of Denise Richards. It`s super simple as I call it. Or "Living Lohan" or how to rent a baby sitter online after three months. I love those shows.

I`m fascinated by any Lohan, by the way. You can`t go wrong. And I know Michael has been in this very chair. Any Lohan, to me, can be in the act anytime.

ANDERSON: It doesn`t matter?

GRIFFIN: No. I like Lindsay. I`ve met her. She`s very sweet, very talented. And, you know, she`s in a little trouble, kind of consistently. But I`m super obsessed with the little one being a hip-hop star.

ANDERSON: Yes. And they`re very unpredictable - the Lohans.

GRIFFIN: Well, they apparently don`t know they`re white. So first of all, that`s an issue. But really, any Lohan is fine with me. They`re all good.

ANDERSON: And another fellow reality show star, Hulk Hogan. Sadly he`s recently been in a freefall. His divorce from his wife, his son, Nick, in jail. And all the controversy.

(CROSS TALK)

GRIFFIN: What`s bad about the son, there are so many moments on the reality show where they make light of the kid at 15 taking the car. You know, I mean that`s serious stuff. And also, the victim, Graziano, at first, I think we thought he was sort of injured. I didn`t know we were talking vegetable. I mean that`s - I believe that`s millions of dollars of care a year, and this is a young man. Then you lay on the Iraq War hero and stuff. I mean it`s obvious Nick Hogan didn`t do this on purpose. Nobody`s saying that. Boy, that`s a tough situation.

ANDERSON: Well, the Hogans - You`ve also got Nick Lachey, Jessica Simpson. And then there were the couples Carmen Electra, Dave Navarro. And also "Meet the Parkers -"

GRIFFIN: I got divorced during my show. Yes. You don`t know what`s going to happen during a reality show, at least on my show.

ANDERSON: Is there a curse?

GRIFFIN: Maybe the other one got scripted - That`s one of the things with the show - You know, I watch the show every single night with the four boxes. And oh, I know all the themes.

ANDERSON: Thank you for watching -

GRIFFIN: I know Britney`s downfall and the reality show curse. And Michael Lohan and everything.

ANDERSON: Making a marriage work.

GRIFFIN: I don`t know about that. I couldn`t care less. I don`t want to get married again. But I will say that in my divorce, it certainly didn`t help things, you know. I don`t know if there`s a curse. I mean I think that unfortunately I would have gotten divorced, you know, no matter what. But having cameras around is tough.

ANDERSON: Yes, they think there`s like the witch with the voodoo doll and oh, the reality show stars -

GRIFFIN: Yes, it`s Oprah who has a voodoo doll of me and I`m telling you she and Ryan Seacrest are out to get me.

ANDERSON: Why?

GRIFFIN: Because they`re owning the world and it`s about time that we wake up and realize that Oprah and Ryan Seacrest own the world.

ANDERSON: And no one can tread on their territory? Is that what you`re saying?

GRIFFIN: Maybe Jerry Springer who can probably buy and sell both of them, maybe. Or Suzanne Somers.

ANDERSON: Well, you mentioned Britney Spears ...

GRIFFIN: Yes.

ANDERSON: ... because we know that she`s doing better after her meltdown ...

GRIFFIN: I guess.

ANDERSON: ... and her trip to the psych ward. We hope -

GRIFFIN: We raise the bar a little bit.

ANDERSON: Well, we hope she`s improving.

GRIFFIN: And then, now, we`re wanting her to get back with K-Fed? Oh, no. Are we not watching "Living Lohan?" There`s like a junior K-Fed on that show and that`s not going to go well either. So no, can`t she just be single for a while?

ANDERSON: Yes. Well, that`s what she`s doing.

GRIFFIN: And you know, Adnan Ghalib is on "My Life on the D-List." I spent half a day with Adnan Ghalib, her former lover and one of my former lovers as well. Could that be like one of your headline shows?

ANDERSON: We could do that, maybe. Yes. Breaking news. Kathy Griffin ...

GRIFFIN: Yes. I would love to be breaking news. In that case, you can put me on any anybody`s list. Me and Bobby Brown, anybody.

ANDERSON: Anybody? You`re fine with it?

GRIFFIN: I`m fine with it.

ANDERSON: Kathy, do you ever go to sleep at night and dream that you`ll wake up and Bravo will have renamed the show "My Life on the A-List"?

GRIFFIN: I dream that Bravo will even take out an ad for the show. You know, last year, I had to buy all my own billboard. That was pitiful. Yes. And this year, it`s all padma(ph) - padma, padma padma, top chefs. If I could just cook, I`d be on "Top Chef".

