KATE GOSSELIN, REALITY TV STAR: It was a great experience and I`m sorry I`m crying.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: The creators of "South Park" tick off Muslim radicals.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Mohammed cannot make public appearances.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: And Lindsay Lohan`s dad for calling the cops on Lindsay.

ANNOUNCER: TV`s most provocative entertainment news show starts right now.

(MUSIC)

HAMMER: Hello. I`m A.J. Hammer coming to you from New York City.

BROOKE ANDERSON, CO-HOST: Hi there, everyone. I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood with big news breaking today - Naomi gone wild again.

HAMMER: Yes. There she goes again, Brooke, like a dangerous volcano that just keeps erupting. Supermodel Naomi Campbell has blown her stack yet again, but this time it was all caught on tape.

But wait, there`s more. Much more to this story today including a former dictator on trial for crimes against humanity as well as an incredibly expensive so-called blood diamond. Well, you toss in a heaping help of Naomi infamous temper you have got a caught-on-tape tantrum to remember.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

(voice-over): Mad model Naomi Campbell has struck again. Last night ABC`s "Nightline" aired for the very first time this video of the infamously fierce model laying a smackdown on a camera after storming out of a difficult interview this past February.

NAOMI CAMPBELL, SUPERMODEL: Thank you very much. Goodbye.

HAMMER: A model smacking a camera? That`s unheard of. But anything`s possible when you cross Naomi who is infamous for her violent outbursts.

JO PIAZZA, ENTERTAINMENT JOURNALIST: Naomi is now better known for being a violent offender than she is for her exploits on the catwalk.

HAMMER: The just-revealed camera smacking happened at a Haiti earthquake relief event in New York City. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT was at the even and Campbell seemed pleasant enough when we spotted her. So what did ABC News say to her that set her off?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You received a diamond from Charles -

CAMPBELL: I didn`t receive a diamond -

HAMMER: SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you it`s a wild story involving a girl`s best friend, war crimes in Africa and, of all people, actress Mia Farrow.

PIAZZA: ABC News reporters asked her why she hadn`t been cooperating with the prosecution in the Charles Taylor case in The Hague.

HAMMER: Charles Taylor is the former president of Liberia. He is on trial in The Hague for horrifying war crimes.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You are charged on an indictment which alleges that are you are everything from a terrorist to a rapist.

CHARLES TAYLOR, FORMER PRESIDENT OF LIBERIA: I`m none of those.

HAMMER: When Taylor was president of Liberia, he allegedly provided support for rebels in a bloody civil war in the neighboring country of Sierra Leone. Rebels who slaughtered and mutilated women and children financed their brutal campaign with so-called blood diamonds.

LEONARDO DI CAPRIO, ACTOR: That diamond could be priceless.

HAMMER: That was the subject of the movie, "Blood Diamond" starring Leonardo Di Caprio.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: You received a diamond -

HAMMER: Here`s what diamonds, Naomi Campbell and Mia Farrow come in.

MIA FARROW, ACTRESS: You don`t forget when a girlfriend tells you that she was given a huge diamond in the middle of the night.

HAMMER: Mia Farrow tells ABC News she and Naomi Campbell went to South Africa in 1997 as guests of Nelson Mandela. She says Charles Taylor was there, too. And Farrow tells ABC News that Campbell confided in her about a special gift she got from Taylor.

FARROW: Naomi Campbell came down and she said, during the night, some men had knocked at her door and it was representatives of President Charles Taylor and that they had given her a huge diamond.

HAMMER: And in Charles Taylor`s war crimes trial, that could be the smoking diamond.

PIAZZA: This diamond could serve to link him to a lot of the criminals and warlords in Sierra Leone, which is what prosecutors in The Hague are trying to get to the bottom of. And apparently, Naomi has been uncooperative. She doesn`t want to say whether or not Charles Taylor gave her the diamond.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Did this man bring you a diamond?

HAMMER: And that brings us back to the contentious ABC interview.

CAMPBELL: Thank you so much. Goodbye.

HAMMER: And the Campbell camera smacking. Campbell has had so many violent outbursts over the years. We at SHOWBIZ TONIGHT keep a running credit roll of her greatest alleged greatest hits.

In some of those cases, she actually pleaded guilty to criminal charges. But journalist Jo Piazza tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT she sees a silver lining in Campbell`s latest camera attack.

PIAZZA: This time she chose to take her anger out on an inanimate object.

