HAMMER: Hi, I`m A.J. Hammer coming to you from New York City with big news breaking today - Ryan`s revelations about Farrah.
It is almost hard to believe it was one year ago this Friday when we lost both Farrah Fawcett and Michael Jackson on the same day. Ryan O`Neal went on national TV today and he poured his heart out about what this past year has been like for him without his long-time love.
And one of Farrah`s closest friends was right there with him revealing startling new details about Farrah`s final days and how she might have felt knowing her death was overshadowed by Michael Jackson`s.
(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)
O`NEAL: I miss her.
HAMMER (voice-over): On the "Today" show this morning, Ryan O`Neal shared the pain and loss he still feels on the one-year anniversary of the death of his long time partner, Farrah Fawcett.
RYAN O`NEAL: I live in the same home we lived in together. And so I see her silhouette. I hear her voice. In one way, it`s wonderful she is still around and another way it hurts that not enough of her is.
HAMMER: SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you those closest to Farrah are sharing brand-new details today about her final days and how they`re honoring her legacy.
(MUSIC PLAYING)
It`s still hard to believe that the glamorous former star of "Charlie`s Angels," an iconic pin-up girl, has been gone for a year.
ALANA STEWART, ACTRESS AND FARRAH FAWCETT`S BEST FRIEND: The whole year has seemed kind of surreal.
HAMMER: In a brand-new interview out today, Farrah`s best friend, Alana Stewart, sat down with CNN Entertainment`s Alan Duke. Stewart was a co- producer of "Farrah`s Story," a bold and sometimes hard to watch documentary that followed Farrah`s treatment for cancer.
FARRAH FAWCETT, ACTRESS: Cancer is my own private world.
HAMMER: Stewart now reveals that Farrah never expected to lose her cancer battle.
STEWART: She never really acknowledged that she was dying toward the end when she was dying.
HAMMER: Farrah died on June 25th of last year. Later, that same day, another icon, Michael Jackson, died unexpectedly, a death that greatly overshadowed Farrah`s. But Stewart tells CNN Entertainment`s Alan Duke she thinks Farrah would have been just fine with that.
STEWART: I always had the sense that Farrah would kind of be getting a laugh out of that and saying, "Thank God they are over there, finally. They`re leaving me alone - the paparazzi, the reporters, the news cameras."
So I always thought that somehow that she might have gotten a smile out of the attention being off her.
HAMMER: Today, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can reveal Fawcett wanted to be known for something more than being a `70s glamour girl or dying on the same day as the King of Pop.
STEWART: She said to the doctor in Germany one day - she said, "You know, I`m glad I got cancer." And the doctor said, "But why?" She said, "Because now I know I can make a difference."
HAMMER: Alana Stewart tells us she and her friends are working to fulfill Farrah`s final wish to help others fight cancer. The Farrah Fawcett Foundation opens Friday, the anniversary of Farrah`s death.
STEWART: She wanted it to fund research for alternative methods of treating cancer. She left a great deal of her estate to this foundation, so it was very important to her.
HAMMER: We`re also finding out the latest about arguably the most important person in Farrah`s life, her son with Ryan O`Neal, Redmond. For years, 25-year-old Redmond has been in and out of the legal system on drug charges. As we saw on "Farrah`s Story," he was let out of jail just long enough to say goodbye to his dying mother.
REDMOND O`NEAL, SON OF RYAN O`NEAL AND FARRAH FAWCETT: How are you doing?
FAWCETT: You look better.
REDMOND O`NEAL: He`s doing extremely well.
HAMMER: Ryan O`Neal told the "Today" show this morning that Farrah`s battle with cancer has inspired Redmond in his own battle.
RYAN O`NEAL: He turned his life around immediately. He is living in a sober living situation in Pasadena. His mother would be proud of him.
HAMMER: And her friends hope Farrah would be proud of the way the world is remembering her.
STEWART: She realized during this battle with cancer that she had a higher purpose, you know, that she wasn`t here just to live this glamorous life, get cancer and fight it and win the battle.
You know, she felt she could give something back to the world. And I think she has done that through the documentary, through the foundation. I mean, that`s really her legacy.
