(MUSIC PLAYING)
HAMMER: Hello. I`m A.J. Hammer, coming to you from New York City with big news breaking today. The order has been given - arrest Lindsay Lohan. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, of course, was right there in a Los Angeles courtroom today for a dramatic showdown.
And instead of measuring her feet, let`s say, for shiny new shoes, right about now, Lindsay Lohan might want to be to measuring her wrists for a fresh pair of shiny handcuffs and perhaps a not-so-fashionable bracelet tracking device that she`s going to have to wear. That`s because a judge approved a bench warrant for Lindsay`s arrest today after she was a no-show at a hearing to determine if she was complying with her probation on her DUI conviction.
So where was Lindsay? Trying to make her way back from parties and the other stuff going on at the Cannes Film Festival in France where she claims a dog ate her homework? Or in this case, she lost her passport.
And what is a three-ring courtroom circus without her Lindsay`s still- estranged father, Michael. His daughter didn`t make it today, but Michael sure did. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, of course, has got this covered like no other entertainment new show with our all-star cast.
In Hollywood, syndicated radio host, Carlos Diaz. In New York, Jane Velez-Mitchell who is the host of "ISSUES WITH JANE VELEZ-MITCHELL" right here on HLN. Atty. Sunny Hostin from "In Session" on our sister network, TruTV.
And Jane, I do believe that this time, we need to give a much-deserved round of applause to the judge for doing something today that I think should have happened a long time ago.
JANE VELEZ-MITCHELL, HOST, "ISSUES WITH JANE VELEZ-MITCHELL": And a fist pump, too. I love this judge. Way to go, your honor. Let`s stop putting up with the nonsense that Lindsay Lohan is handing us, the lame excuses that don`t pass the smell test.
Oh, my passport was stolen. Well, guess what, French police have no report of it even though her attorney said that she reported it to the French cops. Meanwhile, she is seen traipsing around Cannes in thigh-high stockings going from party to party.
Are you kidding me? Do you really expect us to buy this nonsense? She is so defiant. Such entitlement. Somebody has really got to really read her the Riot Act and this judge has got it. I just love it.
HAMMER: Yes. The judge did it in a big way, I think, making triple sure that Lindsay is going to stay sober and clean. If she does posts $100,000 bail, she can remain free under the following conditions - she doesn`t drink any alcohol. She wears a so-called scram bracelet to monitor if she is drinking. And she`s going to have to submit to random drug testing.
I am thinking, Sunny Hostin, this is exactly what she needs, isn`t it?
ATTY. SUNNY HOSTIN, LEGAL CONTRIBUTOR, "IN SESSION" ON TRU TV: Oh, it`s exactly what she needs. I mean, to actually say that the dog ate your passport - I mean, come on. You`ve got to be kidding me.
You know, I think the judge definitely did the right thing. And I have to tell you when she lands in Los Angeles, she`s going to be arrested. She`s going to be stopped at the airport. And so we`re going to hear a lot more about this. And I just can`t wait to see the showdown in court. And I think everybody`s going to be watching that.
HAMMER: And to be clear, lest anybody thinks that she really said the dog ate her passport, she said she lost the passport. She actually said it was stolen.
HOSTIN: Same thing.
HAMMER: But as Jane mentioned, no record of that actually having happened. I`ve got to tell you, this judge not mincing words today. You`ve got to watch what she said after Lindsay`s attorney begged for her to reconsider issuing the warrant for Lindsay`s arrest. I love this. Watch.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
JUDGE MARSHA REVEL, SUPERIOR COURT JUDGE: She should have made sure that she either didn`t go to Cannes or if she went there, she was back two days early. It`s my understanding - I don`t - you know it for sure, that if you lose a passport, you can get an emergency passport.
It takes a couple hours to get one if she wanted to be here. It looks to the court that she could have been here. She was told to be here at 8:30. She`s not here. There`s really no valid excuse.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HAMMER: Yes. No kidding. Alan duke, I want to go to you. You were right there in the courtroom when the judge issued that arrest warrant. And she was the same judge back in October who warned Lindsay you`ve got to do what the court orders you to do in the first place.
I`ve got the feeling this judge is not buying the whole stolen passport story. What sense of that did you get from inside the courtroom today?
ALAN DUKE, CNN WIRE ENTERTAINMENT EDITOR: You did get that same sense. In fact, the prosecutor, Janet Myers (ph), mentioned that. And I want to see the ticket that she had for her reservation.