HAMMER: But Naomi apparently has a long way to go in solving her anger issues. So while she`s no Charles Taylor, it`s clear that Naomi Campbell`s own reign of terror continues.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: Well, Naomi fists and fury have landed her a rap sheet as long as a catwalk. But I think her number might finally be up.

Right now, in Atlanta, Sunny Hostin from "In Session" from our sister network, Tru TV. In Hollywood, it is Jim Moret who is a chief correspondent for "Inside Edition" and the author of a great book, "The Last Day of My Life."

So Naomi`s camera smackdown, as we know, guys, just the latest in this long line of her greatest hits. Let me run these down for you. Just last month, she was accused of attacking her driver.

She was arrested in 2008 for attacking two cops at Heathrow Airport. And of course, there was her infamous arrest and conviction for attacking her housekeeper with a bejeweled Blackberry.

Jim Moret, my friend, off to you first. I just don`t really get it. She knows everybody is watching her every step because of all of those things I just mentioned. And she still attacks a poor ABC News camera. Is she just out of her mind?

JIM MORET, CHIEF CORRESPONDENT, "INSIDE EDITION": In a way, I think it would be a bigger story if nothing happened with Naomi Campbell because this kind of thing seems to follow her around. I don`t know what it is.

You know, she clearly has anger management issues and she`s going to land herself in jail one day if she`s not careful.

HAMMER: Yes. And it`s clear to me that she just doesn`t care enough to get help for whatever this is, even though we know she has tried to deal with it, I think, more because the court tried to get her to deal with it.

But Naomi`s latest meltdown isn`t just about being a big bully. She`s caught up in some pretty serious stuff here, allegedly getting this so- called blood diamond from the former Liberian president, Charles Taylor.

Charles Taylor is on trial for crimes against humanity, crimes allegedly funded by blood diamonds. You`ve got to watch how this whole thing played out. Let`s roll that.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: You received a diamond from Charles -

CAMPBELL: I didn`t receive a diamond. And I`m not going to speak about that. Thank you very much. And I`m not here for that.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Did you have dinner, though, with Charles Taylor.

CAMPBELL: I had dinner with Nelson Mandela. Thank you very much.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: And did his men bring you a diamond? You know, a diamond in the rough, sort of a large diamond?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: No, we`re not answering these questions.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Well, we`ve been told that you didn`t help the prosecution, sort of, in this very important case.

CAMPBELL: Thank you so much. Goodbye.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: And there it is - unbelievable. Hey, you know, I`m thinking, isn`t there some kind of device, I don`t know, maybe a stylish Hermes bracelet she could wear. And every time Naomi is about to snap - I don`t know - maybe she gets a little corrective pulse. I mean, Sunny, she certainly needs something, right?

SUNNY HOSTIN, LEGAL CONTRIBUTOR, "IN SESSION": She certainly does. I may be willing to buy into that product, I`ve got to say, A.J. I mean, she has these problems over and over and over again and really has admitted to having these anger management issues but doesn`t seem to be able to manage them.

I mean, every time I hear about, this I`m thinking Naomi, Naomi, Naomi, come on, get it together.

HAMMER: Yes. So you`ve got to wonder what it`s going to take. Well, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT did just learn today Naomi is going to go on Oprah Winfrey`s show to talk about her infamous temper among other things.

Jim, there`s a part of me that`s thinking, you know, maybe Oprah should be wearing a helmet during that interview. But really, is Oprah perhaps the one person who might finally be able to get through to Naomi Campbell?

MORET: I say I think a Kevlar vest but you go with the legal met. Yes, you know, I think Oprah can say, "Look, Naomi, here`s this incident - this incident. You can`t hide from - you can`t just say they are all alleged incidents. None of happened. Something happened on most every single one of these cases.

HAMMER: Yes.

MORET: I think perhaps Oprah can say what is the deal? What is it going to take for you to settle down?

HAMMER: Yes. And hopefully she will. All right. Now that we`ve that settled, I do want to move on to big news breaking today involving the first of Tiger Woods reported mistresses, Rachel Uchitel.

Now, TMZ is reporting she is talking with four big cable networks about doing a reality show to find true love. Sunny Hostin, I don`t know about you. I actually it would be outrageous if somebody rewarded this woman by giving her her own show. Are you with me on that?

HOSTIN: I am with you. It is so outrageous. You know, A.J., I`ve always said that there is a special place in hell for women who like to sleep with other women`s husbands. And there are no reality shows in hell. She doesn`t deserve a reality show. She doesn`t deserve to benefit from really terrorizing Tiger Woods` marriage and his wife.

