HAMMER: Hello. I`m A.J. Hammer, coming to you from New York City with big news breaking today - Tiger grilled. Tiger Woods today made some remarkable confessions, some not-so-remarkable revelations.
And I`m thinking he just left his first news conference since his cheating scandal broke thinking, sure glad they didn`t ask me about that. For the very first time, Tiger actually took questions from the press today just days before his return to golf at the Masters.
Tiger spoke today for the very first time about his rehab and whether he`s still in rehab. Tiger also spoke about his wife Elin and whether she`s going to be right there by his side at the Masters. And Tiger got this right -

WOODS: I`ve lied and deceived a lot of people. And a lot of people didn`t know what I was doing either. So you know, I`ve had to just, again, tremendous amount of support as well from others on the outside. And it`s been a difficult time. But also, I`m actually surprised at how much support I`ve gotten as well.

HAMMER: Make no mistake about it, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT has this covered today like no other entertainment news show.
Joining me right now in New York, Sunny Hostin, who is a legal contributor for "In Session" on our sister network, Tru TV. In Hollywood, it`s Tanika Ray, who is an entertainment journalist. And in Philadelphia tonight, Danny Bonaduce who is the talk radio show of "The Danny Bonaduce" show on WISP 94.1 in Philadelphia.
I`ve got to say, I think we saw Tiger in a whole different way today. He was open. He answered many of the questions head-on - not all of them, but a whole lot of them. He did admit to being in total denial. He took full responsibility.
Danny Bonaduce, let me start with you. You`ve had your share of trials and tribulations that have played out very much in the public eye. From your perspective, how did Tiger do?
DANNY BONADUCE, HOST, "THE DANNY BONADUCE SHOW": Tiger did very well. But I must take exception with one thing, and that is - and this will cost me a little bit personally. People have called me brave, because I`ve come out and I`ve admitted to terrible mistakes that I have made and the life that I led that was shameful for a very, very long time. But they forget one thing - I was caught by "The National Enquirer." I never offered this information.
HAMMER: Yes.
BONADUCE: Once I was caught, then I got brave. Tiger got caught. He didn`t come out and say, "I`m a wonderful human being," and then stick by it. Somebody busted him and then he told the truth. It doesn`t make him a remarkable human being.
HAMMER: Yes. There`s no question about that. But Tanika, let me take on - based on what we saw today, based on the circumstances as we know it, how do you think he did?
TANIKA RAY, ENTERTAINMENT JOURNALIST: You know, in full Tiger style, I`m going to go, yes. When it comes down to it, he just keeps making the right moves for me. You know, last time he got a lot of flak, people said it was too panned. It felt a little contrived, his press conference.
Well, a man`s got to crawl before he walks. And this time, he answered those hard questions head-on. Only once he said, "That`s personal." But I really do think he revealed himself.
And I think he`s winning points with women across this land time and time again. I just think he keeps taking the right steps. I think it was awesome.
HAMMER: Well, make no mistake about it. There were occasions where he was asked a question and did not directly answer the question. He went back to a talking point. You sort of expect that kind of thing.
SUNNY HOSTIN, LEGAL CONTRIBUTOR, "IN SESSION": Right.
HAMMER: By and large, though, yes. He was giving up the information that was asked of him. But one of the things that really stood out to me today was the fact that he did confirm he`s still in rehab.
And in what I thought was a really emotional response, he also revealed when he actually decided to go to rehab. I want you to look at this.

WOODS: What people probably don`t realize is that because of the time frame of it, I missed my son`s first birthday, and that hurts. And that hurts a lot. And I vowed I`d never miss another one after that. I can`t go back to where I was. I want to be a part of my son`s life and my daughter`s life going forward.
And I missed his first birthday. I mean, that`s - that was very hard that day and something I regret and I probably will for the rest of my life.