This was a very different atmosphere from seven months ago when, in October, the judge said, "Lindsay, I want to support your career. If you need to take extra time to travel for your career, we can work that out. Just let us know."
Today the judge was rather upset saying, "You never asked. You didn`t get permission to leave the country and miss a week of training and you`ve missed the court."
The other thing is, last time Lindsay was two hours late for court. Kept everybody, including the judge, waiting. And today, they`re not going to put up with that.
HAMMER: Well, it`s pretty easy to know where this judge is coming from. And I`ve been saying this all along right here on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, how do you hop on a plane to party in Cannes, even if there is maybe some work involved, when you know you`re doing court on a DUI probation hearing. And if you miss it, you`re probably going to be arrested?
Carlos Diaz, is she getting exactly what she deserves here? I think so.
CARLOS DIAZ, SYNDICATED RADIO TALK SHOW HOST: Exactly. And you know what? From a professional standpoint, you`ve got to look at the old adage, you know, 90 percent of success is showing up. Studios all over Los Angeles, all over Hollywood are looking at this and saying, "I don`t want to hire this person because she`s not going to show up on the set for the movie that I`m hiring her for."
If you`re not going to be punctual, if you`re not going to honor the commitment that you said that you`re going to honor, by being in court, then why would you show up to the movie set? This is both bad for her personally and professionally.
HAMMER: Yes, no kidding. Talk about shooting yourself in the foot in a major way. It`s getting an awful lot of attention. And SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, of course, was right there outside the courtroom today after the judge issued this arrest warrant.
Here`s something else that boggles my mind. Lindsay`s attorney claims that the judge`s decision was influenced by what she called the three-ring media circus. And the attorney also admitted that she didn`t know that Lindsay was actually partying in Cannes. Take a look at this.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
SHAWN CHAPMAN HOLLEY, LINDSAY LOHAN`S ATTORNEY: I wasn`t aware that she was partying on a yacht. I understand that there are a lot of parties going on in Cannes. She`s a 23-year-old girl. Would I do that at my age? No.
I can`t help but believe that part of the judge`s impetus for doing this is all of this. I mean, you know, the girl is on Web sites and TMZ and all sorts of things all the time.
And you know, the judge - whether she looks at that stuff or not, it can`t help but be a part of the decision-making process.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HAMMER: I`m sorry, Jane. But as far as I can tell, this whole three-ring circus that this attorney is referring to is something that`s actually caused by Lindsay Lohan. This is Lindsay doing all of this. We`re not doing this.
VELEZ-MITCHELL: Exactly. You cannot blame the messenger, A.J., in this case. I don`t have my little pinkie in her cocktail so I can`t say for sure whether she`s drinking and drugging. But I can tell you her dad is very concerned about that. I can tell you she`s been in rehab three times. She`s had numerous arrests.
And in fact, she is involved in a lawsuit due to a high-speed chase. None of that was forced on her by the media. And in fact, there was a claim that she said, "I`m a celebrity. I can do whatever the bleep I want," in one of those instances.
So she has an attitude, the addict`s attitude of defiance. The rules don`t apply to me. I am special. That`s called terminally unique because sometimes it can result in the termination of your freedom.
HAMMER: Yes. Well, you`re talking about entitlement here.
VELEZ-MITCHELL: Yes.
HAMMER: And this is the one area where maybe I need to give Lindsay a little credit today. And let me explain myself, Jane. She did, in fact, try to hitch a ride back to L.A. with anyone that would take her in a way Lindsay only can.
She sent out a mass E-mail from her Blackberry that read in part, "I need my friends and people that I work with to please help me get on a private plane tomorrow by at least 5:00 p.m. This is such a horrible thing that has happened to me."
Clearly, she is desperate. And Sunny, clearly, you know, this emphasizes how privileged she thinks she is, "Somebody please get me a private plane."
HOSTIN: It`s just so ridiculous. I mean, she shouldn`t have lost her passport. She should have already had, you know, a plane ticket scheduled to go back to Los Angeles for this. Or she could have asked the judge for permission to miss this hearing because she was doing something work- related.
Now, to say, "Please help me. I can`t believe these things are happening to me."
HAMMER: Yes.
HOSTIN: She`s not taking responsibility for it.