ANDERSON: But you`re on very often. It`s either you or "Top Chef."

GRIFFIN: I am on Bravo a lot.

ANDERSON: That`s true.

GRIFFIN: The "D-List" is actually back this year. It`s 10 episodes instead of six. And they ran me ragged. We taped everywhere around the country and you know when I do stand up and stuff. But then we go global this year. So we do everything from a gay on-land cruise in Bora Bora. I go to Mexico to open the Kathy Griffin Leadership Academy for Girls, like Oprah.

ANDERSON: Right.

GRIFFIN: Then, we go to Sydney, Australia, for Gay Mardi Gras. I know there are gay people here. We went to Australia to find some more. But yes, there`s a lot going on. There`s a lot of really good celebrity guest appearances, too.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

ANDERSON: She was a riot. And you can catch Kathy and all of those celebrity guests she mentioned on the new season of "Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List" on Bravo.

HAMMER: Well, the fallout continues from Hulk Hogan`s "LARRY KING" interview. And we`ve been asking you to vote on our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT question of the day - "Hulk Hogan Finally Speaks: Do you feel sorry for him?"

Please continue to vote at CNN.com/ShowbizTonight. You can always E- mail us, too, showbiztonight@cnn.com.

ANDERSON: You know what I feel sorry for? A pig that`s afraid of the mud. That`s like a fish being afraid of water. But this little piggy is staying clean, thanks to an ingenious 12-year-old. We`ll have more about that pig in boots next on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. You don`t want to miss that.

HAMMER: I`m a little sad for the pig.

ANDERSON: But first, a look at what`s new at the movies this week. This was brought to you by Yo-Plait Yo-Plus. Opening Friday, Mark Wahlberg and Zooey Deschanel star in "The Happening." This is the new film from director M. Night Shyamalan, and it`s the story of a family fleeing a natural disaster that poses a threat to all of humanity.

Also in theaters Friday, "The Incredible Hulk" with a really impressive cast here, including Ed Norton, Liv Tyler and Tim Roth. And that is what is new at the movies. It`s brought to you by Yo Plait, Yo Plus. Try it for 10 days and feel the difference. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT will be right back.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Well, thank you , Charles. It is time now for a couple of stories that just made me say -

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: That`s ridiculous!

HAMMER: You know, I almost don`t know where to start. Tonight, we have a pig in boots and Boy George playing for garbage collector. Should we start with the pig?

All right. Let`s play the pig, Charles. We all know that pigs have kind of a reputation for rolling around in the mud, right? But not this little British gal. Oh no, it seems that poor little Cinder is afraid of the mud. So what did her owners do? Well, there at the farm, they gave her some boots. That`s right. The farmer`s 12-year-old daughter had some tiny little boots on a keychain. Lo and behold, they happen to fit Cinders perfectly. Now, the farmers won a sausage company, but don`t worry. They say Cinders is more of a pet now. So this pig in boots won`t end up as a pig in a blanket.

HAMMER: All right, Boy George now. He isn`t afraid to get dirty. You may remember a couple of years ago the former Culture Club singer had to pick up trash on the streets of New York City, all part of his community service. That was for making that false police report, you know, when he called police and then officers found 13 bags of cocaine in his apartment?

Well, now he`s going to say thanks to the fine people at the New York Department of Sanitation by playing a brief concert for them on their annual family day. Boy George said that the people he worked during his five days of picking up garbage showed him great kindness at a very difficult time. He wants to show his appreciation. And the Sanitation Department spokesman says they welcome his very generous offer.

ANDERSON: How nice of Boy George.

OK. We`ve been asking you to vote on our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT question of the day - "Hulk Hogan Finally Speaks: Do you feel sorry for him?" Let`s take a look at the vote so far - 17 percent of you say yes; 83 percent of you say no. Here are some of the E-mails we received.

Karen from Florida writes, "The whole Larry King thing looked like a bad performance, crocodile tears and all."

Marilyn from Texas says, "This same thing could have happened to any parent and is such a tragedy for both families."

HAMMER: I`ve got to tell you, purely on the humanitarian level, I feel badly for anybody who`s going through a rough time like Hulk Hogan. But, man, I just can`t get past some of the things he`s said. Just can`t do it.

ANDERSON: I know. It`s unfortunate for everybody involved. You know that they`re really suffering - everyone.

HAMMER: Definitely, Brooke. Well, that`s it for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. Thanks for watching. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York.

ANDERSON: And I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood. Remember, you can always catch SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on the 11:00s - 11:00 p.m. Eastern and Pacific. And in the morning, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern. The latest from "CNN HEADLINE NEWS" is next.