HAMMER: Yes. I give him credit there. Not a rehearsed answer. Not a talking point. But Tiger did not specify why he went into rehab. He didn`t address all of the speculation that it was for sex addiction.
And Sunny Hostin, I`m sitting here watching you fume, thinking this was a missed opportunity and he should have said something.
HOSTIN: Yes. Was I watching a different press conference than everyone else? I mean, I didn`t think he did a great job. I thought he looked like a big phony. The most important question is, why - yes. Why was he in sex rehab - rather in rehab? Was it for sex? Was it for drugs? What was it for? And he said that`s personal.
RAY: We all know.
HOSTIN: Nothing personal right now. Nothing personal.
HAMMER: Danny Bonaduce, what do you think about that? You`ve been to rehab. You talked candidly about it. But did he have a responsibility to tell us that that`s why he was there?
BONADUCE: I don`t know that he had a responsibility to. All I know is that after I finish the show tonight, I`m going to go home and build an altar to Tiger Woods because I just watched a beautiful woman say, "I saw a married man admit to sleeping with 14 women," and she said, "yes." All I want to do is sleep with 14 hot babes and get you to say yes for me.
RAY: Oh, come on, Danny. I wasn`t applauding his actions with all those women.
BONADUCE: What were you applauding?
RAY: I was applauding the fact that he took responsibility for what he did. He basically went in front of the world and said, "I`m a bad man."
HOSTIN: But did he really take responsibility?
(CROSSTALK)
RAY: Absolutely.
BONADUCE: No, the world called him out.
RAY: We all know he was in sex rehab. It`s redundant.
HOSTIN: We don`t know.
(CROSS TALK)
HAMMER: Here`s the thing, let me --
RAY: We do know.
HAMMER: Let me just jump in here. As far as why he didn`t say sex rehab, it was personal reasons. Those personal reasons have a dollar sign right before it and right after it. That`s just my opinion.
RAY: Absolutely.
HAMMER: Another big revelation from Tiger`s confessions today was when he spoke for the very first time about what happened that fateful night that he crashed his car near his home back in November, sent him to the hospital. He got all banged up. Watch how he answered that one.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE REPORTER: The police report didn`t contain whether or not the injuries that sent you to the hospital. Can you tell us what they were?
WOODS: Yes, I had a busted up lip and a pretty sore neck. And that was it.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE REPORTER: (INAUDIBLE).
WOODS: (UNINTELLIGIBLE) required five stitches on my lip.

HAMMER: All right. So nothing about a golf club swinging around there, but Tiger finally confirming all the speculation about the lip injury. Even talked about how many stitches he had there. Again, not really going into the injury.
Now, Danny, I know we want to hear more. I know a lot of us were frustrated by the things that weren`t asked, and the things that he didn`t say today, or he didn`t volunteer. But does he owe us more of an explanation of what happened that night?
BONADUCE: A.J., you know me. If you are getting paid $20 million - and in his case $1 billion dollars - to be a public figure, it is my opinion you have no right to privacy and I paid my money to see your life. I deserve any answer I want.
RAY: No.
BONADUCE: I want drawn pictures of exactly the way you did it. I deserve that. I paid your rent. I bought your mansion. I want movies.
HAMMER: There you go. There you go. Yes, that`s pretty much exactly how I expected him to put it.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: That`s horrible, Danny.
HAMMER: One of the questions that Tiger was asked that really everyone wanted the answer to is how Tiger was able to fool so many people for so long. He was living this secret life of sex and lies. Well, here`s what he said about that.

WOODS: I fooled myself as well. You know, as I said, I lied to a lot of people, deceived a lot of people, kept others in the dark, rationalized, you know, and even lied to myself. I take full responsibility for what I`ve done. And I don`t take that lightly.