HAMMER: No. Lindsay Lohan`s dad is trying to take some responsibility. Michael Lohan also there in the courtroom today. Afterwards, his attorney laid out for us what Michael wants Lindsay to do. Roll that.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
LISA BLOOM, ATTORNEY FOR MICHAEL LOHAN: Michael has spent considerable time and effort searching for and identifying the ideal program for his daughter that was set forth in our letter that`s a program in Long Island, New York.
It`s a very private program, away from the paparazzi, away from the eyes of the public, and most importantly, where Lindsay could get family therapy, something that she`s never had before.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HAMMER: Quickly, Carlos. For all of Michael`s theatrics and wackiness, it`s hard to argue with the guy there.
DIAZ: No, he cares for his daughter. And the craziest thing is, the craziest quote of the entire day was, there`s a bench warrant issued for Lindsay`s arrest and Lisa Bloom comes out and says, "Michael and I consider this day to be a victory."
HAMMER: Yes.
DIAZ: What? And that`s true because they consider it a victory because they want Lindsay to get help. And that`s how screwed this whole thing is.
HAMMER: This is the one thing that could save her. Jane Velez-Mitchell, Sonny Hostin, Carlos Diaz, Alan Duke, thank you all.
All right. What do you think? Should Lindsay be locked up? Here`s our exclusive SHOWBIZ TONIGHT poll today, "Lindsay Lohan: Does she deserve to be arrested?" Vote CNN.com/ShowbizTonight, or E-mail showbiztonight@cnn.com.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
BRET MICHAELS, MUSICIAN: My life didn`t flash before my eyes. It`s not like, all of a sudden, I had a rerun of my life. What happened was I got very sad. I went into completely asking just God. I`m like, "You`ve got to let me live through this."
(COMMERCIAL BREAK)
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
SIMON COWELL, JUDGE, "AMERICAN IDOL": After a while, you start to go on automatic pilot.
OPRAH WINFREY, HOST, "THE OPRAH WINFREY SHOW": Yes.
COWELL: And there are too many times where I was sitting there bored. And I felt at the end of the day, the audience don`t tune in to watch me being bored. They deserve more than that. But I can`t hide it when I`m bored.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HAMMER: Simon Cowell opening up to Oprah today about why he`s leaving "American Idol." He just got bored. Simon also reveals to Oprah that while he`s not opposed to starting a family with his fiancee, he thinks he`s getting a little too old to have kids. Simon is 50.
Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York.
And while Simon Cowell is planning for his future, "American Idol" is getting ready for Simon`s departure. Time now for our SHOWBIZ special report - what will happen to "American Idol" after Simon is gone?
Here`s SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Kareen Wynter.
(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)
COWELL: I thought it was clumsy. You sucked the soul out of that song. You did.
KAREEN WYNTER, CNN ENTERTAINMENT CORRESPONDENT: It`s real talk like this that`s made Simon Cowell one of the most provocative personalities on television and helped "American Idol" crush the competition season after season.
But with Cowell now leaving "Idol," many of the show`s faithful are wondering if the show can survive without its biggest star.
BERT PARAS, "AMERICAN IDOL" FAN: So, I`m going to watch "American Idol."
WYNTER: Like Bert and Eileen Paras, these die-hard fans have been watching "American Idol," get this, since Reuben Stoddard battled Clay Aiken in season two. The Parases say it`s Cowell`s sharp tongue and valuable insights that help makes the show a success.
B. PARAS: I remember Carrie Underwood`s season. He made a prediction that she will win that year and she will sell more records than any other "Idol" contestant. And he said that when there were probably still five or six people in the competition.
You know, for him to go out and say that before it happened - he just knows his stuff.
EILEEN PARAS, "AMERICAN IDOL" FAN: I don`t want him to go. I think it will be different with him gone. People will take what he says seriously. And I think that it just won`t be the same.
WYNTER: And the ratings haven`t been the same since Paula Abdul parted ways with "Idol" last season. Though it`s still the most watched show on TV, viewership in the coveted 18 to 49 demo has plunged eight percent without the pint-size star.
Now, with Cowell about to sign off, will viewers still idolize "Idol?"
BROOKE WHITE, FORMER "AMERICAN IDOL" CONTESTANT: There`s no denying, Simon is - he is the face of "American Idol."
WYNTER: Former contestant Brooke White who hosted "American Idol" special for the TV Guide Network says speculation about a possible Cowell replacement will help spark interest going into next season.
WHITE: Definitely, people will be waiting to see what happens. I think there will be definitely the initial curiosity of what is going to happen now that he`s gone. You know, I know that I`m going to be like, "Who is going to take his place?"
