A.J. HAMMER, CO-HOST: Big news, breaking today on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, the Gary Coleman death photos. Brand-new revelations today about Gary`s ex- wife possibly selling Gary`s deathbed pictures to a tabloid. Disturbing new information today from the hospital where Gary died. And absolute outrage from Gary`s mother.

Charlie Sheen`s jail deal disaster. New details today about what went horribly wrong in court. Why did Charlie`s plea deal on charges of attacking his wife fall totally apart?

A real housewife sex tape scandal. Startling reports today that there is a sex tape starring a star of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey."

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I don`t know why you and the rest of the ladies feel that you`re any better than me.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: When Paris met Snooki -

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

NICOLE "SNOOKI" POLIZZI, REALITY TV STAR, "JERSEY SHORE": This is my girl. I absolutely love her.

PARIS HILTON, MEDIA PERSONALITY: that`s hot.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: A sign of the apocalypse today. Paris and Snooki, now BFFs. What happens when Beverly Hills meets the "Jersey Shore?"

ANNOUNCER: TV`s most provocative entertainment news show starts right now.

(MUSIC PLAYING)

HAMMER: Hello. I`m A.J. Hammer coming to you from New York City.

BROOKE ANDERSON, CO-HOST: Hi, everyone. I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood with big news breaking today. The brand new outrage over the Gary Coleman death photos.

HAMMER: Yes, Gary Coleman`s ex-wife did absolutely nothing today to end the speculation that she made money off him as he took his final breath.

A notorious tabloid - yes, I`m talking about the kind that reports about aliens, UFOs and Big Foot. Well, they have now confirmed they have bought the pictures of his deathbed.

And the hospital where Gary died is now confirming today that Gary`s ex was indeed taking pictures as Gary lay dying. So SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can now reveal that these latest outrageous developments led to a great debate today over whether there is anything wrong with her profiting from Gary`s death.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

(voice-over): Gary Coleman`s ex-wife, Shannon Price, is portraying herself as a desperate, grieving widow.

SHANNON PRICE, GARY COLEMAN`S WIDOW: I loved him and he loved me.

HAMMER: But today, people are calling her something else after new reports accused her of selling pictures of the former child star on his deathbed.

WHOOPI GOLDBERG, CO-HOST, "THE VIEW": Gary Coleman`s ex-wife -

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Oh, yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Oh.

HAMMER: Today, on "The View," just the very mention of Price`s name was enough to inspire groans from the audience. The whole alleged photo- selling thing didn`t go over too well either.

SHERRI SHEPHERD, CO-HOST, "THE VIEW": Selling pictures of this man on his deathbed is absolutely despicable

NINA PARKER, PRODUCER, TMZ: A lot of people are calling this very inappropriate.

HAMMER: TMZ first broke the story that media outlets were being offered photos of Coleman taken inside this Utah hospital where he died last month from a brain hemorrhage.

PARKER: There were about three photos that were taken before he had actually passed away. These photos show Gary Coleman, of course - he`s not conscious. He has tubes running through his face. We know of at least one where Shannon is in the photo with Gary.

HAMMER: Tabloid magazine, "The Globe," confirms to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT that it purchased the Gary Coleman photos. Although "The Globe" isn`t saying whom it bought the photos from, those close to Gary are pointing fingers at Shannon. And TMZ`s Nina Parker tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT the hospital where Coleman died made an interesting observation to TMZ.

PARKER: The hospital actually confirms that Shannon Price and her family members were in the hospital room with Gary Coleman. And while they were in there, they were taking photographs.

HAMMER: And get this - Price, who married Coleman in 2007 and divorced him just a year later isn`t exactly denying claims she sold the photos. In a statement, her publicist tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, "Gary`s only wishes were to make sure that Shannon would be OK after he was gone."

Today, Coleman`s parents, who had been fighting with Price ever since Coleman died, are lashing out at her.

PARKER: We did contact Gary Coleman`s mother, who he had been estranged from for some time. And she says she`s disgusted by the whole thing.

PRICE: I really miss my husband a lot. And you know, I can barely get around. And I mean, it`s been a trial.

HAMMER: On Monday, a frail-looking Price appeared in an interview with ABC`s "Good Morning America" and talked about her money problems.

PRICE: You know, we have been struggling a lot with financial stuff. But now that Gary`s gone, it`s a little bit more difficult.

HAMMER: And if Price did sell the Coleman photos, "Us Magazine`s" Ian Drew tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT he doesn`t blame her.

IAN DREW, SENIOR EDITOR, "US MAGAZINE": Some people would see something wrong it. Personally, I don`t. She has got to make a living. And if she can legally do it, why not?