(END VIDEOTAPE)
HAMMER: So with all of that, a lot of people are wondering today if Farrah`s death will be, once again, overshadowed by Michael Jackson.
Right now, in New York, Megan Alexander, who is a correspondent with "Inside Edition."
So we just heard Alana Stewart say that Farrah Fawcett would not have minded being overshadowed by Michael Jackson. But Megan, I`ve got to tell you, I can`t help but feel a little bit sad that that is likely to happen again tomorrow, on Friday, on the anniversary of their deaths.
MEGAN ALEXANDER, CORRESPONDENT, "INSIDE EDITION": Very true. I had the opportunity to interview Alana Stewart as well. And she shared that - she feels that, yes, Farrah will always be overshadowed by Michael Jackson, but it is Michael Jackson, one of the greatest superstars.
HAMMER: True.
ALEXANDER: However, fans have come up to Alana Stewart and Ryan O`Neal and expressed that they are disappointed that their role model and icon, Farrah Fawcett, hasn`t been given enough attention.
But I think people are aware of that in Hollywood, A.J., and we are seeing that people are doing what they can to recognize her.
HAMMER: Yes.
ALEXANDER: Alana shared that she wants to be known for the Farrah Fawcett foundation which was her dream a few years ago and is now coming to fruition when they open the doors Friday.
HAMMER: And what a terrific legacy to have. Well, I can tell you, the tributes to Michael Jackson already began today all over the country. Jackson`s family is also speaking out to remember Michael.
In a brand-new interview airing on CNN`s "LARRY KING LIVE" on Friday night, Michael`s brother Jermaine opens up about the family`s attempt to save his life through interventions. And he talked about whether or not the family feels they could have done more to save Michael`s life. Take a look at this.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
JERMAINE JACKSON, BROTHER OF MICHAEL JACKSON: Some of the attempts at intervention - I wasn`t there. I was out of the country, but I heard about them. But Michael would never ever, ever take his own life.
And I - if Michael were sitting here now and we were to say to him, "Michael, you are not going to be here and your kids are going to be left fatherless, he would say, "Oh, no, that will never happen."
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HAMMER: Yes. So I watch this and I`m thinking Michael`s death has been ruled a homicide. Michael, do you find it odd that Jermaine feels that he still needs to fight any suggestions that Michael had something to do with his own death?
ALEXANDER: Well, I think perhaps Jermaine - and La Toya also spoke out on London`s GMTV. They`re aware that so many people want to give their opinion about what happened. And I think the family feels a responsibility to talk out and to share the private side of Michael Jackson and his love for his children, A.J. -
HAMMER: Yes.
ALEXANDER: Which is what Jermaine just said. I think they feel that they need to honor Michael`s memory for his kids.
HAMMER: Yes. Yes. They certainly do. And I think they are doing a good job of doing that. It`s just there are so many elements of this story that they still have to weave through a year later.
I do want to bring in CNN`s Don Lemon. Don is out there in Hollywood today covering the anniversary of Michael`s death.
Now, Don, you`ve got this terrific one-hour special investigation airing tomorrow night on CNN. It`s called "Michael Jackson: The Final Days." There have been so many revelations about Michael since he died a year ago. From your investigation for the special, Don, what was the most striking thing you learned?
DON LEMON, CNN CORRESPONDENT: I think there were a couple of things. One, Jermaine Jackson conveyed that same sentiment that he shared with Larry in the interview with me, that he feels that other people were responsible for Michael Jackson`s death.
The other thing - and every family member I spoke to said the same thing. The other thing is the isolation that I really found striking, how Michael could just isolate himself. He had so many people around him and so much money.
And the other thing when we were talking about the legacy, A.J., of Michael Jackson, besides his music and being an entertainer, I think it`s going to be the relationship between doctor and patient. And we`re going to be looking at this so-called concierge doctor.
It`s different when you or I or most people go to the doctor and have we pay a $15 or $20 co-pay. But when you`re paying $150,000m, and upwards maybe, a month to take care of you, then it starts to come into play that you are taking care of their livelihood, sending their kids to school, paying their mortgage and paying for their car and what have you.
And so the relationship becomes a little bit tenuous and you have to investigate that. That`s going to be the other legacy for Michael Jackson that was striking to me.