WYNTER (on camera): Who would you like to see in that new role?
WHITE: It`s going to have to be somebody else who fits, you know, who is comfortable in their own skin and comes into the panel being themselves. Not another mean, British man, you know.
WYNTER: Fox has been mum about possible replacements and says that it will be a major focus this summer.
E. PARAS: Oh, Simon is going to say something bad.
WYNTER (voice-over): Meanwhile, Eileen and Bert Paras say whoever they choose has some big boots to fill.
E. PARAS: I think the problem will be is that they are going to try to act like Simon and try to be mean just to be mean or just different from everyone else. But no one can replace Simon.
COWELL: You either need an awful lot of work -
WYNTER: And show producers will have their work cut out for them when replacing "Idol`s" most iconic voice.
(END VIDEOTAPE)
HAMMER: That was SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Kareen Wynter. Well, while Simon`s time on "American Idol" is coming to an end, he`s not going to be out of a job. Cowell is bringing his hit British show "The X Factor" to America in the fall of 2011.
Well, we move now from "Idol" without Simon to Jesse James without Sandra Bullock. For the first time since cheating on his beautiful wife, Jesse James finally speaking out on TV. Breaking news today about what Jesse is saying now. Plus, amazing pictures revealed today of Sandra and her newly adopted baby.
A Megan Fox transformer shocker. This is going to totally change those movies forever.
I`m feeling kind of hungry. I will take a Chalupa and a burrito, oh, and a side order of cash.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
JEANNE MOOS, CNN CORRESPONDENT: Imagine you ordered burritos at a Taco Bell drive through.
(on camera): Thank you.
MOOS: And stuck your hand in the bag and found not burritos, but $2,000.

HAMMER: How do you not love this? The Octomom is pushing pet birth control today. Nadya Suleman, who has 14 kids, just unveiled a new campaign for PETA. The message, "Don`t let your dog or cat become an Octomom. Have them spayed or neutered." She also revealed another possible addition to her family.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
NADYA SULEMAN, "OCTOMOM": I wholeheartedly believe that animals, you know, should not be left, you know, should be taken care of and should be spayed and neutered. They want a dog, desperately want a dog. And I say when they are old enough to take care of the dog. And the dog will be spayed and neutered.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HAMMER: All right. Well, in return for putting a banner promoting spaying and neutering up on her front door, Nadya is getting $5,000 and a month`s supply of veggie burgers and veggie hotdogs. You know, Octomom needs the cash. She is behind on a $450,000 mortgage payment.
Naomi Campbell may be subpoenaed to testify at a war crimes trial. Prosecutors have asked a court to force the supermodel to testify in a trial of former Liberian President Charles Taylor.
They say Campbell received diamonds from Taylor and claim her testimony will prove that Taylor used diamonds to buy friends, favors, even weapons. Well, Naomi lost it and attacked a camera during an ABC interview when she was asked about all of this.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: You received a diamond from Charles -
NAOMI CAMPBELL, SUPERMODEL: I never received a diamond and I`m not going to speak about that. Thank you very much and I`m not here for that.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Didn`t you have dinner, though, with Charles Taylor?
CAMPBELL: I had dinner with Nelson Mandela.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HAMMER: Well, prosecutors also want to talk to Mia Farrow. Farrow says that Naomi told her all about the diamonds.
So as soon as I posted the big news today that an arrest warrant was issued for Lindsay Lohan, our Facebook page just lit up. Lindsay missing a court hearing, claiming she lost her passport and couldn`t get back from the Cannes Film Festival. So now, you she might wind up going to jail.
Now, Linda M. not buying it, "Her excuse of losing her passport - that`s like a kid saying the dog ate my homework. Jail - that`s what she needs."
But Teri W. says, leave Lilo alone, "I`m so tried of everyone harping on Lindsay. She`s a 23-year-old girl who likes to club and party. Is there something wrong with that?"

(MUSIC PLAYING)
HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. It is 30 minutes past the hour. I`m A.J. Hammer coming to you from New York City with big news breaking today about Sandra Bullock and Jesse James.
More than two months after the world learned that Jesse James is a no- good cheater, Jesse is finally going to tell us why he did what he did and if he really went to sex rehab.
SHOWBIZ TONIGHT learned today that Jesse has just done his very first tell-all interview. And that revelation today came on the very same day we got a remarkable new look that the new life Sandra Bullock is making with her newly-adopted son.