HAMMER: All right. He kept repeating that he takes full responsibility, and yes, we know he lied. Danny, I want to go back to you on this. It seems to me that just like an addict, he genuinely didn`t know how this got so out of control. Is that how it struck you?
BONADUCE: That is exactly how it happens. It happens all the time. What happens is you get something amazing. And I don`t know how many of you remember this. I saw Tiger Woods on "The Johnny Carson Show" when he was 4 years old, playing Johnny Carson miniature golf and he beat him.
He`s been a prodigy his entire life. He`s the best in the world. So he gets a Ferrari and then, someday that Ferrari is not fast enough.
HAMMER: Yes.
BONADUCE: And he needs two Ferraris, one faster. Then he needs a fleet of cars and that`s what that man went out and got. He went out and got a fleet that he believed he deserved.
HAMMER: Yes, hot cars, that`s exactly what it was - right. Well, I do want to move on to another big revelation from Tiger`s press conference today. Tiger opened up about his wife Elin and if she will stand by his side when he tees off at the Masters on Thursday.
So will Elin stand by her man? SHOWBIZ TONIGHT reveals the biggest, explosive, unanswered Tiger question, Danny Bonaduce, Sunny Hostin, Tanika Ray, I thank you all for being here tonight.

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York with a SHOWBIZ special report, "Hollywood`s Dirty Little Secret." Even today, police are still investigating whether the recent death of `80s teen idol Corey Haim might be linked to an illegal prescription drug ring.
SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Kareen Wynteer now reveals a disturbing truth - doctor shopping for drugs is all too common in Hollywood.
(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)
KAREEN WYNTER, CNN CORRESPONDENT (voice-over): Heath Ledger, Michael Jackson, Corey Haim, Anna Nicole Smith - their deaths raised questions about one of Hollywood`s dirty little secrets, prescription drug abuse that in recent months has dominated the headlines.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Two doctors charged with conspiring to furnish Anna - -
WYNTER: Smith`s doctors pleaded not guilty to charges of conspiring to supply her with controlled substances. At the time of her death, at least four different sedatives were found in her system, including Klonopin and Valium. Drugs made readily available to celebrities says actress Mackenzie Phillips.
(on camera): Is it as easy as just picking up the phone saying, I need that prescription, I need that medication?
MACKENZIE PHILLIPS, ACTRESS: I mean, I have been to doctors who never even touched my body or took my blood pressure, and I walked out with a prescription for 130, you know, Hydrocodone tablets. I mean, yes, I guess it`s easier for famous people.
WYNTER (voice-over): A teen star and the daughter of a famous musician, Phillips writes in her book "High on Arrival" about her long-time battle with drug addiction and how some doctors willingly over-prescribed pills despite her history as an addict. She says she has been clean for a year and a half now.
(on camera): There are some doctors out there, many doctors perhaps, who may be enamored by a star and they are just trying to please their clients. But come on, you have to have stars on the other end who may be using their fame to get these drugs.
PHILLIPS: Well, I am sure that that is definitely something that helps them to get the doctor to give them whatever they want. And I know I have been in that position myself.
WYNTER (voice-over): Addiction specialist, Dr. Drew Pinsky has worked with stars like Phillips and says the power of celebrity addicts can present unique challenges for doctors.
DR. DREW PINSKY, ADDICTION SPECIALIST: I tell my peers that are trying to take care of celebrities, do not go there alone. You must have a team. It is too seductive. Addiction is too powerful. You will get sucked right into it.
WYNTER (on camera): How does it work? You have a celebrity with so much power and they want to get their hands on these drugs. They are addicts.
PINSKY: They would not be consciously thinking that way. It is not like, "I`ve got to get my Vicodin." They are thinking, "I hear Dr. Smith is pretty good." Translated, "gives lots of good medication."
So they go see Dr. Smith and they offer Dr. Smith a lot of money and they tell Dr. Smith, "You are the best doctor. You`ve made me feel so great. I`m going to tell - I have lots of important friends. I am going to tell them all how great you are and I am going to pay you a lot of money." That patient starts getting out of control with their medicine.
JERRY BROWN, CALIFORNIA ATTORNEY GENERAL: When you get the high anxiety that celebrity, as temporary as it is, that then feeds the addictive propensity. And then on top of that, if someone is a celebrity, then these obscure doctors get a bit of a contact high, if I can call it that, by prescribing and being part of the mix.
WYNTER (voice-over): California`s Attorney General Jerry Brown says it is a problem that goes beyond Tinseltown. His office has launched investigations into more than 200 prescription drug cases involving addict patients and physicians who helped them cross the line. An underground drug world Mackenzie Philips says she is glad she has left behind, and cautions -
PHILLIPS: We have become this society that just takes, I am sad, take a pill. I`m in pain, take a pill. Take a pill, take a pill. And really, it is just so dangerous. People are dying.