HAMMER: But TMZ`s Nina Parker tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT she isn`t swayed by Price`s poverty claims.

PARKER: Get a job. There are a lot of ways to obtain money. This definitely is something that is leaving a bad taste in a lot of people`s mouths.

HAMMER: This isn`t the first time someone close to Coleman was accused of using his fame to their own financial advantage. In 1989, Coleman sued his own parents, claiming they mishandled the millions of dollars he earned from starring in the 1980s show "Diff`rent Strokes."

Coleman got more than a million-dollar settlement from that suit. But that money was soon gone, as was apparently his faith in people.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: All people aren`t backstabbers.

HAMMER: In a 2008 appearance on "Divorce Court" with Price, Coleman talked about all the people who have used him in his life. He said, quote, "People will stab you in the back, mistreat you, talk about me behind your backs, steal from you, and they`re not really your friends. They`re only there because you`re a celebrity or because they want to get something from you."

PARKER: I think that he made poor choices in the people that he chose to trust.

HAMMER: And those who mourn Gary Coleman`s death fear that this photo- selling flap is just the latest betrayal for an ex-child star who endured so many of them.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: I`m not going to lie, this is perhaps one of the more disgusting stories I`ve had to deal with in a long time. And I`ve said it before, I`ll say it again today, I think it is reprehensible no matter how you look at it, if this is what is going on.

Right now in New York, Midwin Charles. Midwin is an attorney and legal contributor for "In Session" on our sister network, Tru TV. And in Hollywood, Tony Potts. He is the weekend co-host and a correspondent for "Access Hollywood."

So Gary`s mother is lashing out today. Her outrage for me really sums up what so many people are thinking. Here`s what she tells TMZ, quote, "I can`t think of any other reason why she would do that unless it`s just for the money," referring to Shannon Price perhaps selling these photos.

Tony, we know all about Gary`s money problems, from his famously suing his parents back in the `80s. Now this, his ex-wife allegedly trying to profit from his death. I`m thinking if she did, in fact, sell these deathbed photos, this is even worse than anything his parents may have done, perhaps the ultimate betrayal. Can you help me out and find any way that this would be OK?

TONY POTTS, WEEKEND CO-HOST AND CORRESPONDENT, "ACCESS HOLLYWOOD": No, I can`t, A.J. You know, I`m sitting here watching the piece that you guys did. And I`m thinking to myself, she has both hands on the camera, shooting photos while he`s lying on his deathbed.

Who is holding his hand as he passed away? Right? Who is with him? I mean, as he`s dying, it seems that nobody is holding his hand as he passes away. They`re there just to profit. It`s absolutely outrageous.

And, you know, Gary kind of predicted it. Everybody wanted to make money off him and it appears she`s trying to do that now.

HAMMER: Yes, it is really upsetting. Late today, TMZ did obtain Gary`s will. Now, he signed this will back in 1999. The will says everything is going into a trust. And that means his ex-wife is not going to get anything because they met, of course, long after he signed this will.

Now, some people would say, Midwin, look, she`s got money problems. She needs the money. So, hey, you know, really, in that case, is there anything wrong with her selling these photos to profit and try to make a living? I don`t get that. Can you help me with that?

MIDWIN CHARLES, CONTRIBUTOR, "IN SESSION" ON TRU TV: Well, assuming the allegations are true, I think what people are more disturbed about is not so much that she needs to have money, but it`s how you do it. You understand what I`m saying?

I mean, if your ex-husband is on his deathbed, the last thing he would expect is for you to come in there with photographs and take pictures of him. If you are in dire straits, get a job. There are many Americans who are in dire straits and they choose to rectify that situation in a respectful manner.

She could write a book about how tumultuous their relationship was. She could go out on the speaking circuit and counsel women on how to avoid, you know, being a battered victim or what have you. There are so many ways she could earn money in a dignified and a respectful way that honors his memory.

HAMMER: Yes. It certainly seems as though there were things that happened within their life that we knew about that you could turn into something constructive.

CHARLES: Of course.

HAMMER: That would make a lot more sense.

CHARLES: Of course.

HAMMER: Well, Gary was haunted by his fame from "Diff`rent Strokes" really for his entire life. And he talked about his celebrity curse just three weeks before his death in an interview that was obtained by "Good Morning America." I want to take a look at this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

GARY COLEMAN, ACTOR: Celebrity is always a burden. I don`t care who you are. I don`t care how much you claim you like it. You`re stuck with it for life. You can`t get rid of it. You`re going to die a celebrity, even if you hadn`t worked in 20 years.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Yes, and I`m guessing that`s exactly what Shannon was thinking. Sell these pictures, maybe make a buck off of Gary`s celebrity, even in death, if this is what happened.