HAMMER: Yes. And really, shame on anybody who provides her with the opportunity to do that. Sunny Hostin, Jim Moret, thank you so much, guys.

ANDERSON: Hey, there`s a brand-new Oprah book controversy today. Oprah Winfrey`s 82-year-old cousin outraged. This cousin is now denying the explosive things she first revealed for the book as written by author Kitty Kelley.

And is it better to be thin than pregnant? Startling comments today from the trainer on TV`s "The Biggest Loser."

And SHOWBIZ TONIGHT names the most provocative celebrity of the week. Kate Gosselin`s boo-hoo-hoo booting from "Dancing with the Stars." Matt Stone and Trey Parker, the guys behind the "South Park" episode which ticked off radical Muslims. Or Michael Lohan for calling the cops on his daughter, Lindsay. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

HAMMER: And now, the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

DENNIS QUAID, ACTOR: The twins are doing great. In fact, they`re probably ahead. Of course, I`m a proud parent, so I think they`re probably ahead in their development, really. And we just couldn`t be happier.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Yes. Dennis Quaid telling CNN`s Anderson Cooper that his absolute nightmare did have a happy ending. Quaid`s newborn twins nearly died after a terrible medical mistake. Today, he is speaking out about his mission to save others from dying in a brand-new documentary.

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York with Brooke Anderson in Hollywood.

ANDERSON: A.J., this is every parent`s worst nightmare. Dennis Quaid and his wife were ecstatic to finally have children together. But a horrific mistake nearly killed their twins.

Now, Quaid`s out with a brand-new documentary about deaths from medical mistakes you saw him there with his movie partner.

Here is CNN`s Randi Kaye for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT with a terrifying look how Quaid`s kids nearly died.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

RANDI KAYE, CNN CORRESPONDENT (voice-over): It was November 2007, less than two weeks after Dennis Quaid`s twins were born, when the actor says the nurse caring for them nearly killed them.

The babies, Thomas Boone and Zoe Grace, had been readmitted to Cedars- Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles for a staph infection. But the nurse unknowingly gave the twins 1,000 times the recommended dose of the drug heparin, a blood thinner. Quaid and his wife were in the room, but didn`t know anything was wrong until the next day, when they found their newborn twins bleeding profusely.

DENNIS QUAID, ACTOR: Their now water-thin blood had the real possibility of hemorrhaging through a vein or artery, causing massive brain damage or failure to one of their vital organs.

KAYE: Quaid says the twins were supposed to receive 10 units of heparin, but instead got the adult dosage of 10,000 units, a massive overdose that turned their blood thin as water.

(on camera): How could this happen? Quaid says, both the pediatric dose and the adult dosage of heparin have similar labels. For the next 41 hours, doctors scrambled to save his children.

QUAID: At one point, as the doctors tried to clamp a bleeding wound in the remnant of T-Boone`s umbilical cord, blood spurted six feet across the room and splattered on the wall.

KAYE: It was the most frightening night of his life. They`d worked so hard to have children. First, trouble conceiving, then miscarriages, and now this.

QUAID: And our babies could have died that night.

KAYE: Three other babies did die in Indianapolis, a year before. Just like the Quaids, the six infants in that case were given adult doses of heparin. Half of them died.

QUAID: They recall automobiles. They recall toasters. They even recall dog food. But Baxter failed to recall a medication that, due to its labeling, had already killed three infants.

KAYE: Baxter International, one heparin manufacturer, told CNN it had redesigned the drug`s vial before the Quaid scare to help doctors identify the right dosage. But Baxter did not recall the older vials, so they were still being used at Cedar-Sinai, where Quaid`s children were treated.

Quaid sued Baxter for negligence, but the case was dismissed.

(on camera): Quaid and his wife reportedly settled with Cedar- Sinai Hospital for $750,000, but they say this isn`t about the money. This is about protecting patients and doing something about the nearly 200,000 Americans who reportedly die each year due to medical errors.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

ANDERSON: Dennis Quaid hopes by speaking out about medical errors, he will help save lives. You can catch "Chasing Zero: Winning the War on Health Care Harm" on the Discovery Channel. It premiers Saturday.

HAMMER: Wow, Brooke. It is such a scary story, obviously. We`re so thankful everything worked out for the Quaids and their kids.

All right. We move on now and we`re getting a lot of calls in to "Showbiz on Call" today about the raging "South Park" controversy.

ANDERSON: That`s right. Radical Muslims with ties to Osama Bin Laden are furious with the show for spoofing the prophet Mohammed. Ann from Iowa isn`t happy either.