HAMMER: That was SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Kareen Wynter. And if there is anyone who can give us insight into all of this, it`s this guy.
Joining me right now from Philadelphia, Danny Bonaduce, radio host for "The Danny Bonaduce Show" and former child star on the hit `70s show, "The Partridge Family."
Danny you`ve struggled with addiction since you were a teenager, addicted from everything from crack to cocaine. You`ve been in and out of rehab. You know the realities of addiction. Is it just ridiculously easy to get prescription meds if you`re a celebrity?
BONADUCE: No, it`s just ridiculously easy to get prescription meds. It`s nothing to do with celebrity. It`s a moneymaking business. Believe me, I don`t make to mean light or be flippant here.
But did I hear in the same sentence when you`ve got a mega-star, you have to be careful because you`ll get sucked in, and then the name Mackenzie Phillips came up? Really? Are you going to get sucked up into the major limelight of Mackenzie Phillips? If you have the money and a doctor is for sale, you can buy him.
HAMMER: All right. We`re talking about this today on the same day that Michael Jackson`s doctor is set to appear in court on the charges he contributed to Michael`s death.
Janet Jackson said herself the other day her family tried to get Michael off his addiction to prescription drugs. Is Michael, in your mind, Danny, the ultimate example of how this really is out of control, celebrity or not?
BONADUCE: This is the - as far as I think - was one of the few examples, because he is such a star - was such a star, God rest his soul - that he could get men of dignity, people that have taken the Hippocratic Oath, to bend the rules because he was so gigantic.
I will give him that. I will also give him that he was one-third of my graduating class. Our yearbook went for $6,500 on eBay because he signed it. And the sad thing to say is, the entire graduating class of my year is dead, everybody from my yearbook is dead except me.
HAMMER: It`s unbelievable. Danny, I do appreciate you being here and giving us your insight. Thanks so much, man.
BONADUCE: It`s always a pleasure, A.J. Thank you.
HAMMER: All right. HAMMER: Yes, Erykah Badu caused a whole lot of controversy when she stripped nude at the site where President John F. Kennedy was assassinated. She has even been charged with disorderly conduct and faces a $500 fine.
But today, Wanda Sykes is having a little bit of fun with this. Badu was just on the Wanda Sykes show. She got people really outraged over her video for that song "Window Seat."
Badu shot the video, where she takes all of her clothes off, as you see, at Dealey Plaza. That, of course, is the site in Dallas where JFK was shot and killed back in 1963. Well, did you see this? Wanda Sykes tries to lighten up the mood a bit with her own take on Badu`s video.

HAMMER: That`s pretty funny. I`m all for free speech and creativity, but I do think Erykah Badu went a little too far with her video, particularly because there were kids around.

Tiger Woods grilled. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT with Tiger Woods in Augusta, Georgia hearing from him in his own words today about his massive mistress mess.
Tiger revealed today never-before-heard details about his rehab stint reportedly for sex addiction. In his first news conference since his cheating scandal became public, Tiger got emotional, talking about the terrible things he did before he got there. But, what exactly was he there for?

WOODS: That`s personal. Thank you.

HAMMER: Tiger wouldn`t answer that question. So tonight, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is asking, what should have been asked at today`s news conference that was not asked?
With me in New York is Sunny Hostin. She`s a legal analyst from "In Session" on our sister network, Tru TV. In Hollywood, it`s Tanika Ray - she`s an entertainment journalist. Also here in New York, Rick Cerrone, a PR consultant and motivational speaker.
So one of the huge questions I had - really we all had before today - was would Tiger`s wife Elin stand by his side for his return to golf this week at the Masters? Take a look at this.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Will Elin and the kids be joining you (UNINTELLIGIBLE) when you tee off? And if not, is that a sign that she`s not ready to support you yet? And should you be making this return so soon to the game?
WOODS: Elin is not coming this week, no.