With all of the drama in his life - and Tony, going back to what you were saying before, I`m thinking Gary himself, sadly, wouldn`t have even been shocked with this latest chapter in his tragic life and death, don`t you agree?

POTTS: Oh, absolutely. I mean, I think from day one, it sounds like that people were trying to make money off him, whether it was Hollywood legitimately in the early days. And then when "Diff`rent Strokes" went crazy and he became this huge star, you know, his parents, he sued them as well and all through his life.

I mean, at the very end now, she`s trying to sell photos. I agree that - you know, get a job. His ex-wife should get a job. She probably has tons of photos, I would imagine. This is not her first time behind a camera, of, you know, their honeymoon, things they went on and maybe turn it into a positive thing. But this is absolutely despicable and I think Gary predicted it early on.

HAMMER: Well, Shannon`s rep tells TMZ today the pictures were never meant to get out. She`s not going to see a dime from them. But obviously, Midwin, "The Globe" paid big bucks for these things. Am in la-la land thinking they could do the right thing here and just put them on the shelf somewhere and never let them see the light of day?

CHARLES: Yes, let me know how la-la land is.

HAMMER: Yes, I`ll let you know.

CHARLES: Because, yes, of course, they`re going to have those photographs as soon as they can and they`re going to publish them.

HAMMER: Who wants to see them, though? I don`t understand that. I mean, it`s easy for me to say to people shouldn`t go out and buy the magazine -

CHARLES: Right.

HAMMER: So they don`t support it. But obviously, they`re expecting people will. Let`s end it there because I`m getting upset. Midwin Charles, Tony Potts, thank you, guys.

Now, let me turn it over to you. Here is our exclusive SHOWBIZ TONIGHT poll today - "Gary Coleman Death Photos Sold: Is it OK for his ex- wife to profit from his death?" Hey, maybe I`m wrong about this whole thing. Let me know what you think right now. Vote at CNN.com/ShowbizTonight or E-mail us at showbiztonight@cnn.com.

And hey, we`re revealing the brand-new secrets today about Sandra`s big Scarlett smooch.

Stedman speaks. Oprah`s partner rarely opens his mouth, but he did today and just put his foot in it. People fired up today over Stedman calling Oprah a prophet and for dissing one of Oprah`s favorite places. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

HAMMER: Time now for the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - these are more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

TEXT: MTV apologizes for the more than 100 curse words used during the MTV Movie Awards. Katy Perry`s "California Gurls" now the number one song on iTunes.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Hey, welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood with A.J. Hammer in New York.

HAMMER: Well, Brooke, Oprah is looking for next big star. Plus, Demi Moore is getting ready to reveal all - this time, in writing. It is all making big news in "The Buzz" today.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: Demi Moore to tell all. Demi has just revealed she is going to write a candid autobiography framed by her troubled relationship with her mother. But you can be sure everyone is waiting to hear Demi tell all about her "Brat Pack" days, secrets about her long-time marriage to Bruce Willis, their breakup and her new life with Ashton Kutcher. The book is expected to come out in 2012.

Is Simon Cowell getting yet another new show? Cowell reportedly wants to launch a global talent search for a new show called "The World`s Got Talent." Cowell already owns shows like "Britain`s Got Talent" and "America`s Got Talent." London`s "Sun" newspaper says the show would feature contestants from 80 countries. No word on Cowell`s plans about search for talent beyond the solar system.

Oprah`s also got a talent search. Oprah Winfrey wants to find an undiscovered talent to host a new talk show on her upcoming new cable network. She`s teaming up with reality TV producer Mark Burnett to launch "Your Own Show: Oprah`s Search for the Next TV Star." If you think you`ve got the goods, well, you can upload videos at "Oprah.com" and casting calls will be held in several cities.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

ANDERSON: All right. Oprah may be searching for new talent, but it`s her long-time partner who is sparking some big headlines today. Oprah`s beau, Chicago businessman Stedman Graham is catching some heat after he told a Chicago news station that the City of Chicago takes Oprah for granted.

Yes, right now, in New York, Jill Zarin who stars in "The Real Housewives of New York City" and is the author of this book "Secrets of a Jewish Mother."

Hi, Jill. Hey, you know, we`ve got to start out with this shocking interview with Oprah`s long-time partner, Stedman Graham.

JILL ZARIN, STAR, "REAL HOUSEWIVES OF NEW YORK CITY": Yes.

He told a Chicago TV station that Oprah doesn`t get the recognition, doesn`t get the cred that she deserves in her hometown of Chicago. Watch what he said.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

STEDMAN GRAHAM, OPRAH WINFREY`S LONGTIME PARTNER: You know, I don`t think they appreciate her.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE TV ANCHOR: Are you kidding me? Really?