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

ANN, CALLER FROM IOWA: What in the world has happened to the morals in this country? Actually, in this world. As far as I`m concerned, "South Park" shouldn`t be on the air. It is filthy. It`s stupid and it`s just plain dumb.

ANDERSON: Thanks, Ann.

HAMMER: We also heard from Rebecca calling in to "Showbiz on Call" from Virginia. Now, she thinks people just need to be able to take a joke.

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

REBECCA, CALLER FROM VIRGINIA: I`m against all censorship and while I happen to be very spiritual, I really think that the fact people just can`t laugh at themselves anymore.

And if you`re not completely secure in your religion, then obviously you`re going to have problems with things you see on TV. Basically, everybody needs to start getting over themselves and start laughing at themselves.

(END AUDIO CLIP)

HAMMER: Great point. We appreciate your call, Rebecca.

ANDERSON: The "Showbiz on Call" phone lines are open 24/7. Mark this down - call us at 1-888-SBT-BUZZ. That`s 1-888-728-2899.

HAMMER: Donald Trump`s wife, Melania, is a beautiful woman. She`s successful. So why in the world did he have to ask her on live TV if he could cheat on her?

Is it better to be thin than pregnant? Startling comments today from the trainer on TV`s "The Biggest Loser." Why Jillian Michaels says she would never have a baby because it would ruin her body.

And Bo knows how to steal the show. The Obamas` dog upstages the first lady.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

MICHELLE OBAMA, UNITED STATES FIRST LADY; Do I like living in the White House? And yes, it`s fun living in the White House. You can`t live life without vegetables, right? You`ve got to have vegetables. Right, Bo? Yes, you do.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Oh, good for you. I guess Jimmy got a hold of the Christian Bale going nuts on set caught on tape. I think that is a precious moment that will live forever, Brooke.

ANDERSON: Oh, yes. We will never forget that. OK, if Donald Trump ever pulled a Tiger Woods, he better watch out, because his wife, Melania, would not be having any of that.

Donald and Melania were on "The View" today. They were talking about Tiger Woods and his cheating scandal. Now, Melania thinks that Tiger and his wife, Elin, should split up.

But listen to what she says when Barbara Walters asks her what would happen if Donald cheated.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

BARBARA WALTERS, EXECUTIVE PRODUCER AND CO-HOST, "THE VIEW": And if Donald did it - if Donald did it, you`d kill him, right?

MELANIA TRUMP, DONALD TRUMP`S WIFE: Only in his dreams, I tell him.

DONALD TRUMP, BUSINESS TYCOON: I was waiting for Barbara to do that. No, I think she`s give me three or four chances. Would you give me three or four chances?

M. TRUMP: Only in your dreams.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Don`t push your luck.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Yes, Donald, don`t even go there.

HAMMER: So we are getting a lot of your iReport videos on the whole "South Park" controversy. A radical Muslim group with ties to Osama Bin Laden is just furious with the Comedy Central show for making fun of the prophet Mohammed. But Omekongo from Washington thinks everybody just needs to chill out.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

OMEKONGO, WASHINGTON: You know, I`m really tired of all these people who are upset about "South Park" and "Family Guy" and "American Dad." At the end of the day, this TV shows are really just America`s media passion. Sex sells, controversy sells. And the more we put this stuff out, the more their audience grows.

(MUSIC)

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. It is 30 minutes passed the hour. I`m A.J. Hammer coming to you from New York City.

ANDERSON: And I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood with big news breaking in "The Buzz" today.

HAMMER: Yes, Brooke. The trainer on TV`s "The Biggest Loser" starts a great debate today over not getting pregnant because of what it could do to her body. And a startling about-face today about that new unauthorized biography about Oprah Winfrey. Wait until you hear this.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

(voice-over): The book on Oprah and her supposed father. Oprah Winfrey`s elderly cousin is slamming a new unauthorized biography of Oprah that claims the woman revealed the real identity of Oprah`s biological father.

Oprah`s 82-year-old cousin tells a Mississippi newspaper that despite the author Kitty Kelley`s claim, she never told Kelley who Oprah`s father really is. Kelley tells the paper she thinks the woman may have been pressured to change her story.

Roman Polanski loses another court battle. The fugitive director just suffered another setback in his effort to avoid extradition to California. He is facing 33-year-old sexual assault charges. A California court rejected his appeal to have his case reviewed by a special counsel or be sentenced in absentia while he remains under house arrest in Switzerland.