HAMMER: Flat out, quick answer - no. Tanika Ray, what does that say to you?
RAY: I love it. I think that`s one of those, like, he had to take a big gulp of a swallow because that was probably really hard for him to say. But I said last week, she should not go to the golf game because everyone`s going to be focused on her and not the golf tournament.
And I think that he hasn`t earned his wife to come there and support him. So good. They`re not on that stage yet. This is a step-by-step process. And right now, we`re at the point where Tiger can admit that he`s a bad man. He`s done bad things. But he`s trying to work on that.
And down the line, I`m sure he`ll say, "I was there for sex rehab." But you know, it`s a process. And we need to give that man some space to make his process what it is.
HAMMER: All right. So as far as his wife, question asked, question answered. Right now, I want to get to one of those questioned not asked today at the news conference. We asked our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT Facebook fans what they wanted to know.
Let`s go to Nicole D. This is what she wrote on our wall, "If the shoe was on the other foot and Elin did what he did, would he stand by her?" Sunny, I think that`s a fair question.
HOSTIN: It`s a very fair question. And let`s face it --
RAY: Interesting.
HOSTIN: I mean, I think it`s amazing that she has the strength and the fortitude not to stand up there. Aren`t we all tired of those women who stand by their man --
RAY: Absolutely.
HOSTIN: And have those ridiculously weirded-out smiles.
HAMMER: Yes.
HOSTIN: The bottom line is, they should be horrified and embarrassed --
RAY: Stepford wives --
HOSTIN: By their behavior and not stand there.
HAMMER: Yes.
HOSTIN: I think it`s incredible that she did that.
HAMMER: Exactly right. Tanika just said "The Stepford Wives." Wait until you see the Stepford face. But think about this now - think about this. Tiger is a fierce competitor. His return to golf and playing the Masters - it`s about winning.
And he seemed to me like he was back to the business of golf today. But being at the Masters really about winning and that totally contradicts what he has always said about family first. I want you to watch what he said today.