(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)
(voice-over): They are living separate lives. Sandra Bullock in Austin, Texas, with her newly adopted baby boy Louis, and Jesse James in Long Beach, California with his three kids.
And SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you both are dealing with their pending divorce very differently. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT has obtained a brand-new first look at "Us Weekly`s" exclusive photos of a happy, loving Sandra running errands around Austin with her baby boy.
ERIKA SOUTER, STAFF WRITER, "US WEEKLY": We see Sandra in these exclusive photos very happy and in love with life and her baby.
HAMMER: Jesse James, on the other hand, is not so happy.
SOUTER: He has a new interview upcoming on "Nightline." And apparently, he breaks the silence about all the things that has been going on and expresses a lot of regret and remorse.
HAMMER: Jesse James has just done his very first interview since allegedly cheating on Sandra with the likes of Bombshell McGee. We learned today he reportedly breaks down during the interview.
But no breakdown for Sandra. These brand-new photos revealed today by "Us Weekly" show her in a very different space.
SOUTER: We have some amazing exclusive photos of Sandra and her new little son, and they`re very cute. They are out shopping. They`re hanging out around town in Texas. And they`re just having a good time.
She`s the perfect doting mom. No entourage. No babysitters. No nannies. It`s just her and her son having a good time and living life.
HAMMER: It seems these days, much of the world is on team Sandra.
GEORGE LOPEZ, COMEDIAN: Sandra is the greatest. We all love her. And she is - yes. Yes, she`s a great and strong woman. And if anybody was meant to be a mother, it is Sandra Bullock.
HAMMER: Comedian George Lopez had a Sandra love fest today with ladies of "The View." Lopez is one of Sandra`s closest friends and confidants. She executive produced his hit TV sitcom.
LOPEZ: She ha a golden heart for everybody. And she is going to be the greatest mother. She`s my fairy god mother. "The Blind Side" movie - he and I live that movie. She found me and gave me an opportunity. And here I am because of her.
HAMMER: But it`s not quite the same situation for Jesse James who is largely seen by the public as a lie and cheat.
SOUTER: Right now, Jesse James is enemy number one among Sandra Bullock`s fans. I mean, she`s America`s sweetheart and he broke her heart. So he has a lot of regret to express and we`ll just see how well it`s received by the public.
HAMMER: We will find out next week when he speaks out on ABC`s "Nightline." SHOWBIZ TONIGHT learned today that it`s a no-holds-barred interview where he`ll answer the burning questions we all want to know. Why did he cheat? Why did he really go to rehab? And what role will he play in the life of Sandra`s adopted baby, Louis?
SOUTER: It`s not clear that Jesse is going to be out of the baby`s life altogether. I mean, this is a process that they started together. And sources have revealed that Sandra is contemplating letting Jesse still see the baby and be part of his life as he grows up.
HAMMER: It remains to be seen if people will forgive Jesse after we`ve heard his story. But one thing is for certain - after months of heartache, Sandra Bullock is moving onward and upward.
SOUTER: These photos show a side of Sandra that we haven`t seen in months. She`s happy. She`s smiling. She`s proud. She`s having a good time. And you can tell that she`s focused on that baby.
(END VIDEOTAPE)
HAMMER: I love those pictures. I am so glad to hear and see that Sandra seems to be building a bright-looking future with baby Louis. But will Jesse James be able to escape his past?
Right now in Hollywood, Carlos Diaz, who is a syndicated radio host. Right now, in Atlanta, Sunny Hostin who is a legal contributor for "In Session" on our sister network, Tru TV.
When I look at the new photos that we got today of Sandra and her son, Louis, and you hear that she`s really coming into her own as a new mom, clearly, Sandra`s moved on. I mean, it`s inescapable seeing that.
Carlos, given all that she`s been through, don`t you just love how easy she`s making it all look? I love it.
DIAZ: And I love how pure this story is, too, because there`s so much cynicism in Hollywood that you can say, "Oh, she got the kid after." No. She wanted to adopt this baby before all the whole scandal broke.
And you know what? This child has been a godsend to her because this gets, you know, the attention away from Jesse James and on to the love that Sandra Bullock, you know, can give. And if I look at those pictures, this kid could be playing middle linebacker for the Dallas Cowboys -
HAMMER: Yes.
DIAZ: In about 22 years. That`s one big kid. He`s getting big already.