Better thin than pregnant? Explosive comments from Jillian Michaels who is the trainer on NBC`s "Biggest Loser." Jillian tells "Women`s Health Magazine," quote, "I`m going to adopt - I can`t handle doing that to my body." Michaels also revealed that she is bisexual.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

ANDERSON: We will get to those controversial comments that Jillian Michaels made about not getting pregnant because of what it could do to her body in just a moment.

But first we`ve got to talk about the brand-new smackdown today aimed at the author of Oprah Winfrey`s unauthorized biography.

Joining me right now from Atlanta, Sunny Hostin, who is a legal contributor from "In Session" on our sister network, Tru TV. And from Hollywood, Kim Serafin, who is a senior editor for "In Touch Weekly."

Sunny, Kim, there has been so much controversy over this Kitty Kelley book about Oprah and whether or not it`s accurate. Now, Oprah`s elderly cousin, who Oprah calls Aunt Katherine, is denying what Kitty Kelley claims she told her about Oprah`s real biological father. So A.J., what exactly is Oprah`s cousin, Aunt Katherine, saying?

HAMMER: Well, Brooke, Oprah`s cousin, known as Aunt Katherine, is denying everything today. Here`s what she says, "I`m sorry this book portraying her falsely was ever written and that I participated by answering questions."

And she goes on to say if she were given the chance to explain herself to Oprah, here`s how she`d put it, "`Kitty Kelley misquoted me when she said I told her who your father was.` How could I know? That`s all I`d want to tell her."

Sunny, let me ask you something, is this new development just going to fuel the fire that Kitty`s book about Oprah is just a bunch of garbage?

HOSTIN: It really is, I mean, because that`s the big question. This is an unauthorized biography. Oprah is upset that the biography is out there. She didn`t consent to it. She didn`t participate in it.

And now, you`ve got the family member saying, "I participated but they are lying about what I said." I think that is really significant. I mean, what is Kitty Kelley going to do now, call this 80-something-year-old woman a big fat liar?

ANDERSON: Yes, exactly. And so far, Oprah has not really gotten herself worked up about the book. And I think that`s because she doesn`t want to lend it any credence.

And earlier this week, when she honored her good friend, Gayle King, at the Matrix Awards she said that Gayle was the one getting all bent out of shape over claims in the book. Watch.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

OPRAH WINFREY, HOST, "THE OPRAH WINFREY SHOW": Every day, she`s getting herself more and more worked up about all of my new daddies that are now showing up. New daddies saying, "Hello daughter, call me. I need a new roof." Well, this, too, shall pass.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Hey, Kim, given the new denial by Oprah`s cousin, do you think that Oprah has anything whatsoever to worry about? Do you think that people are buying the claims in this unauthorized biography?

KIM SERAFIN, SENIOR EDITOR, "IN TOUCH WEEKLY": No. I mean, I think she never had anything to worry about. Yes, the book will sell. People will buy the book. They`ll read the book. But is this really going to affect Oprah`s career? Is this going to affect her new network?

No. And the way that Oprah handles it is even better. I mean - and I think when something like this comes out with this 82-year-old woman saying that she wasn`t sure. Maybe she thought that Kitty Kelley was working with Oprah - I mean she`s 82.

It is possible she did misunderstand things. So I think people have sympathy for that. But again, we`re looking at Oprah. She is the queen. Nothing is going to destroy her.

ANDERSON: Yes, nothing is going to do that. And we want to hear from you in our exclusive SHOWBIZ TONIGHT poll. Here`s what we`re asking today, "Unauthorized Oprah Biography: Are you anxious to read it?" Go ahead and vote, CNN.com/ShowbizTonight.

I`ve got to move now to the explosive comments made by "The Biggest Loser" trainer, Jillian Michaels. In an interview with "Women`s Health," Jillian, who is 36 years old, says she does not want to get pregnant, and here`s the reason.

She says, "I`m going to adopt. I can`t handle doing that to my body. Also, when you rescue something, it`s like rescuing a part of yourself."

Adoption is wonderful, but in terms of not wanting to give birth because of what it will do for your body, having given birth myself - you know, there is no greater joy, in my opinion.

But you do have to be devoted. You`ve got to be committed to it because it is a sacrifice. Your body does change so you`ve got to put your vanity on the backburner, your own selfish desires about your opinions.

You`ve got to be mature. You`ve got to be unselfish. And I think those are qualities you need to have if you are thinking about becoming a parent, adoptive or not.

And Sunny, I say that, but at the same time, I`m betting there are a lot of women who agree with Jillian and at the same time. What do you think?