HAMMER: Well, of course, Don, one of the most important relationships in Michael`s life - that with his mother. And she claims that Michael actually feared that people were out to kill him.
She tells NBC`s "Dateline" this, "He told me several times that he felt people wanted him gone, wanted him dead. He would always say that and for him to say that, he must have known something."
Isn`t it remarkable, Don, that, here we are, a year later, there are still all this conspiracy theories out there and his mom even bringing one up.
LEMON: Yes, it is remarkable. We heard that from the family before. I think we heard that from Katherine Jackson and other family members shortly after the death. People think there was some sort of conspiracy around Elvis. So there is always going to be a conspiracy theory around someone, especially someone as famous Michael Jackson.
But in my interviews with the family, the brothers did share that and especially Jermaine. Jermaine said, "There are people who responsible for my brother`s death." And I said, "Do you know who they are?" And he said, "Yes, I do." I said, "Do you care to share it?" He said, "Yes, I do." And you will have to watch the documentary to find out what happened.
HAMMER: And we will be watching Don, for sure. So again, here we are. It`s a year after the death of these two icons.
But this year, you know, it also marks the three-year anniversary of when we lost another icon, Anna Nicole Smith. You remember the crying judge in the trial over where Anna Nicole would be buried?
I spoke to him late today. He`s got some new theories on Anna Nicole`s death.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
(on camera): You used the word "killing" and you don`t have a question mark at the end of that. It is very provocative. Why this title?
JUDGE LARRY SEIDLIN, AUTHOR, "THE KILLING OF ANNA NICOLE SMITH": Because she was killed.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HAMMER: The crying judge cries foul in the death of Anna Nicole Smith. You won`t want to miss my explosive one-on-one today with Judge Larry Seidlin. It`s the interview you will see only on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. Megan Alexander, Don Lemon, stay right where you are.
Moving on now, the "Jersey Shore" guys have a gay situation today. For the very first time today, The Situation speaks out about the situation. The surprising gay cover story featuring the guys from MTV`s "Jersey Shore".
And big twilight news breaking right now over Kristen Stewart`s controversial rape remarks. Robert Pattinson right in the middle of it on the very same day as the red carpet premiere of their new movie, "Eclipse." The brand-new outrage today. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.
And now, the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.
TEXT: Kate`s view! Kate Gosselin set to co-host "The View" July 2. Bring on Betty! Oscar producers want Betty White for the next year`s Oscars.
(COMMERCIAL BREAK)
HAMMER: Check out who is following in Madonna`s fashionable footsteps. It`s none other than her very stylish daughter, Lourdes. We`re getting our very first look today at Lourdes` new clothing line for Macy`s. Look at this.
It`s nothing new for a megastar`s daughter to start her own fashion line. Paul McCartney`s daughter, Stella, is huge in the fashion world. But Lourdes - she is only 13 years old and that is very impressive.
Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York with Lindsay`s late rant. It is the unbelievable story just out today - Lindsay Lohan going bonkers on Twitter after she is accused of being more than 10 hours late to a photo shoot. Lindsay is declaring war today because she says all this was staged to make her look bad for a reality show.
Right now, in Hollywood, Ashlan Gorse, who is a correspondent for "E! News." Also in Hollywood, Mario Lopez, who is the host of "Extra."
We`re going to get to Lindsay`s photo drama in just a moment. But first, breaking news today about another show - another reality TV show. Mario, congratulations to you and "Extra." Just got this exclusive interview with "The Bachelor`s" Jake Pavelka.
Now, this is his first TV interview about his split with Vienna Girardi, who, of course, Jake got engaged to on the show. There had been all kinds of rumors about Vienna cheating. But Mario, Jake tells you their split was about something way more intimate than that. Let`s watch.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
JAKE PAVELKA, REALITY TV STAR, "THE BACHELOR": You know, the last thing I want this to do is turn into a he-said, she-said. But you know, I mean, obviously there was a lack of intimacy in our relationship.
And then it`s built on love and trust and romance and compassion. What really drives that is my love for Vienna and Vienna`s respect for me and there was a serious lack of respect.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HAMMER: All right. Mario Lopez, Jake really hitting that word "respect" pretty hard. Did you get the sense "respect" was - I don`t know - a code for something else?