HAMMER: OK. So if tournaments are irrelevant - I think Pat C. asked a terrific question on our Facebook wall today. She wrote this, "Why are you here? You should be home with Elin and the kids."
Rick, are you with our Facebook fan Pat that Tiger should have sat this one out?
RICK CERRONE, P.R. CONSULTANT AND MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKER: No, I`m absolutely not with her. You know, I said at the very beginning he should take as long as he needs. But at some point, you`ve got to get back to work and you`ve got to give people something else to talk about.
This is never going to go away until Tiger Woods gets back on the golf course. And as Tanika said earlier, this is a process and this is just another step in the process. And I`ve got to say, he did very well today.
HAMMER: Tanika, what do you think, though?
RAY: Yes?
HAMMER: I mean, you`ve been rooting for his return all along. No way you think he should have maybe waited a little while longer? Because it does not seem all is in order with the home life at all. And I think that`s going to take a while.
RAY: You`re right. It`s not completely rejuvenated yet. But you have to remember that golf is a big part of Tiger`s identity. And there`s no reason to rehab if he`s not really being truthful to who he is 100 percent. He`s a golfer. He`s a championship golfer. He`s probably the best golfer we`ve ever seen.
He`s got to get back in the game, back to his normal life. And then he can apply what he`s learned in rehab and really see if he`s a rejuvenated, rehabbed man. So this is really going to be the test.
And I can`t wait for him to spank some butt on that golf course. I think he`s back for real, baby.
HAMMER: He may be back for real. A lot of people saying probably not going to win. We`re curious to see if he`s even going to qualify.
But let me get to this great question asked by one of the reporters in Augusta today. The reporter asked if the reason Tiger was so reckless with those reported text messages to his alleged mistresses and so reckless about allegedly having sex in his own home, they`re suggesting, that maybe he wanted to get caught.
RAY: Yes.
HAMMER: Now, Angie M. wrote this on our wall. She says if she were at Augusta, she would have gotten to the point with four simple words, "Was it worth it?" Now, Sunny, I could not help but notice that Tiger - I believe he was genuinely contrite today. But what do you --
HOSTIN: I don`t.
HAMMER: OK. But that said, to the question, was it worth it? Obviously, he`d say no because, what else are you going to say? But what do you think?
HOSTIN: I mean, clearly he would say it wasn`t worth it. But, again, I can`t imagine that someone that has done this for so very long is all of a sudden just so - such a different person after 45 days of rehab.
RAY: That`s not what he`s saying.
HOSTIN: After 45 days --
RAY: That`s not what he is saying.
HOSTIN: I think that is really what he`s saying. I think he wants everyone to move past this. And I can`t imagine that he is a changed person. I`m not buying what he`s selling.
HAMMER: But Rick Cerrone, let me ask you. You know, you`ve had a life working with athletes. Do you think - OK he may not have said, "Yes, I think it was worth it." But do you think he might have thought it was worth it?
CERRONE: It was not worth it. He destroyed his brand. He destroyed everything. He went from being the most respected athlete celebrity in the world to being a punch line. It was not worth it.
Why did he keep doing it? I believe that power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Because no one was able to stop him. This is a process. He can do nothing to change what has happened.
He can`t do anything about the text messages that women have, the E- mails - nothing. He can`t change the future. He can only deal with it day by day, and today he did very well.
HAMMER: All right. You`ve got to take a look --
RAY: But A.J., also --
HAMMER: Go ahead --
RAY: I want to say - because I said this last week, that he was so sloppy. I really do think he did want to get caught. You can`t be perfect all the time to everybody. And he has lived his life in the spotlight since he was three years old. He`s broken down color barriers.
HOSTIN: Nonsense.
RAY: The man had to have a moment where he went through the valley in order to go back up to the peak of the mountain. And right now he is on his way back up that hill.
HOSTIN: He`s an egomaniac. He thought he couldn`t get caught.
(CROSS TALK)
RAY: Absolutely. And I`m not saying that he`s recovered. He is working on becoming the man that we all thought that he was. It is a process, I will say again.
CERRONE: Michael Jackson couldn`t stop either. I mean, this man has serious psychological issues.
RAY: You`re right.
HOSTIN: I don`t believe that.
CERRONE: And you know, yes, he hit rock bottom. And you know, how long can we crucify this man? He`s got to be given the opportunity --
RAY: Exactly.
CERRONE: To try to rebuild his life and then his legacy.
HAMMER: Tanika, let me ask you one question, though, because I`m guessing you`re going to have a strong reaction to this. Should Tiger have apologized? Now, think about it before you answer, Tanika. Should he have apologized to his alleged mistresses? Thinking? Thinking?
RAY: I`m thinking. I`m thinking.
HAMMER: Answer.
RAY: No.
HOSTIN: Oh.
RAY: Here`s the thing. You know what? When you`re a mistress, you know what you`re getting into. He`s got a wife out there. He`s got a mother and he`s got a family.
HAMMER: Fair enough.
RAY: You are a jump-off. You`re an addition to his life.

RAY: There`s no respect there.

HAMMER: Is Erin Andrews in danger? As she competes again today on "Dancing with the Stars," she`s digging in her heels despite disturbing death threats from a stalker.
Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York.
The death threats against Erin Andrews in just a minute. But first, the Sandra Bullock divorce drama. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT brings you even more news just in today on Sandra`s marital crisis after her husband`s alleged serial cheating.
Well, we learned today that Jesse James reportedly checked out of the rehab facility he was in, after just one week. Sandra`s hubby went to a place that is known for treating sex addiction, but is he back in there now?
There`s also another new report today that Sandra is drawing up the divorce papers and there is no hope left for her marriage.
With me in New York, Sunny Hostin from "In Session" on our sister network Tru TV. In Hollywood, entertainment journalist Tanika Ray.
So there are various reports today that Jesse James checked out of that rehab facility in Arizona because Sandra wasn`t taking his calls. There`s another report that says he was tired of privacy leaks.
Now, as of show time, his people didn`t get back to us. But Sunny, after such a big deal was made over him going into rehab, I`ve got to think that him checking out so soon is not going to make him look good at all.
HOSTIN: Well, it`s not. But you know, I almost respect it, A.J., because the bottom line is, is he really a sex addict? Is that really true?
HAMMER: Right.
HOSTIN: And if it isn`t true and he just did it to sort of try to get back together with his wife, and when he realized it wasn`t going to work, he checked himself out. I almost respect that more.
HAMMER: No, there`s something to that.
RAY: Wow.
HAMMER: So many people, so, so skeptical of the reality of why he actually went in. Now, as we know, and partially as a result of him going in to the sex rehab, everybody`s been beating up on Jesse James.
Now, this morning on "The View," Whoopi Goldberg said you know, maybe Jesse couldn`t handle being married to a woman like Sandra Bullock. But then, a whopper, when Whoopi made a shocking admission of her own that she, herself, cheated when she was married. Take a look.