HOSTIN: I`ve got to tell you, I hope not. I`m the proud mother of two beautiful babies. I`ve got the C-section scars to show it and to prove it. I`m proud of it. There is nothing better than being a mother.

And I think it is despicable that someone would say they would rather be thin than have a wonderful, wonderful child. And I really, really think that it sends a wrong message out to people.

But I will say I`m glad that she doesn`t want to become a mother because someone that selfish and that vain is not going to make a good mom.

SERAFIN: Yes.

ANDERSON: OK. I`ve got to move now to Kate Gosselin. Let`s talk about another mom. Kate Gosselin`s brand-new dating proposal.

Kate appeared on "Regis and Kelly" this morning and CNN`s Anderson Cooper, who was filling in for Regis, brought up Jimmy Kimmel`s suggestion to Kate when she appeared on his show, that Kate be the next bachelorette.

But then, Kelly came up with the idea that maybe she should be some sort of matchmaker. Kim, very quickly, 10 seconds, I think that might be a disaster.

SERAFIN: Oh, gosh. No, no please. Kate should not be involved in any way with a dating show. She should not the bachelorette. She should not be the matchmaker. No dating for Kate.

I think she`s great. She`s a working mom. She should do her show where she`s traveling around the country trying to help families. She should do "Dancing with the Stars." She should do "Kate Plus Eight." But no dating. Enough is enough.

ANDERSON: Maybe let the dust settle a little bit before (UNINTELLIGIBLE).

(CROSS TALK)

SERAFIN: Three years from now.

ANDERSON: She may or may not be TV`s next bachelorette. But I can tell you this, she is one of the nominees SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s most provocative celebrity of the week.

Will it be Kate Gosselin for her headline-making departure from "Dancing with the Stars?" Or will it be the creators of "South Park," Matt Stone and Trey Parker, for their controversial episode featuring the Muslim prophet Mohammed? Or will it be Michael Lohan for calling the cops on his famous daughter, Lindsay? Sonny Hostin, Kim Serafin, stay right there.

HAMMER: Right now, big Hollywood family drama, and it is all caught on tape today. The explosive battle between Michael and Lindsay Lohan. Why Michael called the cops on his own daughter, Lindsay. Is he trying to save Lindsay`s life? Or is it all, as some suggest, a publicity stunt?

All right. Get this dog an agent. Did you see this? The first dog, Bo, totally taking center stage and absolutely stealing the spotlight from First Lady Michelle Obama.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

M. OBAMA: Do I like living in the White House? And yes, it`s fun living in the White House. You can`t live life without vegetables, right? You`ve got to have vegetables. Right, Bo? Yes, you do.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views. And now, the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Tonight, the big reveal, as SHOWBIZ TONIGHT names the most provocative celebrity of the week. So is it Kate Gosselin for her controversial time on "Dancing with the Stars" and getting booted this week? Is it the creators of "South Park," Trey Parker and Matt Stone for their controversial episode featuring the Muslim prophet Mohammed? Or is it Lindsay Lohan`s father, Michael Lohan, for calling the cops on Lindsay?

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York.

And we are going to name SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s most provocative celebrity in just a moment. But first, more on Michael Lohan. Big news breaking today about his claims that he needs to rescue Lindsay and get her into rehab.

Now, Michael Lohan arrived unannounced at Lindsay`s L.A. apartment on Thursday with the L.A. Sheriff`s Department. He says he was worried not only about Lindsay, but his 16-year-old daughter, Ali, who was with Lindsay.

With me right now in New York is Brian Balthazar who is the editor for the site, "PopGoesTheWeek.com." Also in New York, Cathy Areu who is the publisher for "Catalina" magazine.

I think ultimately here, guys, Michael Lohan does have good intentions. He really wants to help Lindsay. But I`ve got to say what he did yesterday does make me a little skeptical.

Today, Lindsay Lohan`s attorney told SHOWBIZ TONIGHT this, "Lindsay and her sister are afraid of their father and consider his conduct of yesterday to be nothing more than a publicity stunt."

Brian, a lot of people were saying today, Michael Lohan`s attempt to save his daughter turned out looking like more of a publicity stunt than goodwill mission. Is that how you saw it?

BRIAN BALTHAZAR, EDITOR, "POPGOESTHEWEEK.COM": Well, I think it`s interesting that hours later, he reportedly was asking to be invited to a celebrity party and he was rejected.

So just hours after he was so concerned for his daughter, he was looking to get into a party. I think it`s - you know, turning to Michael Lohan for any kind of - you know, trusting had him for parenting advice is like trusting a skydiving instructor on crutches. You just - you don`t buy it. He does not have that kind of credibility because he doesn`t have a history for his own life.