GRAHAM: No, I don`t think they do. I don`t think they understand the value of who she is as a human being and what she`s done, because the prophet has no honor in his own town.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: All right. The anchor was baffled. I`m baffled. Jill, are you as baffled as we are that Stedman would be bashing the town, the town that Oprah has made her home and the home of her talk show for last 24 years?

ZARIN: I got to tell you, I`m going to give - I`m giving Stedman the benefit of the doubt. You know, there is a lot of people in Chicago who are very sad to see Oprah leave. They loved her and loved her and loved her and she loved them.

And she`s leaving and I think they feel a little abandoned and somebody might have said something to Stedman to that effect that you`re leaving us, and, you know, and maybe that affected what he said.

I don`t think really believes that. He knows that the world loves Oprah, not just Chicago.

ANDERSON: Yes. Absolutely. And he loves her and he`s standing up for her. And you know, I can see how some people would be peeved, but on the other hand, it`s probably Stedman saying, "You don`t know what you`ve got until it`s gone."

Well, I want to tell you that SHOWBIZ TONIGHT reached out to Oprah for a comment on Stedman`s claim and a representative for Harpo said that Ms. Winfrey is not available for comment.

ZARIN: Of course not. She`s a busy lady.

ANDERSON: We`ve got to move now to a star that is set to tell all in a new memoir, and that is Demi Moore.

ZARIN: Wow.

ANDERSON: Just announced today that she`s planning to release a candid new memoir in 2012. Now, really, Demi has become an open book in recent years. But I would love to hear her dish some "Brat Pack" secrets -- "Brat Pack" secrets or what really happened between her and Bruce Willis. Jill, what are you hoping to find out from Demi?

ZARIN: Well, you know what I think about? I`ll tell you what I think about Demi Moore. I think she`s a woman who really figured how you can have it all but not all at the same time, because she left Hollywood to raise her children.

ANDERSON: She did.

ZARIN: Yes. And she`s going to tell us how she did it. So I think she`s done a great job as a mother. And I want to hear what she has to say.

ANDERSON: I want to know her secrets, what she`s done to look so darn good. Jill Zarin, thanks. Good to see you.

HAMMER: Well, there`s a new sex tape scandal today, sensational new reports that one of the most hated "Real Housewives" star caught on tape doing a whole lot more than getting in a fight with her friends.

Baby Lady Gaga? Did you see this? New controversy today over by dressed up as Lady Gaga singing "Telephone." I`m talking wigs, makeup, handcuffs, even simulating drinking alcohol. (BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

TOM CRUISE, ACTOR (as Les Grosman): You can`t get by in this movie with you - oily Hollywood charm and your Lil` Wayne prison cornrows. You make me sick!

WILL SMITH, ACTOR: Relax. Come on, man. He`s 11.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Tom Cruise`s "Tropic Thunder" character, Les Grossman, is no match for the new "Karate Kid." Jaden Smith made a mess of Les at the MTV Movie Awards. And he proves he`s got the right moves to be the new "Karate Kid."

Well, Tom Cruise was obviously hilarious in that sketch. I`ve got to say, Jaden Smith as the new "Karate Kid," really making a name for himself. I think he`s really taking another giant step out of the shadow of his very famous dad, Will Smith.

A lot of people are really excited to see Jaden and Jackie Chan in this remake. The best part is the stars of the original 1984 film gave their blessing for it.

Wow. Well, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT was right there on the red carpet for the big "Karate Kid 2" premiere when the new "Karate Kid," Jaden, met up with the original "Karate Kid," Ralph Macchio. Macchio told SHOWBIZ TONIGHT he`s impressed with what he saw.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

RALPH MACCHIO, ACTOR: He looks fantastic. I would not go toe to toe with the child. He looks spectacular. Between him and Jackie, I`m like - you know, Pat Morita and I - we`re just - I was the boy next door.

You know, I was the every kid that is sort of relatable. Anyone can do it, you know? Well, these boys look pretty well-schooled in martial arts.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: And I`m happy to report no fighting broke out on the red carpet. Instead, it was a big "Karate Kid" love fest. But here is the thing that I really want to know - does Ralph Macchio age at all? He looks exactly the same, right?

ANDERSON: Yes, he does, A.J. He looks great. All right. There is a fired-up debate happening right now on the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT Facebook page. I`ve got to tell you about this. People are sounding off about the shocking reports that gay icon Elton John got a whopping $1 million to perform at ultraconservative Rush Limbaugh`s wedding.

Steve W. offers this new twist for what Elton should do with his reported big payout, "I would have accepted the money and then donated it in Rush`s name to a charity that Rush hates." Melinda L. hates what Elton did, Elton is a sellout.