HAMMER: No kidding. So that`s what`s going on with Sandra. Jesse, on the other hand, certainly not dealing with things as well as Sandra.
We did learn today that he reportedly breaks down in the interview that he gives ABC`s "Nightline" where we`re going to seem him talk about cheating on Sandra for the very first time.
I do think it is a good idea to speak out. And he`s got any chance of rehabbing his image. But at this point, Sunny, I`m also thinking, you know, two months have gone by. It could very well be too little too late.
HOSTIN: I don`t know. I mean, I think it`s a wonderful move because Sandra has obviously moved on so well, and we haven`t heard anything.
And I think people have a lot of questions for him like, "Why did you cheat on America`s sweetheart." But my question is, "Did you really go to rehab for sex rehab?" Because I think that`s the question that everybody really wants to know.
Is this why he did this, because he has sort of this sex addiction? I think it`s a perfect time for him to answer all of these really relevant questions and perhaps shine up his image a little bit and move on and move up.
HAMMER: Yes. And apparently, that sex rehab question does get addressed. I just think if he`s very apologetic so many months later, it could feel disingenuous. I guess we`ll have to wait and see.
So perhaps, I`m thinking, Jesse is going to explain that controversial photo of him wearing the Nazi garb, although today Jesse is making it clear he doesn`t want to be called a Nazi anymore.
Jesse is being sued by a clothing company. So he just filed this plea asking a judge to ban any mention of, shall we say, his less flattering nicknames and details of his personal life.
Well, the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT quote guy is back and he lays out for us what Jesse is asking not be mentioned. Quote guy, it`s all yours.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Thank you, A.J. Jesse says he wants no mention of Sandra Bullock, "Bombshell" McGee, his sexual behavior, the phrase, "most hated man in America." And no mention of the word "Nazi" or "Nazis" or, for that matter, "monster," "skinhead," "racist," "homophobe," "prostitute," "cheating," or "cheater," or any allegations he engaged in acts of moral turpitude.
HAMMER: SHOWBIZ quote guy, everybody. Thank you, SHOWBIZ Quote Guy. But, wait, there`s more. Quote Guy, you can add to your list, no mention of anything that has anything to do with adoption.
Carlos, when you hear that laundry list, does it make it seem to you like Jesse is just paranoid or really incredibly self-aware?
DIAZ: To paraphrase Jim Carey in the movie "Liar, Liar," I object. Why? Because it`s killing my case. I mean, come on, this is so paranoid. I mean, wait - so can we call you Jesse James? Because that`s a pretty bad name as well.
You know, what can we call you in this case? Yes, I think this is laundry list that needs to be thrown out.
HAMMER: Yes. It`s pretty wild. It will be interesting to see if a judge goes along with that. Obviously, he wants to deal with a separate legal matter and not have his personal life dragged into it.
You know, in this interview, as I mentioned, we`ll probably going to see him apologetic and remorseful about the cheating on Sandra. Obviously, that`s a no-brainer. Sunny, what do you want to hear from him in this interview? What is essential that he says as far as you`re concerned.
HOSTIN: You know, I think he`s already publicly apologized to her, but I think we still want to hear why he did this. Did he really have a sex addiction? Was it a drug addiction?
I think people want to understand the why of it all. And I know that while it`s probably too little too late, he really needs to address some of those issues.
HAMMER: Quickly, Carlos, what`s a must-know answer from Jesse James in this interview?
DIAZ: We need to know why and we need to see contrition. We need to see that he`s sorry for what he did and this is the first step in many steps of him saying I`m sorry to America.
HAMMER: Yes. It certainly does not end with a single interview. Carlos Diaz, Sunny Hostin, I thank you both.
As we move on tonight, Lance Armstrong on the defense today. A new round of sensational doping claims. Wow, he`s having at it again. Why can`t the cycling champion get past all these ugly doping allegations.
Also a Megan Fox "Transformers" bombshell today. I`m pretty shocked by this. This will change this movie franchise forever.
All right. I want you to picture this. You`re coursing through the old drive through. It`s Taco Bell. You order up your burrito, maybe some nachos. You open the bag. Wait, what`s that inside? Dinero.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
MOOS (voice-over): Imagine you ordered burritos in a Taco Bell drive- through -
(on camera): Thank you.
(voice-over): Struck your hand inside the bag and found not burritos but $2,000.