HAMMER: No, he doesn`t. And the stunts he pulled in addition to trying to get her some help or have the appearance of getting her some help doesn`t help his credibility at all.

And Lindsay Lohan`s mother, Dina, not happy at all about her ex- husband`s attempts to save Lindsay. Look what Dina Lohan told "Us Weekly" magazine. This is what she said today, "He has absolutely no rights to do this. He`s a three-time felon."

All right. Now, Cathy, if Michael`s really trying to save his daughter, or not, I still don`t get what his criminal past has to do with what happened here. It seems to me she was just taking an opportunity to say what she could to make him look bad.

CATHY AREU, PUBLISHER, "CATALINA MAGAZINE": Well, clearly, they don`t get along so, of course she`s going to trash him every opportunity she gets. And oh, my god, I`m siding with Dina Lohan here. But Michael is crazy. It was definitely was a publicity stunt.

What kind of father would call the cops on his daughter and scare both of his daughters? I mean, that`s just weird. And in the mob, they say never go against the family. So he should at least have a mob code of ethics. Don`t against your family. Don`t bring in the cops. Don`t make a public fool of yourself and your family. Keep it quiet.

HAMMER: Well, yes. And don`t run off to the cameras.

AREU: Yes.

HAMMER: He ran off and did an interview about this right after the whole episode played out. I mean, let me boil it down, because this is what I`m thinking about the whole thing.

If Michael and Dina really want to help Lindsay Lohan - yes, as Cathy just said, do it privately. Enough with dragging the cameras around and fighting about it in public. Get a room. Work it out. Sit everybody down.

Brian, are you with me that nobody would be suggesting it`s a publicity stunt if it`s not played out like a reality show?

BALTHAZAR: Absolutely. They played this out in a public forum. If he wanted to keep vigil outside of her house, do that. See what she`s doing when she`s coming and going. Stay in a car outside of her house.

You know, that shows real concern for her. Don`t play it out in the public forum. Yes, he`s provocative. He provokes nausea. He just - you know, he never met an interview he didn`t grant.

And he`s playing it out - playing it out on the Internet. He`s playing it out on cameras. Enough is enough.

HAMMER: Yes.

BALTHAZAR: If you really care take more serious measures.

HAMMER: Michael, I know you are watching. I hope you are listening. It is really important that you do this privately. I think enough said right there.

And because of all this, Michael Lohan is surely one of our nominees to be named SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s most provocative celebrity of the week. And he`s up against the other nominees this week. Kate Gosselin - she is back for her controversial time on "Dancing with the Stars" and getting kicked off this week.

Then, there are the creators of "South Park" for ticking off Muslim radicals. And as we mentioned, Lindsay Lohan`s dad, Michael, made the cut as well. May I have the drum roll, please, Charles? Thank you.

SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s most provocative celebrity of the week is - the creators of "South Park," Trey Parker and Matt Stone.

I mean, really, can you compare Kate Gosselin and Michael Lohan to a couple of guys getting death threats from radicals tied to Osama Bin Laden because of their TV show? I don`t see any other way this week. Cathy, what do you think? Did we get it right?

AREU: No. You got it wrong.

HAMMER: What? What?

AREU: You got it wrong.

HAMMER: Why?

AREU: These guys are doing their job. Comedians today are the philosophers of our day. They did nothing wrong. They were trying to get us all to think. They were just pushing the envelope a little bit. And they were using the freedom of speech. They did nothing wrong.

HAMMER: Yes, but it is provocative.

AREU: It is.

HAMMER: And in our minds, it was more provocative than - I mean -

BALTHAZAR: Provoking a death threat.

HAMMER: Honestly, you know, these guys - and I know - look. I`m all against censorship in Comedy Central. By going in and censoring their show, I believe what they were probably doing - number one, protecting their business and number two, protecting Trey and Matt from themselves something that Trey and Matt probably say they don`t need. Brian, what do you think?

BALTHAZAR: Well, you know, that network buys that show from them. It is not really their show because they are being paid it for it.

I recognize the network wanting to say, "You know what? We`ve got to get this under control. And when you get a threat, it`s like - it`s not a threat but it`s a warning that you might be killed because of this, it`s just - just a warning. I think that that`s pretty provocative, I should say.

HAMMER: And here`s a crazy idea. Maybe Trey Parker and Matt Stone, the creators of the show on Comedy Central, "South Park," need to sit down with Lindsay Lohan and straighten her out. Maybe they can get to her.