HAMMER: Time now for the SHOWBIZ lineup - here is what is coming up at the bottom of the hour on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I know why Sandra kissed Scarlett, really. And SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is revealing today the real reason why Sandra was smooching Scarlett at the MTV Movie Awards.

Another big hookup at those awards - between Paris and Snooki. Now, they didn`t lock lips, but it does look like the Paris-Snooki Hollywood connection is just heating up. And I`ll be honest, I`m scared about what`s next.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

POLIZZI: This is my girl. I absolutely love her.

HILTON: I love you, Snooks.

(MUSIC PLAYING)

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. It`s 30 minutes past the hour. I`m A.J. Hammer coming to you from New York City.

ANDERSON: And I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood with big news breaking today - Charlie Sheen`s court controversy. His plea deal falls apart.

HAMMER: Yes, Brooke. A shocking twist today in Charlie Sheen`s domestic abuse case. A judge actually nixed the deal his lawyers reportedly had worked out. Now, it would have allowed Sheen to perform community service with a theater group by day and check back into his jail cell by night. So what went wrong with all of this?

With me right now in New York is Midwin Charles. Midwin is a legal contributor on "In Session," that`s Tru TV. From Hollywood, Tony Potts, who is a weekend co-host and correspondent for "Access Hollywood."

We`re going to get to Charlie Sheen`s possible punishment for allegedly attacking his wife in just a moment.

But first, the big news breaking today about brand-new punishment for Chris Brown for, of course, beating up Rihanna. Now, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT did confirm late today that an entire country has banned Chris Brown. Brooke Anderson, what are the details about this?

ANDERSON: A.J., England told Chris Brown today stay out of our country. He has been told that he can`t come in to perform his scheduled concerts. Late today, here`s what the U.K. Home Office told SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, "We reserve the right to refuse entry to the U.K. to anyone guilty of a serious criminal offense. Public safety is one of our primary concerns. Each application to enter the U.K. is considered on its individual merits."

HAMMER: Wow, that`s wild, and the fact that we`re getting a statement from the U.K. Home Office.

ANDERSON: Yes.

HAMMER: Now, Midwin, we know that Brown pleaded guilty to beating Rihanna. Is this something that is totally unprecedented here?

CHARLES: It is not unprecedented. Look, countries often have the right literally to refuse anyone for any reason to come into their country, hence immigration laws. And so this is not unheard of. He is a convicted felon. I think it is a little extreme, but it`s possible.

HAMMER: Yes. We don`t know what was behind the decision. It does kind of feel like maybe they singled him out, kind of setting an example. And I`ve got to tell you, right after we got the news, Chris Brown did tweet to his fans late today. He wanted to let them know what was going on.

And he tweeted this, "Sorry to all the fans in Europe. My tour is canceled. I`m pretty sure you all know my entry was denied in your country. I love you. Sorry."

I`ve got to say I`m pretty pleased that there continued to be repercussions for his actions here. However, there are a lot of people who say yes, maybe this was too much. Maybe he has paid enough. Tony Potts, what do you think?

POTTS: Well, he was on his fan appreciation tour. And apparently, the U.K. says, "We appreciate you, but not enough to let you in the country."

HAMMER: Right.

POTTS: Yes, maybe it is a little bit extreme. I mean, public safety - what`s he going to do? I mean, we know what happened here, not to make light of that. But what was he really going to do when he got in the country?

So maybe they did single him out a bit, but not everybody that enters the country also performs in front of 10,000 or 15,000 people.

HAMMER: Yes. But it does send a message loud and clear to people who may have something going on in the back of their mind that might strike out at someone else. There are repercussions and they will continue to follow you.

POTTS: Absolutely.

HAMMER: All right. I do want to move on to Charlie Sheen`s plea deal falling apart at the last minute. Sheen was all set to cop a plea for attacking his wife, Brooke Muller, 30 days in jail at night.

And he was supposed to spend his days doing community service at a Colorado theater. Now, TMZ reports today this whole thing unraveled because an administrative officer said Charlie is not eligible for a work release program. So Midwin, what exactly happened here?

CHARLES: It seems as though he`s not eligible for work release. I can`t even believe that they thought that this would be appropriate. You know, oftentimes when a plea deal is worked out with a defendant, usually the terms or the conditions mirror the charge.

In other words, he should have been able to go to anger management classes or counsel victims who have been, you know, the victim of anger management. Like going to work at a theater? Hello, that`s a walk in the park.

HAMMER: Yes. Teaching acting skills - yes, I mean, it does seem pretty outrageous.

CHARLES: It does not match or mirror the charges that were alleged. And oftentimes, whatever you work out a plea deal, that`s usually what you get.