WHOOPI GOLDBERG, CO-HOST, "THE VIEW": Yes. Hey, listen, I did it five or six times.
BARBARA WALTERS, EXECUTIVE PRODUCER AND CO-HOST, "THE VIEW": While you were married?

GOLDBERG: Yes. Yes, I screwed around. Yes, while I was married. I made those mistakes, too, yes. It happens sometimes. I`m not excusing. What I`m doing is saying, "Hey, maybe there`s something else to look at over here." As opposed to just saying, "He`s a bonehead." You know, maybe he wanted something wonderful in his life and couldn`t deal with it.

HAMMER: I don`t think it`s just that he is a bonehead but he`s a bonehead, as well. Tanika, do you think that Whoopi has a point? Maybe we shouldn`t be so quick to bash Jesse? That sounds almost uncomfortable coming out of my mouth.
RAY: No, I think we need to bash Jesse. He needs bonehead intervention at this point. Here`s the thing, sex rehab - we don`t know who has sex addictions and who doesn`t.
All I know is it explains so much when Jesse James was at that award shows and he looked like a deer caught in the headlights. He was scared his hookers on side were going to see him and the fact that he`s married.
Here`s the thing - he`s a jerk and he needs to go somewhere and figure it out. I think that his ego and machismo is stopping him from going the Tiger route and stopping him from really evaluating himself and admitting that maybe he has a problem.
And that`s where we have the issue here. The reason why people are lashing out at him is because he`s this dude with the big muscles and the motorcycles and he`s hurt America`s sweetheart. And we aren`t going to stand for it.
HOSTIN: How is Jesse any different from Tiger? How is Jesse any different from Tiger? They`re the same.
RAY: Jesse (INAUDIBLE). Because Tiger looked in the mirror and he said, "I`ve done something bad and I need to go away and fix it."
HOSTIN: Oh, come on. So he stayed in rehab for like three more weeks?
RAY: Jesse James hasn`t done that.
HOSTIN: Come on.
RAY: Yes. Jesse James - and he`s still in rehab. Tiger admits that he`s still working on himself. It is a process that he`s willing to take part in.
It is something that he`s willing to hold dear to his heart and say, "I am not a fixed man completely. I`m going to continue to work on myself." Where Jesse James - we don`t know what he`s thinking.
HAMMER: Well, here`s the other thing --
RAY: We really can`t speculate because we don`t know.
HAMMER: And here`s the other thing. We`ve got nothing invested in Jesse James other than yes, he hurt America`s sweetheart.
RAY: Exactly.
HAMMER: Tiger Woods on the other hand, a whole different story. All right. I want to move on now to the disturbing stalker scare for "Dancing with the Stars" contestant Erin Andrews. Erin going back on the show tonight, refusing to quit, despite just learning about those E-mail death threats against her.
Referring to her dancing partner, Maksim Chmerkovskiy, Andrews tells "People" magazine this, "I don`t want to let Maks down. I don`t want to let my family down. I don`t want to let myself down. I`m not going to stop living my life. I don`t quit on things. It`s not an option to me."
I love that. Now, Erin says she`s still traumatized by the other stalker who was just convicted of putting nude peephole videos of her online. Sunny, I`ve got to tell you, I think that if she bails on "Dancing with the Stars," then the stalker wins.
HOSTIN: Exactly.
HAMMER: So the idea of her quitting, I think, not an option.
HOSTIN: Not an option. This is a real "you go girl" moment. I really thought that that was a stand that she took not only for herself, but for women all over the world that have been subjected to stalkers.
Of course, once there`s a stalker in your life, it`s very difficult to get a stalker out of your life. And the fact that she stood up and said, "You are not going to define who I am," I say that`s a "you go, girl" moment.
HAMMER: Tanika, are right there with Sunny?
RAY: Not to be a conspiracy theorist, but all of a sudden the day that she performs on the third week, she gets this horrible death threat? I don`t understand.
(CROSSTALK)
HOSTIN: No, no, no.
HAMMER: All right, Tanika. Cut the mike off. We`re not going down that - -
RAY: What makes her so special?
HAMMER: I`m the biggest conspiracy theorist of them all, I`m not going to let you have that one, Tanika. But thanks for putting that out there anyway.