MARIO LOPEZ, HOST, "EXTRA": He kept hitting "respect" very hard and he kept saying that he felt emasculated, that the intimacy wasn`t there. And he said, "You know, Mario, how in the beginning of a relationship the passion is there and you are hot and heavy and then that fades and it`s all about the respect."
And I`m thinking to myself, well, aren`t you in the beginning of the relationship right now? Isn`t this the honeymoon phase. Isn`t there only - hasn`t there only been, like, six months of this whole relationship? And they hadn`t been intimate in the last four months.
So I`m doing the math in my head. You know, I`m, like, only two months, you were there. And I`m, like, OK. What`s really going on here? But he was speaking as if they had been going out for a long time and she just wasn`t getting him. And it was a series of events.
And you know, I was kind of just thrown off by the whole interview, but he really got into it when we talked for about an hour. And we`re breaking it up into some great pieces here at "Extra." And he didn`t hold back. He didn`t hold back. He let it all out.
HAMMER: Yes. I`ve got to break out my computer and my abacus to figure out the math and all that. That really is fascinating.
LOPEZ: Yes.
HAMMER: I do want to move on to Lindsay`s photo rampage. There is this brand-new Bravo show. It`s called "Double Exposure" and it`s all about what goes on behind the scenes of glamorous celebrity photo shoots.
Now, the entire episode is about waiting and waiting and waiting for Lindsay. I`m talking 10 hours. She was 10 hours behind schedule. And when she finally shows up, she`s like, "Whatever, peeps. I`m here."
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Hey, Lindsay.
LINDSAY LOHAN, ACTRESS: Hi.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You guys remember each other?
LOHAN: You actually haven`t seen the final outcome.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: You look fantastic.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: This is a great look. I love the black eyes and stuff.
LOHAN: Thank you. Sorry I was late.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HAMMER: Yes. So she admits she was late. But she changes her story on Twitter today saying she was given the wrong time. And Ashlan, quickly, I`m not buying this at all. Are you?
ASHLAN GORSE, CORRESPONDENT, "E! NEWS": No. Not at all. Lindsay is notorious for being late. Who shows up 10 hours late? I mean, that`s just beyond, like, I understand an hour or so, things got messed up. But saying you have the wrong call time but still having you handlers apologize -
HAMMER: Yes.
GORSE: Sounds really fishy. I`m thinking she was just late.
HAMMER: I`ve got to say - I`ve got to say and I`ve got have to wrap it here, but her credibility - it`s not really very high with any of us. I don`t think so. Ashlan Gorse, Mario Lopez, I thank you both.
Got to move on to Mariah`s pet problem. Brand-new court documents just released today revealing a song bird may be in big legal trouble with her vet.
Also, the judge smack in the middle of the Anna Nicole Smith court case breaks his silence today. His shocking new claim about Anna`s death. It is the interview you will see only on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
SEIDLIN: She was killed. She was killed with all her prescription drugs. Too many drugs.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HAMMER: And a "Real Housewives of New Jersey" shocker today. You`re not going to believe how many times Danielle Staub has gone under the knife. The surprising real reason revealed while she is getting nipped, tucked and plucked again. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.
Now, the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.
TEXT: Jon Voight blasts President Obama in blistering open letter in "The Washington Times." Vanilla Ice to star in new reality show called "The Vanilla Ice Project."

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
UNIDENTIFIED MALE SPORTSCASTER: Their fates are (INAUDIBLE) for the USA. Can they do it here? (INAUDIBLE) and Donovan is good. Oh, can you believe this?
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HAMMER: My ears are still ringing from the hooting and hollering going on in the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom following team USA`s big World Cup win and the man with the kicking kick.
Everybody is buzzing today about the greatest American hero, the captain of the U.S. soccer team, Landon Donovan. Now, Landon, of course, scored the dramatic winning goal to seal the deal over Algeria, 1-0 with just minutes left in the game.
It was definitely one of the most exciting World Cup games ever. Landon just revealed today on CNN`s "American Morning" that he felt like time stopped when he got his foot on that ball.