HAMMER: Absolutely. Yes. Well, it is going to be interesting to see what happens. Sheen does have to return to court July 12th. And brand-new questions about how this is all going to affect his TV show, "Two and a Half Men," of course, started popping up today because the schedule now could be in question.

SHOWBIZ TONIGHT did reach out to CBS. CBS had no comment for us today. But Tony, we all know he just signed this mega-million-dollar deal to return to the show. A lot of money is on the line. Personally, if I were CBS, I would be freaking out right now.

POTTS: A little bit, but they`ll work around it. But I don`t really care about the money or stuff right now. I think you guys are right. This is outrageous. I mean, when you go to jail and you have to do work release, you don`t get to do what you want or what you`re good at.

Have him, you know, laying bricks, breaking rocks - I mean, doing something that is tough, not what you`re good at, what you like to do. That`s not why you go to jail. There is also a whole smoking thing as well. You can`t smoke outside of the prison as well and there was this whole thing about Jon Cryer sending a note to the theater owners, saying, "Look, by the way, he likes to smoke. He`s a chain smoker." And there is a spot that you can`t smoke out as well.

But by the way, you get to get out from 8:00 in the morning to 11:30 at night? I mean, what kind of prison is that?

HAMMER: Yes. But I have a little solace in the fact that he`ll be sleeping on that hard metal bed at night.

Let`s move on now. Brooke, I know that you are about to reveal to us what everybody wants to know. What was real reason behind Sandra Bullock- Scarlett Johansson smooch at the MTV Movie Awards the other night? Brooke, tell us. Please, I can`t wait any longer.

ANDERSON: Yes. I know, A.J. After sharing that steamy kiss with Scarlett Johansson, we learned today that Bullock will reportedly be starring with Scarlett`s husband, Ryan Reynolds, in a new movie. According to "The Hollywood Reporter," Ryan and Sandra, who starred in the hit film, "The Proposal," will be in an action comedy tentatively titled "Most Wanted."

So Midwin, I`m thinking that Sandra may have been sending a secret message by kissing Ryan`s wife, Scarlett, because she had to know about this film ahead of time.

CHARLES: Of course. Of course, this clearly was a nice little publicity stunt. And you can tell they looked a little awkward, you know, with that kiss. It was like, "Oh, my god. I can`t even believe we`ve got to do this. Yes, yes." It is just to get that information out, I think.

HAMMER: Hold on. Hold on.

(CROSSTALK)

ANDERSON: Tony, you`re shaking your head. What do you think?

POTTS: No. I`ve got a theory on this. Look, she`s already kissed Ryan in the previous movie, right? And then, Scarlett kissed Penelope Cruz in "Vicki Christina Barcelona," Paris - whatever it was. OK? So now, what she`s going to do - she`s doing some method acting. She`s thinking, now, how does Scarlett kiss the way I kiss Ryan in the movie. You know, I can use that. So it might be acting. It was purely professional. That`s all it was.

ANDERSON: Well, you know, we know that everything was carefully crafted about what they did at the MTV Movie Awards. And do you think, in a way, though, it maybe is an indirect way to drum up excitement?

POTTS: Maybe. I think so. Everything in Hollywood is done with a wink and a nod and it is all for publicity. So I agree with you. Yes, it`s for that. But I think obviously they`re good friends anyway. So, I thought it was fun and we`ll see what happens.

HAMMER: All right, well, I don`t want to ruin this by bringing up his name. Actually, I`m not even going to mention his name. But Midwin, I really like the fact that we went through this whole conversation about Sandra Bullock finally and didn`t mention that unmentionable guy`s name. I think it is finally happening. So again, big round of applause for Sandra Bullock.

CHARLES: We`re moving on.

HAMMER: We`re paying attention, Sandy. We`re moving on. You asked us to. We`re doing our best. All right, Midwin Charles, Tony Potts, thanks so much, guys.

And as we move on right now, Brooke, you all know of the scary predictions the world is coming to an end, right? I`m finding out now there may actually be some truth to those predictions because listen to this, Paris Hilton is giving Snooki advice today on how to make it in Hollywood.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

POLIZZI: This is my girl. I absolutely love her.

HILTON: I love you, Snooks.

POLIZZI: I love her.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: OK.

POLIZZI: Snookums.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Snookums, yes, really cute. Somebody may want to sound the alarms, please. Jay, could you get on it for me? I`m not making this up.

All right. I`ve said this over and over again. If you make a sex tape, it`s going to come out. Well, today, real housewife, real sex tape, one of the most hated housewives of New Jersey has a sex tape.

And the brand-new Lady Gaga baby controversy today. A three-year-old doing Gaga`s "Telephone" - listen to this, with handcuffs, wearing lots of makeup.