RAY: I just don`t understand. All this stuff coming out about her. Is it to win votes?
HOSTIN: No.
HAMMER: Tanika Ray, Sunny Hostin, thank you, guys. Let`s move on to big news breaking right now, the explosive Michael Jackson family court showdown. Michael`s family sitting in the same courtroom today, inches from Dr. Conrad Murray who, of course, is charged in connection with Michael`s death.

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. We have more big news breaking. The doctor charged with involuntary manslaughter in connection with Michael Jackson`s death was in court late today with members of Michael Jackson`s family staring him down.
The hearing today was for Dr. Conrad Murray. Dr. Murray will soon learn if and when his case is going to trial. CNN reporter Alan Duke is right there for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.
Alan, Dr. Murray, of course, is accused of giving Michael Jackson the anesthetic propofol to help him sleep. Of course, we know now that it eventually contributed to his death. Tell us what happened in that courtroom today.
ALAN DUKE, CNN ENTERTAINMENT REPORTER (through telephone): Well, really it was an odd thing that we were in two courtrooms. Earlier, we started in the Judge Peter Espinoza`s courtroom and he was going there to appoint another judge to handle the case on some basis.
And that`s Judge Mike Pastor who then took the lawyers and the prosecutors into his chambers, talked to them and came out and explained that they were going to delay everything until June 14th.
But while we were in there, Dr. Murray sat stone-faced, just a few feet away from Janet, Randy, Jermaine and parents Katherine and Joe Jackson and about a dozen of Michael Jackson`s biggest fans.
HAMMER: So this is the first time that the Jackson family has literally came face-to-face with Dr. Murray since Michael died. What was it like in the courtroom? I have to imagine you could have felt the tension.
DUKE: Well, actually many of them were there - in fact, more of them we there sort of wearing the apron when Murray came into the courtroom for his initial arraignment. So they have been in his presence.
I tell you, there was some groaning and hissing as Dr. Murray walked from an elevator into the first courtroom. Michael Jackson fans who were lining the courtroom hallway were hissing and groaning. And they almost got kicked out of the courthouse.
HAMMER: But generally, you know, we have seen so many times in the past, whether the family was present or not, when it`s a courtroom situation involving Michael Jackson, there is a circus-like atmosphere. Was that the case today?
DUKE: Well, you know, yes. I would say definitely outside of the courthouse. There were plenty of Michael Jackson fans that were coming from California out in full force in front of the courthouse.
Joe Jackson was smiling and waving as he walked through the crowd and seemed to be enjoying the attention. I can tell you that Janet wearing her sunglasses didn`t smile. Jermaine didn`t say anything and everybody else. It was pretty much a solemn occasion for the Jackson family.
HAMMER: So Alan, you say the hearing has been continued until mid-June. Best case scenario, what do you think the earliest Dr. Murray`s trial could possibly begin based on what you saw today?
DUKE: We do have a time table, June 14th. So a couple of months from now, we`re going to have a hearing where the medical board`s lawyer will ask that his medical license be suspended and the 90 days that we may have a preliminary hearing.