LANDON DONOVAN, CAPTAIN, U.S. SOCCER TEAM: I wanted to be aggressive with my first few touches. I put it into Jozy Altidore`s path who did a good job putting it across the goal. Clint Dempsey did a good job getting in front of the goalie.
And then, it fell to me. And in those moments, it`s instinctive and doesn`t take a lot of thought process. And you put it where it`s supposed to go.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HAMMER: And team USA takes on Dono on Saturday.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: USA! USA!
HAMMER: Everybody`s excited. Well, let`s move now from World Cup fever to the "Jersey Shore" scandal. Now, three of the stars of MTV`s big hit show, "Jersey Shore," just bared their pecs and abs again, this time on the brand-new cover of the "Village Voice," the queer issue.
There are reports that Ronnie, Vinny and The Situation were not told they were posing for a gay cover. But the cover boys just revealed today they love all the attention.
Larry E. writes on our Facebook wall, he liked it, too, "The only bad publicity is getting no publicity. It will boost their ratings."
Jeffrey B. takes a much different approach, "Instead of trying to get on every magazine, they should start a charity for kids who look up to them and think it is cool to do dumb stuff on TV." I like that idea.

Plus, breaking today from the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" -new legal problems for Lindsay Lohan and a "Desperate Housewives" star`s new show.
ANNOUNCER: TV`s most provocative entertainment news show continues right now.
(MUSIC PLAYING)
HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. It is 30 minutes past the hour. I`m A.J. Hammer, coming to you from New York City with news breaking today - "Jersey Shore`s" gay situation.
Yes. For the very first time today, MTV`s breakout reality star, Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, is speaking out about the "Village Voice" using the shirtless photo of him and his fellow "Jersey Shore" cast mates on the cover of their annual queer issue. Forget about it.
With me right now from Hollywood is Hyla, who is an entertainment journalist with "5DollarPrep.com." In New York, it`s Megan Alexander who is a correspondent with "Inside Edition."
So The Situation says there is no situation. Now, we would have loved to have had the Sit here, but since we can`t - I think he had a tanning appointment or something. Let`s go to the SHOWBIZ quote guy. Quote guy, what did he say?
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Yes, A.J. Here`s The Situation with the situation on his Facebook page. He said, quote, "As for the `Village Voice` situation, it`s not for me to judge somebody`s sexual preference. And in my opinion, the situation looks good as hell and that is my main concern."
"It just so happens that The Situation has mass appeal and happily reaches a very broad audience. This is not my first cover and definitely not my last. Situation nation." A.J.?
HAMMER: Thanks, quote guy. Nice tan yourself there. The Situation says, hey, as long as he looks good, it`s all good. Hyla, I say fist pumps all- around. And actually, it was a great response from The Situation. Are with you me?
HYLA, ENTERTAINMENT JOURNALIST, "5DOLLARPREP.COM": Yes. All those guys - Vinny even came out "E!" on (INAUDIBLE) and said the same thing. Like, you know, "We do a hundred of these photo shoots. MTV is not going to put us in a bad situation. It`s great that we`re getting this publicity. We love all our fans." This is 100 percent double fist pump. Let`s do it. Let`s go. Come on, A.J.
HAMMER: All right. Listen, I don`t want to you steal the quote guy`s thunder here, by the way, because, first of all, The Situation never addressed in his statement whether or not he and the other boys actually knew that they were posing for this queer issue.
But as you just alluded to, Hyla, the "Jersey Shore" costar, Vinny, is alluding to it. In some way, Vinny is also speaking out today. And yes, the SHOWBIZ quote guy has that. What is the Vin-ster saying, quote guy?
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Thanks, A.J. Here`s what Vinny said, "I don`t give a (EXPLETIVE DELETED), man. I have done so many photo shoots and they`re pretty much all the same. I go in, do my thing, take my shirt off, get my hair and my makeup done and they dress me. I take the pictures and wherever they end up, they end up." A.J.?
HAMMER: Thanks, quote guy. And very eloquently said, Vinny. Now, Megan, I think although they got some great advice or maybe - I don`t know about this - but maybe the guys are smarter than we give them credit for. Either way, great way to respond. It will probably make them more popular than ever, right?