Yes, I am not feeling this at all. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

Time now for the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: You`re (EXPLETIVE DELETED) crazy.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Don`t you ever call me crazy.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Karma`s a (EXPLETIVE DELETED) and so is she.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: "Real Housewives," real sex tape. It`s dirty. It`s dramatic. Just in today, does one of the most hated "Real Housewives of New Jersey" have a sex tape? Could it be?

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York. Brooke Anderson is in Hollywood.

ANDERSON: Yes, A.J., we`re going to have more on the "Real Housewives" sex tape in just a minute. But first, this also just today - are Paris and Snooki BFFs? That`s right, folks, if ever there were a sign that the apocalypse is near, it`s this.

Paris Hilton and MTV`s "Jersey Shore" star Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi are now good friends after meeting up at the MTV Movie Awards, and horrifyingly, really hitting it off.

Right now, in New York, the one, the only Jill Zarin, who is a cast member on "Real Housewives of New York City" and author of the book "Secrets of a Jewish Mother." And in Hollywood, Hyla, who is an entertainment journalist with "5DollarPrep.com."

Jill, Hyla, take a look at this brand-new photo today, showing new BFFs Paris, her sister Nikki, with Snooki with J-Wow. It looks like the BFF love was instantaneous when Paris and Snooki first met on the red carpet of the MTV Movie Awards. Watch.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

POLIZZI: This is my girl. I absolutely love her.

HILTON: I love you, Snooks.

POLIZZI: I love you.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: OK.

HILTON: Snookums.

POLIZZI: What are you wearing? It`s the most gorgeous dress I`ve ever seen.

HILTON: Thank you. I`m wearing Blumarine, one of my favorite designers. And you`re so hot.

POLIZZI: You`re so hot. I love your dress.

HILTON: Thank you.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

ANDERSON: Jill, Paris and Snooki, BFFs? The fact that they`re besties scares me a little bit. What about you?

ZARIN: I just want to say, I love you, Brookey(ph). And that`s all I`ve been wanting to say.

ANDERSON: You`re hot, Jill. You`re so hot.

ZARIN: I love you. Oh, you`re so sweet. It`s hysterical. Listen, it is perfect, honestly. They`re both big reality stars. Paris has done an amazing - you don`t have to respect her, but you`ve got to respect the fact she`s made a fortune of money off of her career. She knows how to work those tabloids and she has a lot to teach Snooki, that`s for sure.

ANDERSON: Well, you know, Paris and Snooki and the whole gang reportedly got along so well. You`ve got to listen to this. They were dancing the night away. They were fist pumping to the music. They were eating late- night tacos together.

Hyla, are these new gal pals a turbo train wreck waiting to happen? Or are they the best thing that`s ever happened to reality TV?

HYLA, ENTERTAINMENT JOURNALIST, "5DOLLARPREP.COM": Well, I`m going to answer with a yes and a yes. They`re both of those things. And that`s what`s going to make this reality relationship one of the best ever.

I mean, can you see Paris hanging out in the Jersey Shore and Snooki doing some posh things with Paris? I love this. This is a reality TV show match made in heaven.

ZARIN: Agreed.

ANDERSON: Yes. They come from two different worlds, Paris and Snooki. Can you imagine the culture clash?

ZARIN: Well, that`s why it`s so good.

ANDERSON: That`s why it would sell. And Jill, to your point, it turns out Paris did give Snooki a whole lot advice in between the tacos and the fist pumping.

ZARIN: I`m sure.

ANDERSON: Paris tells "Us Weekly," quote, "I just told her to remain the same sweet girl she is and not let anything affect her. Be strong and don`t pay attention to bad press. People can say mean things about you, but you should know who you are and not pay attention to it." A.J., I`m impressed. Sage advice there from Paris.

ZARIN: That`s good advice.

HAMMER: Oh, my gosh, like, I just can`t believe it, Brooke. I think that`s the best advice possible. And you look gorgeous today, by the way.

ANDERSON: It`s too much.

HAMMER: You`re my best friend.

ZARIN: I love you, A.J.!

HAMMER: Here`s the thing -- I love you, Jill Zarin and I love you, Hyla. I think what Paris really should have also advised Snooki to stay away from and far, far away from, separate from the hairspray, is any kind of a sex tape. We don`t need a sex tape from Snooki. Am I having everybody`s agreement on that? Please. Thank you.

ANDERSON: Yes. We`re in agreement, yes.

HAMMER: A sex tape is a huge part of this next story just in today. Yes, another celebrity sex tape is about to hit the market. This time, the star is Danielle Staub. Now, you may know Danielle from "The Real Housewives of New Jersey."