AREU: Sure.

BALTHAZAR: They`re the ones to do it.

HAMMER: I`m not exactly sure. Brian Balthazar, Cathy Areu, I thank you both for being here tonight.

As we move on tonight, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT was right there as Jennifer Lopez picked up "Us Weekly" Style Icon of the Decade award. Big award. And there was a big old party at "Us Weekly`s" Hot in Hollywood bash celebrating their annual issue.

Things got really hot when hot mama Jennifer Lopez hit the red carpet. The paparazzi went bananas for J. Lo. Now, J. Lo, of course, has had a successful career, a beautiful family.

But what she doesn`t have is a lot of time. J. Lo told Ellen DeGeneres, it is tough holding it all together.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JENNIFER LOPEZ, ACTRESS AND SINGER: The guilt. Right?

(CHEERS AND APPLAUSE)

It`s surprising because nobody tells you about that because all - you know, they say, this is amazing. And it is. It is the most amazing thing that has ever happened to me.

ELLEN DEGENERES, HOST, "THE ELLEN DEGENERES SHOW": You`re guilty about what?

LOPEZ: The guilt about just not being able to be with them all the time, you know. Do you know what I`m saying? Everybody knows what - you who have kids know what I`m saying.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: All right. Did you see this? I`m just wondering if the first family might think twice before letting their dog out again. The Obama`s Bo, totally steals the spotlight from the First Lady Michelle at the event she was hosting.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

M. OBAMA: What a pound - shh. There has never been anybody of my race who would - I know. I know. All right. You`re going to have to go.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views. Now, the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

TEXT: Got a gig for Jon? Jon Gosselin says he is looking for work as a TV host.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

You know, there`s this unwritten rule in television. If you work with kids or animals, chances are you`re going to get upstaged.

Did you see this? Bo, the top dog at the White House, steals the spotlight from First Lady Michelle Obama. And let me tell you this Bo knows how to work an audience.

Here`s CNN`s Jeanne Moos for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

JEANNE MOOS, CNN NATIONAL CORRESPONDENT (voice-over): He was first introduced as -

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: A special guest.

MOOS: And then upgraded to -

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Very special guest.

MOOS: By the time he arrived, he got the rock star treatment.

M. OBAMA: Want to say hi?

MOOS: It was almost as if the first dog thought he was taking questions.

M. OBAMA: Do I like living in the White House? And yes, it`s fun living in the White House

(BARKING)

You can`t live life without vegetables, right? You`ve got to have vegetables. Right, Bo? Yes, you do. All right. Let`s get another question. Let`s get another question, Bo.

MOOS: No wonder he thinks it`s his press event. This is a dog who`s on a first named basis -

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Bo -

MOOS: With celebs so famous they go by their first name, too. But when Bo couldn`t keep his paws off the first lady, when he couldn`t keep his trap shut -

M. OBAMA: What a clown. (BARKING) Shhh. Quiet. They never been anybody in my race who has been - (BARKING) Why now? All right. You`re going to have to go.

MOOS: Oh, no. Bo`s in the dog house, but his expulsion led the kids the near mutiny.

M. OBAMA: Are you ready to go?

MOOS: Even when he was handed off and escorted out, many of the questions were still about him.

UNIDENTIFIED CHILD: What`s Bo`s favorite toy?

MOOS: A big rope.

UNIDENTIFIED CHILD: Do you spend more time with your dog or with your kids?

MOOS: The kids.

UNIDENTIFIED KID: Does Bo bite?

M. OBAMA: Yes, but you know, did he bite you?

MOOS (on-camera): Well, so far, the only incident we`ve actually seen involved Bo attacking mics.

(voice-over): Be it a foam wind screen on a TV camera or a furry one.

(on camera): But over the holidays, Bo looked like he would love to sink his teeth into Santa.

M. OBAMA: Bo, it`s Santa. Shh. He hasn`t seen Santa before. (BARKING) Quiet. Quiet.

MOOS: The quiet was broken at the Bring your Kids to Work event by the kids actually chanting for Bo`s return.

CHILDREN: Bo! Bo, Bo, Bo!

MOOS: Bo was allowed back. Before the kids left, he worked the room. His fans swarmed around him, grabbed at him, occasionally blocked by the first lady herself. Bo mania breaks out when you bring your dog or bring your kids to work.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: Well, that Bo certainly does know how to steal a show. All right, that was CNN`s Jeanne Moos for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT and it clearly is time for me to go.