ALEXANDER: They are appreciative of their fans. As long as their shirts are off and abs are chiseled, they`ll take any cover. And you know what? Ladies and gentlemen, the cast of "Jersey Shore".
HAMMER: This is what they do. All right. Well, listen, I`m thinking if these guys ever get bored of flexing their ab muscles at the "Jersey Shore", perhaps there is room for them to spread their wings as vampires.
Well, There is a truly hilarious spoof out today of "Jersey Shore" as the cast of the movie, "Twilight." Now, Jimmy Kimmel unveiled this thing on his "Twilight" special on ABC. You`ve got to watch. This is great.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Hey, quiet new girl, Bella.
NICOLE "SNOOKI" POLIZZI, REALITY TV STAR, "JERSEY SHORE": Hey.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: So.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You`re in my van, bro.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: What`s this freak?
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Chill, bro. My uncle`s got a body shop.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Your mother`s got a body shop.
POLIZZI: Oh, Eddie. You are super fast and totally ripped.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Yes. Check what happens to my abs in the sun light.
POLIZZI: Whoa.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: The situation is so blinged out it`s sick, yo.
POLIZZI: Hey, Daddy, who is also the town sheriff.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I don`t trust that kid, Bella.
POLIZZI: But Dad, he`s a totally ripped juice head. And plus, he`s Italian.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Italian, huh? Then, how come he never smells like garlic?
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Happy birthday, Bella.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: We made you a pickle cake.
POLIZZI: Oh, my god! Thanks, vampire (EXPLETIVE DELETED). I cut my finger. You guys aren`t going to drink my blood. We`re friend, right?
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HAMMER: OK. I`m not laughing at a woman getting punched. But wow, that had to hurt. I`m actually thinking, you know, the "Twilight" cast - maybe they`ve got to be pretty worried about their job security right about now or maybe not.
Well, there is big "Twilight" news today surrounding star Robert Pattinson and his connection to the real Dracula. It is one of many stories making news on "The Buzz" today.
(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)
(voice-over): This legal dogfight, literally. Mariah has just been sued by her veterinarian who claims Mariah stiffed her for some $30,000. The vet claims Mariah`s three pampered pups ran up almost $40,000 in, quote, "extraordinary services" and the whole bill hasn`t even been paid.
Not clear if Mariah will roll over and pay up. Her rep reportedly says she hasn`t seen the suit so can`t comment.
Bristol Palin`s acting debut. We`re now getting our very first look at the most famous teenage mom in America playing herself on the "Secret Life of the American Teenager."
BRISTOL PALIN, DAUGHTER OF FMR. GOV. SARAH PALIN: We are all teen moms and musicians. Everyone in this program. The program is for teen moms.
HAMMER: Bristol`s episode airs on the ABC Family Network on July 5th.
The Robert Pattinson Dracula bombshell. We have just learned that the star of the "Twilight" vampire movie may be related to Dracula. "Ancestry.com" reveals Pattinson is related to Vlad the Impaler, the man believed to be the inspiration for the original Dracula and is connected through the British royal family.
And get this - the Web site claims he is also related to Stephenie Meyer, the author of "Twilight." It`s all in the blood.
(END VIDEOTAPE)
HAMMER: And that`s all pretty fascinating to me. But besides the Dracula news, you`ve got to listen to this. Robert Pattinson is speaking out today about his costar Kristen Stewart getting slammed for her comparing the paparazzi following her to being raped. And this was all pretty shocking when it came out.
Now, in a new interview revealed with "Entertainment Weekly," Pattinson accuses media Web sites for making a big, big deal of this. Listen to what he said, quote, "None of those associations came out and gave a statement criticizing Kristen without being called upon by the media first who were doing it specifically to get hits on their Web site."
"All of these people get away with doing it because they have no responsibility to anyone. All they need is to get a salacious headline and people click on it because it`s that easy."
So basically, he is saying here this became a big deal because Web sites called rape victim organizations trying to get their reaction. And Megan, I`ve got to tell you, I don`t quite get his logic here. And let`s not forget, Kristen did apologize for what she said. She called it a bad choice of words and everybody moved on from it. Are you following what he is trying to put down here?