(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer. Sharon Stone`s startling plastic surgery confessions today. Plus, Miley Cyrus has got a new problem and it`s toxic. It`s all making news in "The Buzz" today.
(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)
HAMMER (voice-over): A Miley Cyrus toxic scare. Well, not Miley herself but her jewelry. Wal-Mart has just confirmed that it`s pulling Miley`s line of Chinese-made bracelets and necklaces after a news report that the jewelry contains high levels of the toxic metal, cadmium. Wal-Mart says the jewelry was not designed for children, but is pulling the stuff to make sure it does comply with standards for kids.
Valerie Bertinelli is engaged. The "One Day at a Time" star just broke the news in "AARP" magazine that she is marrying her longtime boyfriend, businessman Tom Vitale. Bertinelli says his surprise proposal came during a trip to Italy.
Valerie says she didn`t expect to get married again after her devastating split from Van Halen guitarist Eddie Van Halen. Valerie, who turned 50 last month, says, quote, "Women of this age are not dead. We`re big, man."
Sharon Stone, fish face? The fifty-two-year-old actress says she looks, quote, "like a trout" after getting lip injections. She tells all in the new issue of "More" magazine. Sharon says she thought that after her divorce six years ago, she would look better with a new set of lips. Oops, Sharon now says after that disaster, no more plastic surgery for her.
(END VIDEOTAPE)
HAMMER: Yes. I mean, Sharon is a beautiful woman. I think she looks fine without any of that lip-enhancing stuff.
Let`s move on now to huge news late today. Lance Armstrong`s doping drama and boy is he angry. The seven-time Tour de France champion spoke out today for the very first time about disturbing new claims that he took performance-enhancing drugs back when he was raking in all those Tour de France wins.
Hours after he spoke out today, he was rushed to the hospital after a serious crash during a (INAUDIBLE).
Right now, in Hollywood, Marc Malkin - he`s a columnist for "E! Online." And here in New York is Midwin Charles. She is a legal contributor for "In Session" on our sister network, Tru TV.
The very serious claims about the drugs came from Lance`s former teammate, Floyd Landis. And Floyd says that he not only Obama believes that Lance was taking drugs but claims that Lance actually taught him how to use them. Well, Lance fired back today. You`ve got to see this.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
LANCE ARMSTRONG, TOUR DE FRANCE CHAMPION: I would remind everybody that this is a man that - first of all, from our perspective, and from what`s gone on at U.S. (INAUDIBLE) and discovery and in all of those tours, we have nothing to hide. We have nothing to run from.
If anybody has any questions, I`d be more than happy to answer them. Keep in mind what you know about cycling. Back in the day, there was (INAUDIBLE). Floyd has pictures of a refrigerated motorcycle. Where is that? Where is that? It`s all a bunch of (EXPLETIVE DELETED). It never existed.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HAMMER: Yes. You may remember this. Lance, not just a cycle hero. He also started the Live Strong cancer movement. Marc, how devastating would this be if it did turn out to be true?
MARC MALKIN, COLUMNIST, "E! ONLINE": If it did turn out to be true, of course it would be devastating because, obviously, Lance has said time and time again he has not ever - never used performance-enhancing drugs. So obviously, it would be completely disappointing. But I have to say I believe Lance here. I do not believe this guy.
HAMMER: Yes. I`m right there with you. Now, keep in mind, Lance Armstrong`s accuser, this guy, Floyd Landis, was stripped of his 2006 Tour de France title after he tested positive for using performance-enhancing drugs.
Landis finally confessed today that he took the drugs. Midwin, I do think that Lance is going to have his fans and people standing by him until there`s something concrete that will stick because he`s been through this before.
MIDWIN CHARLES, CONTRIBUTOR, "IN SESSION": Oh, absolutely. Of course. You know, I think with Lance, a lot of people also recognize that he`s a cancer survivor. He`s done a lot of good work.
And I think this guy, you have to ask yourself, why is he coming forward with this now? What is his impetus to try to bring down Lance Armstrong?
HAMMER: Yes. It doesn`t seem to make any sense at all. Who knows what his motive is. All right. Let`s move on because today, we have more big news just in. Was Megan Fox fired from her next "Transformers" movie? Megan`s rep reportedly says it was Megan`s decision not to do the third "Transformer" movie.
But you know, I`m thinking this has a little something to do with her calling the movie`s director "Hitler" in an interview she gave. I mean, Marc, I don`t think I`m so far off. It seems to me that Megan may have committed career suicide with that interview. What do you think?