Late today -- are we really going to show this? Late today, "Hustler" posted an ad that it`s going to be selling a tape of Danielle who is unquestionably one of the most hated real housewives.

There is the ad. I`ll save you the trouble of going to their Web site. Late today, they told us they got the video legally. Danielle knows it`s going to be released. So Jill Zarin, as one of the stars of "The Real Housewives of New York City," do you see this as a good thing or a bad thing for your Jersey colleague Danielle?

ZARIN: You know, it is a bad thing for the brand. But I will say that Danielle has always lived her life honestly and she says that she needs the money. So she`s going to do what she has to do.

She wrote a book based on that premise, that she did a lot of things in her life she`s not proud of for the money. And here, if she`s profiting from it, that`s why. If she`s not profiting from it, I feel very sorry for her and her children. Her children are going to be affected very poorly by this, very badly.

HAMMER: And let`s keep in mind, she`s a 47-year-old mother of two children. You know, I`m thinking that`s got to be a new record in these celebrity sex tape industry. Hyla, that has to count for something, right?

HYLA: I think it could be huge. I mean, this is - this could be our first celebrity cougar sex tape. The marketing ideas on this are endless. And I think this actually strengthens the brand of "Real Housewives."

ZARIN: Oh, please. No.

(CROSS TALK)

HYLA: You want people knowing about "Real Housewives." This will be huge.

HAMMER: Jill, this is going to be very good for you.

ZARIN: A.J., are we going to get a clip of that, by the way?

HAMMER: Paris certainly got her start with a sex tape. We`re still talking about her. Jill Zarin, Hyla, thank you. Now, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT did reach out to Danielle Staub today. We have not heard back as of show time.

ANDERSON: OK. New Lady Gaga baby controversy today. A shocking new video of a three-year-old singing Lady Gaga`s "telephone" while wearing handcuffs and tons of makeup.

(MUSIC PLAYING)

HAMMER: And now, the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(MUSIC PLAYING)

HAMMER: A big Baby Gaga controversy today. Did you see this? You`re watching a three-year-old Kiera Ladrow in a YouTube video spoof of Lady Gaga`s "Telephone" with a lot of makeup, handcuffs. Today, Kiera`s mom under fire for doing this to her daughter and putting the video online.

There`s a big battle going on right now over this. I want you to take a look again at little Kiera`s video. Now, remember Lady Gaga, of course, is known for being over-the-top and super-sexy.

(MUSIC PLAYING)

HAMMER: As you see there, in addition to the tons of makeup and the handcuffs, Kiera`s video has got those provocatively dressed women dancing right behind her. It even ends with Kiera wearing a wedding dress on top of a bar.

Now, today, Kiera`s mom Heidi went with on CBS` "Early Show" and she defended her decision to put her three-year-old daughter in the video. Heidi says it`s really no big deal.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

HEIDI LADROW, MOTHER OF "BABY GAGA": It has to be a little outrageous because Lady Gaga`s videos are outrageous. So basically, it was just mocking that whole process. You know, she loved every minute of it. She doesn`t talk about it anymore.

I mean, it`s not something that`s, you know, damaging to her or anything. She had fun dressing up, being herself. The whole video took about three hours to make. I mean, there are no long rehearsals or anything like that. This went gangbusters quite quickly. It was just a project that we put together as just a spoof as friends, something for our friends and family. And we had no idea. I had no idea.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: So you didn`t think about the people.

LADROW: No, I had no intention - I had no idea that this was going to get as large as it was. And you know, I`m fine with it because I know how it was made.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Yes. And of course, her daughter had fun. Look, I don`t doubt the woman loves her daughter. But Brooke I just don`t think this was a good idea.

ANDERSON: Yes. Me, either, A.J. Quite frankly, it was a little bit disturbing for me to watch. I`m glad to hear that Kiera wasn`t forced into it or bribed to do it. But you know, I just hope Kiera thought it was an innocent fun game of dress-up because Lady Gaga - little too provocative, pretty too edgy for that demographic in my opinion.

HAMMER: Three years old.

ANDERSON: Right. Yes, three years old. Moving now, on Monday we asked you to vote on our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT exclusive poll. And just moments ago, we did get those final results - "Sandra Bullock Rocks the MTV Movie Awards: Is she better than ever?" One-sided here, 92 percent of you say yes, eight percent no.

Here are some of the E-mails we received. Check them out. Eleanor writes, "Sandra Bullock is a perfectly elegant lady. I just adore and I admire her a lot. I bet she is the perfect mother."

Lucy from Illinois, definitely on team Sandra, "Sandra Bullock rocks. Finally, she has put an end to the endless news about her cheating husband. Go Sandra."

HAMMER: Well, that is it for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York.

ANDERSON: I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT now live at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Monday through Friday.