ALEXANDER: You know, it`s not the first time a celebrity realized something inappropriate, realized it, apologized and moved on. It`s exactly what she did. What I think it`s interesting, though, A.J., is he is giving us the insight into their crazy world and the way that the paparazzi is just going after these "Twilight" stars.
And yes, there was a scrutiny there that I think they`re beginning to wade through.
HAMMER: Yes.
ALEXANDER: I mean, talk about boot camp and dealing with the media if you are a "Twilight" star.
HAMMER: It`s an immense amount of pressure and I think what happened with Megan (sic) that a lot of people acknowledged was -this is still pretty - what happened with Kristen, rather. It`s still pretty new to her and she is young and she made a mistake. And I`m guessing she will never make that mistake again. Megan Alexander, Hyla, thank you, guys, so much.

HAMMER: The infamous emotional judge in the Anna Nicole Smith death case is back. Today, he tells me his brand-new bombastic revelations about why the investigation into Anna Nicole`s death should be reopened.
Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York.
And today, he`s back. Here comes the judge. Judge Seidlin, that is, three years since he became famous during the highly-publicized legal drama over Anna Nicole`s remains. He ruled that Anna should be buried with her son Daniel in the Bahamas.
But all of that has changed. In his brand-new book called "The Killing of Anna Nicole Smith," Larry Seidlin says their bodies should be exhumed and the case should be reopened for investigation. I sat down with Jude Seidlin today. I had to ask him why.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
SEIDLIN: A number of factors have come my way since I ruled in that case three years ago. I have new evidence and I put it in the book. I make the reader the jury in this book.
And I discovered that Daniel was never in the Bahamas before. And the day he gets there, he dies in the morning. He has no connection or no nexus to the Bahamas. And then I realize that when Anna Nicole said, "This is where I want to place my son, Daniel," she was under the influence of drugs. Her mind was cloudy.
And now, when I review it, she also was in the Bahamas to avoid the paternity lawsuit with Larry Birkhead. She didn`t want that DNA typed. And I believe that that was the purpose, to avoid the paternity.
And that`s why she had Daniel buried in the Bahamas and that`s why she was staying in the Bahamas. But she had no intent to permanently be in the Bahamas. Because in the Bahamas - it`s not L.A. She needed the limelight of L.A.
HAMMER: Yes. That was Anna Nicole. You say you`d like to see the investigation reopened. Do you actually see that happening?
SEIDLIN: I believe that the Bahamian inquest, which was submitted in the book, is full of - more holes than a Swiss cheese. We need a law enforcement agency to go in there and look at the circumstances surrounding the death of Daniel and also the Seminole Hard Rock Casino where Anna Nicole died.
She enters the hotel and never leaves Room 607. That needs to be looked at by a police agency, because neither sites, the Bahamas or the Hard Rock Casino, want negative publicity like the Aruba case we`re looking at now.
HAMMER: Of course.
SEIDLIN: They want it to be stated as an accidental death and have it go away.
HAMMER: Well, you`ve got to admit the name captures people`s attention and it`s pretty controversial - "The Killing of Anna Nicole Smith." Now, you are not implying murder necessarily. But hey, you use the word "killing" and you don`t have a question mark at the end of that. It is very provocative. Why this title?
SEIDLIN: She was killed. She was killed with over prescription drugs. Too many drugs, too much candy around. And enablers - her whole entourage was giving her drugs. And the California attorney general states on the record that the primary enabler was Howard Stern, bringing duffle bag of drugs into her hospital room when she`s trying to be weaned off of the drugs.
HAMMER: OK. So you are presenting all of this evidence, as you call it, in the book. You are asking the reader to be the injury. You are a practicing judge for almost 30 years. What`s your conclusion, Larry? You`ve got to tell me. Come on.
SEIDLIN: I`m going to let the jury decide what they decide, who is guilty, who is not guilty and what charges should be found against these individuals.
HAMMER: Well, during this hearing over Anna Nicole Smith`s remains which certainly was a very serious matter at hand, there was some amusement going on in your courtroom.