MALKIN: Well, yes and no, because the director, Michael Bay - after she said some of these crazy things, and that`s not the craziest thing she`s ever said. He said that`s part of her charm. That`s what he likes about her and that he has no problems with her.
So whether or not, you know, it was that "Hitler" remark that got her canned, who knows? I have a feeling it was probably a combination of both. Probably, she just wasn`t getting along with some people.
HAMMER: Not really charming. I thought there was a part in the actor`s handbook that says, "Thou shall not take off directors of big-time Hollywood movies."
CHARLES: Exactly, particularly when these big time Hollywood movies rake in billions of dollars and you`re a part of it. And it`s a movie that can continue on and on and on and on for part four, part five, and part six.
HAMMER: Yes. It`s a franchise -
CHARLES: Exactly.
HAMMER: Keep the thing going. And I don`t even care that it`s charming that she says some obnoxious things. Keep your mouth shut, you know, if you want to do your career some good.
All right. Midwin Charles, Marc Malkin, I thank you both for being here.
Now, if you`re a fast food fan, I want you to listen carefully. You won`t believe what happened at a Taco Bell. A customer places an order, drives up to the takeout window and gets more than a chalupa.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
MOOS (voice-over): Imagine you ordered burritos at a Taco Bell drive through -
(on camera): Thank You.
(voice-over): stuck your hand inside the bag and found not burritos but $2,000.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HAMMER: All right. Let`s make a run for the border. Who`s in? Anyone? All right. We`re on our way. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.
Time now for the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.
TEXT: Auditions for season 10 of "Idol" to be held in Nashville, San Francisco and N.J. "Modern Family" star Sofia Vergara, Ricky Martin among "People En Espanol`s" most beautiful.
(COMMERCIAL BREAK)
HAMMER: Thank you, Charles Chalupa Wegman. Hey, you remember that taco belle Chihuahua? Yo quiero Taco Bell. You`ve got to love that commercial.
And a lot of people love Taco Bell. I want you to picture this for a moment. Your mouth is just watering for one of those grande burritos. You head over to Taco Bell. You pull up to the drive through. You place your order. When it arrives, a big surprise inside. Instead of burritos, dinero, as in dollar bills.
Here`s CNN`s Jeanne Moos for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.
(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)
JEANNE MOOS, CNN NATIONAL CORRESPONDENT (voice-over): Imagine you ordered burritos in a Taco Bell drive thru -
(on camera): Thank you.
(on camera): Stuck your hand inside the bag and found not burritos but $2,000. That`s what happened to the young woman driving this SUV through the drive through at a Dayton, Ohio Taco Bell, and she kept driving.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: It`s nice. I think I would put - I would give it back.
MOOS: An employee working the window mistakenly gave her the bag of cash. Normally, the manager comes through drive through to pick up the morning`s deposit which is put in the Taco Bell bag to take to the bank.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Me, myself, I`d bring it back. I tell them how stupid they were.
MOOS: It`s enough to make you check your order twice.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Five layer burrito.
MOOS (on camera): Oh, man. Five layers and no cash.
(voice-over): Drive thru windows provide a window to a lot of weirdness. Remember that craze a while back, idiots would order a drink -
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Make it a medium lemonade.
MOOS: Then throw it at the window employee yelling -
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Fire in the hole!
MOOS: And post it on YouTube.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Fire in the hole!
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Fire in the hole!
MOOS: But the last laugh went to the worker who fired back.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Fire in the hole. Oh, my God.
MOOS: And there were a bunch of videos posted of synchronized snatchings put to music. Take out order, swipe. And we`d be remiss if we didn`t mention all the takeout orders rap.
Now, Taco Bell is feeling sour as Dayton police scour the area for the silver SUV that took off with $2,000.
(on camera): Hi, there. Could I have $2,000 in fresh twenties and a side of nachos, please?
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Can you repeat that again?
MOOS: On a second thought, make it a crunchy taco supreme.
(voice-over): Taco Bell told CNN its franchisee appreciates any information that leads to the money being returned.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Yo quiero Taco Bell.
MOOS: Yo quiero that bank department.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I want that nacho supreme in my tummy and don`t worry about my order because you know I`ve got some money.
(END VIDEOTAPE)
HAMMER: Cash. Many thanks to CNN`s Jeanne Moos for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT for that mouth-watering report. Well, that is it for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. Thanks a lot for watching. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York.