You certainly had your own way of doing things, nicknames for people, lots of media allowed into the courtroom. And I want to take a look at something you said that`s always stuck out to me. Let`s roll that, Charles.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
SEIDLIN: The less you say the better. I mean, I knew that from the beginning. I`m not going to talk about this case ever again.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HAMMER: OK. So you said three years you`re not going to talk about this case ever again. And certainly, I`m sure at the time, you meant that. At what point did you say to yourself, "Wow, I can`t keep quiet anymore?"
SEIDLIN: I had a lot of sleepless nights, a lot of fax coming my way, documents were coming my way. I had some deep throats calling me up. I was sitting on balcony chomping on a cheap cigar and having a cold one late at night.
And I felt as though Anna Nicole`s soul was knocking at my door. I felt like Lady Justice was having tears running down her eyes. I felt the duty to pursue this case and get to the truth. And I think in this book, you`ll see the truth. You`ll see the facts.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HAMMER: Well, it really, it is fascinating and you will soon be able to watch Judge Seidlin every day on television. We just learned today that Judge Seidlin is going to be starring in his very own show, "Psychic Court." Now, get this - Judge Seidlin will use psychics to help him decide cases.
Well, I can`t believe this today. "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Danielle is going for her fourth breast job. Four. Why the heck is she getting more surgery? She`s trying to outdo Heidi Montag here? Well, Danielle`s doctor speaks today.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Her implants were very hard. They were uneven, pushing the right one was up almost by her neck.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HAMMER: Danielle has a sex tape and now, this? This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.
Here comes the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" - more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.
TEXT: Sylvester Stallone in talks with John Gotti, Jr. to make a film about Gotti`s mob dad. Katie Holmes calls her new clothing line "classic, with a twist."
(COMMERCIAL BREAK)
(SINGING)
HAMMER: Answer. This game show host just borrowed a page out of the T- Pain playbook and did some singing with the help of auto-tune. And the question will be, who is Alex Trebek? Alex Trebek.
That actually really is the "Jeopardy" host singing with the help of auto-tune. Did you see this? Trebek channeling his best T-Pain in the "Jeopardy" category called "Alex Meets Auto-Tune."
Auto-tune, of course, is that is that software that so many singers use these days which corrects pitch. You just heard Alex do the "Farmer in the Dell." Other songs he auto-tuned through "Danny Boy," "Go Down Moses" "The Battle Hymn of the Republic" and "Oh, Susanna."
(SINGING)
HAMMER: I`m so completely amused by that. I actually think it would have been pretty funny if auto-tune king, T-Pain, actually saying with Trebek. So maybe they can bring him back next time to do this category if there is a next time. And if you are watching, maybe you can do something with the final "Jeopardy" music. That would be pretty cool, right?
Well, making news today, Danielle Staub gets another boob job. "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star - this is the one who has that sex tape - well, she went under the knife.
And in the brand-new episode of the show, we got to see how this played out. Danielle`s doctor told "Us Weekly" magazine Danielle was pretty unhappy with the way her breasts looked. He says that scar tissue had formed around the implants leaving them, quote, "hard, cold, and deformed."
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Her implants were very hard. They were uneven, especially the right one - was up almost by her neck. Top that off with the fact that she had a capsule, which was very extensive. And she had scarring around the nipple and all the way down. So she had a lot of things going on.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HAMMER: Well, I can`t believe I`m about to say this but I`m happy to report that Danielle`s breast are now A-OK.
So on Wednesday, we asked you to vote in our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT exclusive poll. Just moments ago, I got these the final results. This was one of the biggest responses we`ve ever received. Lady Gaga-Jerry Seinfeld Baseball Feud: Does she owe him an apology?"
Look, only six percent of you said Gaga should say, "I`m sorry, Seinfeld." That means 94 percent think that Gaga owes Jerry yada, yada, yada. I mean, nada, nada, nada.
Aaron from Arizona, "Clearly on team Gaga. If anything, he should be thanking her for putting him in the spotlight once again. He is riding the coattails of this story."
Now, Margaret A. disagrees on our Facebook page, writing, "Gaga should apologize. Her behavior was inappropriate as an entertainer, as a lady and as a human being."
Well, that is it for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. Thank you for watching. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT now live at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Monday through Friday. And we are still TV`s most provocative entertainment news show seven days a week at 11:00 p.m. Eastern and Pacific here on HLN.
